The photos of this home did not do justice to the property. The high ceilings, large rooms, extra amenities, and easy access to the property was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our 3 nights at this property. Loved walking the greenbelt to see the resting sea turtles from this home. It added to our enjoyment the fully stocked beach closet. I borrowed a chair for the beach one day. It was nice to have air conditioning in the bedrooms and have access to a Murphy bed.

Our visit included my husband and I, our oldest daughter and son-in-law and our 1 yr old grandson, and our two teenage daughters. The villa was spacious and perfect for our needs. The balconies are perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The kitchen had everything we needed for in house meals. Location was perfect, close to beaches and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for 10 nights at this lovely rental, situated perfectly for daily/ nightly walks down to Poipu beach to see the dozens of sea turtles sleeping on the shore or an occasional Hawaiian monk seal. The location is 10/10, and we were able to use the pool that was just steps away from the front door. We had everything we needed at the condo for our extended stay, including enough items in both the bathrooms and kitchen. We found this a perfect rental for our stay in Poipu, would return!

We loved staying at this condo this December. It was perfect for our five adults and one toddler. It’s a good size with plenty of space for everyone. The AC and fans in the bedrooms worked well to cool the bedrooms off. The rest of the condo has fans and good air flow so we were comfortable. The location was easy walk to the beach and we enjoyed the pools and hot tubs on the property. We would stay again.

Location great. Accommodations were just okay. Maintenance person just walked in one day without knocking or inquiring if anyone was in the unit. Caught our grandaughter off guard. Had to call maint several times to remedy slow draining of tub in upper level. Same with toilet. We ended up having to take a plunger to it several times. Stairwell going up to the unit was not clean when we arrived and stayed that way until we left. Great unit with good amenities but the cleanliness of the area left something to be desired.

This condo was in a central location close to everything we needed. Beaches were a short walk away. The condo had everything we needed and more from beach chairs to curling irons. The amenities were great as well. All in all it provided us a very comfortable living space!

This property is perfect for groups of 5 or more. There are 4 king sized beds with comfortable mattresses. It’s an end unit on the corner of 2 busy streets, so sitting out on the balcony isn’t entirely pleasant once the traffic gets going in the morning.

This property was fantastic with roomy bedrooms a nice living room and kitchen. The property had clean, well maintained barbecues and a swimming pool about 1 minute from the condo. Beautiful beaches were only a short scenic walk away and there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

Fabulous property- perfect location and short walk to the beach. Watched the turtles swim into the shore and leave again in the morning. Thank you so much- definitely will rent here again. We had to use all beds and I am impressed by how comfy that Murphy bed was too! Air conditioner units in both rooms kept the whole unit cool for sleeping.

Beautiful property that accommodated my family of 7 and a 2y.o. Close to shops and restaurants. My family enjoyed the use of the athletic club!
Only downside for such a large cleaning fee…there was food and crumbs under the living room couch. Had to sweep it up myself. Looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. The bottom sheet in the second bedroom downstairs had not been changed for some time lots of dust on it.
Suggestion for the twin beds in the loft area, beds are extremely firm, too firm. Egg crate mattress toppers would help with a better nights sleep Overall we would definitely stay at the unit again.

This is a great property. This area in Poipu feels like you are staying in a large resort. Multiple pools you can hit up, easy walk to Brenneke and Poipu Beaches, and a really clean a quite environment. You can't go wrong staying here.

The property was exactly as it’s presented in the ad. The condo is easily accessible on Poipu Road, within walking distance to the beach to watch the sun go down. The best beach, Poipu, is just down the street to the left and the Grand Hyatt to the right. I would return in a heartbeat. Joel, the owner, was responsive by text.

The location was great- we could get to so many places easily and quickly, several beaches and hiking was also close by. There were beach chairs and boards available for us to use, which was great! Although there was no air conditioning, there were fans available which kept us comfortable.

We had everything we needed at this condo. My favorite part is always being so close to the path that leads to the Hyatt one way and to Poipu beach the other way. Our stay in Poipu was very nice. The location was excellent and we loved that we had access to so many beach accessories ready for use, especially the wagon. The sliding door locks were not very functional and being on the first floor, it was somewhat concerning even using the door blocks that were provided. We loved the newly remodeled bathrooms.

We loved out stay at this location. Being right above the pool was great for our family. You could hear the pool noise in the evening at all.

Lots of good beach accessories. Wagon, chairs, umbrella.
Would love to see this VRBO get some new knives. The ones in the room were VERY dull even with sharpening. Dull to the point of not useable.
The headboard in the master needs to be attached to the bed or wall. Every time you roll over in bed it hits the wall.
This VRBO has nothing in it for seasoning or oils like previous ones we've been to.
Overall experience was AMAZING.

The highlight of this stay for us (4 adults, 2 kids) was the location. It is a short walk down a path to Brennecke’s beach and Poipu beach. This is a really nice area to stay in. The unit itself is spacious and includes all the necessary amenities but could probably use some updating. Overall, we would recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for our 9-day trip, the first vacation we’ve taken just for us in 14 years! We wanted a quiet, comfortable place to call home during our trip. It was important to us to have AC, a full kitchen, and a resort experience. The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach a 10 minute walk away and a pool basically right outside the door. We rented a car so we could easily see the whole island, but there are restaurants in walking distance. The patios were perfect for morning coffee. The AC was ice cold and the furniture was comfortable. We had an excellent stay and found the hosts to be great communicators and very gracious about our requested late checkout. When we return to Kauai, we will definitely book here again!

Our family of five stayed at this beautiful condo for 10 days in October and I couldn't have been happier with our choice! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to be able to thoroughly enjoy our vacation. This community is located between two beaches, one that has turtles and the other having seals so every day we made it a point to walk to each to see the incredible wildlife. The pool was perfect for days when we wanted to relax and the grounds are meticulously maintained. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops right around the corner and the toughest decision you'll make every day is where to eat. The only negative I can think of (which really isn't a negative) is the water pressure was so strong in the upstairs bathroom that it about blew my skin off, but I'll take that over a drip any day! Great place, great stay, highly recommend!

8 adults stayed in the unit. It was large and well equipped. Pool and hot tub are great! Close access to get on the beach. We waited out turn to use the grill. When it was available and we began, we were told we couldn’t grill because of the wind and asked if we didn’t read the sign. There was no sign up nor any on any close by grills. A very nice unit to stay in.

We have stayed in several units in this complex and found this one to be very clean and suitable for 4 individuals. The vents in the guest bedroom did not cool off the room as well as the other rooms, however, the owner provided portable fans in every room. Management responded promptly.

We loved the condo! Short walk to the beach, had tons of swimming and beach gear. The whole place was spotless! My only complaint is that we were walked in on by the person cleaning the condo at checkout time. As a family with kids we were running a few minutes late and at exactly 10 o' clock the door opened without a knock by the cleaning person. I would stay here again dispite our surprise at checkout lol.
