First time staying at Kapalua Golf villas. The grounds are immaculate, garden, pool and bbq facilities excellent condition, Bay golf course .The grounds staff do a fantastic job to keep everything in pristine condition. The unit itself was as pictured, very spacious, fully equipped with kitchen, laundry, bath & pool towels, beach equipment. Very impressed, our group had a fantastic time. Was myself and husband and two of our good friends who were primarily there to watch the Sentry pga golf tournament. The unit did have a few issues which the management staff did their best to resolve in a timely manner. Most impressive is the free shuttle within Kapalua precinct. All the drivers are so friendly and helpful with local tips of where to go for groceries, shopping etc. They even took the boys to the tournament and back everyday. Will definitely be back to stay. So I chose the unit based on the reviews, of course the pictures were great as well! Was not disappointed, we shopped, cooked in the unit with just about everything you would need to make a meal. The unit was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We used the washer and dryer everyday! Was thrilled to find over 5 beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon for loading up and walking to the beach which was 15 min or less, we used these amenities everyday as well. There were an an assortment of masks a pair of fins we didn’t use as we brought our own. Air conditioning worked well when needed and had no issues with showers or toilets all in working order. This unit sits up high, we used the in houses binoculars off the patio and saw whales everyday, the view is as good as it gets from a golf villa, excellent!! Took a dip in the pool and cooked on the grills there as well, from the unit to the pool gate a mere 20 second, probably less if you are an excited child. So if you ask me and my family, would we stay here again, it’s a no brainer, without a doubt! Hula hide away was responsive to any and all of my questions and easy to work with. Will not hesitate to use them again!

We had a 12 hour flying day - we spent over an hour trying to find the location since they only put a general address on there instead of the actual condo number. VRBO couldn't help us - super frustrating. It wasnt clean when we got there - dead cockroaches all over the floor - we had to make the bed and wash towels. The bed and pillow are very hard and uncomfortable. Location was great but we had a frustrating experience.

The condo is exactly as pictured. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is decently stocked. The condo was as clean as it could be. I also appreciate enough laundry and dish soap to get through the week. All that said, the condo needs a spruce. The door to the patio is almost impossible to open. The TV in the living room is ridiculously small and the couch is very uncomfortable. All the surfaces are very dated and cannot be cleaned properly. The AC sounds like a plane is landing in the hallway. The carpet is dirty. It has the potential to be a great unit with a little investment and the time is passed to do it.

Excellent location, walking distance to convenience store, the Montage and Ritz. The host is very helpful. The unit is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with equipments and dishes. There is also a covered parking spot that comes with the unit, very convenient I would note that the unit is on the second floor so keep in mind there are external stairs.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! The pictures do not do justice for this wonderful condo in Kapalua. The views of the ocean are incredible and you can see the island of Lanai. The check in process was so easy and we were able to check in early. I reached out to the property manager who was lovely and the communication was excellent from the start. The condo was so clean and we received very easy instructions on everything they had to offer. Parking was great, the location was great, it's a corner unit with amazing views of the golf course and the resort. You also have a wonderful Lanai to watch the sunset or just enjoy being outdoors. The pool was very close and wonderful to go for a swim. They also have BBQ's available for cooking your own meals. The 2 bathrooms are also a huge bonus along with the washer dryer. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to get started and it was clean! The entire condo was so clean! The beds were super comfy and lots of pillows and blankets. You can tell there is a lot of love and care by the owner of this condo and we had a wonderful stay! We can't wait to come back and we will absolutely stay here again if it's available. Mahalo :)

This was our family of 6's first trip together to HI.
With 2 very tall teens and two 11 yr-olds, it was a bit difficult to find accommodations to suit everyone, but this location was perfect!
The home was clean, modern, relaxing and beautiful. In walking distance to 4 beaches. We also loved the pool right close by where we grilled dinner while boys swam and played. Also near by are many restaurants, shops, and a grocery. So very convenient.
We would absolutely return to this lovely home.

We enjoyed and had fun the 8 days we were there. Went to Sea House for breakfast every day. Ate lunch mostly in the unit. And went out to dinner most nights. Went to beach. Went to pool. Shopped at Whalers Village. My husband and brother-in-law and son golfed. I had my two sisters in another villa. And my only brother owns a unit . And they were all there! I am disabled so they pushed me around in a wheelchair. Outside. And we spent a lot of time with them ! You have a beautiful unit!

We (family of 4) had a wonderful time at Rob and Kristi's condo. They communicated promptly with any requests, made sure we had beach towels for the week, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The condo is updated and very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The view from the lanai is amazing! There was a set of binoculars at the house and we had fun using them to look for whales. We walked to the beach sometimes (easy walk downhill) but usually took the Kapalua shuttle with the kids. We had a great time!

Family just spent a week at the property and it feels like it was recently remodeled, very clean. The unit came well stocked with the basics and everything worked. The unit was on the top floor and parking was very convenient. Could not have asked for more.

We loved staying at this place. It was magical with the beautiful views and the sunsets. The wind through the trees you can hear the place has everything you need and we were able to cook a lot there. The master bed in the master shower are awesome! The only thing we wished was that there was not a bunch of construction going on at someone’s unit a couple doors down. It feels very private, however and we were on an end unit next to the swimming pool which makes it feel private. The pool was very clean , which is rare in December in Maui.

Lovely condo that is well equipped with everything a person might need. It is conveniently located for beaches, walking trails, restaurants and golf. The Wailea golf courses are an hour away but well worth the drive, Especially the Emerald and Gold courses.

Our trip to Kapalua and our stay at this lovely and luxurious unit was wonderful. Craig is the consummate host and our communication about current conditions after the fires on Maui was incredibly helpful to us as we determined whether to keep this booking. We're so glad we did.
The unit is beautifully maintained, clean, and well-stocked with high quality essentials, from the cookware and kitchen items, to beach-going extras like chairs and an umbrella. The furnishings in the home are comfortable and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. We played a lot of Pickleball on this trip, and the Kapalua Tennis Garden courts are a short walk from the unit.
This is a delicate time for Lahaina and the Westside in general, and there are many opportunities to participate in relief efforts if you're so inclined. We spent about a third of our days on island volunteering, typically about six hours a day, and it was a fulfilling way to help out, give back, and make connections. Most everyone we spoke with everywhere we went was happy we were there, participating economically, and conscientiously enjoying West Maui.
Lead with Aloha, compassion, and an understanding that thousands of people still do not have stable, long-term housing, perhaps spend some time helping out through one of the local foundations, and you'll really enjoy your stay in beautiful West Maui in this gorgeous condo.

The Villa is as good or better than everyone else has stated previously. The views are amazing, even though you are about 1/2 mile from the ocean, it feels much closer. Watching the sunset from the lanai each night was so relaxing. We took our beach chairs, towels, and ice chest and walked down to Nipali or Kapalua beach almost every day. We also took advantage of the hiking the Kapalua Coast Trail as well as other nearby trails. The location was perfect. We are already talking about returning to this beautiful location and condo. You will not be disappointed if you do.

We've stayed at this golf villa several times. It remains our favorite and well maintained. Not having access to Lahaina is sad but Whalers Village and local restaurants and businesses are reopening. This place had it all; it was perfect. The home and grounds are beautiful. The pools are very clean and extremely enjoyable. The area proved to be extremely walkable and we were happy we did not rent a car. We did use the Maui bus on two occasions to go to the Napili plaza for groceries - it was easy and ran on schedule. The home had plenty of beach gear including a wagon we utilized to go to DT Fleming and Kapalua Bay. Highly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed in this unit for a week. Playing the Plantation Golf Course has been on his bucket list for a long time. I don’t play golf so we needed a place we’d both enjoy. The area is beautiful and relaxing. While he golfed I lounged on the huge lanai or at one of the many private pools. There’s so much to do that’s walking distance. The beaches and hiking trails are just a short walk. Very close to high end hotel spas, restaurants and shops.
The condo was clean and equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing getaway. It was nice to have our breakfasts and lunches in the condo then splurge for dinner at a restaurant. The owner Brent was very easy to communicate with and helpful when planning our trip. I really can’t say enough great things about our experience at this condo. We fell in love with the whole area and can’t wait to book this condo again.

Our recent stay was our second at Hale Kailani and we were reminded why we chose this wonderful condo again.
Spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, expansive lanai, peaceful atmosphere, beautiful grounds, close proximity to what is often our own private pool plus the amazing, amazing views of the golf course and the deep blue Pacific and Lanai - you can't get much better than Kapalua Golf Villa 21 P 7-8.
