We stayed here for 5 nights during the summer, and it was an amazing experience. You can’t have a better beachfront condo in Maui, and Margie is an exceptional host. The condo is perfectly equipped with everything you need for your stay, making it a fantastic place for families. My kids and I played at the beach every day, and the sunset view from the condo is breathtaking. 5 stars and more!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We are a family of four with growing boys. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Our kids slept on the pull out sofa bed and that was just fine for them. This condo is all about the location. We spent every morning and evening sitting out on the lawn or beach enjoying the views. We made wonderful memories and hope to return again soon!

My husband and I loved our stay at this quaint condo nestled right on the ocean shore. We enjoyed laying a blanket out on the ground and watching the sun go down each day. Our favorite part is the extra large screen door that shows the ocean and lets you hear the waves without any little critters coming in.

This is a great location to experience Maui and to get away from the snow. We've certainly seen more turtles than tourists and the whales were in sight (suggest you bring binoculars). The accomodations were nice and being on the water was unbelievable. We recomment this highly.

This property is right on the ocean, ground-floor level. We have stayed at Kuleana before, but this is our first time renting Margie's place. In all respects her condo is a great place to stay and Margie was great to work with at all times before and during our stay. We couldn't be happier.

We loved the amazing ocean views from the lanai! We saw whales breaching and turtles. The sunsets were awesome! The condo is very clean and nicely equipped. King bed was comfortable. There is a large community pool and nice BBQ grilling area. Margie is a great host. She is very communicative and responsive with questions about condo, the area or information about your booking. The location is close to great restaurants, outdoor activities and shopping. We had a short visit and wished we could have stayed longer!

Margie's place was perfect for our small family. (2 adults and 2 kids age 6 and 8). Margie is an awesome host who communicates enthusiastically and gives great tips and advice.
This is one of the few condos I have seen that has a ground level private lanai up against the water with just grass in front of you and then ocean. Most other places all have the great ocean views, but you are usually separated from the ocean by common areas.or pools and concrete and gates and have people right outside your door all day. Not here, this is your own private little paradise 90% of the day.
The condo isn't the 4 Seasons, but it's very comfortable and clean and has everything you'll need for a great small family vacation or relaxing stay. We cooked meals and got food truck food and never missed a sunset. We really liked the Times Supermarket and Napili Markets (short drives) to get groceries. The Fish Market down the road were the best fish tacos we ever had!
The beach box is loaded with snorkel gear, boogie boards, inflatables, pool noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, etc. Only thing you'd need to rent is a surf or paddle board.
The beach was great. It's small, but not a lot of people use it and it has lots of shade to get a break from sun. We spent most of out time at it swimming with sea turtles and playing in the waves and making sand castles and just relaxing to the max.

We are a family of four with two boys (about 10yrs old). We are usually out and about experiencing the different beaches around Maui, and are really just looking for a home base to recharge in the afternoons, cook meals in the evenings (preferably with a BBQ for easy cleanup) and sleep at.
This property accomplished this and more. The check in process was painless. The condo is nicely appointed and the view out the back sliding glass window is amazing. You are feet from the ocean, and all it's glory. We had turtles feeding on the reef that were easily visible when they came up for a breath when standing on the beach (which is about 30 feet from the patio). We visited in early April and were also able to see dueling whales doing tail and fin slaps in the channel from the patio chairs. And finally, the sunsets from the patio are awesome.
Lastly, Margie was in regular communication with us throughout the trip. We didn't, but had we needed anything she was always available.
All said, we enjoyed our stay. It met our needs, and we would absolutely stay there again whenever our travels bring us back to Maui.

The unit being on the bottom level of this complex was a wonderful treat to just sit on the porch and watch the whales, or the waves, or the sunset! The location was great being close to beaches with awesome snorkeling. We did try and go out front, but the water was high and ended up cutting our feet on the rocks. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate but that only made this condo more perfect as you felt as if you were outside enjoying the elements despite the downpour. The condo itself was well stocked and easy in and out. I would definitely recommend this condo again and hope that next time in Maui the sun may come out! :)

Hands-down, one of the BEST places we’ve stayed! This condo has everything you need, Margie has done an incredible job fully stocking it. We were very comfortable and slept great there.
Let’s talk about the magic now! Open the blinds and you see the beautiful ocean waters directly in front of you. Take a step outside, grab the Tommy Bahama chairs provided and plop them down in the rich green grass barefooted! Feel the earth and breathe in the magical view! The ocean is so close you can smell it and within 50 short feet your in the water!
We spent several days snorkeling outside of the condo because it was so perfect! Turtles swimming with you and in the afternoon they share the beach with you! Beautiful and majestic this condo is.
We also appreciated the grab box outside on Lanai. They had snorkeling gear, all sorts of flotation devices, you name it in the box to use in water.
You’re also have a free parking spot at the condo, which is a money saver. There is a giant superstore only a two or 3 miles down the road. We were able to fully stocked up and do a lot of the cooking at the condo. It feel like a home away form home for us. We truly think staying here as part of the reason we loved our trip to Maui so much! Every evening just before sunset everyone would come out with their chairs to watch it together. We had a gentleman that played bagpipes, and he came out and played while the sun went down. It was pretty incredible to hear.
Just after sunset, a gentleman appears to light all the tiki torches. It’s a beautiful property! They have filtered water available in the wreck room area, along with some ping-pong in a fully stocked library leave a book, take a book.
We found some of the best sushi we’ve ever had a few miles of the road called Miso Phat. The sashimi was incredible.
We loved our experience here with breathtaking views. Listening to the waves crashing into the rocks.
We already re-booked and can’t wait to get back!

Our stay at Margie’s place was amazing! The master bedroom bed was big and super comfortable, and the couch bed was great too. The property had awesome views of the ocean, we were even able to see whales in the distance! There are also sea turtles you can see while snorkeling outside of the condo. We went surfing on the property one day which was super fun too! It’s a ~15 minute drive to Lahaina town, and about 5-10 mins to some beautiful beaches a little north of the condo. We found this to be perfect because it was a quiet and relaxing location a little bit away from the main tourist spots in Lahaina town center. Everything was perfect and we’ll totally be coming back! Perfect place for the two of us. The view can’t be beat. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was nice having a king bed with a/c in the bedroom to use at night. Otherwise, enjoyed the ocean breeze and the view right outside. The pool was almost too warm so found it more refreshing to go in the ocean right outside but be careful descending the rocks to the beach. The tub and water gallon to wash off the sand was a nice touch. Margie thought of everything and was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay! Turtle and whale sightings too!

Margie's condo was very up-to-date and nicely decorated. It was spotless when we arrived and there was a nice gift awaiting us! Furniture was comfortable and beach equipment was all in good shape. Towels were plush and plentiful. We enjoyed the pool - there was even some shade. The closest beach is less than a mile, but not very big. We discovered Fleming Beach farther north that was big and not crowded! Our 3 days there were very windy causing big waves and we would not have felt comfortable trying to swim right by the condo (there are large rocks below the property). Communication with Margie was good.

Wow, you arrive at the unit step inside and are immediately drawn to the ocean view at the front of the unit, just fantastic...There is a sense of a holiday community at complex, people are friendly with many returning year after year. It is pretty cool to be able to snorkel with turtles on your doorstep, we saw dolphins jumping offshore and a seal even came to visit us one day. With it being only steps to the beach from the unit we spent most of our time there rather than the pool. The grounds are well kept with lots of different flora and fauna. Margie was fun to deal with, we had numerous text chats prior to leaving, she gave me a few laughs, once we arrived Margie checked in to make sure everything was ok. This is not a negative, the unit and complex is not advertised as a five star hotel and is priced accordingly, much better value in my mind, I would go back at the drop of a hat.

Margie was super responsive when we had a question at check in. She also texted during the stay to make sure all was well. We loved how close you are to the ocean, you can fall asleep to the waves. Amazing sunsets, a little beach adjacent to the place, and a nice pool. We would absolutely stay here again.
I'm also grateful for Margie's pricing. The cost to rent in Maui is enormously high. Margie had very reasonable pricing and that's what made this possible for us. It meant a lot and created memories that we will cherish.

With all nice amentities for kitchen need and beach gears that host provided, we spent more time to enjoy the beach than shopping. Beside, we just need to cook few simple meals, buying cooking ingredients is basically waste because we never use up the smallest portion that we can find at local groceries. Thank you.

We had an amazing stay. We were literally 42 steps from the beach and 50 steps from the ocean. We had better snorkeling right outside our back door than we did on our snorkel tour. Turtles literally swam right up to us. Amazing! The place is great for 2 adults and a child- not much room for more. Everything was nice and in good working order. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions before our visit. Would definitely stay here again. Was nice to have beach towels and gear. There was always available parking right outside our front door- although we found the parking spots to be very small. Make sure you stay within your lines or you will get a notice on your car! Would suggest not leaving any food on the counter as we had tiny ants a few times- but no big deal- we just put everything in the fridge. The location is great- easy to get to where you want to be. We really enjoyed starting our days with a leisurely breakfast on the lanai, with waterfront views of whales splashing off the coast. Others started with a little surfing or snorkeling at the beach down the path.
The unit is very clean and perfect sized for a couple to enjoy an outdoor vacation. Margie provides pretty much anything you could possibly need in the unit and the goodie box outside - chairs, boogie boards, fins, coolers, everything! So you feel like you're right at home, but on vacation. The resort was well managed and orderly, with friendly neighbours giving us ample space and peace. Be sure to stick around for sunset conch blowing at least one evening!

What an excellent find. Great location, amazing views, excellent communication by host. Just steps away to quiet beach or just soak in sun right in front of the patio. Host had all the amenities, even fins for snorkeling and beach chairs!

The owner was super responsive, and we appreciated the extras she provided to make our first days on Maui simple. First the pros: on the water, and you can see see turtles and snorkel right off the lanai. Lovely complex with a large pool and beautiful landscaping. Close to many great attractions la haina, beautiful beaches. The price is low. Beach chairs boogie boards and towels are provided
Cons: place is small for 2 adults and 2 teens -only 1 bedroom and a fold out couch that wasn’t very comfortable. So, better for 2 people or maybe a family with smaller children. However since the place is smaller, the price is better:)

Overall, the owner seems to think that, because the view is stunning and you are close to the ocean, you should overlook the broken bed and problems with the unit. The broken bed (it seems that the owner knew in advance) and other problems with the unit were a challenge that could have been overcome if the owner had been gracious about them and been willing to work with us. Instead, when we sent photos of the broken bed, dirty sock/trash on the floor, no room to hang clothing in the only, tiny closet, no drawer space for clothing, the dripping wet and leaking nutrition drinks in the closet, and more … the owner’s answer was “If you’d rather go stay in a hotel I would understand.” We were left to remedy what we could on our own and, of course, it was just days before Christmas, the height of the season; and hotel prices were exorbitant; leaving the unit would have put us out on the street. Why not just fix the bed? Why not try to make everything right? The owner’s attitude made this a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience for us. This was not up to VRBO standards, in our view.

We loved our little "home away from home". Everything we needed plus. We especially liked having a semi-private beach to sit and relax on. It also had some shade which I loved. Location was perfect...close to everything. When we called Margie, the owner, a couple of times with questions, she could not have been nicer and more helpful. We stayed in the condo at the end of July, for a week. Condo is comfortable, with all necessary amenities and auxiliaries. Appreciated having boards, fins and othere beach and swim equipment available on site. The location was perfect for us. It is a ground floor condo, right on the beach with nice sand, clear for swimming, witha nice adjacent snorkeling reef. My kids and I spent lots of time swimming in the ocean, as the water was warm, lots of fish to see, cool waves to ahve fun and no need to dress up or get in the car or walk more than 15 steps if you wanted to take a swim. There is a pool and other amenities in the condominium but we did not use those facilities, tere was no need. Oh, lots of turtles in the water as well. We would love to come back! Communicaton with the owner and instructions were great, with alot of ideas about where to eat and where to go - Thank you, Margie. Word of advise - book your restraunts and activities well in advance! We booked car on Turo as car rental agency prices were unreal.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary a year late due to Covid but it was so worth it to be able to enjoy this condo and the view!

Margie truly loves hosting her guests. Even prior to us arriving we received emails with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Check-in was very easy. Even though this is a condo complex, you feel like you have your own private and secluded beach. The space was very clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of Maui wine!
Our favorite thing about this place is you have snorkeling right outside your door. Margie even has snorkeling gear for you to use. We saw so many sea turtles! We truly loved our stay here and when we return to Maui we will definitely be staying here! Thank you Margie!

We had a SUPER time at your beautiful condo to celebrate Dad's 75th birthday over the Thanksgiving week. The grandkids especially loved the oceanfront location and the easy access to the ocean for snorkeling. One of the highlights was the presence of sea turtles every morning. We also enjoyed the very short drive up to Napili Bay for more snorkeling, where we were in the water with the turtles (don't touch!) and saw a barracuda (really don't touch!). Your condo is situated perfectly, a short drive to Lahaina as well as outdoor activities. We'll remember this special trip for a long time! Thanks for your hospitality. We agree that this condo has to be the best spot on earth. Where else can you have your own private beach with some of the best snorkeling on Maui. But the best part is the PERFECT view of the sunsets. The turtles who come to nibble on the algae every morning and night were enchanting. We felt we were staying at home -the condo is equipped with everything needed and the decor is beautiful. We loved every minute and can't wait to come back. MAHALO!

Your condo is quite a treasure and we found everything we needed during our stay- including snorkel gear & beach chairs. It was great being able to walk right out onto the Lanai, sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or head for the water to take a dip. We sat out every night to watch the breathtaking sunsets! We thoroughly appreciated being so close to everything- only minutes from Kaanapali and Lahaina. The location of your place was superb and we felt very at home which was so nice!! We checked out Kaanapali beach which was fantastic for snorkeling but by far the BEST thing we did on Maui was ziplining in Kaanapali. That was a wonderful experience and I would recommend that to anyone visiting the island! We definiately look forward to returning to Maui and using your condo again soon! Thanks again!

Aloha Margie, We just wanted to thank you again for sharing your Maui home with us. We have never had the opportunity to stay right on the water like that. It was so amazingly relaxing! We loved watching the huge Sea Turtles come in to eat every day and watching the sunset every evening. We had a sailboat cross in the setting sun a few nights, which made for beautiful pictures. Not to mention the view of both Lanai and Molokai. The birds were waiting for us to come out for breakfast every morning and Jim had the female Cardinal eating out of his hand. We really had a wonderful time! Your place is quiet and peaceful. Everyone we met there was so friendly. We hope to stay there again sometime soon and will definitely tell all our friends about your hospitality.

the birds singing, listening to the waves crashing
on shore, seeing the whales and turtles right out of
our lanai was great. And, Oh those beautiful
sunsets each evening. Your condo is so well stocked
all we needed to do was bring our groceries.
While we were on Maui we enjoyed dining at the
Hula Grill at Whalers Village. We took a drive to the
Surfing Goat Dairy and the Lavender farm. Both
great day trips.
This was our third trip to Maui and our first time a
condo. It is so much more relaxing having your own
little place than a hotel room. We will be back!

Maui Margie, WOW! What a fantastic time we had at your condo. Weather was fantastic. Coffee every morning at 630am, sitting out front, watching the turtles feed close to shore!! Boogie boarding so fun! The resort pool is very large, clean, and NOT crowded. The resort grounds were immaculate and flowers beautiful. The grounds keeper was even working on Thanksgiving day! Your condo was very clean and well stocked. Loved being on ground floor, just a few steps to paradise! Highly recommend eating breakfast at The Gazebo at Napili Resort, just a short drive north. The BEST macadamia nut pancakes with coconut syrup. They serve breakfast all day. All their other food is fantastic as well. MaLa's in Lahaina has excellent food as well, and on the ocean front. Kobe's in Lahaina has great Japanese food and they give 'sunset' deals if you seat before 6pm. For a luau, go to Old Lahaina Luau, they have the best by far. This was our second time there.
