My family and I (adult children, spouse) stayed 5 nights. We absolutely loved this condo! We adored the spectacular view of the golf course and pond, the visiting birds with our morning coffee, the amazingly appointed beach tote (all you could need!), the quiet and safe neighborhood, the ease of finding all we needed at this great location, and the beautifully appointed home. We had everything we needed for comfort, and the rooms, beds, towels and kitchen were clean and comfortable. The condo looks exactly as presented, very lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat...we were sad to leave this little piece of paradise!

The unit was clean for the most part. Cleaners need to do a better job of getting behind night stands, and tables. AC unit in downstairs bedroom didn’t cool the room enough so we relied on the living room unit and left our bedroom door open.
Location on Turtle Bay resort was great for exploring and we actually saw 2 young Hawaiian Monk Seals out at hole 17 of the Arnold Palmer course!! Respect the wildlife in Hawaii as they are beautiful and need our protection.
This is an older unit, but was comfortable for the 5 adults that stayed here.

We stayed in this town home in early July 2023. The location is amazing with easy access to all of the North Shore offers. The pool is steps from the front door, you don’t even need to put on your shoes. There is no hot tub, but the pool has a very deep side which the kids found very entertaining. The layout is spacious and easy for our family of four. In fact, it felt extravagant with the space. We used the bottom bedroom as our “closet“ and kept all our suitcases in there and then our kids stayed in the loft and we stayed in the master bedroom. The beds are super comfy, we have no complaints about our sleep. If air conditioning is a must for you, like it is for our family, there are multiple air-conditioning units and fans throughout the house, which kept it cool. The kitchen is well stocked and fridge is big! The washer and dryer were so nice to have, as we are on the islands for many weeks and this was a midpoint stop between places with no washer/dryer. You can tell that this townhome is loved by their family and you can see why. Only thing that’s missing is a view of the ocean, but the view of the pond is very nice. We hope to be back!

Only one of the beds was comfortable which was disappointing. The toilet upstairs was leaking so it was out of use for the first two days. There were 6 of us so that wasn’t great. The kitchen was well stocked and close to walk to the ocean. We had a good time being together but this p,Ave needs an upgrade.

This condo is well equipped with everything you need. It is beautifully decorated and is extremely comfortable. Everything is in good condition and the rooms are good size. We feel that the location of the unit is the best in the place because it has a wonderful view of the pond and evening sunset. The condo is on the Fazio golf course which is currently not being used so we walked several miles on the cart paths each day. The Turtle Bay property is exceptional with beautiful beaches and lovely walking paths along the ocean. We highly recommend the area and this condo!

What a lovely home, and a beautiful location. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The Turtle Bay Resort itself has many wonderful things to offer: the beaches, the trails, the hotel restaurants and bars, the golf course and swimming pools. We used all of them, and also enjoyed the North Shore with Haleiwa and the shrimp trucks and many other great beaches. The house itself could use some updating: the kitchen utensils are a bit lacking, the lanai is stuffed with messy storage equipment rather than seating, and many of the drawers were quite disorganized. The refrigerator had lots of leftover food from previous tenants that we had to throw out. But even with these small inconveniences, we really enjoyed ourselves. Loved the hammock and outdoor chairs in the “yard”. A beautiful view of the golf course and small pond!

My husband and I took my mother to Hawaii to celebrate her 60th birthday. I wanted to book a place where we could relax yet still be close to all the activities we had planned. The hosts where easy to communicate with and organized. We had no issues getting into the condo and it was very spacious and mostly quiet. There is a neighbor next door that likes to leave his screen door open, so you can hear him speak very loudly on all his personal and business calls, but it didn't bother us since we were mostly gone the entire time. They have a nice hammick outback and it was my husband's go to place every time we came back to the rental. The golf course is very pretty and relaxing. You can walk to the ocean from the condo but ithe beach is covered with sharp corral. You need to walk more to find a beachy area, but we decided to drive to Waikiki for the breach. The rental is close (by car only) to CLIMB works/Keana Farms, Polynesian Cultural Center and Kualoa Ranch. There is a small shopping center about 10 mins away that has a grocery store. It is far from Waikiki, but we made a day trip out of it. The only issue is that the top bedroom has an enormous ant problem. My poor mother had to deal with them every night even after using the ant spray that the rental provided. There is obviously an ant nest by the roof, as you can see their trail from the bed frame up to the ceiling. The top bathroom also had cockroaches (which could be due to the climate), but the bottom bathroom and rooms did not have much, if any, insects problems. I would recommend just staying downstairs and ignoring the suite upstairs until the insect issue gets resolved. Other than that, it was a good place to go for our first time being by Turtle Beach.

Beautiful property, inside and out! We’ve stayed at turtle bay condos many times but this was definitely the nicest one. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the unit was spotless. Even though it is a condo, it is so private that you don’t feel like anyone is around you. We actually enjoyed part of golf course being closed behind us so we could hit some balls with the golf clubs provided. and the biggest benefit was the THREE AC units! They actually worked very well and kept the place very comfortably cool. We would stay here again any day!

I have stayed at several VRBO properties over the years and this was by far the best I have stayed at. Just a great, well kept apartment with anything one might need during a week stay. Pool is literally a 50 foot walk out the front door and the local beaches are gorgeous! What a wonderful find. If we ever get the opportunity to return to the north shore of Oahu I would gladly stay here again!

We thorough enjoyed our stay here and wish we had a few more days. The condo felt like home to me, my husband and our two sons (18 & 21). The beds were so comfortable, the place was clean and well stocked, the view was beautiful and peaceful, not to mention a lovely, short walk to the beach and Turtle Bay resort. There is no reason to pay the high price of a hotel room at the resort when you can have the space and peace of this fabulous condo. We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with our 11 yr old and 20 yr old. We had plenty of room as there were 4 of us and accommodations could have held more of us. We enjoyed the nice peaceful area. We walked to the Turtle Bay area to swim in the beach. There was a hammock, patio furniture and pond in the back yard. Our son loved the pool which was never crowded when we were there. We were very pleased to have air conditioning as the other resort we stayed at didn't have air conditioning. The beds were very comfortable. This was such a nice place to stay. There's a restaurant Lei Leis that is close by so we utilized it so we didn't have to travel much. There was a beach approx 9 miles from us that we were able to take photographs of the sea turtles which was awesome. Everything we needed was there to make for an enjoyable trip. We hope sometime we are able to visit again. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

The location of this property is wonderful. The North shore has so many fun things to do. If you are thinking of staying in this area, check out the Turtle Bay resort. It was beautiful! This unit however has an ant infestation. We woke up the first morning to large ants crawling all over the upstairs bed: We contacted the owner who refused to do anything but say they have never had a problem and a few must have gotten in. We were forced to spray rai all over the place since they wouldn’t assist with the issue. We found small ants in the downstairs bedroom, both bathrooms and living room every day of our stay. Several days we woke to large ants crawling on the bed. I couldn’t stomach sleeping in the bed so I slept on the very uncomfortable couch. There are any traps under every bed and white powder also. These insect methods are clearly not working. There were roaches in the upstairs bedroom our last morning there. We are very careful about only having food in the kitchen so it want from food. This house was such a disappointment.

This place was perfect for what we needed! Living on the south shore of Oahu, it was so nice to have a quiet spot on the North Shore to relax and decompress. I loved reading in the hammock out back and watching the cattle egrets around the pond. Unfortunately, it was pretty overcast while we were there so we didn’t catch any sunsets but maybe next time because we will be back! Everything was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy drive to Waimea Bay for a day at the beach and plenty of food trucks for yummy meals. We also had dinner and breakfast at the Lei Lei Grill. The mai tai’s were very good and the bonus was being able to walk there and back along the golf course. Mahalo!

The owners of this condo have thought of just about everything you would need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Perfect rental for the two couple in our group. The guys golfed with golf clubs provided, we all snorkeled and boogie boarded with equipment provided. Outdoor patio table was perfect for breakfast, happy hour, and hammock perfect for little nap after busy day. Swimming pool directly across sidewalk from unit. Beautiful trails for walking. When I am looking for a place to stay, I rely on the reviews of others and only rent 4 stars and above. This was an almost five star rating and there are many reasons why....
We were two families, six in all staying here. Two couples, a 14 year old teenage girl and 21 year old son. Our trip was postponed due to the pandemic in 2020 so we were thrilled to finally be able to travel again. The unit was very spacious. Enough so that everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The pictures you see here are VERY accurate and are exactly what we experienced. It checked off everyone's boxes, with the four main ones being: close to beach, accessible pool, air conditioning and comfy beds for all. The pool is literally a ten second walk from the front door. Also cleanliness is key and this place was clean!
We were very busy during our stay in Oahu, as our son got married in Honolulu during our stay, so we did not get to relax on the beach at Turtle Bay as much as we had wanted to but the option of that short walk to the beach is a huge plus!
Both bedrooms have comfortable king size beds, something we really tried hard to find for both couples. The loft area was a very nice size for the "kids" to hang out in and there was ample room for their luggage and all their other belongings. With a futon and a bunk bed and extra futon mattresses available, it could have slept even more people.
The grounds are beautiful. The neighbors were very nice. The owners provide a few chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, floats and more. Much appreciated.
Should we ever come back to Oahu, the north shore is definitely where we would want to stay and would definitely try to reserve this particular unit again.

I took my family to Oahu where we stayed in the Moss Family Townhouse in Turtle Bay on the North Shore. It was a wonderful location and the unit was exactly what we needed. The Moss' are easily assessable for any needs or concerns. It was a safe neighborhood and very friendly. Directly across from the pool was so convenient for my kids. We have just stayed at the Moss families home and everything was as described. Could not have asked for a nicer home for the 6 of us. There were snorkels, flippers and beach gear in a storage unit on the balcony along with tennis gear to use. Beautiful outlook over the golf course for afternoon drinks out the back. Pool was straight out the front door of the unit. Lei Lei's restaurant was about 150 meters away for drinks and some meals ( can be a bit pricey for those on a budget. ) There are plenty of other eating options though within a short drive. Haleiwa town was great for a night out for dinner and cocktails.
The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Close drive to all the sights on the North shore. ( a car is a must up there ). All in all I could not fault it or the care the owners showed with information and responses to any questions I had. If staying on the North shore I will be be trying to stay in this home again.
PS. One minor thing is that maybe a few more bath towels be supplied as we ran out.
There were plenty of beach towels though.

The photos are exactly as shown on the website with comfort, accessibility, and extra amenities that a family would enjoy. Skip Waikiki and stay out in the country on Oahu. Turtle Bay Hotel is within walking distance with a beautiful beach and you’ve got one of the best surfing spots in the world down the road. The hosts did a fantastic job and I see why their property is reserved most of the time! We were lucky to have it for a wedding during Mother’s Day weekend. If available next time, we would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for sharing your home with us. We very much enjoyed our stay. The weather did not cooperate much during our week there but overall enjoyed Oahu. Turtlebay golf Palmer course was very nice. Ted's bakery is a must when in that area. So many things to see so little time. Small minor hicups about the home which can be easily fixed. Curtains are not thick enough to convey heat protection and privacy. Upstairs shower the pressure knob is broken, therefore unable to adjust pressure. Lastly the a/c in the upstairs bedroom would require a diffuser as to not blow the cold air directly onto the right side of the bed. Putting a blacket and something heavy to keep it in place does the trick. I had one of the fob's fixed as it was deffective. Moss family were available and friendly for all questions. Thank-you.

We had 2 tweens and 4 adults. More than enough room. The master bedroom on the main floor has the best, most comfortable king bed ever. I usually never sleep well on vacation, but had no issues here! We never saw any bugs - the place is super clean and nicely decorated. We were able to use the chairs and boogie boards. The pool was straight across from the unit and came in handy for keeping an eye on the kids. The brand-new fridge is really nice too! Thank you for delivering it that morning before we arrived!! 1st - Aimee is fantastic to work with! 2nd - Condo has a great layout and in a nice location. The grandchildren rode horses, surfed, hiked, and Grandpa rented a bike for a day - all at Turtle Bay. Very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. We recommend Ted's Bakery and Seven Brothers for great food - especially the hamburgers at Seven Brothers. We used the swimming pool just out the back door a few times. The condo is well priced, and we highly recommend it.

This was our fourth time staying here in 5 years. Our kids (9 & 6) basically demand we come back. The place is so comfortable, modern, clean and convenient. We use it as base camp for going to all the beaches along the North Shore and down the windward side. And it is fully stocked with beach toys and chairs, boogie boards, tennis equipment. Aimee has always been fantastic to deal with. Can't say enough good things about this place or the resulting vacation. I can't recommend it enough (unless you're trying to book at the same time as we are next time - back off, we found it first).

We stayed at this condo after staying in others in the Kuilima Estates these past several years and this was the best BY FAR! It is fully loaded with EVERYTHING ... Especially the kitchen which is a huge plus when making meals. This condo is so incredibly clean and comfortable, and our company was "in awe" with it. We no longer have to search for other condos in the Kuilima Estates for our future vacations since we have finally found the one that suits us in every way. This place was great!! It had everything we needed for a family of 7!! Aimee was very helpful with the whole process. The grounds were well kept and the sunset views from the patio were amazing!!

Booking was perfect with Aimee . Very responsive too. Unit was perfect. Decorated nicely, clean, spacious and Aimee thought of everything you need while using a rental far from home . We had bought our groceries in Kailua days earlier and needed nothing but a few perishables we got from a cvs when we got closer. No need for spices sauces oils seasoning sugar etc. all covered . Even sun lotion that maybe guests left behind but Aimee had it all organized and handy .
Beautiful location and beach .. convenient to teds bakery, sharks cove etc. beautiful grounds pleasant quiet . Great beach walking distance and the hotel pool bar for sunset . Would definitely rebook next time on north shore . Loved the north shore too ... first time staying ( only visited in past ). AC all worked great and kept us very comfortable too .

Excellent North Shore Condo! This unit has everything you could ever think of needing on your vacation. Perfect location and very clean. Aimee is really excellent to deal with, prompt responses and very friendly. Dont hesitate to book this gem!

The condo is exactly as described. Modern, beautiful and CLEAN!! There is a pool just steps from the front door and a lovely hammock in the back yard for relaxing.
Just a 5 minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort and beach. The kitchen has everything a person needs for cooking and a brand new coffee pot was delivered while we we visiting. The beach towels and chairs were great and there are even tennis racquets. I can't think of anything this condo doesn't have!
Great vacation spot and the North Shore is so much more relaxing than Honolulu!
Would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is seeking the perfect Hawaiian vacation!

Traveled with husband and parents for a week long vacation. Was worried about the condo we had rented and hoped it would live up to great pics posted in VRBO. Well, the condonis exactly what they portray and more! Great location with only hammock we saw for your relaxing pleasure. We walked to resort or private beach where we played in water near feeding turtles daily.
Super clean and included all things to make us feel at home. Beds were so comfortable. Showers were great....not dripping water at you without water pressure but therapeutic after long day in waves. They spared no expense on their place to make the home enjoyable.
I piece of advice....if you plan to cook buy groceries in Honolulu (there is a walmart there) and bring them to condo. Closest store is Foodland and it's pricey. Otherwise find Teds Bakery it's great!
I could go on and on but just know...this is a wonderful place and everything was as owners said it would be. Process was simple and streamlined. Have only been home since 12th and am already waiting for deposit check to arrive per email I recvd. No issues whatsoever. Rent with confidence this beautiful haven!

We had such a great time during our spring break stay at Turtle Bay! The townhome is spacious and we wanted for nothing - every detail was taken care of....right down to the laundry soap and shampoo! The beach was an easy walk (or drive, if you pack as much stuff to the beach as we do!). The condo was quiet and comfortable with thoughtful decor. There was ample gear (boogie boards, snorkels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc.) to meet our every need. Our children (ages 4, 6 and 16) all had a fantastic time. We had never been to the Northshore as we usually vacation on Maui, and we really enjoyed the laid back, surf style of the area. It was both peaceful and vibrant. There was a wonderful farmers market not far from the condo where we would get fresh fruit every day. Ted's Bakery is AMAZING, and our favorite meals came from the food trucks....if you can believe it! The condo has impeccable pride of ownership. We would highly recommend staying here and we sure hope to return ourselves!

This was our first time using VRBO and it was a wonderful, seamless experience. The condo is beautifully appointed and updated yet very family friendly - we enjoyed preparing breakfast and lunch in the well equipped kitchen and eating outside next to the 2nd fairway. There's even a hammock for a quick nap! One of three pools is only steps away from the front door and offered a good afternoon alternative to our morning swims at Turtle Bay (we made good use of the boogie boards available to use in the condo).
All of the instructions and directions prepared by the owners were spot on and made our stay truly a memorable and worry-free experience. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a North Shore vacation rental - it suits all ages and offers enough comfortable sleeping accommodations for 2 families. We will definitely return one day!

THis is an excellent rental for a family. We were a family 4, and with the grandparents =6. Lots of space for everyone. As other reviewers mentioned the location is great as are the options of things to do. Running and exploring the many trails, we saw Hawaiian monk seals on the ocean trails on the Palmer golf course side. Exploring Kawela bay by walking the ocean trails to the west was fun too. Be sure to take pictures by the big banyan tree and swing by the old army bunker. We played tennis with the raquets and balls as well as golf ($15 after 3 pm at the Fazio course/ the condo has clubs). The heated pool just outside the door was great when we hit cooler weather. Snorkeling at Turtle bay was really good, as we could compare it to Shark's cove. We made good use of the cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards etc.. An amazing beach is just down the road, just north of Laie (Malaekahana State Recreation Area), was perfect for watching surfers and has a nice sand beach and great size of waves for boogie boarding. We loved it so much that we went twice. Waimea beach is beautiful, though has a steep drop off and may have red flags on high surf days. The Polynesian Cultural Center was a great experience. The beds in the condo were very comfortable and it was so convenient to have the washer dryer handy. Amy was quick to respond to any questions and Randy swung by to see if there was anything we needed and feedback about the condo. The condo has a great floor plan, nice airy flow, air conditioning rarely used. It also has a slow cooker, which was handy as well. The grill by the pool requires briquettes so put that on your grocery list. Lei-Lei's restaurant was great, just a short walk away. We did venture out to Waikiki beach and Honolulu, though definitely prefer the vibe and peace and quiet of the North Shore. Traffic/parking in Honolulu is terrible. I would definitely recommend this condo, for it's accomodations, location and in dealing with the owners.

This townhome had everything we were looking for! So much better than a hotel, because we had a very nice kitchen to cook in which saved us money, golf clubs, tennis racquets and balls, and boogie boards to use that we didn't have to pay for to rent. All that stuff really adds up. Cost was great, especially for value of home. Aimee was great and answered all my questions and gave us great ideas of what to do. Thanks so much for the great trip, and we will definitely stay again!

This place was AWSOME!!! We brought my parents that have never been and they enjoyed it so much!! The beds were comfortable and the place was very nice... Would highly recommend it. We will be back next year for sure and will be asking for the same place to stay!!!!!

We stayed at 358045 from September 26-30. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. I am very picky about matress quality and these beds are great. No bugs or critters anywhere. This unit is strategically stiuated between Laie and Haleiwa. Great beaches everywhere you go. The unit is right outside the pool for easy access. I cant wait to return!

We were suppose to stay at this beautiful condo for my daughter's senior trip from 9/21/12 through 9/26/12 Unfortunately, the Monday before we were to leave my daughters (ages 17 and 13) were involved in a serious car accident and were told by doctors that they could not travel. Aimee went out of her way to assist with our change in plans and we can't wait to finally make it to this great condo and this beautiful beach! God is good and our daughters are fine. The owners of this home are more than accommodating and would highly recommend anyone book this condo.

Where do we start? We stayed for a week and wish it was 2. The condo was convenient to Turtle Bay resort which had a great beach for snorkeling (slightly cloudy) and convenience. The condo provided everything we needed to have a great day at the beach, towels, cooler, chairs and snorkeling gear (no fins). The condo is great for a family (we have a family of five along with aunty and Tutu) We loved Hale'iwa and the Windward Coast. Beds were fantastic and great access to the pool. Golf course behind with a great view and hammock was fought over! My husband found endless places to run and explore. The forest behind the condo was amazing and beautiful. We will be back next year and will be staying at this condo even after checking out many other options while we were on island.
