Around 3-5pm turtles are right on the shore behind the sea wall. Perfect views from the 3rd story only thing is it only has one outdoor lounger to enjoy the views. Other than that everything was clean and perfect.

We loved our stay here! The view was amazing and we had a great time watching the sea turtles every day. The bed was smaller than a king, so be aware if you need a bed for two tall people like me and my husband. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

We loved starting and ending our day on the lanai. Watching the sunset and waiting for the stars to appear was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The instructions and communication from the owner were clear. The property was extremely clean, well kept, and had supplies for us to utilize. We also liked watching the turtles swim by! This property was awesome. First time in Maui with my husband. The instructions to find the place were accurate, the check-in process was very easy. Pam checked in making sure we had gotten everything. The property was clean and very well kept. The balcony had an amazing ocean view. Parking was good. This was my first time staying at a VRBO and it was perfect. We saw a few whales and turtles from the lanai and since it’s a studio we were able to hear the ocean waves at night. The bed and pillows were super comfortable which is a plus. We wish we had stayed longer! There are several beautiful beaches and places to eat nearby and we had everything we needed for the beach thanks to all the amenities provided. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was everything listed and more! Nothing can beat the view from the lanai that you can see anywhere in the unit. Loved the fact the bed was in the living area so we could be lulled to sleep by the ocean. Perfect quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Makes it much easier when heading to the beach without worrying about purchasing products that will only be used during vacation and would need to be left behind and possibly discarded. My husband and I went to 4 islands so 3 VRBO’s. This condo was the best!! Where do I start! It is adorable, all the room we needed, the minute you walk in it feels like home. This is the only condo we unpacked in. We sat on the patio ever night and watched the whales. So perfect! The kitchen is well stocked, but there r also close by restaurants and grocery stores. We were able to walk to some beaches or a short drive to some of the more popular ones. The are beach chairs and towels, snorkel equipment, etc available. The coin operated washers and dryer’s are across the street at a reasonable cost. The condo is on the third floor and we did not see an elevator. 2 pools across the street as well as a grill. The street is not busy. Condo is quiet. Great place!!

Super quiet location yet near so much. Fantastic view n great balcony with bar table n stools as well as great lounge chair. Kitchen had every essential we needed. Great king bed with nice fluffy pillows. Also had 2 diff sized coolers, 4 great beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, 2 masks n 2 sets of flippers. Will need to rent the Snorkel part at Snorkel Bobs as well as 1 skim board. All good quality. The local all that it said it was. Great views of sunsets, whales breaching in the distance and often saw turtle swimming near the wall.

This condo was such a gem to find! It was far enough away from the business of Lahaina that it felt really peaceful, but was still close enough to get to all the fun! I saw so many whales and even one little sea turtle passing by. I spent as much time as I could on the lanai and the bed was really comfortable. Pam was really responsive to any questions and I had everything I needed to make this a spectacular trip!

Right on the water, loved listening to the ocean at night. Complex is quiet, peaceful. Condo has beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, umbrella. Huge lanai, saw lots of whales. Easy check-in with door keypad. Air conditioning plus ceiling fans. Good amount of cookware, dishes. BBQ grill right downstairs. Laundry is in the same complex but across the street. Takes quarters. Recommend a smaller rental vehicle if possible, parking spaces are tight. No beach on site, but several great options a short drive away. My wife and I would certainly return to this same condo in the future.

The apartment was just as pictured and described. It was very quiet and the designated parking was a nice bonus. We watched sea turtles from the balcony and enjoyed the food trucks and other restaurants/shopping just down the road. There is no beach on the property, but there is tiny place of sandy beach where the property wall meets the next door property wall. It is a great place to watch the waves or even get in the water. It has natural steps and seating that you can use to access the water or sit to view the sunset.

This was a solo trip to Maui to relax. The condo was nicely decorated in seaside boho style. Very well stocked with household items that you may need. The best part was the lanai and the ocean view. I only used the AC once when I arrived to quickly cool down the room and then it was sliding door and windows open, ceiling fans on. At night it was nice to hear the waves crash against the sea wall. Ultimately the very best were
the sea turtles swimming by. A HUGE one was by the rocks looking for food. The only minor issue is parking can be tight IF you have neighbors that park over the line into your spot and if you all have SUVs, but it only happened one night. The building and occupants were quiet. A small shopping center within walking distance: great coffee shop, McDo, Maui Brewing Co, a little general store. Close to a little beach that I wish I had walked to sooner. Pam was quick to respond and kind. Overall a great stay and I plan to bring the kids here next time.

Gorgeous space, and view that soothes the soul. Having stayed at a few properties along the lower Honoapiilani highway in the past, we decided to stay up a little more towards Kahana. It was absolutely lovely and very quiet area. The complex itself was small, which is perfect! Easy parking, and up the stairs to your little paradise! Smaller condo, but for 2 is perfect. Loved the bigger lanai for endless hours watching the water. Used the A/C a few times but slept with the windows open and sounds of the ocean a sweet lullaby every night. Really recommend this unit even more so during whale season. Thanks Pam! Everything was perfect 😊

This top floor studio apartment faces west overlooking the water. Enjoy sitting on the lanai in the cooler morning and watching the sun set in the evenings. Plenty of towels and beach equipment (e.g., chairs, umbrella, coolers) were on hand to set yourself up for days by the water. Several beaches are within 3 - 4 miles and Laina is about 15 minutes away. We enjoyed reading a few of the many mystery books on the shelves.

This condo is great for the price point. The views on the lanai are stunning. The unit is clean and offers a great nights sleep as the mattress is super comfortable, the lines are silky soft and the air conditioning works nice. The kitchen is stocked if you like to cook in and there were ample beach toys to enjoy a day out if you like. I would definitely recommend staying here. My only draw back is that the unit is outdated and overloaded with heavy furniture. Which is not truly accurate on the photos as the tub insert and bathroom sink are stained from years of use. I will say it is clean, just old. This would be a simple fix, but I do understand it takes money to pour into upgrades. However, I believe it would pay off in the end for the owners. Another great addition would be to add a ceiling fan outside on the lanai as it does get hot out there. We have stayed in other units in the same complex and they had fans on the porch. Overall, Pam is fabulous and it is a gem!!!😊

This place made for an awesome getaway!! Unfortunately we were at the tail end of whale season so we didn’t get the “whales from the bed” experience other people talked about, but we were blessed with endless sea turtles frolicking in the water right outside of the condo! The condo was stocked perfectly. We loved the beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie board! Having a nice TV with Netflix tuned in was also great for a few relaxing evenings after watching the beautiful sunset from the lanai. I can’t wait to come back! 10/10 place to stay in western Maui.

We had a wonderful time in this studio unit. The pictures well represent the furnishing and the sound of the waves crashing on the retaining walls was just what I'd hope for. We have stayed in this building complex before but this is the first time in this unit. Each owner was great but this unit has even better views. You are on the top (3rd) floor with nothing blocking your view. The reserved parking is under the building.
This is a great location in a quite area and we will stay here again if we make it back this way. We really enjoy Napili Bay beach. It was not rough swells and basically free of rocks along the shoreline.

My sister and I stayed here for a week and loved every moment of it. Anytime we were in the condo, we had the doors and windows open and could hear the ocean right outside. We could see whales from the lanai, and sea turtles congregated against the sea wall outside. It's an easy 10 minute drive to Kaanapali,/Whaler's Village, 20 minutes to Lahaina, but quiet and off the beaten track. Absolute heaven!

This was the perfect fully furnished Ocean Front Condo with everything you could need to enjoy your stay in Maui. It had everything you needed to feel like you were at home including beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and beach toys. Couldn't have asked for a prettier view of the sunsets with whale and turtle sightings everyday. Falling asleep to the sound of waves was amazing and the cool trade winds were perfect. This is the first time I have stayed anywhere other than a resort and it was a wonderful experience. The place is exactly as described. The lanai is the star. We sat out there each morning and evening and soaked in the view. You won’t get a better view at any restaurant. The condo was comfortable and had more kitchen gear and appliances than we would have expected. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs, umbrella and coolers available to use. That was a huge advantage over the resorts. We have been to Maui a number of times and have our favorite beaches so having these things to take to the beaches was great. The location is perfect if you love the Ka’anapali and Kapalua areas which we do. All of the great snorkel beaches are close. There were restaurants you could walk to and a wonderful coffee place that we walked to a number of mornings. I would definitely stay again.

Our room was nice. Bed was very comfortable, everything worked like it was supposed to and there were many things provided that were helpful for activities during our trip. I will say that the room was VERY HOT during the day and especially toward the evening when the sun would shine right toward that side of the island. We ran the AC all the time and it was still brutal. The bathroom floor hadn’t been swept/cleaned either, but the hot water worked. Also the bathroom sink needs some Drano or Liquid Plumber, because it backs up after a few seconds of running but eventually drains down.
Overall we pretty much just slept and ate dinner here, but it served it’s purpose. We also did see several sea turtles and that was super cool as well. Beach access is right there, but it is a good drive away from all of the main activities one would typically do in Maui. It’s an hour drive to the start of the road to Hana, an hour to and from the airport, an hour from the harbor and aquarium and a 3 hour drive to Haleakala.
We would stay at a place like this again, but maybe not this exact one just because of the distance from everything.

Condo was clean and we loved hearing the ocean at night. Complex was quiet and the pool was shaded for a good escape from the sun. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Be sure to close the curtains and turn on the AC during the day or you will get baked in the afternoon. If you go down to the seawall just past the steps to the right, there were sea turtles every night around sunset swimming by the wall.

We absolutely loved our stay. Starting with views of the ocean, nearby swimming sea turtles and views of the Lanai and Molokai islands. Location is perfect, close to everything we needed. Very good snorkeling options near by and great kids friendly beaches in short driving distance. Condo even had beach equipment which was super convenient. We didn't have to purchase anything extra.
