We really enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we stayed at Kamaole Sands and it is the best place we have stayed in Kihei. Condo is exactly as advertised and had all the amenities we need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and the beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella was appreciated. We also tried pickle ball. The bed is comfortable and there is sufficient beach towels. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Well appointed, updated unit in a great complex right across the street from the beach. The hosts have really tried to make you feel at home and we were impressed with the kitchen and kitchenware as we like to cook. The grounds are a tropical oasis. Would definitely recommend

This condo is amazing! I highly recommend it. It is SUPER clean and has everything you need; even beach chairs and boogie boards!!! There was a little hiccup checking in, but the property manager was available right away by phone to sort it out. The location is perfect-five minute walk to the beach.

The property was exactly as advertised. Spacious, bed was very comfortable, appreciated the high top table in the living room, amd a comfortable couch. The unit as a whole was clean and comfortable! Of course totally accessible to the beach and the pool is always a treat especially now that they have gone to a salt water mixture instead of chlorine. Beautiful location, roght next to the beach. Private back lani, right by the bbq. We were there just recently when all the fires were happening. Actually lost our vehicle and ID's in the Lahaina fire. Bob was the nicest person I've never met. I Would definitely recommend this location.

Beautiful property. Located within minutes of the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. Owners had the property stalked with all the amenities needed. Nice to come back to a comfortable place after an outing, very quiet complex, at least during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Maui. We were not able to take advantage of the pool area, not enough time but it seemed nice, very clean and well maintained. Now to the only few bad things about the property. Not enough washcloths, my particular issue and parking is just a bit away from where you're staying but at least there is a space for you to park. Again, we enjoyed our stay and glad we booked this property.

Right across from Kamaole Beach. Everything you need in the unit both for living in the unit and to take with you to the beach. Pool and grills for BBQ'ing. Would definitely stay again!

This is our 6th time staying at Kamaole Sands, and this is one of the nicest units we have stayed in! The king bed in the Master Bedroom was very comfortable - as was the sofa bed in the living room. There is lots of seating both inside and out, and lots of beach gear (i.e. beach chairs, boogie boards etc) that we really appreciated! Bob was also great to deal with - any questions I had for him, he responded quickly!

It was the first time my new husband and his daughter have been to Hawaii. I was excited to show them as much of the island as I could in 5 days.
Only complaints -
1) AC was not working while we were there. (But we were able to use the fans provided),
2) Sheets and pillow cases in the bedroom were not clean the first night,
3) We had arranged for the sofa bed to be made up prior to arrival, and it was not done.
Would stay here again?? Yes

This property was perfect. Loved the location, close to everything. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler came in handy when going to the beach. Robert was pleasant to talk to and even responded quickly when we thought we left the coffee pot on. Wonderful stay at the condo! It was clean, comfortable, yes the sofa bed was comfortable, and had all the necessities. Happy there was cable, washer/dryer, and central a/c. It was a great place to come back to after a long day of fun in the sun. Property was clean and had boogie boards, chairs and snorkeling gear. Didn't need to rent anything. The only thing lacking was pillowcases for the hide a bed pillows.

From the time we walked through the front door of the condo to the last time we walked out we were happy with our experience. The place was very well equipped and very comfortable, having morning coffee and evening drinks on the lanai was wonderfully relaxing. I would suggest sweeping the floors when staying there because it does not seem housekeeping sweeps or mops. This condo is a really great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was great! Very clean (the biggest plus), spacious, modern decor and well supplied. This place had everything we would need to feel comfortable in a home like setting and would desire for our vacation. I would defiantly want to return to this place. Surprisingly the sofa bed was very comfortable too! I was happy to know my children slept well! The one and only down side, was the place does not receive much sunlight based on the location of the windows. Not much can be done about that but it does keep the room nice and cool :)

This condo is clean and has a well appointed kitchen. The pull out couch has a newer memory foam mattress. The lania is large and was nice to have the dining and club chairs outside. There is lots of beach equipment. The owner was very nice to speak with and replied quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this condo and the complex! The condo was perfect and had so many things!! We loved having coffee on the peaceful lanai and had a great time at the pool. The ocean was across the street and we spent time there - both on the beach and enjoying the sunset. Great location and close to restaurants and shops.

Accommodations were great. The only negative was that there was no view from the lanai. It was also very hot and there was no breeze so we could not use the lanai as much as we would have liked. We did appreciate the availability of the beach chairs and the convenience of the beach location across the street.

We were very happy with our stay here. The condo was clean and came with most things we needed. The place was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and came with all the appliances, pots, and pans necessary. Some of the seasonings were too old to be used though and were stuck together. The bedroom was nice and bed was comfy. The sofa bed in the living room wasn’t as nice as we thought however. It was squeaky and not that comfortable. It was still usable though. The condo also has a nice community pool and comes with a lot of beach gear. It was nice not having to bring much because luggage space was tight and the place came with most things we needed.

The condo was everything they advertised... beautifully decorated and stocked with all kitchen, bath, and beach accessories in addition to wifi & cable/satellite tv. There are units on both sides and above this one, but it was extremely quiet; we never heard anything (like a typical hotel).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first floor is very convenient to the pool area and to the BBQ's. The condo is furnished with everything you could need for kitchen, BBQ, beach, whatever and the TV's are a great asset as well. The AC works so well we had to turn it off some of the time and just use the ceiling fans. The only caveat is that the southern exposure lanai would be more usable during the day with some sort of sun screen or umbrella. But with most days at the beach... Maybe not an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Bob’s condo. He was a very gracious host who was helpful with all of our many questions. The location is great, about a 5 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute to the pool and 30 seconds to the BBQs.
The biggest highlights of this unit was the creature comforts. Central AC is rare in Kamaole Sands, and it was VERY welcome! The kitchen is also excellently equipped. There is likely just about everything you’d have at home, including most spices you’d require, which saves you from having to go out and buy a month’s worth for a few days stay.

We planned our trip to Hawaii 10 months in advance, for our honeymoon...our original place cancelled a few days before we were to arrive. I found this condo in Kehei not knowing anything about the island, we totally lucked out!! The condo has everything you could want or need! The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms are elegant and offer everything you would need to feel at home. Being on the ground level was nice for sitting on the lanai and coming and going, no steps or elevator. The property and grounds were kept clean and we never had an issue with noise or neighbors. Owners were very responsive and extremely accommodating to us, thank you, meant so much to us being our first time to Maui!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's one of the more convenient places to stay in Kihei and is essentially a block away from the beach and walking distance to nearby restaurants. There are plenty of amenities (chairs/beach toys/towels) for use at the property. It's not a fancy place and is on the ground floor of a large apartment/condo property but the convenience trumps those issues. Took 1 star off because AC wasn't working on our arrival and wasn't fixed by the time we left (total of 5 night stay). The owner was very gracious/responsive about the issue but repair folks only got around to calling on the day we checked out.

This was our 7th trip to Maui in the past 5 years. Every trip we stay at the Kamole Sands. This condo was by far one of the best in the complex I have stayed in at. From the beautiful decor, comfortable bed, to the attention to detail, everything was perfect!
The owners have anticipated the needs of every traveler and anything I could want or need was stocked. From chairs and snorkel gear all the way down to the smallest details such as measuring cups.... EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!
Without a doubt I would recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay in Kiehi.

We had a great time staying in this unit. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to the beach gear. The central air kept the place cool when we needed it and the bed was SO comfy.

Great location in Kihei. 3 minute walk from beach, and owners let you use their snorkels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Everything was clean and updated. On the first floor so no stairs or elevator. The resort complex has many amenities and parking was easy. The only negative was the mattress. It is really worn out and uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch while my husband slept on the less worn, center of the bed. Everything else about the rental was wonderful.
