We’ve been to Maui several times but this is our first time at Wailea Beach Villas and the perfect location. We brought family members, we all loved the location, it was a short walking distance to the pools, the best beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our penthouse had all the luxuries and comfort of home, we would definitely return to this location.

We absolutely love WBV and this unit was impeccable. It was perfectly maintained and appointed. We love the opportunity to cook in a few nights and play cards on the lanai before strolling the walking path. We look forward to returning next year!

This place is fantastic! From the excellent location to the cleanliness of the condo and surrounding facilities, it is just an amazing property!
My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. The combination of various pools and hot tubs with the beautiful Wailea beach and provided umbrellas and lounge chairs is unbeatable. This place is perfect for large family gatherings in picturesque Maui.
Also, we had one little issue with the AC. We called the front desk and they had the maintenance crew out to our condo within 15 minutes and the problem resolved in less than an hour.
I could not give this place a better recommendation!

This property is extremely well-kept and has everything you need. Best of both worlds of a vacation condo rental/resort hotel hybrid.
Property management on-site was extremely responsive - the bbq grill on the lanai was broken when we arrived, but was fixed the same day we reported the issue.
We would stay again, and hope that will be sooner than later!

Everything about the property is exactly as advertised. More than that, everyone working at Wailea Villas are fantastic. You will be offered rides in golf carts if you look like you are going somewhere on the property. The guys at the pool and the beach will help get you set up for the day with chairs, umbrellas and towels. it's a well run operation. You are right in the middle of everything, walk to restaurants and shops or down the beach path to get some exercise. Thank you for the wonderful week in Maui, we will be back!

It exceeded our expectations. The Villa was perfect for the grand kids and all the adults. The property is so lush and tropical. The beach area was perfect. The ocean worked great for boogie boards, kayaking, and building sand castles. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee packets and cream, spices, etc. it was the best ever and will be wonderful memories for all of us.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for 4 glorious nights. This was one of the best places I have ever rented and our family of 5 travels often and we primarily stay at vacation rentals. This place had the feel of a resort with the privacy of a residence. It was truly the best of both worlds. The kitchen is wonderful and the showers are luxurious. The whole unit is kept extremely clean. The WBV location cannot be beat. A quick 2-3 min walk over to the shops to pick up a quick meal, ice cream or shop is so convenient. The beach is a 3 minute walk down a beautiful path. I even had a lovely massage on the property outdoors by the beach. I will admit, I was very nervous about the pool situation as I didn’t read closely and didn’t realize the main pool by the beach is adult only until the night before I arrived. Susan reassured me that all would be well and the family pool was wonderful and perfect for my three kids. It is very close to the unit. The water is warm and the pool is 4ft at its deepest. There is a 1.5 ft section for the really little ones. The whole experience was phenomenal, the place was even better than the photos! We would definitely love to return to this magical home on our next vacation to Maui!

Wow, this penthouse was perfect! It’s so close to the kids pool and the view from the deck was magnificent. We would look forward each evening to watching the sunsets on the ocean. Each room was great, my family of 7 was very comfortable. Each bathroom was beautiful. Highly recommend.

We had such an amazing stay, we can't wait to go back! The rooms were perfect for 3 couples and a young child, and it was super convenient having a bathroom for each room. The pools, beach, and the rest of property perfectly kept, and the staff were all so friendly. We could have spent all of our time on the property lounging :) We loved having towels, sunscreen, and water available at the pools. The location was extremely convenient, just a short walk across from the lobby to the Shops at Wailea, which we did a few times for coffee and shopping! We did a mix of take-out and cooking, and the kitchen was amazing! It well-stocked with everything we needed (even a rice cooker!) and having two refrigerators was extremely handy. Susan was very responsive and helpful, highly recommend!

We stayed oct, 2021, and had a wonderful week at this property. i would update her description and say it is only about 3.5 minute walk to pool, 5 min to beach (unless elderly not a big deal, altho tiresome by last couple days)- family pool very close, but we preferred pool by beach. the balcony has a very nice view and very quiet. the unit is stocked for all essentials, and we had a light go out and property mgmt came up at 7pm and replaced (on balcony and we could not reach).
some other units closer might be more appealing, as they have unobstructed views and closer to pool/beach, but this unit was priced less because of it and we loved it there!
the shops at wailea were a very short walk across street behind and have nice restaurant or two for quick choice, plus a small grocery store.
marriott and 4 seasons very close for dinner/drinks. wish this complex had some drink service at pool area, or anywhere on property but otherwise we rate this a can't miss place to stay!!!!! loved it.

Fantastic property that met most important criteria...quiet! We were so glad NOT to be staying at the mega resorts nearby. We were able to enjoy their amenities (restaurants, beach activities shack, etc) then retreat to our most tranquil commune. We were not contacted by the property manager during our stay, which may have been intentional not to bother us, but we did have some questions and would have enjoyed at least one day of housekeeping and trash services. The Villas concierge services were fantastic, highly knowledgeable and the front desk was available for basic services and very nice. FIVE STARS!

I can't say enough about this property and resort! Susan was so responsive and helpful during our booking process. The home is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities we could wish for! The view from the lanai is spectacular, and we loved the convenience of the pools and beach not to mention the Shops at Wailea right outside the front gate. We were very busy during this vacation with catamaran trips, snorkeling, biking down Haleakala, parasailing, ziplining and the luau right down the beach path, but we were always happy to spend downtime at our penthouse. The staff at the resort is terrific, friendly and helpful. We felt pampered and relaxed, and it was the perfect opportunity to catch up with and enjoy the company of our young adult children. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend it! Although there are many beautiful resorts on the island, we think there is something special about the size and feel of this resort. Mahalo!

The property was amazing and this specific condo even better! The condo has everything needed for a nice, relaxing stay in Maui, and is only steps from the beach.
My wife and I booked this condo hoping that “we had found the perfect place for our group’s mainland escape”…this property/condo achieved that and more! The other two couples couldn’t believe how nice it was and didn’t want to leave!!! The location; the view; the amenities; the decor; the technology…Everything was perfect.
My wife and I are now staying in the neighboring “hotel” for the last few nights of our Hawaii vacation…and let’s just say that, even with an “upgraded oceanfront room” (which looks back at the property being reviewed)…there is no comparison. We wish that we would have stayed at the condo/villa vs make the switch…even if it meant paying for the few additional nights for just my wife and I.

Excellent facility for my wife and I, our under one year old daughter, my sister and her fiance and my mother-in-law. Pools excellent. Great beach just a short walk or golf cart ride. Superb shopping centre and restaurants really close. It was the worst weather in Hawaii in 20 years, so we used the condo a lot and the facilities and equipment were excellent. When we had trouble with the internet and TV connections, both staff and owners sprung into action and spent whatever they need to in order to fix the problem promptly. Highly recommend this suite.

I had a convention at the Grand Wailea Resort next door and did not want my family cooped up in hotel rooms all week. It was an easy walk to work each morning and we were able to use many of the hotel amenities such as the restaurants, shops, and bars. It was so nice to be able to walk "home" every day after work and relax with a glass of wine on the ocean view veranda. We were able to prepare several meals in the very well-appointed kitchen. Everything that the owners and management staff told us was spot on from the replenishing of soaps, shampoos, and coffee to the beach complete with chair, umbrella, and towel service. It was like staying in a luxury hotel with the comfort and space of home. I highly recommend the Aloha Kai Suite and the Wailea Beach Villas! We will definitely be back!

Love, love, love this condo! We've stayed at a couple of units in the Wailea Beach Villas and this was one of our favorites. Our group of 8 ranged in age from 92 down to 2 and the accommodations worked perfectly for everyone! The flexibility in the bedrooms (blow up beds, futon pads, twins converted to a king bed, extra day bed in the master, etc) made this unit a great fit for our extended family. Additionally, the unit was stocked with everything you could need, it was exceptionally clean, and the service and amenities at the condo complex were top notch. After spending our days playing on the calm beach, we'd head up for a swim in the kids pool, and then it was back to the condo to enjoy the beautiful ocean view and sunset. It was an amazing trip in an amazing condo and we hope to return for another stay this year!

Stayed with some friends and everything, from the booking with Susan, to the welcome at the resort, to the finishes in the unit itself, the hi-spec TVs, the ocean view (yes there are also some buildings in the foreground, but the crucial sunset view is lovely from this unit!), is just marvellous. Our second time staying here may have even surpassed the first just because we already knew the location/restaurants/etc. The accommodations were perfect for our family with grown kids. Beds, showers, kitchen are top notch. The running path along the oceanfront is great for a short run; kayak rental very close; and I highly recommend the Oceanside massage!

We stayed at this condo with another family for seven nights. This home surpassed our expectations. It was immaculate and easily fit our two families of four. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking after long days snorkeling, playing in the sand, and hanging at the beautiful pool. One of the highlights of the condo was the large lanai porch at night. We watched incredible sunsets over the ocean and could hear the waves crashing. We also loved heading to dinners and ice cream just a few steps away at the Wailea shops. The property management company was ready to help with anything and everything. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and everyone. We will definitely rent this property again.

My family and I truly enjoyed loved our stay at Aloha Kai Suite and the Wailea Beach Villas. Beautifully decorated, clean, kitchen had everything you needed, and of course the view was amazing. We loved being so close the sandy beach, the two pools, and close to the shops and restaurants at Wailea (especially the ice cream shop which they visited nightly). The staff at WBV was outstanding, very friendly and there if we needed anything from reservations to beach chairs! Susan the owner of Suite J205 was very prompt to answer any questions I had prior to booking our vacation and before our arrival. I would definitely book this unit again for our next trip to Maui!

Our family of 5 had an incredible stay on Maui at the Aloha Kai Suite at the Wailea Beach Villas. The villa is everything and more we had read about in other reviews. It is very well appointed, with all the luxuries of home. 3 spacious bedroom/bathrooms and a wonderful layout. We enjoyed the great views as we grilled out on the back deck on the great gas grill. The location is unbeatable. The shops and restaurants of Wailea are a short walk, as are the pools and beach. Short drive to airport and most of Maui's sights. We will return. It is truly fantastic...5 star!!

We absolutely loved the Aloha Kai Suite and the Wailea Beach Villas property! The condo was beautifully furnished, had comfortable beds, and was impeccably clean (along with twice daily maid service). The kitchen was state of the art and had everything you would need. The ocean views and the lanai with the grill were amazing. Everyone at WBV was so friendly and helpful with dinner reservations, activities and setting up beach chairs down at the beach. It was a perfect location, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It was so nice to have so much space and comfort, but yet right next to the beautiful beach and restaurants/shopping. We will definitely recommend the Aloha Kai suite and WBV to all of our friends and family and hope to return again soon!

The Aloha Kai Suite is everything one can dream of while being in paradise. It's layout, furniture, & ocean view are as good as it gets. I loved that from the kitchen there is an unobstructed ocean view. And the master suite has a spectacular ocean view.

Our family had the most amazing vacation! Our stay at Susan and Ron's condo was incredible (Wailea Beach Villas). The view's were wonderful, the condo is fully furnished with everything you need and more! My husband and I love the comfort of the beds and the furnishings of the condo. We had our friends stay with us and they were more than impressed. We all enjoyed sitting on the lanai and enjoying an evening cocktail while watching the sunset. We traveled with 3 small children (3, 7, and 7) and they had a great time sharing one of the bedrooms. I can't wait to go back and stay in this wonderful, spacious condo. We just returned from a weeks stay in Aloha Kai Suite at Wailea Beach Villas. We had 3 couples and each felt like we had our own master suite with ajoining bath. The condo is absolutely beautiful with all the amenities that you could imagine. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning watching the whales and the spectacular sunsets every evening. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants and a easy drive to groceries and sight seeing. The staff was very helpful, everything from setting up our chairs on the beach, dinner and golf recommendations to printing our boarding passes at the end of our stay. We had a wonderful trip and plan to return soon

We had an amazing time at Wailea Beach Villas, penthouse J205, the grounds, & the entire property were amazing! The villa has everything you need & very well equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators & a Viking grill. The beds were extremely comfortable & we could see the whales swimming from our balcony. We were traveling with our 15 month old son & the villa was pretty much baby proof - I did not even need to use the baby gates I had shipped there, so this is a great place to stay with kids too! Loved everything about it!!!

This property is the best of both worlds--5 star service and ammenities along with a comfortable beach residence. The condo is wonderfully appointed with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Tracy the concierge will handle all your vacation activity/dining needs. A helpful bellman will take luggage and groceries to the unit. The pool and beach employees make sure you have towels, chairs, umbrellas, water & sunblock. Great location--next to all Wailea resorts as well as the shops and restaurants. The condo easily accomodates 3 couples and you never feel crowded. Daily maid service is a huge plus! Susan, the owner, is very helpful and responsive in advance of arrival. On site property management responds quickly to any needs. Size of property means the resort never feels crowded even over spring break--so plenty of room at the pool and beach.

We had our best experience yet on this trip to Maui in the Aloha Kai Suite at the Wailea Beach Villas. The ability to spend this vacation in one place with our 1 year old daughter and extended family made it one full of great memories. The suite was immaculate from the bedrooms, to the furniture, fixtures and kitchen. There was plenty of room for us to relax and we especially enjoyed the dinners we prepared at sunset. The concierge was top notch and was able to assist us with tough dinner reservations along with a great deal at a spa in the area. We especially enjoyed the suites proximity to the beach with the added benefit of a pool we could use made especially for children. The ability to walk to the other 5 star resorts in Kihei was very convenient. All in all this was our favorite vacation spot yet and one that we definitely will be revisiting.

The Aloha Kai is like "home" in Maui! The scene that is pictured is exactly what I saw each morning as I looked out from the Lanai. I was very pleased in the ease of working with the owners. We enjoyed all the extras that are provided to make our meals and have the entire family together for a wonderful celebration. Our stay was for our daughter's wedding. Shendressed in the Master bedroom along with the 4 bridesmaids, then the photographer took some lovely photos of the preparation. We were able to have our bridesmaids stay with us and treat them to a wonderful vacation- taking part in the many activites- Kayaking at Makena with the turtles and seeing a lot of whale activity. We had a Luau the day before the wedding and enjoyed wonderful times at the beach or pool, the enjoyed Big beach & its just down the road from Gannon's restaurant.
The shortcut to the Wailea shops made for extra convenience to get some great shopping and got our hair done the day of the wedding.
The condo is very modern, the large grill and the service was excellent. It was helpful to be able to have the twin beds set up as a King bed Plenty of privacy with the midweek cleaning service was a great help. It is clearly designed with family in mind.
The location is perfect for shopping, eating out and seeing many locations in quaint Kihei and golfing. Easy drive to head to Lahaina for more shopping, or a snorkel trip, haleakala volcano for sunrise and hiking or a great drive to explore Pai'a, shop and catch some waves. Staying here made our only daughter's wedding a Dream in Paradise come true! The beauty, convenience and welcoming atmosphere made it difficult to leave Maui.

Wow! This villa is incredible. We always stay at the Four Seasons but decided we needed more space, a kitchen and laundry. Well, we were surprised to find that this was much superior to the Four Seasons! The grounds are beautiful, the stay is full of "Aloha" and the facilities are 5 star. Mahalo!

We stayed here for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious. We travelled with my in-laws and 4 kids. The beds were very comfortable and I am picky about beds. We loved the lanai and having our own BBQ to use rather than having to go to a shared BBQ. There was a big box of Lego in the room which was fantastic for the kids. I liked that there was a family pool so that the kids could be kids without worrying about disturbing sunbathers who wanted relaxation and quiet. I also appreciated that fresh towels, sunscreen, and water were available by the pool and also by the beach. That was very convenient. The beach experience was also fantastic because the staff would set up beach loungers for you so no need to lug folding chairs down to the beach and back. Wailea beach is fantastic and great for the kids and my in-laws who didn't want big surf. We typically stay in the Kanapaali area and this was a welcome change. The beaches where we stayed in Kanapaali had some rocks and rougher surf.
I also loved being so close to The Shops at Wailea. It was very convenient and Longhi's was a nice place for an evening pupus and a Mai Tai.
The staff at the Villas were very helpful, warm, and welcoming. The little stuffed sea turtle delighted the kids. We also had a beautiful welcome basket in our unit and it was very lovely and thoughtful. We would most definitely stay here again only this time I think we would want to stay longer! One week was just not enough to enjoy this fantastic place in such a lovely location.

I have to admit.. staying at the Wailea Beach Villas was everything my family and I could have ever wanted. Dealing with Susan was an absolute pleasure. She was very quick to reply to any email that was sent to her.
The place itself is amazing.. top of the line appliances.. everything brand new and very well kept.. We had 6 adults and 2 kids.. and there was plenty of room. 2 fridges which is nice.. since we did a costco shop the first day so there was plenty of room to store all the food and drinks for the 7 days that we were there.
From the moment we arrived everything went very smoothly.. the staff was super friendly and more than happy to help with anything you needed. The pools were great... Kids pool up top and the adult pool closer to the ocean. One thing I have to say that was amazing was the chair/towel service at the beach. They always had about 2-3 staff at the lower pool and they had umbrella and chair service at the beach which i have to say was a total bonus!!
The location of the villas are great.. in between the grand wailea and the westin.. so you can always head to the restaurants and bars if you are looking for something different. Also the wailea shops are right across the lobby from the beach villas.. honestly the location couldnt be any better.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was well stocked on our arrival and very thoughtfully had games for the family, many DVDs and equipment for the beach and pool. All features and Appliances were of high quality. Susan is an excellent host and is full of guidance for a great holiday and deals with any issues that may arise.
The staff of the resort is very attentive and treats one with a luxury service ethic. The location is excellent right by the best stores. Clearly the condo and the services contributed to one of our great family holidays.

We stayed here for 6 days and loved it! We had our two small daughters (6&3) and a neice (18). We had some reseverations initially about staying in a rental home b/c we enjoy our home so much that we didn't want to take a big step down. Needless to say, this was no step down. The place is spacious, well kept, new and clean. We loved being able to take the short walk (5 mins) to Wailea Beach, where the Wailea Beach Villa staff would get us set up with chairs and towels. We also enjoyed the fact that we had two pools/hot tubs on the properts. This was especially nice for our girls as they didn't always want to be at the beach.
We also spent a day at the Grand Wailea pool, which is amazing! I highly recommend you schedule a cabana (although a little expensive) well in advance (at least a month)
As far as we're concerned Wailea is the only side of the island we'd stay on and we'll certainly be back here!
I considered this an excellent value as well, at least when you factor in how nice/clean it is and the massive amoount of money you save by not having to treat little ones to a $35 breakfast at the Grand Wailea or one of the other resorts close by! We enjoy cooking so driving a couple minutes tot he grocery store to allow us to eat breakfast and lunch when we want was great. We had dinner at some of the local resorts and at the adjacent Shops at Wailea.
The only negative I could come up with is that the cook top was electric, although I believe all of them in HI are electric (we had the same thing in the house we rented in Oahu the following week). I'm nit picking with that one, but in an effort to give some critical feedback I thought I'd share.
Overall - this place was perfect for us. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful and very comforatable home!

This is our second visit to Maui (our first visit was before we had kids) this time we spent a week with our whole family (3 generations) and we had the best vacation imaginable! This condo was highly recommended by a friend who had stayed at this condo three times!
The grounds at Wailea Beach Villa are gorgeous and we felt relaxed the moment we walked into the lobby. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. My kids (4 and 6 years old) and my parents were so excited the moment we arrived, I could still see the expression on their faces as I write this review. It gets even better as we opened the doors into the condo.
My kids ran down the hall and were drawn to the balcony with the view of the ocean, with waving palm trees. My son spotted some bananas on the trees - his first time seeing bananas in their natural state. We were also very impressed by the wonderfully stocked open kitchen, spacious living and dinning room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful and we all felt at home right away. We ate every dinner at the balcony while savoring the Hawaiian sunset.
The condo also has easy access to the beach and Shops of Wailea. We spent many mornings "chillaxin" (as my daughter would say) and swimming in their pool in the afternoon. The view is gorgeous and we have thousands of pictures to remember this experience.
My daughter cried as we were left Maui... I can't imagine staying anywhere else! My son kept asking when we're returning to the "giant sand box".

We were so impressed with the Wailea Beach Villas! The grounds are gorgeous and wonderfully maintained and the pools were beautiful! We wished we could have used the bigger pool near the beach more but it was for adults only and we had four teens in our group. The Aloha Kai Suite was perfect for our family! We all appreciated having our own bedrooms and bathrooms....it was so easy to get ready to go out! The laundry room was great to have and we appreciated the laundry detergent available to use too! Cooking in the kitchen was almost like cooking at home...all the utensils needed were there. Loved the two big fridges...we used one for all the beverages and one for the food. We enjoyed our morning coffees out on the deck. Was great to be able to grill right on the deck too! Was nice to discover some great books on Maui on the bookshelves...we were able to find and chart one of our early morning hikes from one of the books and it ended up being one of our best memories of the trip! We enjoyed the private entrance and elevator AND the few beach toys we were able to use and didn't have to rent! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a fabulous time in the Aloha Kai Suite!

Our family of four, including 16 daughter and 12 year old son, enjoyed a wonderful visit to this great Suite. Having 3 bedrooms was priority during our selection process. We have been to Maui multiple times always staying in Wailea in hotels. We really would like to make Wailea our eventually retirement location. Therefore, we decided to try the condo type vacation. This property is gated with terrific security guards. Every person throughout the resort treated us very well. the pools were very nice. We all thought it was kind of silly that they restrict the pool by the ocean to 18 and up. The pool was empty when we were there and it much larger than the "kids pool". It would have been nice to utilize the pool by the ocean since we spent a lot of time there. One more note about the security. Since we are from the Dallas area, I had to work each morning. I spoke with the security guard and he gave me the phone number to call each morning. At 3 am I would call and he would meet at the lobby area and allow me into the business center. This was terrific for me and I really appreciate the effort. Now to the suite. We were very pleased with everything in it. The grill on the lanai, the 2 refrigerators, the coffee beans, washer and dryer, etc. Best of all was have 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms. The view outside is blocked by a palm tree. a little trimming would make a great view. A couple things the suite needs is hand soap in the kitchen, chip clips for bags of potato chips, and blankets. We did get a nice welcome basket that we snacked on throughout the visit. Our family highly recommends this suite to anyone. We had plenty of room and it certainly was high quality.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was so spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. A lovely gift basket made us feel so special and we used the little cooler bag daily and brought it home. The complex was so well maintained and the landscaping was beautiful. Just a short lovely walk down to the beach. The most helpful staff ever. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. We will never stay in a mega hotel again. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in the second floor penthouse at the Wailea Beach Villas. Reading past posts, it was hard to imagine the reality living up to the hype - well it does. And if you are impressed by the wonderful pictures, the reality is even better. I've stayed at the Four Seasons just a short walk away, and here you have almost all the same ammeneties, same staff, same beach access but three bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a location literally across the street from the wonderful restaurants and shops at the Shops of Wailea. Cleaning service was there 3 times daily! Concierge can do anything you need. The layout and landscaping of the property is both secure and beautiful. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else if I return.

My husband, mother and two children had a fabulous time staying at the Wailea Beach Villas. The penthouse suite was lovely and we felt very much at home. It exceeded all of our expectations in every way. Everything we needed was at our finger tips and conveniently provided for us. The location was excellent. Close to the beach, amazing restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning again next year! Thank you for an incredible holiday. My family and I stayed at this condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. This place is gorgeous, spacious, and exactly what you are looking for when wanting to stay in Maui. Its close to the beach, pools, shopping, and food!!! Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and very friendly. On our next trip to Maui we will absolutely come back to this beautiful condo- until then, it will be in our dreams!! We love our visits to Hawaii, but staying here made it even better!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The location-pools, beach, restaurants, golf, walking, as well an excellent staff made our vacation everything we hoped for. The unit itself is First Class with wonderful views and facilities. We had breakfast outside every morning and the tropical breezes help make this a true Hawaiian experience. There is a piece of art work in the dining area which spells out, "Memories." It reminded me of the old Dean Martin song, "Memories Are Made of This" and they sure were-great ones.

We stayed here for six nights during the 4th of July holiday. Our group consisted of six people. Honestly, it was the perfect accommodation for our group. Considering the surrounding hotels, it made complete sense to rent the penthouse and enjoy our long stay in comfort. Walking distance to everything (beach, pools, and shops). Also, Tracy the concierge set up a couple of excursions and an incredible dinner for our group. We are looking forward to our next trip back to the Wailea Beach Villas!

Our family stayed at the Aloha Kai Suite in June of 2011 and we couldn't have been more pleased. This condo is beautifully furnished and its location - next to the Grand Wailea hotel - is ideal for a family with teens or young kids. We found the condo to be roomy and comfortable, even with as many as 8 people in the kitchen and family room areas at the same time. If you need an extra bed, as we did, there's even a queen-sized blow up mattress that can be used to sleep two. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and there are even two refrigerators; we used one for food and the other one for drinks. There's also a high-end stereo system that has a connector to plug in your iPod and there are excellent speakers in every room. The best thing about the Aloha Kai Suite is its location. We feel that Wailea is the nicest area of Maui, and the Wailea Beach Villas are right on the beach. Although the Aloha Kai Suite is in the one of the buildings in the back of the complex, the walk down to the beach is not that bad and only takes a couple of minutes. If you're looking for a luxury condo in Hawaii that's beautifully furnished and on the best beaches in Maui, then the Aloha Kai Suite is for you.

The Wailea Beach Villas are in a wonderful location, situated next door to the Shops at Wailea, and overlooking a beautiful stretch of beach. Even considering how lovely the WBV's are, the Aloha Kai suite presented superb comfort and an ideal location. We could see the ocean from the lanai, the walk down to the adult pool or beach was through beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds, and inside 205 every comfort was provided to make our stay a pure pleasure. I really cannot recommend this lovely home highly enough, and thank the owners for opening their Maui home for others to enjoy. It was bliss!

Our WBV experience was a wonderful one in many ways. Wailea is our favorite part of the island. Last time we were on the island we stayed at a hotel but this time we chose to try a condo while in Maui, Aloha Kai, and have discovered it is the way to go when vacationing on Maui. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our party so the Fagin's place was ideal. Everyone had plenty of personal space and at the same time the great room/kitchen was a great place for all to hang out together. It was important for us to have all the kitchen amenities because we love to cook. This kitchen had it all- double refrigerators/freezer, and all the right utensils for cooking AND grilling, blender for pina coladas, plenty of dinnerware and silverware, and a large dining room table. Grocery shopping is about a 10-minute drive to Kihei. The Fagins have a great supply of good books, board games, and DVDs to choose from. The one thing we did not discover until the day we left were the boogie boards located in the utility room where the trash chute is located. My kids could have used those to catch the waves. The pool/beach staff was very attentive. It was convenient and easy to get beach chairs set up for us when we requested. Every morning we enjoyed a jog on the pathway by the beach; it's probably about 1.5 miles long. The unit is conveniently located with a 5-minute walk to a shopping center where we enjoyed shopping, dining and even renting snorkel gear. The concierge was very helpful with directing us to a snorkel spot further south. Other activities on the island that we participated in included snorkeling at Molokini, ziplining, guided hike in Iao Valley, and visiting the Kula botanical gardens all of which were a reasonable car drive away. As you can see, Aloha Kai is a great location with great amenities.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful villa for the week of spring break. It was exactly as we were expecting. The villa is very spacious, clean, well layed out and beautiful. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff who helped us get settled and gave us an overview of the area. They also anwered many of our questions throughout our stay. There is easy access to the family pool with the adult pool being just a short walk toward the beach. The beach is about a 5 minute walk through the property and there is staff there to set up the chairs and unbrellas. The beach is spectacular! Terrific swimming and great sand to play. There is opportunity to rent kayaks and stand up paddle boards from an independent stand at the Grand Wailea which is right next door. There is a lovely path all along the beach that extends the length of the multiple hotels which is a wonderful feature. Lots of people running and walking this path in the morning. Also, it's an easy way to reach the other hotel restaurants if you are having dinner there. Across the street from the villas are the Wailea Shops. There are a few restaurants, two stores to buy staples for breakfast/lunch and shops that range from Fendi to Gap. We found some very cute bathing suits! If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed. The owner is also very responsive and easy to work with. Aloha!

The beach, by the way was fantastic too! The folks down there were always so helpful - putting our chairs and umbrellas up every morning. Of course you have to be there REALLY early for the front row! The condo itself is so nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable.

We have been visiting Maui for 15 years, and Wailea is our favorite part of the island. The Wailea Beach Villas have become our new favorite place to stay. As others have mentioned, these villas really combine the convenience and spaciousness of a home with the luxury of a resort. This was our first stay at the Aloha Kai Suite, and we had a wonderful time. This penthouse is absolutely gorgeous, and has everything you could possibly need. We walked to the beach every morning, and it was so great to have the chairs, towels and umbrellas set up for our family on the beach. We also enjoyed walking and jogging on the path along the ocean, it's about 1.5 miles long so you can get a 3+ mile run in the morning or evening, with beautiful scenery. The Fagin's were wonderful and very helpfull leading up to our stay. Thank you for an amazing experience! We plan to stay here again SOON!

From the moment that we arrived, to the moment we left our condo, we were well cared for and had an amazing family vacation. We were greeted with Lei's and hibiscus tea at arrival, received an informative tour of the property, then were able to see the condo. The condo couldn't have been nicer! No detail was ignored as it was a great condo with amazing appointments. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you could need plus more! Having such close access to the pool, beach, and the shops at Wailea is so great! Next time we plan a trip to Hawaii, we will be contacting Susan again to see if their unit is available because we hope to come back again SOON!

My husband and I have traveled to Maui before, but on this trip decided to bring the kids along. We needed a bigger place, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The room was spectacular. We sat on the deck in the mornings and ate our breakfast, and played board games with the kids in the evenings. The pool was visable to us from the deck so we could keep an eye on the kids while they played in the water. The walk to the ocean only took 4 minutes, and wound through the most beautiful grounds; lined with waterfalls, and bridges, and the gorgeous flowers. We had a private entrance way, and the room was completely sound proof. We commented more than once that we will never stay in another hotel when traveling to Hawaii (with or without the kids). I would recommed this place to anyone. We all had the most amazing time, and all shed a little tear the moring we had to leave. It really was paradise on earth!
