My family really enjoyed our stay on Maui. The property is in a great location within walking distance to the beach. It has a large patio with a beautiful view of the water that we enjoyed while eating meals. Clark and Bridget are excellent with communication and are very detail oriented. There are helpful manuals and instructions for literally everything in the condo. When we had a minor issue with the washing machine during our stay, Clark was so helpful in quickly resolving it. You can tell that they take great pride in their properties and truly want you to feel at home and enjoy your vacation. Mahalo!!!

Good location to beach and pool. We could walk to restaurants and the beach was great for the sunset. It was affordable and close to the highway to get to the airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo for our one-week vacation. Resort staff was friendly, and owner was responsive to questions. Living room feels spacious even when the sofa bed is pulled out. The large lanai is a bonus - We ended up spending much more time outside because of it. Will definitely consider staying here again when we visit in the future.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this updated, nicely decorated, well stocked condo! Loved the large lanai with partial ocean view! Close proximity to the beaches, restaurants & shopping! The Kamaole Sands Condominium complex offers many amenities and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Owners were quick to responded to inquiries!

We were enjoying staying in the condo. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Super clean. The kitchen very well stocked and there are beach accessories available like beach chairs, umbrellas, kid's toys. The partial ocean view was a nice addition to spend some time in the morning or late evening on the lanai.

Loved the stay. This property is right in the heart of Kihei and was super close to everything I wanted to do. It was also super cute and comfortably set up. Literally didn't have to worry about a thing.

Just arrived home and we are already missing Maui as well as Clark & Bridget's condo. If asked, are there improvements that could be made? NO. Incredible thought and effort has gone into this home that we couldn't have asked for anything more. Amazing touches like a fan on the lanai for those muggy days and if we needed anything all we had to so was search and it was there. We've stayed in a number of condos at Kamaole Sands and once before at this one. There is no question that we now call Clark's home our second home and we are so fortunate that they share it with travelers like us. Do I want everyone to know how wonderful this condo is....NO but that's selfish and you will never go wrong in choosing this for your Maui home like we did. Never has an owner been as responsive as Clark. I barely finish my emails to him and he is already responding. Thanks for that. So if you are looking for an absolutely incredible condo, in one of the best complexes and so convenient to everything and in the best location of the island (South Kihei) book now before looking elsewhere. But please leave some openings so that we can book again. Thank you Clark & Bridget, you have helped us add incredible memories to our lives. Love Maui, one of the most perfect places on our planet.

We've stayed in this condo. about 4 or 5 times now and always love returning. It has everything you want... boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, water shoes, large beach towels, etc. The remodeled kitchen could be on a DIY show as the "after" project. Large lanai with partial ocean view. And a short walk to the beach that this year had turtles swimming in it most of the day. A real treat. You can't go wrong staying here. Can't wait to return.

My wife, 8-year old son, and I just returned from a 10-night stay at this condo. We had an amazing time all around and the condo played a big role in this. We've been to the Hawaiian Islands about a dozen times but this is the first time we've rented a condo. In the past, we've stayed at hotels; however, this trip changed our thinking about that.
The condo had everything we needed for a perfect trip. It was clean and everything was updated. The outside lanai was a great place to hang out and relax. It also had a closet full of items that we put to good use. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach towels, pool noodles...I could go on and on.
The beach was right across the street and the condo pool was nearby too. We used both a great deal. The complex is quiet and relaxing. The pool area has a little snack stand that sells hot dogs, hamburgers, smoothies, shaved ice, etc. which was nice on the days that we hung out by the pool. They do monitor the pool area and do not allow boogie boards, air mattresses, balls, etc. in so the kids can't get too wild. However, our 8-year old son had a great time there.
The owners were wonderful and easy to contact. We emailed to see if we could get a later check-out since our plane to Honolulu wasn't leaving unit 5:30 and Clark went out of his way to make sure that this could happen. We stayed at a hotel for three nights in Waikiki and were wishing we were back in the condo! I highly recommend this condo and we will try to book it, or one of the bigger units that Clark owns, when we return to Maui. Thank you for helping make our vacation a great one!

My wife and I had a great time in Maui, and this condo unit was perfect for what we were doing. We spent about a third of our time in the condo relaxing, eating, and watching TV. The size is great for 2 adults, we didn't bring our two young boys so I'm not sure how well it would have worked for that. Great location near Kam beach 3 and the southern portion of the island. The only negative was that you get a fair amount of noise from the vehicle traffic either from the adjacent condo complex or the main road, in the form of motorcycles, garbage trucks, etc. But this is during the middle of the day and unless you are napping (yes, we did) it won't affect you. Great amenities, the lanai was wonderful to enjoy the warm weather with a breeze.

This condo was everything we wanted for our first trip to Maui! Condo is beautiful, cozy and the lanai is incredibly relaxing. We ate every meal on the lanai but especially enjoyed breakfast time. The supplied toys (beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, coolers,etc) were perfect and we made great use of them. The condo is in excellent location with great beach across the road (we saw two turtles there on first day). Snorkelling in the morning, boogie boarding in the afternoon and sunset at night! It is centrally located to a large number of excellent beaches, short walk to several restaurants and only a short drive to airport or Lahaina.
Recommendation: old Lahaina Luau was fantastic as was mountain biking down Haleakala
Caution: look for signs on beaches for dangerous shore breaks - we saw a lady almost drown when she got caught in the undertow,

This condo has the feel of a 5-star luxury resort. The decor is beautiful and there is every conceivable need met in the kitchen as far as tools go. The beach supplies are much appreciated and the cart to move goods is super valuable. After looking at afew condos in the complex i can say that this condo was by far the nicest we saw.
My only negative is that the condo is a little bit of a walk to the pool which is often crowded (its a big resort) and it is a pain to get to the BBQ area (you have to walk back to the elevator and walk around condo despite it being beneath lanai). With that said though I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this condo to others.
The owners are unbelieivably nice and informative. You can feel very secure booking this condo for a Maui vacation.

What a wonderful condo! My husband and I had such a great time. I love Kam Sands and this condo stood out among many of the other condos I have been in. It came with everything you could want and more. We had friends and family staying nearby and they were all jealous of the condo and its beautiful view of the ocean. It's in the quieter part of the complex which made it a lovely place to retreat to for our romantic getaway. We would love to stay here again!
