We were glad to have a vehicle included with the rental, that was very convenient to have a car that fit 8 people. The unit included many amenities that we used such as beach towels, chairs, and kitchen equipment. The unit is very spacious and fits many people. The pool was very nice and the location was great.

Owner gave us two addresses and two check in codes for Unit 5A. Very confusing. The refrigerator's ice maker did not work, only 1 of 5 tv's worked, Freezer did not keep things fully frozen, fan in one bathroom didn't work and washer smelled of mold/mildew. Unit was roomy and in good location but upstairs bath wasn't very clean and unit is very dated. Needs painting and modern updates.Very disappointing for the price paid. Should be an adjustment in price made by owners.

Our family of 12 loved staying here. Great location. Plenty of room. Three big bathrooms. Our only suggestion is that the bedroom with a queen bed upstairs needs its own AC unit and a new mattress. Otherwise the place was great! It's really hard to find anything to rent on Maui for big families and this is the place plus it comes with a Suburban which was wonderful to have use of. Highly recommend.

We had 10 of us from ages 8-65 stay at the house and it was fabulous! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep in their own rooms (by families) and eat inside or outside together.
The back of the house walks right to the gated pool, where there was no more than 3 other people in with us at a time. The hot tub was great and the beautiful plumeria and palm trees all around made this place a beautiful getaway.
We could walk across the street to the beach, and the family lived this as well.
The house is central to all plazas, markets, and basically everything!!
We had a great time and our host was quick with responses. Thank you for a great time!

It was the first time my family took a vacation together and it was our first time booking with vrbo. We were a little scared about booking but so glad we found this gem. The location was great for us, the community pool is literally a few steps away and having the suburban was a PLUS! Yolanda is an amazing host and was quick to answer msgs. This property was perfect for our family group of 11 which included five adults and six children age 10 months to eight years. We really appreciated all of the beach toys and beach chairs along with the wagon to cart it all to the beach. We spent part of every day at the pool and also made use of the tennis courts and the barbecues in the cabana area. The kitchen was stocked with every kind of pot, bowls, dishes and appliances that you would need. We were able to use the property vehicle which was awesome so we didn’t have to rent a second car.
The owners were easy to work with and we highly recommend this property for family groups of all ages! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolute perfection in Maui. This condo was perfect for our first ever trip to paradise. We stayed with another family, 4 adults and 7 kids ages 18-9 and we were not crowded at all. We loved that the condo was spotless, had a washer and dryer, steps away from the pool, beautiful lanai we enjoyed daily, a 3 min walk to the beach, everything you could need in a kitchen, comfortable beds and perfect location! The beach walk was so easy, with a crosswalk to cross the somewhat busy street, but drivers in Kihei are so mindful of walkers, we never had a problem crossing the street. The neighborhood was nice a quiet, other than the roosters, which we LOVED! We were 40 minutes from anything you wanted to do in Maui which was great. Never to far from anything! Kihei is a wonderful little town that had such a good local flare, definitely didn’t feel like a resort town, but we all loved that! Highly recommend this condo, Yolanda and Lee were wonderful hosts, very good communication and such a clean condo! Mahalo Yolanda and Lee for helping to make Maui magical for us!

We stayed at Yolanda & Leo’s house for 7 days and had a wonderful time. There were 11 of us in the group. The distance from the beach was great. We did a walk to the brewery one morning and stayed for lunch. It was challenging for Me at 70 and bad lungs but rewarding to make it!! You definitely need a vehicle. We used the vehicle from the house and rented one to accommodate everyone. If there was any problem (like the dishwasher failing) it was dealt with promptly. Actually they replaced the dishwasher!
They are truly great hosts, available and yet they do not bother you at all. Thanks for a week of wonderful memories!

This condo was perfect for our family of 9, ages 2 1/2 to 73. The layout provided great separation - family with 3 kids upstairs, the other 2 couples downstairs. There is lots of room to spread out on the main floor. The huge lanai opens up to the grassy area, the pool is about 30 feet away. Our toddler loved playing on the grass. The resort grounds are very nice. The condo is very well stocked: kitchen, beach items, toys and games, baby items and tourist information. The seniors really appreciated ‘regular sized’ lawn chairs! This condo is very good value, with the added bonus of the use of the Suburban. It is in a good location. It is an older unit, needs some updating, but this does not affect staying here.

This condo worked very well for our family group of 8. Plenty of room and amenities were great! Really appreciated the extra touches and supplies - fresh fruit on the counter on arrival and fresh juice in the fridge! Lots of games for the kids - they loved the small table foosball. Plenty of beach equipment. The included suburban was the best. These things made this condo a big step above other rentals we’ve done in Kihei. Location is across the street from the beach but restaurants etc are quite far away and a vehicle is definitely required.

Koa Resort Unit 5A was exceptional & exceeded all our expectations. It was perfect for families especially those with small children (we had a 1 year old and a 1-1/2 year old); Not only was there beach & pool equipment for adults but ALSO toys, life jackets, high chairs, & safety gates for little ones as well. The car was a huge plus - a roomy Suburban, and the location of the unit with a lovely big grassy area in front of the lanai & across from the pool made it ideal for families. Check-in was easy and the owners very accessible if questions. In all it was holiday perfection!!!

From the number of beds to the large table and roomy kitchen, the condo was spacious enough for us. It was great having the huge grassy area for the kids, they could just go out the back door and run around.
The Suburban came in handy as we were able to load it up and head to the beach! We also rented 2 cars and were able to park them in the condo lot.

This property was great for our large family. Steps to the pool area, and a quick walk across the street and your on the beach. They provide everything that you can think of. The only negative for our family was the lack of cozy bedding. We would definitely stay here again!

This location was wonderful for our needs. We were bringing together family from Australia and Canada. The property was great. Grandkids loved the large pool; right outside the backdoor of this unit. The grounds are open and comfortable. Overall A+ for the property.
The unit was large and easily accommodated our group of nine. Very well-equipped kitchen (appliances are newer); all the toys for outdoor activities, etc. No complaints on this count. However, it is an older unit; the interior does not have that modern light, bright and airy torpical look.
The host, Yolanda, was very responsive to our communications. The only difficulty we experienced was arriving late at night and having difficulty finding this unit. Suggestion: include a map of the property in the welcome information package.
Overall, when we return to Maui we would rent this property again. Pluses far outweigh the negatives for our group.

Yolanda was the perfect host. Great place.. and everything you could want. Tons of beach gear, floats, noodles, beach chairs , a wagon and towels. If you have babies (we didn’t) it seems you would be set. The beds are comfy, the pool and jacuzzi were really nice and they had 2 tennis courts which we used every day. This was an amazing location too. About 15-40 minutes from anywhere you want to go.

What can I say, Yolanda thought of absolutely everything we could possible need in a rental place. Right down to flash lights and cupcake pans :). We spent two weeks here and the weather may not have been the greatest but there was lots to do for our kids and grandchildren. Between Puzzle's, games, fuzzballs, Tennis, shuffle board, to name a few things that were available for those uglier days. Pool was refreshing on the hotter days and thank goodness for the washer and dryer as it was being used every day. There was 9 of us and lots of space for getting together or quite time when needed.
Thank you for everything you did for us and I would definitely recommend your place to anyone who wants to go to Kihei.

Leo & Yolanda were amazing hosts! They were responsive to texts and were very helpful. We LOVED the house. 8 adults and 3 kids all fit wonderfully. The location was perfect for us to be at different beaches each day and not be far from home - there is even a beach within walking distance of the unit.
Pool is close by and grill area was fun for a couple of dinners at home. The appliances in the home are all up to date and the kitchen is set up perfectly to make meals for your large group.

The fully stocked kitchen with up- to- date appliances, cookware and dishes did not lack any item that was needed to cook for 11 people. Fully stocked paper products and the suburban availability were above and beyond normal condo expectations.
Condo use/ suburban instructions well defined. Owners were immediately responsive to queries and concerns. Split a/c worked well. However, loft bedroom warmer than desired. Highly recommend this comfortable and reliable rental for large families.

The area of the island was great for us. It had a beach across the street, stores and shopping close by, we were pretty much central to going to the other parts of the island and we didn’t have the “tourist” crowds to deal with.
The condo is in a good location with the unit being close to the parking lot and still being a little secluded. The resort and surrounding area has a bunch of things to do if you don’t want to spend every day at the beach or exploring the island. It has the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and picnic areas on the resort.
The house has all things you would expect with the added bonus of a vehicle to use. It is stocked nicely with beach chairs, water toys, a cooler, towels and a wagon to cart the beach items to the vehicle and the beach. We had two families using the condo and we had enough space to be comfortable.
The owners kept in touch and were responsive when we had a small issue arise. It was a great vacation and good experience with the property.

I read somewhere in the property description that Yolanda's goal was to have everything we would need in the house and she has achieved that! Our family, ages ranging from 84-6, had everything we needed... from cooking supplies, to bedding, to toys, games and beach gear. We especially appreciated the chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, wagon, etc. We also used their suburban- which was great and I feel above and beyond in hospitality- and saved us a bunch of money. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the patio outside and swam in the pool at some point every day. I will reiterate what I read in other posts and found to be true- although near other places, the home felt very private and we were often the only ones in the pool and/or hot tub. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is an older unit but is well maintained with some nice updates and excellent appliances and fully equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation and home cooking. Pool is perfect for little ones and is right across the lawn. Loft bedroom doesn't have a mini-split and gets pretty warm but fans are provided. Many great restaurants and food trucks are within a mile or two, as is Safeway. Yolanda and Amy respond immediately to any questions or issues. And the use of the Suburban was such an appreciated addition, especially given how expensive Hawaii car rentals are now.

We had a wonderful time. The property is perfect for large groups. We were three families of 4 and had plenty of space - and there’s a washer and dryer, which is key with young kids. Having use of our hosts’ 8-passenger SUV saved us a ton of money - we only had to rent one car among the three families. Our hosts left us a welcome package consisting of fresh tropical fruit and coffee, and Yolanda was in regular contact to make sure things were going okay. The condo is lovely, with large windows overlooking lush tropical plants and a beautiful communal pool. The location was within an easy drive of everything we wanted to see: the road to Hana, sunrise at Haleakala, a snorkeling trip, and Old Lahaina Luau.

Property was a large multi room condo , it was a perfect match for our 4 families that were with us for a week. The Condo located five minutes from Safeway and 15 minutes to the cleanest most picturesque beaches on Maui. The kitchen was very well equipped as we needed no special items to cook with. The refrigerator was sweet as held up with all aspects of our weeks worth of groceries. Unit washer dryer was handy and the beach chairs, towels and wagon were perfect. The SUV was comfortable and big for the whole clan. We had an extra car but the registration was simple. The resorts pool and hot tub were well maintained and so big it felt like we had the pool to ourselves.

There was a roach problem. We saw lots of them. I understand that with it being warm weather, the insects are bad. Every time, we opened a cabinet, a roach crawled out. We contacted the owner and they said it was going to be spray (the week after we left) which did us no good. The beach across the street was not very nice.

Our initial rental dates had to be changed and Yolanda was very understanding, helpful, and pleasant. Yolanda and Leo were very kind to let us have the Suburban early in the afternoon so we could pick up family at the airport. The rental unit was spacious with a well supplied kitchen. All rooms met the needs of our 11 member family. The pool was wonderful for all ages. We also enjoyed grilling, tennis, ping pong, and Shuffleboard. There are many beach supplies and we were happy to have them for our beach trips. We would definitely recommend Yolanda and this rental.

Check in process was smooth, owner even let us check in a little early. Which was nice considering we had an early flight! The use of the vehicle was really nice (just make sure you fill up the tank 100% full, we did get charged a fee because it wasnt 100% full. Which is fine because this was stated in the contract)
We did have a few mishaps and I appreciate the communication with the owner to resolve any issues we had.
This place also comes fully stocked with beach and snorkel gear!
Definitely recommend for families and large groups. Just make sure you read the the check out process and follow directions accordingly. 😉

The managers, Yolanda & Leo were fantastic! They were very responsive to any questions we had about the property. Check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth. This condo was ideally located in Kihei. Only 15-20 minutes to and from OGG airport, Costco, close to beaches, and restaurants. We had 7 adults and 2 children (ages 2 & 5) and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with various cooking pans and utensils. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach & pool toys for the kids, table games, and cable TV in every room. The pool was basically right out the back patio door. The grounds were also beautiful and it was just relaxing to sit on the patio. We spent many hours at the Kalepolepo Beach which is a short walk. The sand is silky and the water is very calm and only knee deep in most places. It’s protected by a rock wall where we found large sea turtles basking on the rocks or just underwater. We also saw whales breaching in the distance. They put on quite a show! I would recommend this place for families or couples. It also has full size washer and dryer so no need to overpack with clothes. The use of the suburban that came with the unit was invaluable. We did rent an extra vehicle in case people had different plans for the day. We hope to book this condo for future trips to beautiful Maui. Thanks again Yolanda and Leo.

We had a great time on Maui and the condo was a perfect home base. Yolanda was a great host and her home has everything you need! We stayed for 6 nights at this great little condo - with 14 people total - 3 generations of family! Everyone had a place to sleep and a seat at the huge dining table. The kitchen was super organized and we were really close to both Safeway & Foodland which made cooking at home really easy!
3 full bathrooms and really comfortable beds, PLUS all of the equipment for babies, sand toys, snorkel gear etc. etc. made this the perfect get-a-way for a large family! Great pool & hot tub too... and the clean, uncrowded beach was a perfect 2 minute walk away!

Could not have asked for a better property for our family. We had our son, daughter, son-in- law, his mom, 18 month old grandson. This unit is by far the most outfitted place we have ever stayed. From the washer and dryer, kitchen equipment, spices etc., the fruit/snack basket that was supplied, and the plethora of swim equipment, sand toys, games, high chair and baby pack and play etc. The wagon that is at the condo was so nice to haul our grandson and all the "other" stuff we took to the beach. Both the owner (who happened to be on the island) and the agent were VERY responsive to our every need. Each room has its own AC unit and there were ceiling fans through out. I

We have rented other houses for our extended family of 11, but this was our first time in Maui. When we saw this listing on VRBO, we thought that Leo and Yolanda's unit at Koa resort would be perfect for our needs. We were not disappointed. Our three families sharing the unit for 10 days had plenty of space as the unit is very well laid out and takes full advantage of its space.
A table that can seat 12 for meals was a huge plus for our family as we found ourselves cooking at home for breakfast and most dinners.
The unit was in good condition had visible updates compared to others in the complex. The complex itself is nothing too fancy, but the grounds are maintained. The Koa resort is not a large resort, but the pool is actually very big and it never felt crowded despite us being there during spring break.
Something that was a nice bonus was the nine passenger suburban included in the rental. We were allowed to pick-up and drop off the vehicle at the airport which saved us a taxi ride and also a rental during our stay.
In terms of activities, the location is good. It is just outside of the busiest part of Kihei. There is a whale watching beach just across the street, and the more popular beaches are just a short drive away. Our typical day was beach in the morning, back at the resort to use the pool in the afternoon.
We would and have recommended this property to people who have a several families travelling together that all want to stay under one roof.
Our kids keep asking when are we going back? That tell's the whole story doesn't it?

I will have to say, the location is perfect in our opinion. Kihei is central to everything there is to do in Maui and Yolanda was so great to work with. They took such care in helping us have a great trip. The condo is very well maintained and they answered all our questions before arrival and during our trip. Made it super easy to know what we need to bring and what was at the condo. Having the suburban was really a nice perk and the beach is so close. The pool was even better and closer than we thought from the pictures. We thought the value was incredible for the price and would recommend anyone to stay here. We had an amazing trip and con't wait to get back to Maui soon.

We were traveling with a large group and this condo was more than what we could ask for. Located on Kihei Rd., it was so close to all of the action. The beach was right across the street and the pool just yards from the patio. The open floor plan was perfect for entertaining such a big crew and the rooms were very accommodating. The owners were always available to answer any questions and were very kind. The use of their suburban was a life saver!
We were already planning our next trip here before our trip was even over!

11 family members including small child and 2 babies enjoyed our time in Kihei and LOVED this condo. We took full advantage of everything the house offered....tennis rackets, snorkel gear, big beach towels, high chair, playpen, stroller....We BBQ'd, steamed rice, slow cooked....kitchen was well supplied with dishes and pots and pans, everything was clean and in good working order and it was a stone's throw from the pool and not much further to the beach. We logged a few miles in the Suburban exploring and traveling to and from nearby golf courses. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone; owners were responsive and so helpful!

Modern appliances, clean and spacious home. The home owners were a joy to work with, along with their agent. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was just seconds away from the back door. Will definitely recommend this to our friends and family. Kihei was just minutes away and the beach across the street. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We were a group of 9 and the place was incredible. There was more than enough room for all of us and the use of the vehicle was a huge help for getting us around the island. Everyone enjoyed their time and loved the pool as well as the proximity to the beach. Highly recommend staying here

We had a great time! We had 8 of us and there was lots of room. They have stuff for everything from snorkeling to cooking and even baby stuff. Comfortable for us all. We ALL Enjoyed the Pool and hot tub and the big Family style dinning room. We jogged every morning on the beach just right across the street....a wonderful place to enjoy our Maui vacation!!! Highly recommend it!!

Thank you so much for sharing your amazing condo and all the amenities. Have the use of the suburban was a huge help to our family. We really felt like this condo and all the extras made for an affordable visit to Maui. Our kids loved having a room to themselves, being SUPER close to the pool and enjoyed the huge box of beach toys. The property was not busy at all, which was very nice. The BBQ's were great and super clean. Having 3 bathrooms (with awesome showers) was also a great bonus for our families. We would definitely recommend this property. This is a fantastic place to stay. There were 10 of us of varying ages and we never felt crowded. The home has everything you could need. The location is great. The owners are wonderful to work with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough of how wonderful our stay was at this condo.
Very spacious. Plenty of room for a large family or big group. There is a long dining table where we can all sit together and eat or play games. There are 4 large bedrooms. Being on the ground floor and having a sliding door that opens out to lush greenery was beautiful. It was nice to walk out there in the morning and sip some coffee.
The pool is super close too.
The kitchen is well equipped. Brand new appliances, there is even a rice cooker!
There is also a supply cabinet that has beach toys for the kids (like boogie board, sand shovels and buckets, beach chairs, etc) There is also a high chair!
And how convenient was it to have a washer/dryer in our unit too. Love having clean clothes without having to go outside.
The contact people for the unit was conveniently displayed for us in case anything came up if we needed help. But everything was so orderly and equipped that we didn't need them.
Hands down, this was a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and again and again. Kihei is a great town and close to the beach and grocery stores and shops.

The city of Kihei was very family friendly, and not so far from airport, Road to Hana, harbor where the boat for Monokini leaves, Wailea shopping mall, and any other things to do in Maui. We enjoyed playing in the pool. The house accommodated 8 adults and 5 children comfortably.

This condo was very accommodating for our family. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room. The Location is great, close to everything. The use of the Suburban was a super bonus. All of us in tow and no issues. The swim pool was a real treat with no one there almost our whole trip. The cabana with the BBQ, ping pong table, game boards etc and tennis court are a bonus, all very close to the unit. Definitely would use again. If I had any suggestions to improve on would be to ask the site manager to be less creepy and spying from behind the bushes to make sure we are following the rules. Also maybe asking renters to put back the lanai cushions, as we got there and all the cushions were filthy and covered in bird poop, so we never used the lanai at all. Other than that we would stay here again.

The condo was a great location to celebrate our parents 50th Anniversary. Eight people in my immediate family went on the vacation and created many memories on the island and in the condo. The condo was plenty big enough for all of us with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Having the beach towels, chairs and boogie boards was great! The resort grounds and pool were very nice also. We really appreciated having the Suburban to drive and all of us could travel together on our adventures. A short walk to the beach across the street and short drive to many other places on the island. Yolanda (owner) was very helpful in planning our trip and responsive to all our needs. Definitely a fun family vacation! Hope to go back someday and explore other parts of Maui.

This was a great condo for our three families during our stay. We found the condo just as was described with plenty of nice amenities such as beach towels, chairs, mats and other beach toys. The kitchen was well equipped with a variety of cookware which was very useful for us as we cooked quite a bit (the BBQ area of the resort has large tables to use near the grills). This unit is conveniently located near the complex pool which was outstanding in size and includes a nice hot tub. The resort also lends out a golf cart for unloading of groceries from the parking lot to the units, another plus for our group. The condo is centrally located on the island, making it easy to explore Maui without having to drive too far. We cannot express how convenient it was to use the Suburban. It was extremely useful to transport two families at one time. Finally, the owners were responsive to an issue with one of the showers and had it fixed within a couple of hours and, in general, seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a comfortable stay even before we got there. We definitely want to go back! Thank you so much; we had a wonderful time!

This condo was very accommodating for our family. There were 12 of us and there was plenty of room. Location is good. The swim pool was a real treat. Very close to the unit. Definitely would use again. If I had any suggestions to improve on would be that they need to put in a couple more b b q stations. It's quite a walk to the b b q and carrying things back get a little heavy. Other than that if you are going to Maui and have a large family this is a great unit to rent.

First time to Hawaii and we couldn't have chosen a better place than Koa Resort. The condo was in perfect location to everything we needed. The beach is just across the street, hang out places just a couple miles away, and pool is right in front of condo. I thank Yolanda for all her help in making our first Hawaii trip so much fun! My family and I fit perfectly in condo, best part they provide a suburban. Made it so much easy for us to explore Maui. We were so sad to leave but we will return. Yes, we will make sure to stay here again!!

A great condo for our 2 families with 4 children under 5. Complex pool was excellent and right beside the condo, nice family friendly, safe resort, 2 minutes walk to a beach which was shallow, quiet and safe for the children. We found the condo to be well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches such as beach toys, new washer/dryer, printer and a good air conditioners in all bedrooms. Not the most modern furniture etc but very functional and ideal for our 2 families. A couple of small issues - dishwasher did not work nor did the vacuum and the wifi was quite tricky to connect to.
Overall though - a great stay and we found the owners to be very helpful and easy to deal with - Thank you!

My family and friends stayed a week in this nice condo and had an excellent time. This was a great place to stay for a large group of 8 (and plenty of room for more if needed!). There were plenty of beds and bathrooms and we never felt crowded or cramped. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the pool/spa clean and well kept (although I admit we spent most of our time in the ocean:) The kitchen had everything we needed and the grills were clean and easy to use. Plenty of towels and toys for the beach and a excellent washer/dryer. The owners were very easy to contact and responded immediately to any concern we had and seemed to genuinely care that we had a great stay. The use of their suburban was an extremely nice perk (not to mention getting picked up and dropped off at the airport!) The location of the condo was perfect-central to activities all over the island. The beach just across the street was perfect for enjoying those famous Maui sunsets and catching glimpses of frolicking whales!

We were at this KOA Resort condo for a 10 day stay and had a great time. The condo worked perfectly for our family of 10! Lots of room, 3 bathrooms, comfy bedding and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was really kid friendly with items that made our travel so much easier, high chair, car seats, playpen, baby gate, washer and dryer etc.. Kitchen was more than stocked with cookware etc.. Everything we may have needed for the beach was provided as well, sand toys, boards, towels etc The owners were easy to deal with and always responded to our emails quickly. A huge perk was the use of the Suburban and the fact that the drive to and from the airport was included.
The resort grounds and pool were very well kept. We enjoyed the pool everyday, as well as the BBQ's and ping pong table.
The condo was comfortable and would suited our family very well! Thanks, we really enjoyed our time in Kihei.

Travelling with six adults and two children, the suburban and condo was excellent. Condo provided everyone with their own space and the use of the suburban meant we could all travel together. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities of home and close to the pool for all to enjoy. We all enjoyed the beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers that was there for our use and had the suburban loaded every day to search for a different beach. We have and will continue to pass on the information for this Home away from Home. We also would like to say thanks to the owners who were very cooperative, easy to contact, very responsive and in our case flexible.

The condo is exactly as represented -- across the street is the beach, the condo is well stocked with towels, nice appliances, great local support (got picked up and delivered to/from the airport!). There are plenty of dishes so you don't have to run the dishwasher all the time, a great washer and dryer. The Suburban is a great perk and did the road to Hana just fine. The owner was extremely responsive to my emails and very helpful. Kihei is a great central location for going north to Lahaina or south to Hana. It has a lot less traffic than Kahului. There was a Safeway and Long's nearby.

Nice place to stay with plenty of room for a large group. The unit was stocked with lots of towels and everything you need for baby and going to the beach. Felt just like home. Nice big pool with a shallow end great for both young children and teens. Owner is very kind and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend it. Caprice and Dave are great too!
