Cleaning supplies., Misc. seasonings, salt/pepper, condiments and other food items may be available.
SUPPLIED ITEMS: Beach chairs, microfiber beach towels, umbrella, totes, coolers/ice chests, ice packs, some snorkel and beach toys, boogie boards (which may vary) are provided for our guests use.
Extra measures have been taken to sanitize the condo, but we welcome our guests to bring extra hand sanitizer, wipes and any cleaning supplies (or purchase on island) to make yourself feel more comfortable. We also have cleaning supplies for your use.

Use our coolers, beach bags, chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear. (supply may varies) Enjoy spectacular beaches and soft white sand within walking distance. Keawakapu Beach is one of our family favorites. It's also a fantastic running or walking beach and kid friendly. Excellent snorkeling nearby at Ulua beach. The. closest snorkeling is at Ulua Beach (which is one of our favorites), less than 1/4 mile away. Enjoy upscale shopping and restaurants at The Shops at Wailea or many other local stores in the Wailea. and Kihei area.
Close to grocery stores (Safeway, our favorite in Kihei) also Foodland and a health food store which is closer to our condo). There is also a Grocery store located next to the Shops at Wailea.

Convenient condo for running around as it is right at entrance. This was great for us because we seldom leave the Wailea area, and why would you, it's the best area of the Islands. The lanai was great, shaded and cool with just enough sun, surrounded by healthy lush bamboo, great for eating, sitting and napping.

Palms Wailea is a great location! This townhouse is lovely and guest ready with a spacious well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Very open living area, light and bright with multiple glass sliders onto the large patio ready with padded lounges, wicker chairs, dining table and barbecue. Nice size primary bedroom…with a great mattress to catch a good nights sleep!
2 full baths with extra towels and toiletries.

Description was spot-on and you cannot go wrong staying here. This condo is so close to everything needed in Waelea-lots of options to rent out there but would positively rent from Jillian again. Only thing to add is if planning a trip to the local beach, consider driving so you don’t have to carry all the stuff (umbrella, chairs, coolers, etc) - lots of parking down by the beach!

We had a wonderful vacation in Maui, and this condo played a huge part! We loved the location with close proximity to a fabulous beach where you can walk for miles, as well as to shops and restaurants. The complex is very quiet, the grounds are beautifully kept and the condo itself was perfect. It’s very spacious and wonderfully decorated with the best lanai I’ve experienced there. We spent as much time outside as we did inside when there. The condo is very well stocked for cooking and going on excursions and Jillian goes above and beyond as a host. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a vacation and would hands down love to stay there again. Thanks again for everything!

First visit to the Palms and unit 207! Palms is a beautiful property, very quiet and relaxing, the pool was excellent!
Our condo was exceptional, everything you would need at your fingertips feeling very homey! We were both so comfortable, loving the beautiful lanai and having the convenience of having our own BBQ; we sat out in both the late afternoon and evenings every day.

Jillian is an excellent and thoughtful host. Well appointed and stocked, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Traveled with two teenagers so the second full bathroom was a win. Location is excellent with a short walk to wonderful snorkeling in front of Andaz Hotel. Beautiful pool, but it closes at 6 pm, so get swimming in early. WiFi was slow making it tough to work.

We have just returned from a fabulous vacation in Hawaii. Since our first week was at a resort on the Big Island I had decided a condo would be more comfortable for us while in Maui. I certainly made the right decision. Everything was perfect. Loved the location, very convenient to get around but away from the hustle and bustle that we saw in some of the other cities. The condo was nice and clean and well decorated. I actually started to feel like I was at home, Jillian's decorating style is very similar to what I would have done myself. The day after we arrived I discovered the hairdryer did not work. I texted Jillian and she had a replacement deliverd to me that afterenoon. You can not beat that kind of service.

My husband and I just spent over 3 delightful weeks vacationing in Rich and Jillian's beautiful Palms condo. The spacious ground floor one bedroom condo has been very nicely reno'd and is very well equipped with quality newer furniture including a new comfy mattress, larger capacity washer/dryer, ample supply of new pans, dishes, cutlery etc. The sheets and bedding are also new. The lanai is huge with a BBQ, ample lounge furniture and is a 2 minute walk from the beautiful pool. There is quite a good ocean view from the end portion of the lanai.The unit is very clean and nothing shows signs of wear and tear. We liked that our car was steps away.Thank you to Jillian and Rich for opening your Maui home to us.

Very much enjoyed the rental for the one week. Ideal location , nice not so crowded beach just a short 10 minute walk, another beach only a fifteen minute walk. The mall was only a 20 minute walk. Nice neighborhood. Felt safe walking after dark to the mall and back. Unit itself is very well kept, nice and clean, loaded with supplies which met and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, spices, and even olive oil. Loved the tile floor, easy to sweep and keep clean. Loved the decorating and furnishings as well. It was a perfect Hawaiian feel. Only downside was we found the pool and hot tub on the cool side, although others seemed to really enjoy it, as it was always busy. Clubhouse had a tower in which you could take beautiful pictures of the sunset . Very enjoyable week.

Wonderful condo! The kitchen was well equipped with everything required for those who like to do most of their own cooking while visiting Maui. There is a very nice BBQ on the Lanai that is furnished with a dining table, a lounge chair, and two comfy watch the sunset with a cocktail chairs. I would definitely stay here again! The hot tub at the club house was sadly not very warm, and after running on the beaches of Wailea, I could have used a long soak. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process.

The unit was as described, definitely updated bathrooms. Perfect for two of us, enjoyed the lanai every day we were there, and also used the outside hose to clean sand off legs and feet.
AC in the bedroom worked quickly, coupled with fan kept us cool while sleeping. Wished the unit had more of a cross breeze in the afternoon to cool the main area down.
Loved being able to walk to resorts and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I had never been to Maui before, and were blown away by the beauty! The Palms at Wailea is a great property, and our condo was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen had all of the requirements, from dishwasher to stove top, and all of the utensils, bowls and pans you would need. They also had wineglasses, coffee cups, and specifically plastic cups that you could take to the pool if you needed. The bedroom had a king bed which was perfect for us, and a spacious bathroom and closet off to the side. The condo supplied a hairdryer and there were some toiletries including sunscreen, etc that others had left before that were handy for the first couple of days before we could pick up what we needed. They also had a closet in the hall that supplied all types of beach equipment including umbrellas, chairs, coolers, and snorkel gear so we didn't have to purchase or bring our own. The condo was very clean and well taken care of, and the proximity to the pool and several beaches, as well as the two minute drive to the Shops at Wailea where they had a great selection of restaurants and shops was greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place where everything you need is looked after!!

The unit itself needs improved air-conditioning. One small unit in the bedroom can make the living area feel warm and humid. The screens on the sliding doors don't close properly leaving room for bugs, mosquitos to enter the unit. The unit is clean, well appointed, nice bathrooms, washer dryer. The furniture needs some updating buy overall is comfortable and again is in a very good location.
We would stay there again if the improvements were made.
