Million dollar view on the balcony! Everything was provided to enjoy time at the beach - we rented snorkeling gear and swam with turtles. The location was perfect for a ride up the coast in our jeep. Very quiet location! We enjoyed grapes, cheese, crackers and wine on the balcony at sunset. The provided shampoo and conditioner were appreciated. Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time in Maui staying here! The view off the balcony is absolutely beautiful! Parking was a breeze with an assigned parking spot. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom was also well stocked. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay amazing! Beach chairs, beach towels, small cooler, tennis gear, etc they have it all! There are 2 beautiful beaches with in just a 5-10 minute walk as well as many food options and stores just a short walk away. Our favorite by far was the gorgeous view. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean and taking in the beauty Maui has to offer. Communication was awesome and they get information to you right way! We loved it! 100% recommend this condo!

Our stay here was truly amazing! Rainbows on the lanai almost evey day and the neighborhood was quiet with stunning and peaceful views. The condo was a close drive to many beaches and food and activities. The condo itself had everything we needed and more, including a binder of dining, information and suggestions that we used quite a bit. Waking up each morning to lush foliage, rainbows, birds singing, cool breezes and ocean sounds was a dream and washed all worries and cares away! We would definitely book this place again.

From the second we opened the door we were in awe What an incredible view. Incredibly clean. An entire home is a one and a half. Everything you need is there. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air Conditioner to keep cool and fans. Incredible breeze when keeping window shutters open on front door. I cannot say enough about this place. Towels and beach chairs with small cooler and ice pack in freezer. Powerful blow dryer and great smelling soaps. Parking is easy and there is a Ricky beach about two minute walk from condo. Our stay was amazing! Melissa’s place is immaculate and is set up for everything you need. The covered lanai is the perfect place to watch the whales. The one small drawback is no beach but within a short walk beautiful beaches to enjoy.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved sitting on the balcony to eat. The view was amazing. It is located in a quiet area. We saw whales while eating breakfast. Sleep great. I love the smell on the ocean. I absolutely loved this property! I can hardly wait to come back. I plan to come back to Maui next November. However, I will have a friend with me and wonder whether or not you might possibly have a two bedroom at the same location on the water. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay. Beautiful condo, luxurious actually, quiet, gorgeous views, walk to food and shops, beaches everywhere. The bedding, kitchen, bath, sofa, tv, balcony furnishings, ceiling fans, were high quality and meaningfully beautiful, even the clothes hangers sounded like wind chimes when they moved. Its so nice it was hard to leave everyday to go sight seeing. Wow, I wont forget any of it, and Melissa was available for any need, even local artist info. Thankful for the opportunity to stay in such a perfect place.

The tv armoire didn’t stay open so provided an odd view to the tv. There seemed to be pet hair on blankets and towels. Appreciate the coffee and other beach goodies. Host was awesome with communication. Overall a good stay and location was decent with a nice view.

Our first trip to Maui. We spent 8 days at the property. Easy access by a short drive to beautiful beaches with great snorkeling. We watched whales leap from the water every morning from the deck and slept to the sound of waves every night. Some good food within walking distance was also great. This condo was so cute and clean! The views from the porch are incredible, face the sunset, and we even got to watch whales put on a show every day. She provides everything you could need including binoculars, beach chairs/umbrella, towels, and the most comprehensive binder I have ever seen! I think Melissa has information on anything and everything you could possibly do on Maui! She was very quick and responsive, we had no issues finding the location or getting in. We loved sleeping listening to the waves all night, and with the trade winds we never needed the AC. We would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again!

It is a studio, so pretty small - pictures are accurate. Had just about everything that you need. A great view (2nd floor), good breezes, ceiling fans (which we never needed!), beach towels, chairs, umbrella. Kitchen was decently stocked with plates, etc., toaster, blender and more. We appreciated the full coffee container which was plenty for the week. It would have been nice to have more places to dry our towels and bathing suits. We love this location - close to our fav snorkel places (Kapalua and Kahekili), and nice Chinese food just a block away. The building looks like it needs some repairs, and no elevator. All in all, we loved it.

This lovely, quiet studio apartment suited our needs for a short stay while touring different parts of Maui. It’s a very clean, renovated unit in an older low-rise condo. It’s ocean front with lanai for great sunset but no beach. Beautiful beaches just 5 minutes drive away. The host is kind, responsive and great source of information. Overall, we had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Absolutely a great spot for a couple to spend some time in! Super close to the ocean, which is full of sea turtles , about 100 steps away. Owner provided beach chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler to help with the beach experience.! The area has some great local spots to eat and drink within walking distance. Gorgeous views with rainbows and islands constantly.. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you plan on cooking there, and there was plenty of grills on the property as well. Gas station/ convenience store around the corner and Maui brewing co. Will definitely come back. The setting is romantic and quiet, ideal for honeymoon or an anniversary! Mahalo 🌴

This rental far exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time and could not have been more pleased with our condo. The location was perfect. The condo is on a quiet road just a stones throw from the water and with an easy walk to gorgeous beach access up the road. The interior of the condo was modern and clean with every amenity we could have asked for. The view was breathtaking and we really enjoyed watched the sunset over the ocean every night.

We absolutely loved this place. We spent two weeks in Maui and Kauai and stayed at several rental properties, this was the best of them all! Great location in Maui (close to both Kaanapali and Napili areas) and this unit is so special. It is as close to the water as you can get, the view from the balcony is amazing! We also loved watching the sea turtles every morning - they eat on the rocks right in front of the unit. So amazing. The host is also amazing - very communicative and accommodating. We were really impressed by the information binder provided at the unit - tons of information on the complex, what to do on the island, food, etc. The unit was very comfortable, clean, and great space for a studio apartment. It is also updated with a great kitchen and bathroom. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This unit was amazing! Not only the location and the view, but the amenities and the extra touches! This was one out of 4 different accommodations we had between Oahu and Maui, and I honestly think this was my favorite!!!!! I have an irrational phobia of bugs and I had to go out of my way to find this place and I couldn't have been happier! Very very impressed! There is a ton to do nearby there and I am so glad we chose this part of the island! The sunsets were gorgeous from the room. We were also provided a ton of beach supplies. The bathroom and the supplies smelled amazing!

We stayed here almost a year and a half ago, and talked about the day we'd come back. The condo is perfect for a couple! We love to cook to we cooked all our meals here, kitchen had what we needed, and dinner each night on the lanai watching the sunset was perfect. The bed is so comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing made for a great night. The complex on the beach side where we are is small (no crowds) and very quiet. Melissa is a terrific host, and we plan to continue to only book with her when we come to Maui. She has the perfect spot in Paradise!

The best part of our stay at Melissa's condo was falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. The unit is really close to the water and the balcony provides a gorgeous view. The unit was very clean, the bed comfy, and it was nice to see a pair of high quality binoculars on the coffee table for our use. We lost power one one night - there was a loud boom down the street. When I texted Melissa, she was very responsive... she's a great host and for anyone spending some time in Maui, this is a very nice choice!

A balcony gives you a stunning view of the ocean and the island of Moloka'i. It gives you a wonderful way to start your morning as you listen to the ocean crash and palm trees sway in the wind. It also gives you excellent sunsets viewing opportunities. The host was so kind and helpful. She communicated well by giving us all the info we needed about the property in a timely manner. Melissa’s place was in the perfect location. There were whales, sea turtles and breathtaking sunsets viewable from our lanai! There is beach access within a walkable distance. We did rent a car, so lots of stores and restaurants were within a 5-10 min drive. Bed was like a cloud, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning but the sunrise on the mountains across the water make it worth it. Our experience at the condo was extraordinary. Everything was exactly as shown. It is impeccably appointed and very, very clean. But most of all, the view we had was extraordinary. On our first day we saw no less than 11 or 12 whales breaching. We were also visited by a couple of monk seals and those magnificent sea turtles. It was as if they had come to welcome us. Everyone was so friendly and willing to assist in any way that they could throughout our visit. Can’t wait to go back and do it again. So much to see. I highly recommend this particular condo. This trip truly was a dream come true. Thank you Melissa for everything.
