If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 3rd day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.
Wailea Elua #2101 boasts views of the Pacific and island of Lana’i. Right in the heart of Wailea this gated beachfront, low density complex is situated on Ulua beach (crescent sandy beach with snorkeling, swimming and more.) The condo has an oversized lanai with rockers, loungers, a 6-top table and a Weber propane BBQ. With a just renovated upper pool and hot tub, plus a recently renovated lower pool and pavilion right on the Wailea walkway you have lots of choices to beach it, pool it or lanai it on your Maui vacation. Take a short walk and enjoy happy hour, gourmet restaurants, and great shopping. Come back to the condo and have a great sleep on the California King bed or queen size pull out in air-conditioned comfort. With a rear path to the lanai that is wheel chair accessible, access to the large lanai to drop off your beach gear is a breeze. On top of a fully stocked kitchen we also keep on hand some Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a couple of coolers. This unit is professionally managed by an on-island company with an on-island staff. They provide daily housekeeping, complimentary concierge and activity services, local recommendations, 24-hour emergency service and much more. With Ali’i you always have friends you can call on on the island.

We absolutely loved this VRBO and the location. Great amenities and communication with management was easy. Everything within Wailea was within walking distance, with access to hotel restaurants as well. We would definitely come back again!!

Let me first say that we really enjoyed our stay. The condo was a good size with a comfortable king bed and two bathrooms. The patio was awesome. Great chairs and table for eating or just relaxing. Let me get into the details of our stay. We are a family of three with a 6 month old baby. We wanted to be near the beach but also wanted the space of a condo so this was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we stopped at Safeway in Kihei for groceries. Once we got to the condo we basically never left. It is within walking distance of the wailea shops and all the resorts are accesible from the wailea beach walk for great restaurants and spas. Few things to know before renting. This condo is at the top of the development so you will hear slight road noise. It didn’t bother us but something to be aware of. It is also about a 7 minute walk to the beach down the hill. The walk wasn’t bad at all going down but the walk up is a little bit of a workout. Given the great value of this condo we didn’t mind the walk to be close to the beach but still be more reasonably priced than the units right on the water. There are also two pools. We mainly used the one near the beach which allowed us to keep the baby clean from sand but still jump in the ocean and walk the beach. We also rented baby equipment which helped keep her entertained. It was seamless. It all gets dropped off before you arrive and picked up after you leave. So much easier than bringing stuff on the plane. We would absolutely rent this unit again. The AC was also awesome. It can get warm in the afternoon so it was nice to cool us down post beach.

We have been coming to Wailea for several years and we have stayed at different condos as well as hotels in Wailea. This by far is the nicest, private gated condo resort we have stayed at! The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are meticulously kept and beautiful. The condo we stayed at his large, open, bright and recently had many upgrades to it. There is daily housekeeping, and while they did a good job, attention to detail could be a little better. The pools are great and the large pool has a beautiful view of the ocean while you're laying poolside.

My husband and I were thrilled with this condo. It is beautifully remodeled; the pics don't do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a BBQ on the lanai. The lanai is private and has a partial view of the ocean. We made several meals in the condo and ate on the large and beautifully furnished lanai. The unit is air conditioned which is a plus as it was hot while we were there. We had daily towel drop service and a change of sheets every three days, which was a pleasant surprise. The condo grounds are absolutely beautiful; the pool and outdoor kitchen is five stars. This unit is excellent value for the property as other units are around $600 a night. The unit is close to the main road in Wailea, which is why I believe it is a bit more expensive. Slight road noise, which did not bother us. Thanks for the amazing stay; can't wait to be back!

We have stayed at Elua 3 times and love it, this unit has been recently re-done and has new furniture inside and outside. A huge shaded lanai with a propane BBQ, 4 rocker chairs, 2 loungers and a 6 piece table like I said big lanai. There is a partial ocean view, but the large monkey pod trees block the view but do provide privacy. The ocean front pool is great and never a problem to get a lounger with a cushion, Ulua beach is awesome and has a great coral reef we snorkelled almost every day and even rented a kayak from the Andaz next door. Restaurants are also amazing in the area Morimoto Maui is a great Japanese/sushi restaurant right next door at the Andaz, plus a bunch if other creek chefs have restaurants in the wailea walkway.
