On the positive side, the host was great with communication, allowed us to check in early and receive a package while there which was much appreciated. The complex itself is very nice, on a prime Wailea beach. This unit is towards the top so is about a 5 minute walk uphill from pool/beach. Beds were not the best. On the downside were the cockroaches, ants & moldy cooler. We have stayed in many places in Hawaii & have seen some ants but this was a lot.

My family and I rented this unit and the one next door for a trip of a lifetime with our kids and grandkids. It could not have been more perfect. The unit is very well appointed and spacious. We loved eating out on the Lanai and enjoying the beautiful landscaping on the property. Being a ground floor unit was so ideal for our granddaughters to play outside. We enjoyed the pools and the beach. Although the walk is short, it was very handy to use the wagon provided. Elisa the host responded to any questions we had right away and accommodated our family checking in an hour early. We hope to come back again one day

Beautiful clean and quiet. Kid friendly but very quiet place. Even the pool said no playing Marco polo. A couple of the pools said no kids. Which I thought was kinda crazy. Cause the main pool was closed for a couple days. Over all the unit was perfect and the grounds wer beautiful.

All essentials of home ready and available. Definitely ready for beach goers with what was on hand. Block or two walk down to a beautiful beach. Parking was easy and convenient.
Thin ceilings allowed us to hear the neighbors movements easily.
Property matched the listing with two exceptions. AC in the common area was not working and safe was out of order as well.

First time staying at Wailea Ekahi, though we'd walked through the property on a prior Maui visit. We were there for 2 weeks and it was wonderful. The condo is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. 3 lanais! Turning on AC before bed made it easier to sleep.
The grounds and landscaping are immaculate. We swam & paddleboarded Keawakapu beach most mornings. 41A is a little further back on the property, and carrying paddleboards up the 2 hills was a little bit of work after fun in the ocean, but not too bad. Large lawn areas great for throwing frisbee. Beachfront pavillion was great too.

This condo was very nice with everything included. There is no ocean view but if you walk down out the back you get a beautiful view. The only complaint is all the beds are pretty uncomfortable (especially twin beds) and there is only a sheet and one very thin blanket for each bed, so we all had pretty restless sleep, but breathing in the beautiful morning air off the lanai made you feel better after waking up.

Wailea Ekahi is an amazing place to stay. The twin bed was a little short for our grandson. Our only complaint. Elisa is very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo.

Great location. We used the nearby Unheated pool regularly as we would usually be the only ones there. The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Perfect for walking the beach and generally just chilling out in Maui.

This two bedroom, two bathroom Condo was exactly the ticket for my daughter, son-in-law and two grand kids. The layout is great and the covered patio is perfectly situated to be in the shade all day. Nice feature for Hawaii. The proximity to the upper pool is fantastic, a walk which is about 150 feet.

During stay there has some cockroach in kitchen came out on the counter , and living room area, need to do a Bug terminate for next people rent, the area we love outside very organized and close to beach and Kihei restaurants and many more

This property was spotless, well appointed, great communication with owner. Unit is large and convenient location within the community to pool. Chairs, beach towels and boggie board provided for use at beach. Owner gave great instructions to access property and well detailed manual was provided inside the unit for any questions we had. The Soft Tex pillows were fantastic! The property managers on site were rude. We met other vacationers at the complex that commented the same. Like REALLY REALLY snotty.
I would definitely stay here again but would avoid any contact with the on site property managers. They clearly did not appreciate having us there.

I stayed here with my family, a total of 5 adults and there was plenty of space. The Ekahi Village is absolutely stunning with a very well-maintained property. There is a lot to do near here, such as boogie boarding and snorkeling at the beach, playing shuffle board, or going to one of the three available pools. There is also a pavilion to go to that had ice readily available to fill coolers or water bottles. It had a large kitchen in case you want to enjoy a nice dinner down by the water. The condo itself was great and had all the amenities listed. Elisa was so quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. I loved staying in this area because there are so many restaurants, stores, and a mall all within a 5 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great area, the pool area is great next to ocean and ramada to enjoy the ocean and pool under shade. The condo was clean and there are individual AC in each room to control the temp of the rooms. Great stay clean instructions on how to stay in the condo and easy access to road and parking.

We had an amazing vacation! The condo stays nice and cool, and we never even needed the A/C. We could see the ocean from the bedroom! We made all our meals here and really loved the flowers, pools, and spectacular beaches, all within a short walk. The light bedding provided was perfect, and the furnishings and decor were gorgeous. We really enjoyed out stay in Unit 41A. Everything is clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are beach chairs, boogie boards, and towels to use. The 3 lanais make it easy to enjoy sun or shade, whichever you prefer.

Enjoyed our six day stay at this condo: 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 school-aged children. Plenty of room for all. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking and serving. We liked the location - parking and access from the main road was easy. The sofa bed was remarkably comfortable! The owner was responsive to our requests and check in/out was straight-forward. We made use of the BBQ, the lanais, most of the kitchen items, and everything worked well. We appreciated that there were beach toys and chairs and boogie boards available at the condo.
Although there was a pool quite close, it was a cold one so we usually made the hike down the grass to main pool by the beach. The access to beach was quite convenient and the shower just inside the gate made cleaning off the sand simple.
We would stay here again!

This condo is impeccably clean, in a quiet location and very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous, well organized and has everything you need to make meals. The patio off the main bedroom has 2 chaises lounges and an adjustable shade screen which made sitting out in the afternoon very pleasant.
However, the village property needs to be mentioned....it is beautiful with gorgeous flowers everywhere. The walk down to the ocean takes about 5 -10 minutes; there is a private gate leading to the beach. It is a fantastic beach...my daughters had a blast boogie-boarding. We enjoyed many restaurants all within walking distance. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back soon!!

This place was very clean and had all the amenities that we need to cook and have family dinners with our kids. We have three young ones so have the nice grassy area gave us room to run around in plain sight. The accommodations were very comfortable and relaxing. We are definitely going back and renting this unit again!

We loved the space! The bedrooms, living area and kitchen were spacious and comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 2 children (11 and 14). Our favourite area was the lanai with the weber grill and beautiful garden view. We had coffee outside in the morning and used the BBQ daily for dinner. The unit was bright, had good air flow, was very well stocked and CLEAN! It was very hot when we were there but the fans and a/c kept everyone comfortable. Our boys enjoyed the pools and the walk to and from the beach was spectacular. My Mom found the walk uphill a little hard some days so when she was tired I would drive her down for sunset. Parking was always easy to find.

We stayed in 41A for 2 weeks in April. The unit is just as described. It was well equipped and spotless. We found it extremely quiet. We enjoyed numerous BBQ's on the lanai. The pool was literally steps from the condo and usually had it to ourselves. The beach is about an 8 min walk through beautiful landscaped grounds. The beach in front of the resort is one of the best beaches in Maui. We even swam with turtles!

I spent a week long vacation relaxing and unwinding at the beautiful Ekahi Village. It was such a wonderful experience,with peaceful, serene, and beautiful grounds. The owners of the unit are kind, attentive and pay such attention to every detail and organizational technique in the condo. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated with a Hawaiian flare, and very comfortable with beautiful views of the grounds and all of the lush greenery and flowers. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning, sit outdoors on the patio, and enjoy the sunrise. Several of the days, I would walk across the grass to one of the pools which was a very quaint and serene environment and enjoy the pool. The other pool towards the beach is spectacular as you can BBQ and it is right on the beach. This condo property unit is convenient when it comes to walking down to the beach....just a quick jaunt down the grassy path and you are on some of the most beautiful beaches of Wailea. This was my first experience in Wailea and I will definitely be back soon. Close to Kihei and the shops at Wailea, this condo is a great choice for comfort, beauty and convenience. I highly recommend this particular unit at Ekahi Village as I was able to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Wailea in the comfort of a wonderful condo.

It is a given that Wailea Ekahi is a great location. This condo, while upland a bit, it also in a great and quiet spot. The condo is spacious. Compared to the other Ekahi condos we've stayed in over the years I'd have to give it an average. Again - it is just the little things. For example, the air conditioners are on a timer (who does that?) in the bedrooms, the pillows are cheap foam, the beds are extremely firm and the towels are thin. A few changes would make this place great.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo during the Thanksgiving holiday. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and had all the ammenities we needed. When not at the condo we enjoyed the village's pool and beach. We also think that Wailea/Kihei is the place to be on the islands, shopping, dining and services were all right there! Very relaxing and rewarding trip. When we return to Maui, this will be our condo of choice.

This condo was exactly what I needed! What a relaxing laid back experience. The condo itself was very clean &comfortable... it felt like home!Very close to shopping and dining. The beach and pool combo was the best :) I will definately be back!!
