We enjoyed our stay very much. I think the pictures made it look bigger than it was, but it was fine. We had 6 adults and 2 children so could have used another sofa. Also, we were told someone was going to meet us at the unit when we arrived and they did not. Never saw them. But overall a wonderful time.

Everything was great! We loved the location--beautiful and a little away from the busier Waikiki location. The lagoon right outside the building was fabulous and it's also a great central location for a variety of activities around the island. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and property and views. We had a nice family trip although we were with our adult children and I think this resort is really better suited for young families. The lagoons are beautiful, but very subtle, a little bit like we were at a community pool park situation versus sitting on the Pacific Ocean. I wish I had brought my kids here 20 years ago! Perfect for families.

We had a great stay. The villa is 3 bedroom, 3 bath with a kitchen. There was only one balcony but it was a nice size with a great view. There is an ocean items bin that has beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, fins, sand toys, cooler, life vests, tote wagon & we added another boogie board, some swim noodles and more sand castle toys. There are 8 big beach towels and a washer & dryer. Layout was very nice and there was a view of the lagoon and ocean.
Cons - Figuring out the living room tv system was a challenge. The parking spot in the garage was also a challenge if you rent a mini-van or full size SUV. We wish the various lights were marked, we still don't know what some of them turned on or off. Finally one of the pics online makes it look like you have two balconies and that you can see the pool from your villa, and neither is accurate.
The home instruction book was very helpful and there are great places to eat and shop within 10 mins.
Our onsite person Shane was great!
All in all we had a great time at the lagoon & pool and will return.

We've been to Ko Olina many times and always have stayed at the Beach Villas. So far, this unit has been our favorite!! It was noticeably impeccably cleaned upon arrival - it sparkled! - and with a cute welcome basket filled with local treats which we all enjoyed. The unit not only had all the essentials needed for a family stay; kitchen and laundry necessities, beach towels.. but had many extra items that were not expected but very useful! There was a wagon in the unit which we used daily (came in very handy with 2 small toddlers!) to haul the beach toys, towels, chairs etc to the pool and beach. There were so many wonderful beach and pool toys that made our stay that much more enjoyable without having to buy ourselves. There was even an air fryer in the unit which was a pleasant surprise! The bedrooms were all as listed and always very nice and spacious.
Beautiful view, as always. The proximity to the pool and beach and 'ease' of getting around Ko Olina and the activities and restaurants is why we keep coming back.
Communication was flawless with this booking, the best I've had yet. She was very attentive and accommodating the whole time - we will definitely be back! Thank you :)

Came back to KoOlina after coming in 2012 to celebrate our twin daughter’s 21st birthday. The unit is spacious, has nice amenities for cooking and enjoying a dinner in. Unit had plenty of beach chairs, flipper and sand toys. Whether you are a pool person or a beach person, the KoOlina Resort has it all. The Poolside bar and 6 days a week evening music is a great way to gather with friends and families and make lasting memories. The staff is friendly and so friendly.

Perfect for our stay with our daughter and her family (4 adults & 2 children). Kids loved the pool and the quiet, safe lagoon. Lanai storage box filled with boogie boards, flippers, sand toys and other swim gear that was so helpful! Large wagon to haul things up and down! Loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful view. Kitchen stocked with everything you could need and beds were super comfy! Holly was fabulous in responding quickly to any questions! We had a wonderful and memorable stay! Thank you!

The beach villa was fabulous!! We had everything we needed such as beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, fully stocked kitchen, and a nice welcome gift of snacks and water. The Lanai is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views and amazing sunsets. The walk to beach is not bad at all and the pools & fitness center are very nice. The beds were super comfy, it was great having a washer/dryer and plenty of room for our family of 5. I highly recommend!! The location is also nice with several restaurants in walking distance (highly recommend Eggs & Things, Monkeypods, Mexican restaurant next to Monkeypods, and Longboards at the Marriott). Paradise Cove Luau is also in walking distance and is a fun experience.

Great villa. Provided everything to get your stay started. There are rules about the lanai, the pools and such, but it is all meant to keep everyone happy. Great place to stay with family and friends. Access to shopping, lagoons and restaurants are available to everyone who stays in Ko Olina. Our Villa only had 1 parking spot but we did not know this. Thankfully we rented a big van for 2 families but then that didn’t fit in underground parking and we got the last outdoor “extra” spot at the other end of the property. Don’t know what they would have done otherwise. Need to advertise that it comes with limited parking? But otherwise, absolutely fantastic!

We stayed with another family of 4 and it was the perfect spot. The lagoon was perfect for the toddlers and the pool was really nice and never very crowded. There were a hand full of food options walkable which was nice too. The balcony made it so we could still enjoy being outside during naps.

Everything about it is great… the location, how well equipped the condo is, the space and layout… but the large patio with the most spectacular view is our favourite feature. Our group of 3 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Ko Olina Beach Villas is in a beautiful, safe, convenient location. As we drove the island, we always wanted to come back to our little cove for snorkeling and relaxing. The area has restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shop, and a small convenience store that had just about everything you could need.
The condo had everything we needed. From arriving and getting assistance with our luggage and showing us how to work everything in the condo, Holly and her team are super helpful. We cooked quite a bit and were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The furnishings were perfect for our group to hang out together. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were all full baths. It was so nice that the owner left everything we needed...trash bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. It was so nice not to worry about any of that. Heading to the beach? They have everything you need. Boogies boards, chairs, toys, umbrella and wagon to haul it all down there. Pools and workout room were very nice too. The building was quiet and rarely did we hear noise from other units. Well insulated walls. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the large patio with beautiful sunset views!! It was a nice quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, but yet close enough to go wherever you want. Highly recommend staying here!!

Our family had an amazing stay in July. Property and location were perfect for what we wanted- near water, yet still quiet enough and away from city life. Condo was very clean and very well thought out. We really enjoyed the lanai and evening sunsets. Every detail was considered and communication with Holly was great! We just completed our trip and the rental of this unit was certainly one of the highlights. For context, we are a family of 5 with 3 kids 17-20.
Let me start with the condo itself. It was excellent. Very well appointed with high-end appliances, nice furniture, great beds and everything you could need was there. Every possible kitchen appliance and utensil we thought about was there, which was great as we did a lot of our own cooking. Flat screens in each room, Xbox for the kids, plenty of board games, extra towels and bedding, it was all there. The unit was also immaculately clean and well maintained. In addition, it is fully stocked with all you need for the days at the beach – chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels and even a cart to carry it all. Made spending time at the lagoon beach easy and turn-key. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms meant everyone had space and privacy as well. The view from the kitchen, master and lanai is absolutely amazing, made even better with retractable shades and doors that open up the entire room. Perfect for that morning coffee or a drink and watching the sunset at night.
We were not looking for an overly commercial vacation, so the Beach Villas we perfect. There are hotel resorts (Four Seasons, Disney and Marriott) within a 5 minute walk for restaurants, bars, coffee shops but it was nice to have the lagoon essentially to ourselves without all the beach sales and rentals. Made Lagoon 2 quiet and more relaxing than its neighbors. While we did not utilize the pools, there are two nice pools, hot tub and a pool bar as well. All was well maintained and cleaned each morning.
The location in Ko Olina was also great. Only about 45 minutes depending on traffic from Waikiki and the North Shore for day trips but for a low-key relaxing time, we just stayed in Ko Olina some days. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants as we as to the Marina where we went for snorkeling and sunset cruises. Also, right across the street from the golf course.
The rental process and service were also excellent. The intro letter provided details and suggestions on everything and they were quick to follow-up on questions or requests we had.
This was a 5 Start rental, highly recommended and we will be coming back!

What a wonderful place to spend Thanksgiving week!! The condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 (my husband, our two adult children, and their spouses). The VRBO listing was 100% accurate and the reality matched the pictures perfectly. We loved waking up every morning and having coffee in the kitchen and on the lanai, walking to the village for treats, and spending lazy afternoons at the pool or on the lagoon. The condo was well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We all slept great and acclimated to Hawaii time quickly. The property manager was always available, but we never really needed her. The maintenance staff helped us with a slow moving drain about 15 minutes after we called (worked like brand new after they did their magic). We would absolutely recommend the Beach Villas to anyone looking for a happy, peaceful, and gorgeous week (or more!) in Hawaii.

We were so happy here - views were so awesome, it was me and my husband 68 and 70, my son's 30 and 34 and DIL 33 and my sweetheart of a granddaughter 2.5 yrs old. We loved our views and we loved the condos and we loved the room, 3 rooms for each of us and we all got along WELL! which to be honest we've not always done that (brotherly love??) I felt Ko Olina was in a central spot but NOT Waikiki. There are not enough words to say how happy we were with our rental and I urge EVERYONE to visit Ko Olina, stay at this condo and enjoy life.

Found high tech appliances tv more a minus . But I an old fashion guy. But you needs hundred of channels. Still never found CNN. No restaurants on property. Hawaii out of rentals cars. So lots of walking. Beautiful condo and lagoon.

What can I say...we walked in to our villa upon arrival and were greeted by one of the most stunning sunsets we have ever witnessed (and we have lived in both Arizona and Colorado!) A great beginning to what proved to be a family vacation for the record books! We rented three units from this same owner to accommodate our four families and 13 people (including five grand children under the age of four!) The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of beach toys, snorkel paraphernalia, and beach chairs to meet our needs. The resort staff was very accommodating, and the owners were extremely easy to work with. My wife is a masters swimmer, and I was skeptical of the "lap pool" amenity touted in the description of the property. To our surprise this quiet area pool gives priority to lap swimmers, and my wife (and I) enjoyed a great workout every morning in a 25 meter pool! The main pool has a designated area for young children with shallow waters and sandy bottom. What we really liked was the fact that this complex is not a busy resort like the neighboring Marriott or Disney Resort. We could enjoy their restaurants, but could get away from the mayhem, and be around a more tranquil environment!! There is an outdoor bar next to the pool where we did enjoy quite a few luscious concoctions! Oh, and did I mention the balcony! We spent many an evening after the grand children were down to recount the special moments of the day! We'll be back!

Wonderful, renovated condo in a great location. Hosts communicated well. A few recommendations to improve: the dishwasher is goofy - always guessing as to whether it will run. The swimming pool needs to be heated more - too cold for young kids.

Simply Amazing and over much too soon. My two adult children and I loved the accommodations and will return for a longer stay. Luxurious, yet warm and cozy. We literally were beyond sad when it was time to checkout. Special thank you to the Storm Family for allowing us to rent their home, when our previous reservation fell thru due to a miscommunication. 1st of all Ko Olina Resort is beautiful. There's a small bar by the pool near for grills. There's a lagoon that's perfect for small children and just relaxing. There's a few shops and restaurants close by.
Unit 804 is very nice and spacious. We had some starter spices which we added to. Kitchen is wonderful except the dishwasher. We had to try to start it no less than 4 times every time we tried to do dishes and it had an awful fishy smell the entire time. Hopefully that will get fixed. Beds were very comfortable and very nice bathrooms. Be aware there's only starter paper products when you arrive. 2 rolls of tp per bathroom so get some when you stop to get items. There's a Costco close by, Target, and Walmart. Easy access to most hwys. Take the time to visit the beautiful beaches on the east side of the island. Much finer sand and more activities. Take a ride up the west side for some beautiful scenery. It's just gorgeous everywhere. KoOlina is in a much dryer area so had hardly any rain to spoil our days at the beach. Try Paradise Cove luau. Plus check out the beach at paradise cove during the day. We saw sea turtles. They were just swimming around us and a monk sea lion came up and relaxed on the beach. We really enjoyed it.

The unit is perfect for families. Large, spacious, and beautiful views of the ocean. The property is is clean, and very well taken care of. Staff is super friendly. The condo has a closet full of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs which made it very convenient. The kitchen has pretty much any thing you would need. If I was to critique anything i would say they need to have their carpets cleaned, clean up the black marks on many of their walls, fix their master bath shower head (water leaks out into floor), and include at least one day of housekeeping maybe half way through your stay. Other than that, it’s really a fantastic condo, and property!!! We will for sure go back. Thank you to the lovely owners and staff at Ko Olina Beach Villas!!!

Whilst this property presents beautifully and is reflective of what is on their website, there were some small issues that should be addressed in order for this property to receive a 5 star rating.
For a condo of this caliber, there should be a decent iron which there is not and trying to get one was difficult and slow. The hair dryer is also cheap and a full set of higher end wine and champagne glasses should be stocked into the high end kitchen.
Other issues that were annoying to say the least were that despite telling us that we had two parking spaces for the condo, our dinner guests were not allowed to use the additional space and as the tenant for over a week, the front desk put me through hoops to secure a parking space for an evening's dinner. Finally, the air conditioning in the master bedroom stopped working two days before we left; we contacted the representative there who told us to call another number. He was also the one who didn't respond to our request for a working iron.
Again, the condo was as nice as it looked online but I ask owners of these types of rentals to keep these places in complete working order and pay attention to the small details.
