We stayed here the last week of September. The location was great and easy to get to. Having no AC was not an issue as we got a great breeze through all the windows. The view is amazing in this condo and I enjoyed watching the sunset the couple times we were actually back at the condo during that time. The beds are comfortable and clean. The shower water pressure was a little hard, but not a huge issue for us. Overall my whole family enjoyed the stay.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in Princeville! Everything was just as we hoped it would be! We were looking for a scenic setting where we would awaken to the sounds of tropical birds singing and that's exactly what we had. The condo was clean and just as depicted in the listing. We had everything we needed for a lovely weeklong vacation. The complex was quiet and beautifully landscaped. We would definitely return here in the future.

The apartment was spacious and well furnished. Directions for our stay were clear and labels on various cabinets and closets were helpful. The overhead fans and shuttered windows kept the apartment temperatures very pleasant.
I suggest the owner replace the screen in the sliding door so that there are fewer mosquitoes inside. Also, attention needs to be given to the main bedroom sink because it does not drain well.
That being said, we would definitely recommend this place. Beautiful sunsets!!

We had an amazing stay here in Princeville. The condo is accurately described. There were plenty of kitchen items that made it feel like home. We love staying on the north side because it’s easy to get to Hanalei and the east side of the island. We loved the view from the lanai watching the birds and listening to the crashing waves. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you 🙏

Overall our family of 4 (kids 11 & 15) had a great stay. The condo was spacious, nicely decorated, well thought out and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and very well stocked with everything we needed. Fans and breezes were lovely and we didn't need AC. When we asked for sheets for the pull out couch they were delivered within 20 minutes. Our only suggestion would be to provide 2 more beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels. We would stay again!

Clean, organized, island decor all around, comfy beds & couches - all made for a relaxing special stay in Princeville! Yes, noticed the newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen ~ a treat! The views of the mountains, forest, and oceans were amazing, looking just like the pictures in the listing; we enjoyed sunrises and stars at night on the patio every day of our stay and the backdrop of many, many birds was lovely. Owners were always responsive to our questions. We would love to rent this unit again! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this property. The view was absolutely beautiful, we could see the cliffs, forest and ocean in a distance. It was nice and quiet with friendly bird visitors. The condo was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The pool, hot-tub and BBQ were also very close by, and you could walk down along a pathway to the beach across the street, which was a great touch! Would definitely recommend staying here :) Mahalo!

This unit exceeded our expectations. It was clean and very well-appointed. The furnishings and kitchen were all of high quality. The 2nd floor vantage point gave a wonderful view of the ocean and the Na Pali clifts and we enjoyed watching the birds off the lanai. The owners were responsive to our communications. We would highly recommend this condo if you are staying in Princeville.

The Kauai Luna was just PERFECT! The location, the apt, everything about our stay with Shana and Jeff was great! We were a bit nervous about not having AC for a few days, but the apt always had a breeze, it was never hot inside, and all of the fans also helped. It was nice to just be able to hang out, cool off, have dinner and just hang out each evening. This was the perfect location, near restaurants, grocery, etc. Having beach towels, coolers, and laundry was great for beach days!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for our honeymoon. It was besutifuly decorated and charming. We loved having a big kitchen for cooking and it was quite and relaxing. The view on the balcony to the mountains is gorgeous. The property is very well kept and there are beautiful flowers everywhere! We also loved finding and then using some of the beach equipment in the house (complimentary to use). Would def. recommend!

We celebrated our 10th anniversary. The place was nicer than it seemed in the pictures. Furniture was comfy and the view amazing. LOVED how clean it was and all the little touches that even hotels don’t have, like laundry soap and board games, beach chairs and extra towels. We left this place to stay at a resort and we are so disappointed we left. The condo has nicer, softer towels than the hotel and the condo has better showers than our hotel. Even though the condo showers are out dated they were large and had great water pressure. We cooked everyday and we had everything we needed from the kitchen.
The only thing I would advise a perspective renter about is the beds. We loved how large the king bed was and how soft it was but if your body doesn’t like super soft mattresses I would foresee an issue staying here.
Also...I recommend bringing ear plugs. Depending on the renters next door and how many children staying at the condo complex it can bother your sleep.
Overall we would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Immensely enjoyable stay!! This property was perfect for our group. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make our week fabulous. We had access to beach towels and mats, coolers and other beach gear. The complex was quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views off our lanai. We did had a challenge with our internet connection when we first arrived and Jeff was especially helpful in fixing the situation for us. With 4 teenagers you just gotta have wifi!! Overall we were perfectly situated to enjoy all that the North shore had to offer. I absolutely recommend this property and hope some day to return!

Beautiful grounds, great views and pool. However the condo is in desperate need of an update. The bathrooms and kitchen are especially in need. The wood laminate on the cupboards is peeling, the tubs and sinks are not very inviting. We have rented for many years on VRBO in Hawaii, but this is the first time I have had an unfavorable review. I could not recommend this unit to anyone I know.

The property is a bit run down (especially the showers), but is priced accordingly and the kitchen appliances are modern. View from the balcony let's you see both the mountains and the ocean, plus a large wooded area with much wildlife to watch. Short drive to Princeville shopping/dining as well as Hanalei. Great communication from the owners. Other condos on the property are a mix of permanent residents and tourists. Enjoyed many great conversations with some of the locals at the community pool. Overall I would highly recommend.

My husband and I ended up having to switch our vacation plans last minute from Mexico to Hawaii to avoid the Zika virus. I quickly booked this condo without much research and was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The condo was absolutely spotless and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic pots, pans etc. There were cute little soaps and shampoos in both bathrooms and the beds were big and very comfortable. The complex itself was very quiet and when we did bump into neighbours there were all friendly. I'd definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the Princeville area. The location was very convenient and within a short driving distance to shopping, beaches and hikes. Jeff and Shauna were very easy to work with and would reply quickly if I ever had any questions for them. A 5/5 experience and we hope to return one day in the future!

Awesome place with awesome views. Hot tub was amazing the condo very accomidating. Provided everything we needed. The roosters time clock needs resetting. 330 am too early of a wakeup call.
