We stayed to participate the Honolulu Marathon. The location is close from the start line. The view from the room was fantastic !!! Also it’s very easy to get around Waikīkī from the property. Public Parking is also available just a few minutes walk . It’s got everything we needed . We had such wonderful stay there. Thank you !!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the lanai is great. The Illikai has wonderful amenities on the property including a market, an ice cream shop, a coffee shop, and multiple restaurants. The walk to the beach took less than ten minutes. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check in was exceptionally easy. The blinds do need to be replaced and the bathroom needs to be updated. I would definitely stay again.

Unit is as advertised. Nice Kitchen, full sized refrigerator. The view was great. We have stayed at the Illikai about 8 times. We will try to get this unit next time. I usually wanted the west side, so we could watch sunsets, but the sun makes the room hot some days. This one gave us a nice view of the Hilton Lagoon and beach. There is NO quiet side in Waikiki if you have your doors open. Very convenient for the beach and Ala Moana Shopping. The bus stops in front. We grew up in Hawaii so do not rent a car for every day, just a few to visit friends. Nice room.

We spent 8 nights in this unit and it was excellent! The property manager was super accessible and gracious and the unit itself was accurately described. Lovely view, comfortable couch and great kitchen! Really enjoyed our stay in this unit!

We loved the apartment , greats views and location
The apartment could do with some updating such as new blinds as the current are all broken and not closing and not blocking out the light. General maintenance in kitchen…loose cupboard doors and drawers.
TV and general furnishings could be updated for the current times.
Bathroom needs a bit of updating.
Otherwise it was a great stay.

Room was unclean. It had a bad smell. The bathroom had mold in it. There was a hole in the Sheetrock beside the shower. The blinds were broke and some missing so could not close for light filtering hard to sleep. Ice maker did not work. Room was not as advertised.

This room has a fantastic view - worth the extra money. Kitchen was sufficient for our 2 week stay. Pull out couch was not good for sleeping - more comfortable to sleep on the couch without pulling it out. Plenty of space, nice bathroom. Clean, airy feel.

This was our first time in Hawaii, it will not be our last. The view from the room is spectacular! We had first row seats to the Luau at the Hilton Hawaiian from our balcony. The room is clean, the kitchen came in handy and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance! Thank you for making our first trip so memorable!

This unit has a well stocked kitchen, lots of coffee mugs, glasses, plates, etc. A good starter supply of garbage bags but no dishwasher tabs provided, or drying rack to dry dishes. No lounge chairs on deck as per photos. Bed is not comfortable with one side being very creaky; sheets kept coming off the bed. ( A fitted sheet would have been great)
Good location, great views.
However, this unit was not clean when we arrived. A thick layer of dust coated the baseboards, top of fridge, cupboard doors dirty with food spills. The lanai was filthy with significant bird excrement.
The kitchen and bathroom floors were visibly dirty and grimy to walk on. Soap scum build up on shower doors. Blinds are in hard shape, do not close completely. This unit appeared to not have been cleaned in a while.
Our third day we discovered ants crawling in wooden linen storage cupboard and on kitchen counter. We notified the on site contact who came within the hour with ant bait and that solved the issue.
We messaged the manager the same day about the ants as well as our concern with the unclean state of the unit. We did not get a reply until the day before we checked out.
Management informed us that the cleaning staff was supposed to contact us to come and clean the unit. This did not happen. We requested a refund of the cleaning fee which we received.
Hopefully this unit will be professionally deep cleaned.

This condo was as advertised and perfect for our vacation! It was exactly what we needed and wanted. Has a kitchen which is great and also a room divider which worked out well for us when my husband had to attend an online meeting on central time zone. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Rental and communication were great! This rental has an awesome view, can tell it is a well loved property. We chose a condo because we wanted a kitchen for Christmas Eve, but the kitchen amenities were a little thin, especially for trying to get real holiday food out for a group. Loved the rice cooker though!

The condo is ok, but needs a little TLC. The pictures are accurate, except for one: there are no lawn chairs on the lanai. We found it to be a busy area, but what do you expect being so close to Waikiki beach! This place is very close to many restaurants and shops. It is also a short drive to/from the airport and Hanauma Bay.
In all, you won't be disappointed.

This condo was well stocked and had a beautiful view. It is convenient to Waikiki locations with an easy walk to the beach. There were a few things that could have been improved, however. If you have more than one or two electronic devices that will need charging, bring a power strip- there were only a few outlets available for that purpose. Also, the verticals blinds were not in good condition-at least one kept falling off and it was obvious it had been that way before. Street noise was a factor, but that certainly goes with the location, not the owner’s responsibility. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This condo is “As advertised” and also located around a nice location. The views from the lanai provide great views of the ocean, lagoon, and sailboat slips. We slept very comfortably with a family of 4 and felt very secure during our week long stay.

Other than some mold in grout in shower and some small things that are more spring clean issues, it has been the cleanest place I've stayed in a while. It was nice to have a broom and vacuum to keep floors from getting pretty bad.

When we arrived we were surprised with how beautiful and clean the condo was. Everything that you need is available. Full kitchen with all cooking utensils you could possibly need.
The location was absolutely wonderful within a very short walk of restaurants, beach, and activities.

We have been to Waikiki several times, but this is the best place we have stayed so far. The rate is reasonable. The upgraded interior has all the amenities that we need. The view is very nice, exactly as seen on the website. We love this unit and will stay there again. The only thing that bothered us is the nightly yelling from the people in the other buildings.
