We loved our stay here for a family vacation. It truly had everything we needed. The villa was spacious and clean with an amazing view of the pool and the ocean. The pictures don’t do it justice.
We were initially worried that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the amenities at the resort, but we actually spent a good amount of time there dining, shopping, watching the sunsets and swimming at the shared beach.

I have three suggestions. The blender was broken and the bottom couch cushions kept sliding forward when anyone sat on it. We loved the outdoor area of your balcony but it would have been better with cushions on the furniture.

There’s no exaggeration, and the view in the pictures is exactly the same or even better in reality. Most of the time we were in the villa, we spent in the balcony watching the beach. We didn’t have very much time to explore the amenities but I’m sure they are amazing just like the pool that was right across the balcony. The unit came with everything that was needed, and it was very neat and well maintained. The property manager is very responsive. We loved our stay.

The listing doesn't do this place justice. Listing some of the best things: Having a reserved parking spot convenient to the unit, the key code (no key) situation, THE HEAVENLY SHEETS, The roominess of the unit, the boogie boards, snorkel equipment, cooler, toys in the storage unit, everything you need is there. I spent HOURS on the Lanai watching the waves and birds. The pool was heated!

We had the best time on the North Shore staying at the Turtle Bay villas. The room was clean and the maintenance manager was very responsive to any concerns. It was a great experience and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone... including ourselves as we hope to stay there again. me and my family stayed for 5 nights and we love the villa location and what it has to offer, the pool and the hot spa were neat to relax a anytime before and after a long day swimming in the ocean. the villa was very clean, and big. plus all the aminities they give you to enjoy the beach, with snorkling gear, umbrellas, chairs, toys for the kids to play in the sand even a cooler to take to the beach and enjoy your cool drinks. i will say groceries store are a little far to villa but it is well worth it the drive, 5 to 10 minute drive to the nearest store. very peaceful place to enjoy with the family or for couples... we love the place so much and we will be back.

We stayed with 4 adults and 1 toddler and enjoyed our stay. It was cozy and spacious and we enjoyed going to the pool and eating at Roy’s beach house that was part of the resort. Plenty of beach equipment if you have kids. Location is superb if you’re looking for quiet and away from busyness of Waikiki.
Only four stars because it was expensive for the condition of the space. The washer/dryer was broken, patio door lock didn’t work, and garbage disposal had some issues. The place could use updates.
However, the property manager and Hagen were friendly and responsive to our needs. They let us use another unit’s washer/dryer and was also kind and responsive when one of the room’s sheets were dirty. Top-notch service.

The venue was gorgeous and worth the money despite the relatively long distance from Honolulu and intermittent massive traffic congestion on the North Shore of Oahu. The villa was beautiful with plenty of room for 5 people. It was nice to be able to use some of the amenities of the main hotel but also disappointing that some amenities were NOT available. Contrary to info provided in advance, villa dwellers were not allowed to use the fitness center, even after using the spa. On arrival, a few of the kitchen appliances were broken (toaster, blender) but management replaced them quickly. Original communications indicated that the villa had a Bose sound system. On the day of arrival we were notified that the system was not functional. There was a broken cocktail glass in a kitchen cupboard on arrival. The light and fan in the master bath toilet room were not working. Despite these minor inconveniences we had the vacation of our life times and we would highly recommend the Turtle Bay resort and the ocean villas to others.

Good, not excellent. My wife is a bit of perfectionist and found flows in the refrigerator and the microwave. No ice maker, we had to steal ice from the hotel and the microwave was the smallest microwave I've ever seen. The property also had these old CD players set up in the main room and the master bedroom. Who uses CD's anymore? Lastly, we never could figure out how to use the master bedroom TV. Not that is was overly important. We could only use it for netflix etc, nothing on regular TV. One more point, it should be noted on the website, that the rental has nothing to do with the hotel. We've rented the Villas before and we had access to the hotel, now there is no access to the hotel. No swimming pool and no access to the gym. You shouldn't be leaving pictures of the gym on the VRBO website as there is no access. We ended up renting a room at the hotel to get access, which ended up costing us a pretty penny in addition to the Villa rental. Keep that in mind when renting.

We love the Villas and Gina was awesome to work with. The location and luxury can’t be beat! Our first night there, we heard a terribly loud alarm that sounded like the smoke detector but wasn’t. Gina helped us find the water alarm in the washer closet and resolved the issue quickly. The freezer wasn’t working and a repair person was in our villa for about three hours one morning. The microwave stopped working and toward the end of our stay, the air conditioner didn’t feel cool even though it ran. Overall, we had a good stay and doing without these three issues would have made it perfect. The well-stocked beach locker was fabulous!

The unit was great. We wish the communication between owner and my self was better. That's why I can only give 4 stars. Never receive check-in info in tell day before leaving. It did not go to spam and I had a professional track e-mails and received all other e-mails but not check in. We did not have any dishwasher soap and a light bulb (1979 type with prongs) was out in master bathroom. E-mailed owners about these two problems and never heard back from them...ever. Light bulb was changed when we were gone one day.We did not know they where coming.... but never received soap for dish washer. We finally just did dishes by hand . We noticed a chunk of corner bead was laying on floor after the light bulb was changed. Assumed the handy man brought in a ladder and hit wall. We put the piece in small bowl.

We chose Turtle Bay because I was born in Kahuku 57 years ago. We had our adult children and one wife and a girlfriend along. Would we stay again, no. Property is older than described. 2 pods for washer and dishwasher. 4 total Kleenex. Pillows about 1/1/2 thick. Turtle bay closed no restaurants or there than lei lei which was awesome. Tried to go past the 11am because our flight was a Redeye. Nope and cancelled our code so couldn’t stay at the pool. Tried 2 times to communicate the s sewer was only one thing not all the answers and or NO.
Much better places for the money.
No hideous just no great, when your wife and kids say the same thing listen to them.

Fantastic property on North Shore of Oahu. This was a great property for my family of 8. We have 6 kids that range from 8-22 yo. They all loved it, even though the resort isn't fully opened yet, we loved the pool, the easy access to the beach and the provided beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear) that we could use. Only had to contact the property manager once, because of initial wifi hookup difficulties, but this was quickly resolved over the phone. Beds were very good, kitchen was nice, space was ample and everything was as advertised. Would use this property again without hesitation.

Grounds, management, and condo were great. There are no amenities besides the pool, hot tub, beach and golf. We didn’t see 1 turtle all week and the beach was good for snorkeling but sand was not groomed, it was rough to walk on. Check out Waimea and Lanikai beaches for swimming. Hanauma Bay is worth the drive and wait for snorkeling.

The property management team does an excellent job of communicating from the moment you book, through your stay, and even after. The property was wonderful, with the amenities being cared for on a daily basis. Having access to the pool/spa while being steps away from the ocean was great for our family with a 1 year old!
The unit itself is very nice! No bugs were seen, no noisy neighbors and a great patio made the stay very pleasant for us. The construction of the hotel was also a non-issue for us as there was very minimal noise and commotion.
Overall it was a great experience and we'll be back!

We rented a 3 bedroom ground level villa and it was perfect for our family of 6. The unit is was lovely and clean and very well appointed. The kitchen was like being at home and had everything I needed to cook meals for the family. The beds were so comfortable and inviting after a fun day of water sports. We ate breakfast and dinner everyday on the lanai and enjoyed the pool and how easy it was to access the beach and resort. The snorkelling was great right outside the villa doors at the beach and we saw lots of turtles and even had a monk seal come spend the afternoon with us right where we were sitting at the beach. I cannot say enough good things about the villas. Gina, Vince and Kimberly were great to deal with and everything went off without a hitch. We will definitely be returning to Turtle Bay Villas and the North Shore.

This Villa was excellent! It was a very comfortable stay for our family of five. The message chair in the living room was a nice bonus. The resort grounds were kept up beautifully and people were friendly. We recommend staying here to anyone staying on the island who doesn't want the hustle and bustle of the city. Very relaxing!!

What a great place. Rented one of the 3 bedroom units for a golf vacation with some friends and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean, large, well appointed and nicely laid out. We cooked most of our meals in and ate them on the lanai. It was great having the beach locker with all the gear. I would definitely stay here again!

Because our second floor villa and Turtle Bay offered everything we could ask for, our short two night stay left us feeling as relaxed, pampered and rejuvenated as if we'd been there a week! Having happily stayed in these villas a few years ago when our two boys were younger, my husband and I knew that we couldn't go wrong staying there again. We didn't want to leave anything to chance given our limited vacation time. As expected, our family was thrilled! Our sons, now teenagers, not only loved surfing in the bay and swimming in the lovely pool, but were tickled to find the storage room stocked with snorkeling equipment, balls, boogie boards and frisbees. It was easy to rent surfboards and bikes at the hotel, and to enjoy the hotel's great shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet every morning! Of course the villa accommodations were impeccable--a lovely master bedroom and bath for us, a nice room with comfy bed for each boy, very clean, modern, nice appliances, great dining and living spaces, and gorgeous ocean and pool view from the generous lanai. Coordination with the owners was very pleasant--they were helpful, informative, thorough and professional. We can't wait to go back!

We recently spent a week at Turtle Bay and had a ground floor 3 bedroom villa and a 2nd floor studio villa. We were a group of 12, 6 adults and 6 children. I can't recommend these villas highly enough. We loved everything about them. Gorgeous, clean, modern and so well equipped. Our villa had amazing appliances and every utensil, gadget you could need. It was perfectly setup for the few nights when we wanted to cook and hang out. They have amazing views and are right in front of a beautiful grassy area and a protected beach with great swimming for the kids. The locker had so much stuff, it was fantastic and great for the kids to have beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel sets and so on, plus we loved the beach chairs and umbrellas. Everything has been thought of to make these villas the perfect spot to stay. Beds were super comfy, including the fold out couch. The owners were also really nice and great to deal with throughout the booking experience. What more can I say except just go ahead and book. We hope to come back one day.

Beautiful place with amazing sights and sounds of crashing waves. Gorgeous kitchen with top of the line appliances were perfect to eat in when we wanted to. My family was raving about the beds, even the pullout couch was amazing. We took a little staycation to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. She loved and we loved it!! We took a "staycation " to get away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. This was the perfect spot! When we first arrived, everything was spotlessly clean. The directions and key codes were easy to understand, so we found everything no problem. We rented the 2nd floor villa which is nice and private with a big lanai that looks right out onto the pool and beyond that, the beach. I have two young children and they loved going down to the pool or snorkeling at the beach, while my husband and I relaxed with the beach chairs and umbrellas we found in the storage locker. We also took advantage of the many hiking trails around the area and went horseback riding (for an additional fee). Our favorite thing to do was walk around the point and see the big waves and watch the surfers. The surf is amazing in the wintertime. So beautiful!! So relaxing!!! So perfect!! We want to go back! And when we do, we will definitely rent this villa again.

We came to Hawaii for a family reunion over Thanksgiving, and spent 9 nights in a beautiful 3 Bedroom – 2 Bath Beachfront Villa at Turtle Bay on the North Shore.
Gina did an excellent job of listing all sorts of information we needed to make our stay even better. Vince, Kimberly and Gina are wonderful people who do just about everything to make your stay as pleasant, comfortable and relaxing as possible. I cannot think of a better place to spend a vacation or have a family gathering.
There were surfing contests going on the entire time we were there at nearby Haleiwa. We made a Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings and the Villa had a complete kitchen that made it easy for everyone to fix breakfast, snacks or sandwiches whenever they wanted. The Turtle Bay resort also had several restaurants and there were several towns both directions from the resort that had food trucks and small walk-in restaurants. We do recommend a rental car for exploring, but there is plenty to do at the resort, with swimming, hot tub, beach, snorkeling, hiking, golfing, surfing and the ocean just outside the door to your Villa.
We take away all good memories of our stay on the North Shore and hope to return soon. Villas by Gina is truly in the spirit of Aloha.

We recently stayed here with our family of 7. It was so much better than expected!! The villa was in perfect condition. We were literally steps from the beach and the beach locker was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. We have stayed at Ko Olina before but never on the North Shore. This beach was so much less crowded now that Disney has moved into Ko Olina. As we sat on the beach, we began looking over our calendars to see how soon we could come back. The owners were great to work with and I will definitely book with them again and refer to all my friends and family.

My family and I recently returned from our vacation on the North Shore and are longing to go back! Our stay in the Ocean Villas was absolutely wonderful. The villa was beautifully decorated and outfitted to a tee with everything we needed, from kitchen appliances/utensils, to media/Wifi, to every beach item we needed.
The location of the Ocean Villas and proximity to Turtle Bay gave us access to hotel amenities but affording us the privacy and space we needed as a family traveling with a toddler. The beach in front of the Villas is peaceful and relaxing without the really high surf most North Shore beaches have. We loved walking out the door of our Villa and stepping onto the beach within moments.
Traveling with a toddler can be a challenge but we were 100% comfortable and 200% happy staying at the Ocean Villas. We hope to return again soon!

i recently stayed at this lovely villa with my wife and inlaws. it was amazing. the amenities were up to date, the villa was in amazing condition, and everything about our stay was outstanding. it truly was paradise, and everyone in our party agreed that we would love to come back and stay at this property.
the property owners were kind, prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. i would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to relax in the lap of luxury!!!

This was a special trip for us as we were meeting friends fom Canada we have not seen in over ten years to celebrate our 40th birthdays. From the moment we walked in it was truly amazing. The villa was so stunning. The pictures and reviews were great but it was so much better and the pics do not do it justice. The house is so much bigger than expected, the pool was stunning and so close to the villas, the beach was so close too. There are BBQ areas which were great. We went to Costco to pick up supplies and cooked most nights..we ate at ola's and hang ten bar to watch the sunset at the resort next door. I highly recommend the Segway tour at the resort, it was so much fun. The facilities in this villa are really clean and good. Having a washer and dryer was great. the internet was so fast for wireless and having astand alone computer was great too. the kitchen was massive and equipped with everything you need. The beach locker was also fully equipped with everything you need for a great day at the beach. I absolutely loved staying here so much. I was so sad to leave. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday it is truley and amazing villa and spot. We will hopefully coming back next year. The only negatives I have to say is that the holiday ended and that by posting this review it will only make it harder for me to book the villas...thanks again.

What a wonderful place to spend time with family including two grandchildren - ages 4 and 2. The villa was everything that was promised - clean, comfortable and well equipped. With the pool, beach, stables and several dining choices within a short walk, the location was ideal. My only complaint would be that the time went by too quickly.

My sons arrived at the villa a few hours befoe we did and when we asked how it looked they just said WOW, it's amazing. And that is exactly what I thought when I walked in. It is a fantastic place. It was clean and well equiped. Totall amazed with the top of the line appliances. The dishes were so nice and the kitchen convenient to work in. The bedrooms were a good size and lots of closet space. But the master bedroom blew me away. The setup was great and I told my husband that this was my dream master suite. The location of the villa was good, really central - go righ and you head to the beach, and go left the pool and path to the hotel was there. If anyone is planning on renting a villa at Turtle Bay - this is defintely the place to get. And most important of all Gina and Vince are amazing to deal with.

We just got back from our trip to Oahu where we attended a wedding at Turtle Bay. The location, appearance and amenities of this rental were outstanding. The property is clean, well maintained and we will definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. Vince, Gina and Kimberly were really helpful throughout the whole booking process. They answered our questions promptly and sent us information on things to do in Oahu.
The unit is big, with great furnishings and décor. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The lanai is great for breakfast and dinner parties in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. We used the barbeque pit outside the villa most evenings. Master bathroom is big, loved the whirlpool tub. The unit also comes equipped with beach chairs, boards and snorkel gear, stored in a locker outside the villa. The location of the pool and hot tub area is perfect just a few feet from the patio door.
Our wedding party ranged in age from 60 to a 1 year old, we all stayed busy golfing, snorkeling, surfing, shopping and swimming with the sharks. It’s the best vacation we’ve had in a long, long time. We definitely want to return to the villa again soon.

We stayed at Turtle Bay with extended family (18) for a fantastic holiday in January 2013. We rented 3 villas in the resort. Everything was perfect, the photos are very accurate and the villas are huge, spotless and in a fantastic position right behind the safe swimming beach, the complex has a large pool and BBQs. Booking directly online with Gina you save a lot of money to use on your holiday, the process is very easy and any questions will be answered immediately by return email. We had a range of ages from 15 to 82 in our group, everyone loved the villas and wished we had stayed longer on the Nth Shore and less time in Waikiki. We had surfers, golfers, shoppers and teenagers in our group, with something for everyone it made a perfect family holiday. The resort has a few restaurants, but the kitchen is so good it made cooking a breeze and drinks around the BBQ watching the beach was a great way to spend the evening and get the boys cooking! For our retail therapy we would drive 40 minutes to the Waikele Outlets and come back with a car full of things, also shopping in the town of Haleiwa was also good for the girls in our group. This was our 6th trip to the North Shore and yes we will definitely return to the Villa's.

Stayed 8 nights in early September for first family trip to Hawaii. Everything was as advertised or better, and we would recommend highly without qualification. North Shore location is scenic, plenty to do within short drives, access to crowds and attractions in Honolulu when needed. We did all the tourist things: Pearl Harbor, day trip to Big Island, Luau, ATVs at Kuoloa Ranch, Shark Cage dive, and all were very good, but Kuoloa was the favorite. Also had time to just relax and enjoy the beach. Ola's restaurant on beach at hotel next door was too good to leave the property, would highly recommend. Owner was great to work with and made everything easy.

We stayed here for 6 nights at the end of Feb / beginning of March, and it was fantastic. We've stayed at the Turtle Bay Resort many times before, and this was even better. We'll always check availability here before the Resort in the future.
The unit was in great condition. Plenty of space for 2 people. We spent a lot of time on the lanai eating breakfast/lunch, making cocktails for sunset, playing games, reading, etc. Super cozy and private.
The bathroom is HUGE, as is the whirlpool tub. It was nice to have laundry in the unit as well. There are plenty of beach chairs/toys available with the unit, and they are in really good condition.
The pool/hot tub area was really nice and quiet, but the hot tub wasn't working for most of our stay. I think it only worked on the first and last days.
The kitchen is a little cramped if you are making large meals and using a lot of pots/pans, but as long as you wash as you go, you should be fine.
We loved our stay here, and still miss being up at the North Shore. We will definitely be back.

We can't say enough good things about our stay in this villa on Turtle Bay. The villa and property was in excellent condition, with all the amenities one could want. The property was very safe and secure with frequent security patrols. Turtle bay is very quiet and serene. We were able to drive with ease to all the island attractions: Polynesian Cultural Center, Huanama Bay, Pearl Harbor, Waikiki Beach, etc. While on Waikiki Beach we were grateful that we were staying at Turtle Bay on the North Shore. Honolulu/Waikiki Beach are much too congested. The owners were delightful and refunded our security deposit within a week after our departure. The experience far exceeded our expectations and we will be back!.

Very rarely does a villa live up to its description and photos on the Internet . The villa I rented from Gina exceeded my expectations. From the gourmet kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms, the villa was stunning. There even was a locker with beach toys, boogie boards and chairs. The staff was very friendly and efficient and we did not want to leave. I will definitely be renting a villa again from Gina. You should too!!

We stayed at the villa for a week and really enjoyed it. It has everything you need for a nice vacation beginning from all the kitchen equipment (so you can cook at the villa) ending the beach ementities like umbrellas, chairs and masks wich were very usuful. The villa itself was clean and really nice. And the owner contacted us to find out what we needed and helped us with the questions we had.
We loved the hot jacuzzi n the territory of the villas resort and 2 barbeques that we used a lot. There are also a couple of really good restaurants at the territory of Turtle Bay resort when you don't feel like cooking.
As for the beach - it's also very nice - white sand and calm water (even when the north beaches are very rough - turtle bay waters stays calm and clear).
The resort in the whole is calm - it suits perfectly for families, couple and just resting.
As for transportation - you better take a car to get here from Honolulu and to travel around the island. There is now taxies at the North shore so you should usually wait about an hour for taxi to arrive. There are some buses from the turtle bay resort, but they go every 30-40 minutes only.
Besides - you will have no problemes with parking by the villa - there are lots especially reserved for villa guests.
So we enjoyed staying at the villa a lot!

The villa was great! Right near the beach and the pool was nice. Right next to Ola's, a restaurant on the beach. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We just loved our vacation at this villa on the North Shore.
