Ka'anapali Royal G302 includes a 380 square foot private lanai/patio, equipped with a sink, large BBQ gas grill, and outdoor dining furniture is perfect for those evenings in. The luxurious living room features surround sound, a 58" flat screen hi-def TV, and free access to Netflix. Kaanapali Royal is lushly landscaped with swaying palm trees, 2 lit tennis courts and swimming pool equipped with BBQ grills. For your convenience, the pool area has complimentary wi-fi. This three-level resort is not equipped with elevators.

The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen is not just gorgeous but convenient! Newly installed tile floorings, cherry cabinets, and quartz countertops make this an inviting space when you want to just stay in and cook. Well-lit and airy, you'll find recessed and under-counter lights throughout along with a spacious indoor dining area that seats 6. This condo is also equipped with central AC to help keep you cool after your adventures in the sun!

This third-floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests so bring your family and closest friends. The master suite with an inviting King size bed and large flat screen TV is privately located on the top level with a newly remodeled bathroom. Unwind in your spa-like bathroom featuring a rainfall showerhead, cherry cabinets and gorgeous quartz countertops. Soak in the views from your private lanai just off the bedroom. The main floor suite has a comfortable Queen size bed and your own large flat screen TV. An aerobed is also available for use for additional guests.

It was very nice and clean, totally updated. The location was great for golfing, shopping and dinning. It was noisy in the second bedroom, being so close to the highway.

The condo was the perfect size for 5 adults and one baby. We liked the location and the pool and common areas were beautiful. The pool amenities were spot on and kept clean every day. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc and it was nice to have the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. There was plenty of bath and beach towels. What I was not pleased with was the cleanliness of the unit. We arrived at 4pm, check in time and the cleaning crew was still there and it was quite a wreck. They apologized but said it would be about an hour to finish cleaning. We had no problem with that as that was not their fault. We told them to take their time to ensure it was clean. They obviously hurried through. My grandson's shirt was black after crawling on the floor the first few minutes we were there. I spent the next couple of hours sweeping and scrubbing the entire tile floor. There were no cleaning products other than Windex and Hardwood floor cleaner in the unit so dish soap it was. The lanai hadn't been swept or cleaned so it was filthy. There were tiny, and I mean tiny, little bugs that were continually, from the start of our stay, on the downstairs bathroom counter. I've been to Hawaii many times and I understand that you will encounter various insects at times but I think if the unit had been cleaned properly this wouldn't have happened. A deep cleaning of the entire unit is needed. Maybe this was a one time issue but it certainly needs to be addressed with the cleaning company.

This condo was incredible- massive space, open floor plan, brand new appliances, so clean and really felt like home away from home. The location is right on a beautiful golf course and is maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The balconies are so nice at night to sit and relax on- this condo truly has everything you need to have a great trip. Will definitely book this one again!

VRBO review This place was amazing! The two bathroom and two bedroom was perfect for our two families. Four adults, 2 toddlers and 2 babies. Each room has enough space for a blow up bed and portable crib. There are two blow ups and extra bedding and throw pillows in the closet. Definitely not enough blankets but that was brought up to management (who were so easy to reach and also let me know they are available by text.) The team truly is attentive, emailed weeks in advance with suggestions for activities and a grocery shopping/delivery service. The concierge service was offered but we didn’t take them up on it. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, spending time on the lanai overlooking the pool area. The place is equipped with almost everything you need. Tons of beach equipment such as chairs, goggles, toys. Even had a baby gate so we didn’t need to rent one. Highly recommend it and would stay here again!

This listing is exactly as described. The location is perfect for adults and kids. The condo is well stocked, clean, plenty of room for storage and spacious for 6. Our favorite was the lanai, eating our meals there with that great view was so peaceful. Having the grill on the lanai made cooking convenient (thank you for that!) So close to the Whalers Village and walking/running path which we did every morning and evening. Shout out to the management company and owner for clear instructions and communication ahead of time. We’ve stayed in Kaanapali many times, this condo I would return to.

Ice maker did not work and bathroom main floor sink drained poorly. Both reported early in week and never repaired. Otherwise was an excellent property and excellent stay. Could have been clearer about property being on 3rd floor with no elevator. Nice surprise was the pickleball courts and free paddles. Pool was beautiful

Great property for your stay in Maui. It’s centrally located with quick access by car or walking to Wheeler’s village and the main attractions, including restaurants bars, the beach and luaus. The apartment is fully stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas as well as necessities like shampoo, conditioner towels, and soap. Of note, the apartment is on a third-floor, and there is no elevator, which is something to consider if you have heavy luggage like we did. Otherwise, nothing negative to say our state was enjoyable and we would definitely be back.

We’ve stayed at The Kaanapali Royale numerous times and we like this location. This was our first time in this particular condo unit. It has a nice view and a cozy feeling. We could have used additional blankets for the beds. The property manager responded immediately when we requested an additional key and needed minor repairs. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Huge condo, more than enough room for our family of 4. Good kitchen, comfortable beds, large living space, and it was nice having laundry machines for towels etc. It was a bit of a walk to get to the beach and Whalers Village etc, but it was nice and quiet and away from the crowds.

We stayed March 19-29. The location is excellent. The condo complex borders on the golf course; this unit faces North, looking down on the pool area, golf course, and toward the ocean; buildings obscure much of the ocean view. Friends stayed in other units; some had more ocean views, but this unit is nice as it does not get direct morning or evening sun, so you can sit on the deck in the shade any time, and not get cooked or blinded by the sun. This 3rd floor unit has a fair # of stairs up to it, but the unit was quiet. We could hear the highway but it was not disturbing. Parking is convenient right below the unit. The grounds for the complex are very nicely kept with lots of trees and shrubs, and controlled gate access. This is a quiet neighbourhood. Just down the road is Ride Smart Maui where you can rent regular or E bikes. Walking or driving to the end of access road and turning right on Kekaa takes you to "The Fairway Shops" little mall (easy walking distance) where there is a nice coffee place, a Snorkel Store for rentals, Whaler's General Store, and Round Table Pizza. Turning left on Kekaa takes you a 10 minuted walk down to Whaler's Village and the beach. There is a parking garage at Whaler's and further down by Black Rock. The condo itself is nicely kept. The master was up a flight of stairs, comfortable with a small balcony, TV , ceiling fan, dressers, nice bathroom, large shower. There is a step up into the shower so those with balance issues need to be careful. The second bedroom on the main floor is also large and comfortable with ceiling fan, closets, full bathroom and a desk. There is a portable fan/A/C unit, an inflatable mattress and extra linens in the closet. The kitchen is large and modern--some of the utensils and plates were not well cleaned but management has said they will deal with that. There is a microwave, convection oven, large fridge with top freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a good selection of pots and pans and bowls, although a couple of the frying pans have been abused by previous guests. The dining area and living room are nice, with a large stereo unit, TV, and a large wi-fi router. The lanaii is large, with a very well maintained bbq off to the side. The A/C worked well, and the ceiling fans in various areas are nice. Hot water was plentiful. The front closet beach toys and chairs and umbrellas. We had one issue, and the management company responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, lots of room, very well equipped condo with stunning views. But, 3rd floor Condo with no elevator. I am a disabled vet with rebuilt legs. I completely missed that small detail. That should be very obvious in the listing. Also, I suggest bars in the showers for us older people. If you are ADA do not rent here. Very difficult to get to the pool or hot tub and forget about bringing your stuff up 3 flights of stairs. Other than that, great location and property for young healthy people.

We loved our stay. The Condo was perfect for our group of 6. Very clean. Loved the view and the pool. Hope to stay again soon. My only issue would be that the upstairs mattress was a little rough on my hips and my hubs back. The customer service was wonderful...super responsive and helpful. Very grateful!

I had a group of 6 adults and we all loved the condo! Very spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you need besides food! I would definitely stay here again especially with less then a 10 min walk to whalers village and the beach!

This is a very nice condo, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The grounds and mature plants were beautiful and made for a lovely view. It's up the hill from Whalers Village, about a 10 minute walk. We used a lot of the cooking and grilling equipment which was nice because the restaurants were packed. There was plenty of beach items, chairs, toys, including an umbrella! The only thing missing were a couple of pails for sand castles. The pool is small but nice and there is a hot tub. We had an issue with the dishwasher and we got a prompt reply from property manager. Note that this is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We knew this and it wasn't an issue. This is a wonderful mid range priced option for people that prefer a condo instead of a hotel. We did not have any issues with road noise. It was great to have the washer and dryer and the air conditioner worked perfectly! Mahalo.

We had a wonderful time in Kaanapali. Our stay in the condo made it even more enjoyable. The condo is roomy and exquisite with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Internal decorations are wonderful and it is well furnished with all of the amenities you need. It is located close to all kinds of activities and is a nice beautiful short walk away from the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will be visiting the condo again in the near future. We would recommend the condo in a heartbeat to anyone thinking of visiting Kaanapali.

I had a great time staying at this beautiful condo. I am still dreaming about the floor to ceiling windows in the living room that let in beautiful morning light and a great ocean breeze. This condo is very family friendly. There is a pool located in the complex and the beach is a 5 minute walk. This is a great location if you want to be close enough to Lahania for shopping and dinner but far enough from the noise and tourists. I highly recommend this condo for your next island adventure!
