This single-level 3 bedroom home is fully furnished including a King bed in the primary suite.
Bedroom #2 has 2 full size (double) beds
Bedroom #3 has Two TwinXL beds that combine into a King with topper in, allowing for 8 people to sleep in beds.
There is also an additional Sleeper sofa in the living room for 9th and 10th person.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 8 people plus 4 at the expansive kitchen island and another 4 outside on the Lanai.. The large unbelievably comfortable sleeper and chair in the great room are perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. We love building really big sand castles! Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkelling in calm waters!
A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

The property was wonderful—clean, updated, well stocked, just as pictured and perfect for our group. The complex was quiet and felt perfectly “Hawaiian” with the landscaping; pool and gym were very close. I would definitely stay here again. The management team was also very responsive.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! We’ve stayed at a lot of places and this one has been our favorite. The home lives up to the name of luxury living. Everything is high quality- the workmanship in the house, the cutlery, bbq, appliances, bedding, etc. They’ve done a great job on keeping the property looking nice. We loved all the beach gear they had too. The boogie boards and noodles were great for snorkeling. They also had snorkeling equipment (a lot of it was old and some broken so it may be best to rent or bring your own snorkeling gear). The gated community was amazing- all the grounds looked pristine. We definitely would love to stay here again!

There was ample room for all of us to stay comfortably. The kitchen was amazing for our use during the stay. Overall, would highly recommend this place to others.

This home was one of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The home was stocked with everything you could need (bikes, snorkel gear, extra pillows, all the cooking utensils) and SO well organized. Plus, there were lovely touches, such as bubble sticks and a note for our kids on the counter when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re on the big island!

This is our 2nd stay at a home in KaMilo, 1st time in this house. Home is just as pictured and described. Mauna Lani location is central to all on the Kohala Coast. We loved the well stocked garage for our daily beach trips. We only cooked breakfast, but kitchen was full of with everything (and more!) you might need. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

This sweet home had everything we wanted and needed. My elderly friend loved the open layout and the lovely lanai where she could enjoy the outdoors. The complex pools were huge, clean and had bbq's and shady areas as well as lots of sun cots to lie on. The beach club was terrific and so nice to have as an option. We loved the rooms, the decor, the linens and the fully equipped kitchen and would love to return on day.

Well appointed house in one of the best locations on the island. Close to great walks and snorkeling. The house inside is very nice and we appreciated the bikes to ride to Mauna Kea resort and Hapuna Beach. It is worth noting that there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood that starts at about 630 AM and goes until 5 pm. You do not want to be in the house at during these times due to the noise and number of workers nearby. Also the groundskeepers are basically in the house on Weds - we could not get out of the driveway after lunch due to their equipment blocking us in as they power washed the house next door. But you are in Hawaii so why be at the house during the day?!

Hawaiian Dream Villa was perfect. The provided bicycles enabled us to explore the Mauna Lani resort. PiH made reserving and accessing the villa very easy and the villa was stocked with everything we needed. KaMilo is perfectly located with quick access to the beach, the Fairmont Hotel, and the Shops at Mauna Lani. We'd happily visit again and definitely would recommend the Hawaiian Dream Villa to friends and family.

The condo was clean and lovely. It had everything we needed from beach chairs and snorkeling gear to olive oil and coffee. It was very close to a grocery store and restaurants and great snorkeling. The management was extremely helpful as well. Wish we could have stayed longer! Until next time!!

We were so thankful to have found this place! Truly a dream location in the Mauna Lani area and this unit was filled with everything that our family of 5 could possibly need. We were impressed with the amenities within the condo too - bikes, boogie boards, snorkel gear - just about everything you need on vacation. We love being able to make smoothies on vacation and to cook/BBQ dinners. I have packed my blender in the past while on vacation to make smoothies but this place had a Ninja blender, an excellent set of knives, to-go containers for picnics and road trips around the island, and an outdoor kitchen that was stocked as well. Just pack clothes and sunscreen - no need for anything else. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unit. Paradise In Hawaii has done an outstanding job of providing high end amenities for the family. We will definitely be back, and look forward to staying in Ka Milo again. Mahalo!

Amazing property - fully stocked with everything we needed and great location. We especially loved all of the beach gear that was provided and the beach club access. The bikes were fun for the whole family, including our 2.5 year old who had a blast on the tricycle.
