The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. TY for the welcome chocolates. There were only 2 beach chairs for a unit sleeping 4 The unit does not have AC(which is disclosed prior), but it gets warm and requires you to keep the windows open and get woken up by the roosters at 4 AM. My main issue was the undisclosed rule of quiet time, beginning at 9 PM. Can’t have a normal conversation on the deck, use the TV at normal volume or use the washer/dryer. If you like to go to sleep at 9, this unit is for you. The permanent neighbors are sensitive to the 9 PM rule and will share their displeasure.

Great location, great pool, a few issues: zero out of 3 TVs worked (property manager Mike did all he could to resolve but was unsuccessful); light bulbs missing in lamps, lights over stove not working, dimmers needed on dining room and living room lights, fan in dining room not adjustable and too fast, garburator should be removed if you aren’t allowed to use it, lamp switches and cords sticky in guest bedroom.

Thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Will definitely stay here again when we visit. Beautiful area, well maintained inside and out. Would recommend planning better on my part for grouping activities to the South as that can be a lot of driving, but it wasn’t too bad. Great location…will stay here again!

The condo is very well located and the sea view is very nice. The balcony is spacious and located towards the northcoast with some morning sun. It is a very quiet area.
The sleeping rooms have a very good size and are well furnished so are the bathrooms. They even provide shampoo, showergel, conditioner and lots of towels (including beach towels) and beachgear.
The kitchen has everything you need including some basics like salt and pepper and heaps of pans, pots and glasses.
The cleanliness was very good. The sleeping rooms had carpeted floors, which was nice, the wooden floor in the living room ant kitchen was awesome.
Overall very worth the money and thanks for everything.

The only thing I would change would be a different side of cookware. They are tough on their scratched.
Also, we were a large group and had limited time with the laundry would be nice.. Dryers didn't seem to work very well. And their may need to be some instructions. On the main bathroom shower. Both showers were running at the same time and we couldn't figure it out

The pictures in the listing can’t do justice to the views and experience at this condo. We spent more time on the balcony eating meals, enjoying family time and watching the ocean off in the distance than we did inside the condo. The property is nicely appointed, clean and spacious. Had an issue with the washer that was immediately addressed by the Lotus team who were responsive. Located near numerous beaches, Hanalei Bay Area, and multiple dining options. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Kauai.

Our family of 4 stayed 6 nights. The condo is exactly as listed. The complex is very nice and perfectly manicured. The pool was great, my kids could have stayed at the the pool all day. I also liked that in the pool area there’s a water filtration machine we used to refill water jugs and thermoflasks. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We absolutely loved sitting on the lanai with our morning coffee, watching the sun rise while the birds greeted us. We didn’t want to leave. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location with proximity to Hanalei and all of the active sports we had planned for the week. The apartment was lovely—with high end finishes and furnishings. Not your typical IKEA equipped kitchen. A brand new steam washer. Was great for a couple but would easily accommodate two couples.

This is likely the nicest condo I’ve stayed at on Kauai. The condo has a long gorgeous patio that faces the ocean, only a building separates you. The living area and kitchen is very well stocked, everything you could need. The bathrooms and bedrooms are also well stocked and comfortable. If I had to pick con’s, I’d suggest the rental owner investing in new bed pillows. They’re flat as can be and not great for a week long stay. I’d also recommend a throw blanket or two … it’s chilly in the evenings in the winter! Overall I’d absolutely stay here again every time I visit because it truly is such a gem of a condo and the owners have done such a great job to make it feel like home when away from home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The views of the water were nice from the balcony and bedroom. Plenty of crosswinds and fans to be a comfortable temp. Nice hot tub/pool.
A few ‘creature comforts’ could push this place over the top. Basic kitchen w extras (suran, oil, spray Pam, ect), blankets for the couch, mat for shoes by the door inside. The living room chairs were pretty and coordinated but uncomfortable to sit in.
Overall great condo. Nicely updated.

Really liked the modern feel and cleanliness of the property. Our only negative is that is was not we stocked with starter items. Might be a covid thing but it is nice to have cooking spray, salt, pepper, sugar and some spices. Aside from this, a very nice property.

It was a very beautiful clean updated condo. Very lovely! Only one thing I would have requested, is to leave some if the condiments or necessities in the kitchen. Only thing left was salt and pepper. It would be so nice to have some seasoning if you wanted to cook or coffee if someone had bought some but hadn’t used it all. My husband likes a cup in the morning but didn’t want to buy a buy a big quantity and then have to throw the rest away.

I have never renting from VRBO and was a little nervous. I just want to say that this 1st experience was a good one. Property was very nice and the location was great. Response from manager was pretty quick on my concerns. I was very pleased with the price of the condo. Overall I was very pleased with the experience.

The condo was beautifully updated with a view of the ocean. The shade in our room was broken and the smoke alarm battery was chirping. I called the number listed on the placard but the number was out of service. Luckily, there was a second number to call. Maintenance fixed the problems quickly. The bedroom sheets were not clean. There could be some improvement in that area. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and this very nice location.

Served my purpose of two bedrooms and bathrooms. Driving directions were difficult arriving at night. The apartment was open when we got there and there was no key and keypad did not work. No air conditioning got a bit getting used to as the open windows transmitted all the noise in the morning from outside.

Super nice & updated condo. Good ocean & mountain views. Was worried about not having A/C as we were there at the end of June. But absolutely didn’t need it. Rooster wake up call everyday at 6:30/7am, but that’s everywhere on the island. Gorgeous part of the island to be located on-North Shore/Princeville area. Do have windows open all the time, so if you have kids with you, keep that in mind. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

This place is better than pictured. I could live here. The condo was nicely finished and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. There were beach towels available for us to use as well. The owners also left a welcome treat on the counter which was a nice touch. We had to reach out to the owners at one point during our stay for assistance (had nothing to do with the accommodations) and they responded within 20 minutes and were able assist us. I was a little worried about there being no AC. While it does cool down at night, if you are someone who is used to cold AC at night it may be a little challenging. My fiance barely slept because he likes it to be 68 when he sleeps. I slept like a baby. We did have to buy some ear plugs because the birds (no roosters surprisingly) wake up with the sun. Which is a lovely sound if you have gotten enough sleep for the night. I would definitely stay here again. I would love to move to this neighborhood! Very peaceful and relaxing.

The condo was a lovely experience! The photos and reviews were exact. It's clean, comfortable and spacious with great decor. There is ocean view with a nice lanai. We thought no AC would be a problem but it wasn't. There are ceiling fans in every room with a great ocean breeze. The complex is in a good location with beautiful landscaping grounds. Our only suggestion is that the check-out time could be a little later than 10 AM. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again.

Everything is top-shelf; beautifully decorated, furniture, amenities, and management. The kitchen was modern and extremely functional. (If I had to include any area for improvement, it would've been the kitchen. The water pressure was somewhat low compared to the rest of the condo. Some additional skillets/cookware might have been nice too--however, we tend to be "demanding" when it comes to kitchens. The bedrooms & baths were luxurious with views, beds, flat-screens and plenty of closet space.
The complex is also beautiful. We are frequent visitors to the beautiful North Shore and have also stayed this complex. The grounds are pretty, it has nice pool areas, great views and close to everything to do at the north shore.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

My rating would be 4.5 if that was an option...but this condo is beautifully remodeled and decorated, has a very nice view of the ocean on the lanai side and mountains on the guest room side. The accommodations are very nice and the master bath is beautiful. My only caveats are that because the unit sits between a parking lot and the road through the complex, it can be a bit noisy. Especially with all the windows open to let in the breeze. And while there is a full set of appliances and dishes, the only other provisions in the kitchen are salt and pepper, and coffee filters...keep that in mind when buying groceries.
That said, we had a lovely time here and very relaxing mornings and evenings on the lanai...its very close to the Princeville walking trail and the owners/managers were a pleasure to work with.

Think of Jeff and Shana's place as a home away from home. Maybe a more organized home away from home! When you look for a wine opener, open the drawer you'd keep it in at home. There it is! A vacation should be carefree, so if the sliding screen to the balcony is sticking, which it was, call Jeff and boom --it's fixed within half an hour. Perfect. Now you can enjoy the sunset from your four balcony chairs, sipping that wine. If home were only this right, you wouldn't need that vacation.
