This is a lovely condo, in the perfect location for beach and pool access. Follow the hosts driving directions on arrival because GPS is not reliable. Also arrive in daylight because lighting is low throughout the complex. We found this to be a quiet hiatus out of the fray of the larger Maui community.

Beautiful condo close to the beach! Clean and comfortable. Complex has several pools (quiet pool is closest to the condo). One of the nicest beaches in Maui is a close 5 min walk. We enjoyed the beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, floats and umbrella provided. It is also within walking distance to Wailea and Kihei. Kitchen is fully stocked. Great outdoor space for dining or relaxing. Owner is very responsive. Great stay and hope to be back!

This property is perfect! Pool area is amazing right on the beach. Ample parking and away from the crowds in Kihei, but only a 10 min drive to grab dinner!

This is our third time staying in this complex and this unit is by far our favorite! The short 5min walk to the beach is the best part! Ekahi 20i is the nicest Ekahi condo that we have stayed in. Communication with the owners was excellent. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen essentials and the lovely lanai. The king bed was comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was a big help. The condo is spacious and the location on the Ekahi property is excellent, a short walk to the pool and beach.

Our 2nd floor condo overlooked a beautiful flowering tree with a view of the sea beyond. A pool was a minute away and the beach a 3 minute walk. The lanai is shaded and cool until late afternoon, and the A/C is whisper quiet and effective.
The kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped as is the entire unit. Two full bathrooms was a real luxury.
Hopefully we'll be able to rent this unit again.

My two kids and I recently stayed at this property for our first big vacation just the three of us. It could not have been more perfect. The location was excellent - an easy walk to the beach, convenient parking, close to both Wailea and Kihei for everything we needed and wanted to do. The patio and view out the back of the condo was a perfect way to start every morning.
Everything we needed in the way of linens and kitchen tools were easy to find and accessible.
Robin was very quick to respond to the couple of quick questions we had.
The condo was spacious, yet cozy. The stay made our trip that much more incredible. We will definitely be back!

Everything about our stay in 20i was fantastic. The condo has everything labeled or clearly organized so your stay is easy. The kitchen is fully stocked (and don't sleep on the large communal kitchen by the main pool). Everything was extremely clean and the place is very spacious. We especially enjoyed the large lanai. We'll be back!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo resort. You can't beat the location of this condo - a quick walk to the pool and beach (and right near pickleball). We came to Wailea for a wedding. This property was the perfect location for us. The property was very clean and very well stocked! You can tell the owners take great pride in this property. The view and location to the beach were perfect. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the AM and PM listening to the ocean. The property is walking distance to a very nice beach. We enjoyed our beach walks in the Am. It is also close to many great restaurants for those of you who do not want to cook. The owners were wonderful to work with. Easy to follow instructions. We really enjoyed our stay at this unit in Ekahi Village in Wailea. The unit was clean, well decorated, well stocked, spacious and had a great location within the property. We were close to the beach and the pool. We loved walking down the beach to the path in Wailea and swimming in the ocean at the beach in front of the property. We were especially impressed with the pool area and the amazing ocean view. It was a great place to swim, relax, eat dinner and watch the sunset. We loved all the flowers and trees on the grounds - it was extremely well kept. Robin was a very responsive owner and we really appreciated the notebook with suggestions about things to do around the area. We would definitely rent this unit again.

This was our first time on Maui and if I ever get the chance to come back it will be here. It’s close to the beach, clean and well stocked. Robin was great, very responsive to our needs and the Aloha letter was a big help especially since we’ve never been to Hawaii. It was a very short walk to the beach. The beach was never crowded and if you don’t want all the sand and surf there is a pool and covered area with tables and grills literally next to the beach. It felt like we were at a resort. We spent each night watching the sunset and relaxing. The home itself had good views and waking up each morning to sound of the ocean was amazing. Everything you need is provided and having a kitchen saved us a bunch of money. We were very happy with this property and highly recommend it when visiting Maui.

This is our 3rd stay at Ekahi Village and our 1st stay at this condo. It did not disappoint. The sunsets enjoyed from the lanai were nothing short of beautiful. It's just a short walk to the beach, pool, and pickle ball courts. The kitchen is fully stocked, if one chooses to cook. Also, having two bathrooms was a big plus. I hope that we're able to stay here again in the future!!

We love the condo, it feels like home! The view is wonderful, love sitting out on the lanai enjoying the view and the birds and the plumeria trees! It's a great kitchen to cook in. Love the small pool that is right by the condo, we used that a lot this time. The large pool is great as well and was so helpful to use on our last day with a late flight home. This is a beautiful condo, about a block from a great beach which is a short walk to the walkway along the hotels and ocean, starting with the Andaz, where we had a lovely lunch one day, dinner another, and our son's wedding another! The condo spaces are large and there are two full baths which we appreciated since we get up at different times! Didn't have time to enjoy the pool or tennis court but we will next time! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Over the past 30+ years we have rented many condos and houses and without a doubt this is one of the best equipped rentals ever. From available spices, storage containers, paper good, pots and pans, detergent, to everything you could want for a day at the beach the owners have thought of and provided it. Everything in the unit was in very good condition
The location of the unit in the development is one of the best, no road noise, and literally about a 1-minute walk to the quiet pool, if you want to spend time at a pool.
We enjoyed sitting on the deck having coffee in the mornings, cocktails in the afternoon and reading in the evening. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows.
Only disappointment was they removed the on-deck b-b-q grill between the time we reserved the unit and arrived. There are shared common grills, not all of which were working and at dinner time they get busy. That said, I highly recommend this unit.

My wife and I have stayed in several units over the years within Ekahi. This was one of our favorites! Being so close to the breach (and pool areas) and being able to hear the waves crashing on the beach is a huge plus while sitting on your lanai and sleeping with the windows open. The 2 bathroom setup is great for couples to each have some own space and be able to clean up at the same time while preparing to leave for activities. Everything at the unit was consistent with photos and descriptions. The owner was very easy to communicate with via text through the VRBO app (and also provided phone numbers in case of any issues - but we had none!). Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Robin's condo on Maui celebrating our 30th anniversary. We took a 10 day family trip to Oahu and Kauai and then my husband and I flew to Maui to spend 5 extra days in Maui! The condo was great - just as shown and everything was very clean and well maintained. We didn't cook (other than a breakfast or two), but the kitchen was well stocked if needed and we didn't need to buy anything other than some food we wanted. They provided bath products (shampoo and body wash) in both bathrooms and plenty of kitchen essentials. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai for breakfast a few mornings and loved the pavilion pool area - such a great space and the pool overlooks the ocean! Beach essentials were great (cooler and chairs) and the pavilion is so nice - lots of tables and chairs, an ice maker, water dispenser, space to store and fix food if desired, grills, etc. On our last day we spent half the day at the pool since we had an evening flight and were able to shower and change at the pavilion, which was awesome! Robin was quick to respond to an issue we had and took care of it right away, so not a problem at all. We highly recommend the condo and Wailea Ekahi Village for your Maui vacation! The location is great, it's easy to get to places on the island and shopping is close-by! We ate at some great restaurants - Mama's Fish House (so good) the Banyan Tree at the Ritz - despite an hour drive, it was our best meal on all 3 islands. They treated us fabulously and the food was fantastic. We also ate at Pacific 'O on our last evening, and it was wonderful - right on the beach and food was great. We took a sunset dinner cruise on SailTrilogy which we loved, did a 2 hour snorkeling trip to Molokini Crater, which was awesome and spent a day driving the Road to Hana - note: if you plan to eat out that night eat in Wailea - you won't want to drive far for dinner - we planned it for the night we ate at Morimoto at the Andaz. Overall, our stay in Maui was a fabulous end to our Hawaiian vacation and we definitely will return to Maui and would stay in the condo again!

We stayed in Maui for eight nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this place. This place was exactly what we needed and had every single immensity that we could possibly think of. I felt like I was using the same Williams-Sonoma appliances, dishes and utensils I had in my own kitchen and never felt like I was using anything different than what I would purchase for my own home. The beds were comfortable in the shower and amenities met every need that we had. The beach was a short few minute walk away as was the pool.
The only thing this room did not Have that I could have used but definitely didn’t expect them to have was a sewing kit. My son’s new pant button came off while we were in Maui and I was looking for a small sewing kit. However, it should note that I never would’ve expected them to have a sewing kit it’s just that the room was so well organized and thoughtful he had absolutely everything you would need I thought why not take a little search and take my chances. Lol
I will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family! Thanks

This unit is large and has a convenient 2nd bath. 2nd floor is the top floor with high ceilings, so no one over top. Lanai is large with a BBQ grill. Nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs. You can easily walk to the beach. It's located across the street from 15-20 million dollar houses, so you don't have to peer over other condos to see the ocean. Easy in and out and you can be at stores and restaurants in minutes. Owner had his and her leis waiting for us in the unit and flowers in a vase at the entry. The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed. If you want close to the beach in south Maui, you would be hard pressed to find a better option. Highly recommend.

Location Location Location! I loved early morning walks and I could walk the beach to the right and go to the Kihei boat Ramp or go to the left and walk on walking paths past the Grand Wailea to Polo beach.Wailea Ekahi is a stunning villiage with all the beautiful topical plants,trees and flowers Maui has to offer! Very few places in Kihei have a pool right next to the ocean Ekahi does and when you stay in 20 i you are a minute from both the pool and Keawakapu beach. There are orange,lemon trees and a fresh herb garden for all for the guests to use.The condo is incredable the moment you step in and are blown away with the view of tropical greenery and the ocean in the back ground.Because of the well placed windows and Maui's trade winds there was no need for air conditioning! Every night we slept on super comfi king bed to the sound of waves breaking on shore! The beautiful condo is a well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay! I cannot say enough good things about the owners Wilthea and Robin super accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!

We have rented properties in many locations and have rarely had the pleasure of a vacation rental as comfortably and well equipped as this condo. My wife is a great cook and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of pots and pans, knives, cooking tools and dishes. We were going to suggest the addition of a beach umbrella, but on our last day discovered the outdoor storage area with new beach chairs, umbrella, masks, snorkels and fins.... The only hitch was an initial cleaning mixup that was promptly resolved with a call to the owner, who had cleaning staff there within an hour and generously compensated us for a very minor inconvenience. It is clear that these owners take pride in their rental and, as a first for us, we hope to return soon!

This place was even nicer than I was expecting from the description and photos. This place is high enough to have a view of the ocean, but still just a few minute walk down a short hill and over half a block to the beach. It was just perfect for me and my family. We walked down to the beach every day. It's close enough to comfortably carry all the snorkeling gear, chair, umbrella, etc. The snorkeling right off the beach below the lower swimming pool was great; got lots of close up turtle photos. We went down to the beach in the morning, and the pool in the afternoon. It got cloudy and windy at the beach in the afternoon about half of the days we were there (in early October). The ocean was pretty calm and clear first thing in the morning every day. The condo has some nice little touches that I appreciated, like high thread count sheets and really good quality pots and pans. The owners were great; I had no issues that I needed them to resolve. We chatted with the people in the office for a while when we walked over to get our parking pass. They were very nice, too. Please do me a favor if you stay here: please treat it gently. I'll definitely be back, and I want it to be as nice the next time I go there.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed with the beautiful accommodations and the wonderful view. Robin was extremely organized and gave us all the information before our trip, so check-in was totally easy. The condo had everything we needed, everything was labeled, instructions were clear. It was so nice to not have to worry about beach towels, beach chairs and other equipment that we didn't need to bring from home. We never needed to use the air conditioning since the fans and screen doors allowed us to stay nice and cool. The Wailea Ekahi Village was fantastic with the beach, pools, easy parking and proximity to all the Wailea hotels. Thanks to Robin for making everything so perfect. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great time staying in this condo. It is nicely renovated and very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the large lanai is excellent! It is in a very quiet, private location, and it was peaceful to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at night. The condo is right next to a lovely quiet pool, which was very convenient. It is a very short walk to the beach and the larger pool. We enjoyed walking on the path next to the beach to the Grand Wailea and swimming in the ocean. We would happily stay here again and would recommend this place to our friends!
