The property is awesome. Many restaurants, shops, markets and cafes are within a 5-10 min walk. The beach is literally your back yard. Unobstructed views (except by palm trees) of the ocean and lots of room to just relax on the grass or on the beach itself.
Beach area isnt super busy like the others in the Wailea / Kihei border area. I even saw honu lounging on the beach.

The only thing lacking was water pressure in the shower. Would recommend this unit and would love to stay here again if we return to Maui.

A condo on the third floor. Has everything you may need for your stay. Plus walking distance to many of the great restaurants & markets there. We loved it there at this condo. But the view was breathtaking & the beach was just enough. Haha I can hardly wait to come back for my next stay. Love it.

The setting was awesome. Condo was complete with well stocked kitchen. It is getting a bit run down and could use some fresh paint. Floors needed to be mopped. If walking barefoot, feet got pretty dirty. Really appreciated all the ice and ice trays provided.

From the moment we stepped out on to the balcony our daily stresses melted away.
While the building is a bit older we had everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. Soft, comfortable bed, cozy yet spacious living area, nice kitchen, and even had backpack beach chairs, ice chest, beach towels, and a boogie board!
There is a beautiful sparkling pool as well but never needed since the beach here was calm and warm 😀
The owners and management were gracious hosts!
We cant wait to come back, I can't think of anywhere else we would stay.

Clean and well stocked condo. A little outdated but fine for what we needed. Beautiful sunsets every night! Beautiful long beach for walks. Water not as swimmable as we were hoping due to large lava rocks but still nice. Great pool. Great central location to venture to other spots from. Kihei is a neat little town. Would highly recommend!

What a great condo to stay at for 2 weeks! Very clean and the hosts were very accommodating to any needs I had. Had everything I needed to enjoy the beach and the condo building including two BBQ’s that I used a few times. Was a bit windy, for many days so the water was pretty rough and using the beach umbrella challenging! There were some big rains but the area I was in was not flooded like other areas north and south. My only critique is the ac is in the living room and getting cool air to the bedroom area was challenging, even with the provided fans. Just a minor issue though. I would stay there again! Thanks guys!!

Enjoyed a few days here. Unit is as described and provides what you need. The location is prefect, spent hours watching whales, and generally relaxing on the lanai. Good pool and the easiest access to the beach. Only thing to note is it is a three story walk up but the stairs aren’t that bad, even for an older person like me with bad ankles.

The condo complex is an older building in a quieter area. Our unit has had some renos, new flooring, kitchen opened up a bit. The living area is comfortable, although we spent most of our waking hours on the lanai whenever we were in the complex. Can’t beat the views. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed is comfy. Appreciate the little things, like the power bar on both sides of the bed to plug your chargers in. The unit is air conditioned, but we mainly used the fans. There’s a pull down blind on the lanai to block the sun. Beach chairs are provided, but we mainly pulled loungers from near the pool area out onto the grass in the shade of the palms. The pool and grounds are well maintained. The beach is very close, and it’s a nice beach for a long walk.
No laundry in the room, but there’s a communal (paid) laundry area. Only downside (if you care) is that the bedroom is not walled in, it’s right as you open the door.
We were lucky to meet the owners who have a second condo there, and they were very helpful in their recommendations.
If you like a quieter place, this is great. We loved the location. Grocery store very close as well as some restaurants. There are also BBQs.

Good location to walk to food and shopping. The sunsets were very nicely framed over the ocean with palm trees and gorgeous light. Overall priced seemed a little steep given the size and worn condition of the unit but the owners have made arrangements for upgrades that will help.

It was amazing and paradise with the beach just a few feet away. Conveniently located and safe! Sea turtles on the beach out front!
One negative: the onsite guy who gave me quarters for laundry flicke me my head because i didn't know how to put the two rows of quarters in the washer...needless to say my husband immediately went down to speak to him. His excuse? 'He's Italian".smh. Condo beautiful and clean too. Reserved parking spot.

We enjoyed this little condo for our trip. Centrally located to get around the entire island and also located close to food, shops, and beaches. Lanai view and beach right outside are nice and quiet. Stay included a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs. No umbrella or snorkel gear was provided. All linens provided and even included some travel size toiletries along with sunscreen, aloe, and hairspray. Unit does have an A/C, but there is only one located in the living area/kitchen so the bedroom and bathroom can get warm sometimes. We were comfortable, but for folks that like a very cold room when they sleep, this is not it. Overall, great place and would stay here again!

Check in process was extremely easy and the location could not be beat. Walking distance to shops and restaurants was great. Location, access to beach and view from patio could not be beat. The condo worked great for our needs.
The AC unit is in the living room, there is no AC unit in the bedroom itself. They do have tower fans and a ceiling fan in the bedroom and windows that can open but it was still warmer than we are used to.

The property is as described, the views from the lanai are amazing. To see the sunsets you can do that from the lanai or walk a very short distance to the beach. The area is quiet and family oriented, so no noisy people around. I would stay there again if possible.

Bathroom is old , need an upgrade, toilet very low and small , shower from the seventy’s, not possible to adjust hight , come out at breast hight . Bed is very small but comfortable, linen are only polyester no cotton , nit nice at 88 degrees.

This is a well-equipped and very well-located property. The view onto the ocean, especially at sunset, is exceptional. Been to Maui a handful of times and this was by far, the best location. Amazing view, very quiet place, and so close to a beach that was very unpopulated. The unit met our needs in many ways. My only suggestion to the owners would be to update the bedding and maybe bed as well. Otherwise, strongly recommend this condo to everyone.

Good Sunset View, Sharp knives in a pretty well equipped Kitchen, The owners provided a Coffee Grinder upon request, and were there when we first arrived to take care of a few small issues. They, even had the Light on like Motel 6, as we arrived during a Hellacious Rain Storm!. Grounds are well maintained. Roosters and Garbage Trucks are Early risers!.

The ONLY thing I could see as a negative was the bedroom blanket had a couple of big snags and a couple of cabinets were off their hinges. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maui/Kihei. The location of this condo was perfect for accessing various parts of the island and the sunset views were absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need....we especially enjoyed the blender for making fresh fruit smoothies each morning. The bedroom could get a little warm, but the available fans helped tremendously. We will certainly return to Maui/Kihei.

Location of condo is great and within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, flea market, beaches. Beach view from the room was mesmerizing and made us feel like we had our own private beach. Condo was stocked with multiple beach supplies. Amazing sunset views. Turtles come up on the beach at night. Best of all, host was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Highly recommend. We stay here because we like the quiet slow pace of the neighborhood. It is still near to restaurants and shopping but not a party scene.
One note, this unit nice with great beach gear available but some previous tenant had spilled and stained carpet living room giving it a dirty look although I am sure it was clean

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay in Kihei, only if it was longer!!! The views from the lanai were absolutely breathtaking, especially the sunsets! The condo is right by a bus stop and shopping centers. So many great places to eat around and just a mile away! We will definitely be back!

This property is indeed right on a beautiful beach. The unit is old and rundown. The carpet and tile were very dirty. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom even though we kept all of our food in the frig. It has a tiny a/c in the living room only that wasn't working properly. It was well equipped with beach toys. The dishes didn't match and looked like they came from a second hand store. Contacted the owner to fix the a/c and he never did anything. Very disappointed. We slept on the couch bed to get what little coolness the a/c had and never had the chance to use the bedroom.

This property is in the heart of Kihei within walking distance of many good restaurants and shopping, but still hidden away from the main road noise. The top floor was quiet (except for birds) and the western view across the grounds to the ocean is beautiful. The unit has everything you need for a Maui day trip provided, and the furnishings were clean and comfortable. Hope to come back again.

We walked into this condo and fell in love with the spectacular direct full ocean view (actually watched the whales breaching from our lanai.). The building complex includes a beautiful large lawn, majestic palm trees, a beautiful pool, a great beach for swimming and walking (saw several turtles up on the beach), and plenty of free parking. The building manager was very helpful and friendly. We met many friendly guests who were very happy with this condo building and its location. It is a very quiet location..only the sound of surf at night and birds singing in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped..pots,pans,utensils,spices ,cooking oil. There were plently of beach toys..chairs,snorkel equipment,boogie boards,plenty of towels.This condo is in a perfect location (direct ocean view) close to any amenities required,without the intense traffic of Lahaina or Ka'anapali. Best beaches as well. We would very highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again...Thank You Very Much Dale and Tannis.

I couldn't have picked a better condo for us - proximity to the ocean, comfort, peace, and proximity to other services were all terrific. The central location made it easy to visit all the other parts of the island. The owner, Dale, always responded quickly and was helpful.
We happened to be in Maui during a full moon and, even though we had to get up at 4:30 am to see it, the scene from the condo of the moon and its reflection on the water between the palm trees was absolutely beautiful.
The condo was really hot the night we arrived, so we used the window air conditioner unit that night. We figured out how to keep it comfortable after that without the air conditioner (and maybe wouldn't need to use it again in the same circumstance now that we know :) ) There is a screen on the lanai that can be lowered and secured during the full sun part of the day to help, too. I imagine that would be even more important during the hotter months. The bathroom gets pretty hot and humid, but running the fan and keeping the door a bit opened whenever possible during use solved that problem, too. We are not from a humid climate, so we had to figure these things out as we went.
The lanai is very pleasant much of the day. I enjoyed doing some reading in the morning, eating some of our meals, and watching the sunset in the evening from the lanai. The grounds are well kept and the the onsite managers and people we met were all very nice. The cleaning woman even helped us at one point :) Having the use of beach chairs and coolers from the condo was really great.
While the beach directly out from the condo isn't the best for swimming, a lot of people used paddle-boards in the area. And the narrow beach extends quite a way in either direction and makes for a nice morning or evening stroll. I liked having my flip-flops for going to the north and even for walking by the small jetty to the south.
If it matters to you, the drapes are pretty threadbare and I would imagine will be replaced at some point. I didn't care at all, especially since we had them open pretty much the entire time we were there.
We loved the Coconuts eatery close by. And I did have to visit the Kihei Physicians Urgent Care while there. It's just a block from the condo (info in the condo binder.) They were very kind and good. I hope you don't have to visit them, but if you do, they are close and capable.
If I ever make it back to Maui, I would definitely stay in this condo again.

My husband and I came back to Maui to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and we brought our 10 and 12 yr old daughters with us. We had the time of our lives and absolutely loved the accomodations! The view is incredible and we decided to sleep on the sofa couch and give our girls the bed since we enjoyed listening to the ocean as we slept. Never needed the A/C since the fans were perfect along with ocean breezes. The place was quiet and walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. We saved a ton on money using the kitchen and spent lots of time just relaxing on the beach and in the condo since everything we needed was there. It was a bit cozy for a family of 4 but we were comfortable and really enjoyed being on the beach. We arrived early but made a call and were allowed to check in early. We would love to come back someday and would give this condo a high reccomendation!
