Our family from Australia loved the location. Condo was in a great spot for walking to Napili Beach for swimming, right next to Honokeana Bay for snorkeling with abundant turtles or access to the swimming pool. Also was great to have beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc.. available to use. A little dated inside, but the location and scenery more than made up for that. Would stay again. Thanks.

The views and sunsets from this condo unit are so beautiful!
The place is comfortably furnished, the kitchen is well stocked. I wish the showers were cleaner as there was a lot of black mildew sitting around both bottom glass showers.
That is why I’m given 4 stars!

The property was well maintained and in a great location. It overlooks Honokeana Bay and the ocean and you can watch sunsets from the balcony. Honokeana Bay has great snorkeling with calm water, lava rock and colorful coral, and lots of fish and turtles. It’s a short couple minutes walk along the beach and rocks to gets to Napili Bay which has a beautiful sand beach and clear water for swimming, playing or more snorkeling. The unit does not have AC but was fine as long as you leave windows open and ceiling fans on. Our temps for the week were low 70s at night to low-mid 80s during the day. Our family really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

This was our first trip to Hawaii from NC and this was the perfect place for us to land! Everything is as described and exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets, sheets & towels (not that we needed them, but it was great to have!). Loved having laundry with a few pods available. Beach chairs, a cooler, freezer pack made day trips with packed lunches a breeze. We rented snorkel gear from Boss Frogs on day 1 and used it every day in our own cove & all over the Island. The turtles are amazing!
The view was breathtaking & the entire property is well maintained and feels like a private oasis. We visited the nearby coffee shop, joined The Club Maui for the week for daily workouts (5 min away) & every time we left Napili, we couldn't wait to get back to our "Maui home!"
Only thing - head's up: When you close the dishwasher- make sure it's actually closed!
No AC- but other reviews let us know that and there is a box fan for the loft and a great cross breeze.
When we got to our next destination my teens shed literal tears because the bar was set too high by this unit.

We had a great stay; the location is in our preferred area of West Maui with a very nice view of a cove for snorkeling with turtles. The condo is spacious and well appointed. It could use a little updating but everything functioned; the upstairs does get a bit warm as some windows didn't fully open for letting the breeze in and the lanai only had two chairs instead of four as shown in the listing. But all in all, it's a very nice property and we'd stay there again! Booking, communications and check-in were a breeze.

We are family of 5 and had a great stay/ vacation in this nice, well equipped condo. The view from the balcony is amazing, we are looking forward for next stay here. Beautiful, sandy Napili bay beach is very close, walkable. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful family trip. Location steps to ocean and pool with short walk to nipili bay make this an unforgettable vacation. A bit pricey for the outdated furniture and 3 star accommodations but hard to complain when you’re swimming with the turtles and watching the stunning sunsets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condominium Napili is a wonderful area on the island. We saw many whales from our balcony. We swam with the turtles just below this condominium. Lots of snorkeling nearby. The condominium itself was lovely The office staff were very nice and the security guard even helped us with our groceries. Can’t get better than that.

We spent nearly a week at this beautiful condo. Prime location with some of the best snorkeling right out your door. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and playing at the beach. Very well kept and spacious enough for our family of 5, which includes two teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay here. Every appliance worked and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water for the four of us. It was nice to have beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, a set of fins, and a boogie board as well as many beach towels. We were all set for the beach 😎

If you like to snorkel, this condo is 100 feet from one great spot (Honokeana Bay), a short walk to a couple others (especially Kapalua Bay), and a short drive to the rest of West Maui. Lovely view from the balcony as well.

#1 pro-Views are outstanding. Pros-very clean. Safe surroundings. Easy trail walk to Napili Bay, this walk in not favorable if you have mobility issues, none of us do so the walk was easy. Gazebo restaurant is close by. Fully stocked condo (chairs, cooler, flippers, beach towels), towels/washcloths, everything we need to prepare meals when needed. Easy parking. Firm bed was comfortable for us. Enough sheets/pillows/blankets.Liked they reached about twin or king bed option for second room. Supplied a box (you will need it, no A/C). Nice large ceiling fans. Pool close by, the little noise did not bother us. LARGE screen at the back patio and screen at the front door, really helps with that cross breeze. Patio had plenty of seating and table. Cons-broken upstairs screen, I did let Epic Realty know it did not need fixed until we left. Condo runs warm. Small water heater, be mindful. Not enough soap, 2 bars and 1 hand soap, that is a problem when the bars of soap are in the shower, sinks and shower/toilet are separated, which is nice but we had to take soaps back and forth throughout the day. Keypad would not lock for us, kids could have bumped the lock but we couldn’t find directions on how to use the lock, Epic Realty was very responsive! Keep in mind this is not part of the ‘resort’, so no amenities but we knew this going in. We were pleased with our stay, we would stay here again.

The condo is situated in a great location! Condo itself has a good layout and the overall property is a gem. What a treat to hear the ocean all week long! We did run into some issues with the condo (toilet seat, slow draining shower and way too firm king size bed). Thankfully the property manager was able to send a repair person in a timely manner for the toilet seat repair and slow drain. However, they did claim the upstairs bed was "medium" firmness. It was not, we ended up buying a mattress topper for the week. Overall we had good stay in the condo.

We had a fantastic stay at Napili Point! Beautiful view, all the amenities that we needed and amazing marine life right outside the door.
Small cosmetic things: the rug in the living room is stained, sliding door on the laundry closet is tough to open.
This is a great property !! We’d definitely stay again!! Mahalo!!

This is a great property with plenty of modern clean furnishings. There is great snorkeling just beyond the front yard, the pool and grill area are well maintained, and plenty of parking. The biggest negative is 4pm check-in and 10am checkout without any flexibility to adjust. When you can't control flight arrival/departure times or checking out of another property it leads to inconvenient hours spent waiting with all your gear.

Loved the location for access to the water and fantastic views from the lanai. Overall nice place to stay. I already miss seeing the sea turtles. Snorkeling with them was a highlight of our trip. The rug in the living room is dirty and the washing machine and dishwasher stink strongly of mold, but I imagine many do in that climate? Only real negative to the stay is that the manager is charging us $50 for water damage to a TV remote. We did not use any TV at all during the trip, nor did we have any liquids on the tables where remotes are kept. Makes me wish we had the opportunity to do a walk through with staff as we left so we could prove that all was fine at the time. It feels a little bit like a scam to charge us extra.

We had 2 people stay. 4 would be fine. 6 would be a bit tight. Condo is a bit smaller than they appear on pics but not a big deal at all. Would recommend. We had a terrific stay.

This condo was clean. Beautiful view. Right near pool so if you want quiet this isn’t the condo for you when kids are playing in it. There were a few things they could improve on. For the price you pay they could leave a few more amenities. For instants a salt and pepper shaker, a small pad of paper with a pen, coffee filters, syran or reynolds wrap and tissues. They did leave some laundry detergent, coffee and pancake mix. The wifi in the bedroom on first floor was terrible. We couldn’t use the tv or our computers. Once you close the door you no longer have wifi. They need to address that problem. The kitchen had most everything you’d need for a short stay. They should add a dish rack for drying dishes. They didn’t leave enough dish washer detergent for 3 weeks and I wasn’t buying more since we had to already buy dish detergent. We could have used more than 2 dish towels and 1 sponge. The beds were not very comfortable. Could use new mattresses with sheets that actually fit. While there the water and ice in refrigerator didn’t work. They did bring us a small bag of ice and ice trays. We needed to buy water. We stayed 3 weeks and needed to replenish the toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent and paper towels. The water was very very hot which I like but could definitely burn someone. There are some tiles at the top of the stairs outside the front door that are loose so be careful not to step on them.

The condo was very nice. It was perfect for my family of 5 adults. It was everything the description and picture showed. We all enjoyed our stay here. Close to everything and away from the big crowds. Peaceful setting with Honokeana Bay right in front of the condo. We saw a bunch of turtles and swam with them too. We all had a great time. One thing it needed was an extra fan for the living room. The ceiling fan was too high and we couldn't really feel it.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The downstair bedroom has two medium soft twin beds and there is a loft with a nice and firm king bed. The views are fantastic. The lanai is on the smaller side but we managed to have four adult size people eating dinner around the table. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge is big with a robust ice maker which is serious plus for Hawaii. The condo overlooks a grassy area and the pool. There are numerous gas grills in the property and you can watch the sunset while you cook dinner. Honokeana bay with its tons of turtles is steps away and Napili Bay is an easy five minute walk around the point. The location is perfect if you want chill Upper West Maui. The one minor downside is that because the condo is close to the pool, its kinda loud during pool hours. This place is great if you want to avoid the hectic resort madness of Wailea or Kaanapali.

We stayed at Napili point 4 nights before going to Hana and staying in upcountry as well. The snorkeling with the turtles in the front of the condo is spectacular! You also see all the fish you can see anywhere in the island. Don’t wait until the last day to go snorkeling. The condo is is very comfortable, it has fans, check in and check out super easy.

We loved our stay at this unit. Our family has enjoyed numerous visits to Napili Bay and this unit certainly added to our ongoing enjoyment of this portion of the island. Overall, no negative comments, though it's worth mentioning the kitchen was a little light on some glassware, plates, etc. Additionally, the balcony screen slider could use some attention. Otherwise, all was clean and in good repair. The availability of an ice chest and quality beach chairs was awesome. Would recommend!

Napili Point C-12 is the perfect location for a laid back family vacation away from the overcrowded high rise hotels. We were steps away from the best snorkeling and the best sandy beach in the area. The views from the condo are spectacular! It has all of the amenities we needed and then some. I have already recommended this place to friends and family and plan to come back again soon.

Amazing 2 bed/bath with ocean view! The property was just as described and met all of our expectations. Walking distance to 2 local beaches! They provided all items for the beach and snorkeling. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to staying again! Easy communications with property management.
