Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. We enjoyed our stay. The rental was exactly as it appeared online. We’re not fancy people and don’t need fancy furniture or amenities. Location-wise it’s towards the end of the strip on Kalakaua Ave but also really close to Kapahulu Ave so everything was really convenient and walkable for us.
The check-in process was convenient and easy. Literally, just pop up to your door, punch in your keycode. You don’t need to talk to the front desk or security. Parking was relatively easy and we always found a spot. The parking staff is really sweet, just know that occasionally there’ll be a wait to either get in or get out of the garage. And same for the elevators - during busy times you’ll be waiting a while for one to show up, and then once you’re on, you’ll be stopping on multiple floors to pick up more people.
We also appreciated that there were cleaning supplies left for us to take care of minor things like wiping down our kitchen messes or sweeping up crumbs on the floor.

Fantastic location however extremely noisy at night due to wind howling. Patio door does not seal adequately and ear plugs are required. Spacious room with full kitchen was nice. Two beach chairs and beach cooler was a lovely surprise.

The mountain views are spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. And a perfect location to Waikiki - a bit back so not as crowded, yet just 2 blocks to all the fun. :) We loved walking in the park or along the Ala Wai every morning and the farmers market just down the street was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

The listing is 100% accurate. Unit was spotless. Location is amazing - couple of blocks to Waikiki, close to mainstays like Rainbow Drive-In and Leonards, easy access to highways. The unit has everything you could possibly need - beach chairs were an added bonus. Bed was big and comfortable. Wifi worked seamlessly and parking was a breeze. Management co. offered texts to ensure we were aware of rules & check-in/check out or anything happening in the building. Would definitely rent again without hesitation.

We had a lovely time at this condo! Walking distance to the beach and tons of restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Great communication with management. But the very best thing is that view, absolutely stunning!

This is a GREAT location and it was an enjoyable stay. However, when it is windy, since it's on the 36th floor, it is loud and hard to sleep. Otherwise, an EXCELLENT place and the bed is very comfy. The building is easy to get to and the parking is a GODSEND.

When the alarm went off in the Building I did not know what to do. Also the check out required everything be put in the room but I needed the pass to get my car out of parking. So I had to park go up and put the pass in then return to my car. I know these are minor and the only flaws to my time in paradise.

I had a great stay and had my son stay with me a few nights and security was on top of it; making sure he was registered.
Parking was the biggest benefit; garage parking attendants were so nice.
The high winds were a bit loud in the bedroom but I got use to it quickly and didn’t loose a moment of sleep.
Having the full kitchen and amenities were very helpful for thanksgiving cooking.
Only used the pool 1 time but was extremely convenient
The fan in the bathroom is a bit loud for the first 5 minutes then is semi quiet.
Having the laundry on the floor was convenient as well.
The couch and chair cushions should be cleaned.
1 building emergency during my 30 day stay but did not directly impact parking or elevator use; security personnel managed the emergency well with the fire dept.
Again I had a great time and loved your rental.
Look for me next year for an even longer stay if possible.

This place has a great location with easy walk to the Waikiki beaches. I’ve stayed over the last decade, in many Waikiki condos, and for the price , you get the best view, a good bed and a good single air bed. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. The furniture and carpet are well used but comfortable. We BBQ every night using a new Weber BBQ which is next to the pool. There are picnic tables and a fantastic view of Diamond Head. A wonderful place to dine.
I’m going to rent this condo on my next Waikiki visit!

This place was pictured spot on! True to description. Located 2 blocks from the zoo & beach. Parking is provided in the garage connected to the building. However if you’re driving, upon check in there’s no street parking for you to go get it. We went into the garage & took the ticket. Hang onto to it and just bring it with you along with the parking pass every time you enter/exit the garage. Front desk staff is very kind/friendly but if you have any questions call the contact # for this property directly. I had a question & they answered/addressed it promptly. The views are SPECTACULAR! From the room is Koko Head. From the pool on the 6th floor is the same plus Diamond Head to the right. The living space is roomy, clean, well furnished but dated. The bed is ultra comfy, the fold out not so much, but was fine for my kids. Bathroom is clean w/basic amenities, cute decor. They provide you with beach towels, mats, 2 beach chairs! It’s a seven minute walk to International Marketplace. One block to the nearest ABC store. They have washer/dryer, trash chute at the end of the hall on your floor. Minimart is on the 5th floor. There’s 3 elevators that didn’t take us long at all, but also we noticed as we checked out more people were coming in & the elevators had a wait. Guess it depends on foot traffic when you stay. Overall we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the beach, but even better was how easily we could get to all other regions of the island. The parking space is fantastic if you rent a car to explore, which we did. My son loved the pool and I enjoyed my time on the balcony. We saved a lot of money by preparing many of our dinners in the kitchen.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice views of the golf course and mountains. Fantastic to have parking included. Very difficult to work out how the TV works (no instructions except by making a telephone call). And the biggest question of all: why doesn't the air conditioner work during the night??? Excellent customer service was provided by Christian, thank you.
