Situated on the 4th floor of the penthouse/tower building of the Wailea Beach Villas Resort, the iconic Modern Maui I404 welcomes you with newer furnishings and decor. This fourth floor "penthouse" has approximately 2,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space with two bedrooms plus third sleeping area and two bathrooms. From I404 there are expansive west-facing views of the Pacific Ocean, Wailea Beach and Maui's famous sunsets. The ocean views are more dramatic and bigger and broader than we can possibly show via photos in this web display.
I404 has two bedrooms with king beds in each, as well as a separate den room with a Full size sofa (58" x 73.5") bed that is located off the great room. There are a total of three sleeping spaces for up to six guests. I404 has two full bathrooms, the master with tub and separate shower, and the guest bathroom with shower.
Each bedroom as well as the Great Room in I404 has an over-sized flat panel UHD TV, digital cable box, Blu-ray player. At I404, all televisions are wall mounted with hidden cables through the walls, and in every room there are full HD cable subscriptions and unlimited NETFLIX movies - all fully complimentary.

Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

First, please visit Maui -- the island needs tourists to keep coming. And, Maui remains one of the most beautiful places in the world! The condominium that we stayed in was truly amazing. It was above and beyond the description and the property management company did everything possible to make our stay perfect. It was a perfect location; close to everything including dining, shopping and especially the beach. We were very pleased and throughly loved our vacation.

We love Wailea and this is our second time staying in a Wailea Beach Villa. Both stays have been truly amazing. The condo was immaculate and just as beautiful as pictured. We enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic views of Wailea from the main rooms and lanai. Amenities were 5 star including all the little extras (beach bags, toys, paper goods, laundry supplies, etc. ). Picturesque Wailea beach, pool, shops and dining were a short 3-5 minute walk away. Everyone was very attentive and helpful, from the moment we booked our stay to the day of departure. A perfect location to enjoy everything Wailea has to offer.

We had wonderful time at Modern Maui. We enjoyed a combination of taking advantage of exciting activities on Maui and just staying on the property and relaxing. The wonderful setting of the pool by the ocean is hard to beat!
