I can’t express how amazing this place was. 45 second walk to the beach close to shopping areas near the Kihei caffe restaurant that was phenomenal. We weren’t expecting all the beach supplies we would need to be supplied. This place was very clean. We never had rowdy neighbors and it was very clean. When I go back to Hawaii I will be going back to stay at the same spot.

Met the owner of the unit upon arrival ( a little early oops) but she was very gracious and gave us incredible hospitality. Barb, the neighbor, was awesome too! Location of the condo is directly across the street from a great beach park area and the evenings started with romantic sunsets and Moon light to enjoy a cocktail by the waves. Excellent for our stay.

Did not realize the unit did not have air conditioning. There was a reference to making sure everything including air was turned off when leaving the unit but that was canned instructions for the Maui Rentals group. The place was infested with roaches. We sent videos to the property mangers and they sent roach bait. The property managers were attentive and polite. The unit was not updated and not what you would expect for the money.

Condo was tidy, very well equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, well stocked with extra towels, bedding, kitchen towels. Check in was so easy. We made ourselves at home. This condo is right across the street from the best beach! Would rent again. They accommodated a last minute booking of an extra night which was a very smooth process. It’s an older condo, so expect a little age in the cupboards, but it’s well taken care of.

We have stayed in Kihei many times and love the location. Just across the road from Kameole beach 3. We were able to snorkel every day and swim, so very convenient. Within walking distance, and a very short walk, to good food, a little grocery shopping and wonderful cinnamon buns! We find that the Kihei area gets far less rain than Lahaina and further north. In our 29 days, we had a half afternoon of scattered showers. We highly recommend Kihei for a fabulous vacation!

The location is a 5, right across from a great series of beaches, has a nice pool with hot water shower and near restaurants and shopping.The deck is a great size and has good furniture, beach chairs, wagon, masks, fins and boogie boards. This unit has a good ocean view (once you get used to the parking lot and power lines).'No food or drink in the pool area' rule should be relaxed.The suite is older - kitchen cabinets and washrooms need upgrades. Fans were adequate - didn't really miss the AC.Older building - we had no hot water in the suite for 10/17 nights.

Pretty basic condo. I think it's important to realize that pics you see online may or may not be of the exact condo you're renting (or at least that's how it appeared) but one in the complex. The condo was clean, the communication with the rental company was great, and the condo pool was also nice, but the real gem is the location. The beach across the street is lovely with both tourists and locals alike there. The sunsets are amazing. It is also so close to restaurants and shops and even the surf school we took lessons at.

Our family was active this vacation and this condo was right where we needed it to be. We were on the second floor with the beach right in our view out the balcony. It had everything we needed in order to go to the beach- chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler…. It was clean and just the right size for my husband and two teenage boys. The beds were comfortable as well. We would stay here again.

This is a well kept unit that fit our family’s needs perfectly. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms really helped and it was just the right amount of space. There are lots of beach toys, chairs and a well stocked kitchen as well. The beach is right across the street and perfect for adults and kids.

The location of the condo was great, there’s a beautiful view of the ocean and Kamaole 3 , from the lanai. The kitchen and bathroom have many items needed which is very nice. Second floor but an easy walk up. We knew there was no air but plenty of fans. Walking distance to shops , restaurants, groceries etc. The kitchen and bathrooms are older and maybe in need of a really good cleaning?

Perfect location across from the beach and close enough to shopping for souvenirs, groceries, or take out. The unit includes the essentials for cooking meals and enjoying the beach. Great beach chairs and umbrella, towels, and toys for kiddos, but only one snorkeling set and no fins. No air conditioner in the unit, but the fans in the room and screen door to the Lanai allow the trade winds for a perfect temperature. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again in the future.

The property staff is very prompt and caring. They addressed any concerns or requirements we had. The apartment is right across the street from the beach and has good restaurants around. You even get beach chairs and umbrellas to use from the property mgmt company. The only thing I had a problem with was cleanliness. When we first went in the rug was not vacuumed and had some cereal on it but it was addressed promptly. Out bathtub had stains that were never addressed, the TV setup was a little too complicated and the dryer does not work well. Overall I would still give it a 4.

the unit was dirty, couches were so stained and dirty that my kids would not sit on them. The sheets were so old and worn that it was uncomfortable to sleep. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were filthy on the inside and outside. Walls and baseboards looked like they had never been wiped down. We didn't want to touch anything because of the condition of the unit. We never unpacked and called Management company and moved to a different unit the following day.

This condo had a few issues, that the management took care of quickly. The only problem that continued after management trying , was the tiny ants in bathroom. Needs a little cleaning on couches and dining chairs. Beautiful view. A little noisy with all the traffic, but close to many restaurants and of course the beach.

Condo was nice and clean on our arrival. Very comfortable, decent kitchen and nice beds in the rooms. Only problem we noticed was that the toilet in the hall bathroom was missing bolts to secure the seat. Sometimes lanai was noisy, but mostly just family noises. Would stay here again.

Well equipped,comfy couch. Guest room closer was full of boogie boats , life jackets, laundry hamper. No where for my shoes and longer clothes dragged. Pulled out bed to plug in sleet apnea machine and baseboards and floor were very dusty and stuff like a bug and popcorn also under couch and definitely kitchen appliances needed to be pulled out. Needed bowls for salads and more containers for food storage.Ottoman and chair on lanai rather than large chaise would be nice.

This is a great large 2 bedroom with a large lanai, right across the street from an awesome beach that you can experience wonderful snorkeling, boogey boarding or sunset views. Very good value. TVs in every room plus beach chairs, umbrella, 3 boogey boards. Super clean. Bedrooms at the back are very quiet. No need for air conditioning; fans in every room were more than sufficient. Dishwasher broke but replaced with a brand new one within a week. Stay here - you will love it as it is the next best thing to being right on the beach without the huge cost.
