If you'd like to be directly across the street from the best swimming and surfing beach in Waikiki, then this two-bedroom, two-bath Waikiki Beach Tower condo with 1150 sq.ft. interior living space (and a large 160 sq.ft. ocean-view balcony/lanai with table and chairs) is IT! Sleeps Max 6 Guests (including children 3+ years old. 1 additional minor may be added with Twin-size rollaway bed rental of $25/night).

Waikiki Beach Tower is within an easy stroll to the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, and other Honolulu attractions including many casual and fine dining restaurants, and numerous venues for shopping and entertainment. Water sports and equipment rental equipment can be found just across the street at world famous Waikiki Beach which has a seawall that forms a giant, wave-free pool (excellent for small children).

RECREATION DECK CONSTRUCTION: Beginning November 6, 2023, the 4th Floor Upper Pool Deck, including the main pool, keiki pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grills, and cabanas will be closed for emergency water leak repairs. Work hours will be from 9am–4pm, Mon–Fri, and work is expected to last until November 2024 (subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances). During this time, other amenities located on the 4th Floor Lower Sun Deck, including the Fitness Room and Yoga Room WILL remain open. Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.

Pros: Great location and very clean. Nice sheets and towels, comfortable beds. Generally well appointed - even had some laundry soap and dryer sheets available. Kitchen had anything you’d need. They had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and several good beach towels available. Frustrations: No pool - we were unaware that it was under construction so it was closed during our stay! However, we were quickly offered monetary compensation for the disappointment, which was greatly appreciated. Free valet parking however, having to tip valet over and over got expensive. That said, they were very quick and friendly - we never had a long wait to get our car. Cons: The couch was uncomfortable and made a really loud noise every time you’d sit/move. Some of the blankets were old and should really be replaced (esp the couch blanket). Master bath door was broken, it wouldn’t close or lock. Overall the cons/frustrations are certainly not worth passing up on this condo. The condo management company can easily address some of the cons (like fixing the bathroom door and replacing the blankets). We worked with Byron and he was very responsive and helpful. It’s a great location with a beautiful view!

This condo was very comfortable with a gorgeous view of Waikiki beach. We were right on Kalakaua Avenue where shops, restaurants and the beach were all walking distances. Overall, a perfect place for my family’s vacation.

Place was better than expected. Called property manager upon arrival to the island and was able to get an early check-in. When we pulled up to the lobby area where the valet staff greeted us with smiles and a welcoming attitude. They knew my name and then proceeded to assist my group in having the easiest check-in process possible. The condo was clean and the view was incredible with beach, restaurants, and everything in between. Would recommend to anyone.

The property is perfectly located with easy access to the beach and shopping. The property was clean and secure and the elevator was quick. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the privacy the two rooms and two bathrooms offered. The kitchen was wonderful with all of the necessities to cook a few meals. I would absolutely stay here again. I should have dug more into past reviews from 2 years ago that revealed Past reviews with comments about the tired furnishings and broken and uncomfortable furniture. The pictures make the place look pristine but the condition of most of the furniture and carpeting needs immediate attention. We reported a broken balcony chair the day we arrived. Hopefully the next renter will get a replacement. All this being said, the location is ideal to the beach, stores and restaurants; staff is friendly and you can store you luggage with the valet if you have a later flight after check-out. Communications between us and the management has been received in a timely manner. Stay here if conditions don’t matter to you because you’ll enjoy the location, but for this price, I wouldn’t rent this unit again until it’s updated from top to bottom.

This condo is in the perfect location! Steps to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. No need for a rental car! Spectacular ocean front view as well. Byron was very quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns. Family of 4 was extremely comfortable.

A property location on the view was amazing. The staff were exceptional. The condo is outdated and could use a facelift. The appliances did not work as well as they should have due to age. Otherwise the condo was very clean, considering the obvious wear and tear due to age.

We really enjoyed our stay there, the whole process was so smooth from early check in, the valet parking, the door man taking our luggage to the room, the ease of check in, the unit had everything we need to feel right at home. We loved the area, Mcdonald's was right out the door and 1 of our favorite restaurants the hamburger in paradise was a few minute walk, 2 abc stores, were perfect for a quick snack. We will definitely stay there again when we return. Thank You

Family loved the view from the lanai, and the accessibility to beach and restaurants. Brought a nine month old and 5 year old so the property was very flexible for napping the younger baby and one parent taking the 5 year old swimming. Condo is everything you need - it’s not some of the luxury condos in the same building and no upgrades. But you cannot beat the view. Only gripe was the carpet was pretty old and beat up - crawling infant would get dirty and sometimes rug burn from how coarse it was. Byron was exceptional and attentive - even brought beach chairs when we discovered the ones in the room were broken.

No aircon in bedrooms so can be hot at night, but we did enjoy our stay as the position and view made up for it. Decor aside the place was comfortable, great deck to soak up the view.The kitchen is well equipped. The 3 beach chairs were great to have. We enjoyed using the on-site gym too.

This place could be GREAT! The location is amazing the view is spectacular. Check in was a breeze! And that’s the good news. When I arrived I went to put my bag away in the master bedroom and there were French fries on the floor. The master bathroom door doesn’t close unless you stuff toilet paper under it. The blinds are a piece of junk. The dishwasher works but I thought the paneling was going to fall off when I opened it. The unit needs a complete make over. This seems doable with what you are paying. This unit convinced me I’d rather pay for a hotel and know what I’m getting than be misled by photos.

We absolutely loved this condo. Checkin was a breeze and Byron was a great host. He was very personable and gave us tips on different things to see in the area. Byron even gave us a direct number to reach him if we needed anything. The view is amazing. You are able to have an unobstructed view of the ocean. We sat on the nice sized balcony every morning and night. This condo is very quiet since it is a corner unit; there are no neighbors on either side of the unit since one side is an exterior wall and the other side faces an elevator. The condo was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Only a few minor issues that didn't make too much of a difference. Master Bath cabinet door under the sink was broken. Non-working/no batteries in remote for TV in Master Bedroom. We could have used an extra blanket or 2. Overall, a great place to stay in Waikiki. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

I can't ask for a better location than this! Convenient, spacious, and clean! Practically on water, surrounded by restaurants, and shops, easy access to everything on Waikiki! The apartment/condo is two bedrooms, two bathrooms, roughly 1,300 SF with a complete kitchen, dining area, living area, and washer and dryer. The view from the balcony is just spectacular! I will come back to stay again next year! A big thanks to all captain cook's team members and their hospitality!

The only “critique” I’d have is some of the things in the unit seem dated such as the temperature controls, the bidet in the master bath, but everything else was great and suited our needs.

My friends & I stayed at this condo for 8 days and the location was amazing! The condo had enough space for the 7 of us, with a roll-away bed. Being clean and tidy is a must for us and this condo was up to standard. The views were AMAZING from the balcony and you can see all the surf spots in Waikiki, in case you wanted to check before going out. Parking was simple, they have 24/7 valet. We decided to tip at the very end of the trip, to each worker that helped us out for the week. Another great thing about this condo is they have a surfboard storage room where you leave your boards. The room is next to the Valet desk so I wouldn't worry about anyone stealing boards from there, since someone is always there 24/7. You can also bring a normal master lock if you want to lock your board into one of the racks. This condo exceeded my expectations and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for just a few days, but could have stayed much longer. There was plenty of room for two adults, two teens, and two younger kids. Condo is not the most modern however, it was exceptionally clean and had all of the little things to make our few days there easy. The views are SPECTACULAR! (The pics do not do it justice). Location is prime, everything is mere steps from your door and within walking distance. We used the public bus to get us to Diamond Head & Pearl Harbor and even the bus stop was just a block away. Amenities were great, gym, pool, concierge super helpful and kind. This condo has it all, our only regret was not having it booked for longer!

This listing is in a great location with a beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. The best part, however, is the amenities! There's nothing like the convenience of your own washer and dryer, dishwasher, and full kitchen. They even have beach chairs and boogie boards that you can bring with you to the beach. Among the many reasons to book this place, parking is also excellent. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, and it was easy to communicate with property managers. Highly recommend if you are traveling with a small group!

Aloha- We had an amazing time at this property! From our teenagers to my parents, there was something for all ages! The beach was steps away and the availability of chairs, umbrellas and towels was awesome! The property was spacious and had plenty of room for 6 people. The kitchen allowed us to enjoy dinners there with a beautiful view of Waikiki Beach. Great shopping, walking, beaching or laying low on the patio with a cocktail. We will definitely come back again. This apartment has an awesome view. It was so lovely to wake up every morning with the view of the ocean. The location is close to everything. It was well fitted out with all the conveniences needed to make your holiday enjoyable. It was very spacious. Byron was only a phone call or a text away for any advice or information. The apartment is not new but has been decorated beautifully and is extremely clean. The only issue and its not a deal breaker but please fix the bathroom door. We were having to wedge something underneath each time we used the en-suite bathroom. I have seen this on previous reviews so I would have expected this to have been fixed by now. We hope to visit again one day. Mahalo

This place was awesome! Great location, great view, easy access to everything! The rental was welcoming, clean and spacious, the 5 of us had enough space to be away from each other. The tv in the master bedroom was great for my dad. We felt very safe and used the valet so did not to worry about locating a parking spot for vehicle, thankfully had packed extra cash for tips. Easy access to ocean and waterfront, we did not use the pool, but the area around was peaceful and they have an exercise room. The rental was set up for all our needs regarding kitchen, bath, bed, beach. Byron, who checked us in was great source of information and provided some awesome local dining options. Our favorite spot was the Lanai, the view is worth it!

If you are looking for a beautiful view of Waikiki Beach, this is your condo. Please be aware that there are two real bedrooms. One has a king and one has two twins. The pull out couch which technically should sleep two more adults is truly not a good bed. After our first night there we requested a large foam topper which our agent, Byron was excellent about getting to us. Because of the bar in the middle of your back we ended up putting the couch mattress onto the floor and then put the foam topper on top of the mattress. That seemed to work the best even though it took up the entire room. If you are traveling with children, especially smaller ones that don’t weigh much the pull out couch will probably be adequate. We had also sent a request in because the sliding door that closes off the bathroom in the master bedroom would not stay shut. Byron said he would try to fix it but during our five-day stay it was never resolved. The only other thing which surprised us a little was the lack of overall maintenance on the condo. Two of the sinks had faucets that wouldn’t shut off, all of the cabinets in the kitchen are dated and very basic and need to be repaired or painted. The rest of the amenities were lovely. Washing machine and dryer worked great and there were plenty of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Again, a nice stay with a beautiful view, just wish it had been a bit more updated.

My sister, niece and I enjoyed 10 days in this condo. Our arrival was complicated by delayed flights , but Byron was very patient and made sure that he was there to meet us cordially when we arrived. Communication and customer service was outstanding. Having the full kitchen, washer and dryer and space to move around was much appreciated. I loved the location down the "quiet end" of Waikiki. The morning views from the lanai were the perfect way to start the day. Very easy walk across the road to the beach where we made good use of the provided beach chairs. I recommend this clean and well-maintained property and would not hesitate to return.

The management company's representative (Byron) was informative and friendly. It was SO nice to have free and simple parking. The location is easy to get to/from by car and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Not a deal breaker, but it would be nice if they fixed the pocket door to the master bath. Otherwise, it was great.

View of Diamond Head on the left, and endless ocean in front. Will rent higher floor next time to catch the sunset . Interior was spacious and well equipped. 2 minor items need attention : dryer took a long time to dry. The sliding door for the master bathroom did not stay close. The hinge appeared broken or off track. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely rent the Waikiki Beach Tower again .
