We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful house. It was furnished beautifully, the beds were comfortable and tons of kitchen equipment. Also lots of beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, umbrellas and beach towels. Eating dinner on the Lanai was very special. A rooster family adopted the deck and hung out with us! My only suggestion is to include detergent for washing machine, sponges for kitchen and larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

This house was perfect for in-laws, us, and sister/niece - age range from 22 to 84. We loved that all of the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Very comfortable beds, pillows, couches, etc. We made lots of dinners (kitchen had everything), family games at the table, chicken/golf watching out back. The athletic club was close too. Easy access to the beach, and there was snorkel stuff available with beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag in the garage. Wonderful stay and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend.

Very nice home in a great location. The free use of the Poipu Beach and Athletic Club was a huge plus: toddler pool area, great fitness and sports area, and a fun outdoor restaurant . Excellent local restaurants as well, most within a 10-minute drive. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen was nicely supplied. My COMPLAINT - the listing said there was a hot tub at the house, and I even wrote the Management company to confirm it. But there was NOT - only a jetted tub in one of the bathrooms. REALLY????

Beautiful home ! Arranged so well for privacy with the three bedrooms. All complete with bathrooms and A/C. Loved the lanai - sitting out there for morning coffee or meals. So well stocked with kit hen tools and beach gear.

The house overall was very well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. and the house came with snorkeling and beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.
The deck was a bit small and the living room was a bit small to accommodate 5 adults.
The management company was very quick to respond to our call regarding ice maker.

We loved our stay here and would come back again. The layout of the home was perfect. We all had our own space and plenty of restrooms. Each room had its own restroom and shower. The view was peaceful and my husband enjoyed watching the golfers come by. This location was nearby many restaurants. The pool, gym, and restaurant that we were able to access was a short drive away and a nice addition. The home was clean and had everything we needed. They even left a small welcome basket, which was a nice surprise. They provided towels for the beach and to bathe. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear, which was helpful for our beach trips. The area is quiet and felt safe.

This property is impeccably clean, immensely comfortable, very upscale, and convenient to all amenities around Poipu. The 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and king beds, made our guests feel right at home. The home is fully loaded with everything you need including beach gear too. It fronts on the 4 th hole of the Kiahuna Golf Course. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing and awesome vacation in Kauai. The property management company is highly responsive to all your needs. All around outstanding service and accommodations in beautiful Kauai.

This home is as described and more. The home comes with everything you need for a great vacation for your family. All three bedrooms were spacious, and had spa like bathrooms- truly 3 masters. Kitchen was well equipped, and all the Extra Beach there was a plus! Especially the snorkel gear. We chose this house because of access to the athletic club, which had great amenities, including gym and resort style pool. The athletic club and beach are not exactly in walking distance if you were carrying items. We did walk to both, but that was more for exercise. We had a great time at this vacation home!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home for our week in Kauai. It is spacious, well-stocked with a beautiful back deck, and fantastic location close to some of the best beaches on the south shore. It is also very conveniently located for exploring the island as getting to the furthest sights on the western island or to the north in about an hour either direction. They also supply you with delicious Kauai coffee and some great beach gear such as snorkels, boogie boards, sand toys and beach bags/towels which were very nice to have on hand. Our kids also loved the pool at Poipu Athletic club, which is about a 3 minute drive away. They had a fun water slide while my husband and I relaxed on the lounge chairs taking in the lovely setting around the pool. There is also poolside service there with really great food and beverages. It was nice to have access to the pool as a respite when needing a little break from the elements of the beach towards the end of the day. We would highly recommend this place!

The property was perfect, we had two couple and an adult, each had their own bedroom, I would consider the bedrooms to be master suites…the common place was great for gathering and eating together…we used the BBQ and had dinner outside, the weather was perfect. Each bedroom was equipped with their own HAVC, we left the doors open to cool off the kitchen and living room was comfortable. The house was equipped with all our needs.

The home was beautifully decorated and completely stocked with everything anyone could want. We primarily went to different beaches everyday and went on a few hikes as well. Having the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, beach bags and cooler made this totally easy and enjoyable!
Having three separate on-suites made all of us have plenty of room while the kitchen, living and dining room was a wonderful space for all of us to spend time together. We will definitely be back!

This is an immaculate located on the 4th fairway of the Kiahuna Plantation Golf Course. Well adorned with granite countertops and nice fixtures. Double sliding doors open to an amazing lanai with lush green views. Three master en suites and another powder room ensure sufficient bathroom space. Outside shower is great.

This house was the perfect fit for my family of 4. It came fully stocked with kitchen essentials, linens and a book on explaining everything like a hotel would! We stayed for two weeks and used the Poipu Beach club every day to workout, swim and eat dinner. It was close driving distance to the beach and so easy to get around. Definitely recommend. A few maintenance items- no garage door opener, the air conditioners while amazing, they need to be cleaned. The shower heads had a tendency to not shut off, but could be an easy cartridge fix. Other than that! Amazing long term stay.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We traveled here for a family vacation with three couples (plus two little kids), so it was great to have the full, spacious bathrooms en suite with each bedroom. The porch was great for relaxing, with the lovely view of the golf course. The house even had some great gear included to borrow for the beach: chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkeling gear, and sand toys. :) Highly recommended!

We had a splendid time in this lovely home! The pre-stay communications were clear and nicely timed. Our expectations were high before we saw the property, but when we walked in we knew it was ideal for our stay on Kauai. There were 3 couples, so the floor plan was perfect. An Elite team member met us to check in, which was an "extra mile" thing we haven't experienced at other Airbnb's. We really appreciated the supplies throughout the home, particularly in the kitchen, bathrooms, beach supplies, and laundry. The host's thoughtfulness kept us from purchasing a lot of products we'd need, but in tiny quantities. The home was spotless. Seems to be a Kauai given, but only the bedrooms were air conditioned. It was hot and humid during our stay, so we called Elite to see what to do about the lack of A/C in the public areas. We got an immediate and helpful response! The neighborhood was very quiet and the lanai was absolutely primo. The location was ideal - close to Koloa/Poipu attractions and restaurants and the beach, but far enough to be out of the tourist hustle and bustle. Be sure to try the plate lunches at the Koloa Fish Market and, if you want an excellent fine dining experience, try Merriman's or Eating House 1849. In a word, our visit was "perfect." Wonderful hospitality on all fronts! Mahalo!

The house was everything advertised and even nicer than the photos. We've rented many homes, and this was by far the cleanest and best maintained. It's a quiet neighborhood, with great views of the golf course and mountains. Also very convenient to Poipu Beach, and we had no problems with parking there. We took advantage of the Athletic Club on several occasions, and that was a great perk. The setup of three bedrooms with baths was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we prepared several dinners and enjoyed eating both inside and on the lanai. We also appreciated that they stocked the incidentals like laundry and dishwasher detergent that you normally don't receive. I would definitely recommend it for your stay, and we would rent again if returning to Kauai.

This lovely home exceeded our expectations. There was lots of room for both privacy and socializing - each of the three bedrooms has its own full bathroom. The kitchen was fully appointed and our crew of seasoned chefs were able to create delicious meals easily (and great gas grill off of back deck). The location is convenient to the many activities in and around Poipu. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Myself, my husband, my mother, my father, my sister, and my brother-in-law all stayed in this beautiful house for a family vacation in Kauai. The residence was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and relaxing. We cooked family meals (breakfast and dinner) almost every day and had everything we could need and more to prepare a sit down meal (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, containers for leftovers, saran wrap, etc). The property is located on a golf course and is a short drive to the beach (you could walk, but with all the beach supplies we chose to drive and never had an issue parking). The property manager was incredibly helpful and easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There are three large bedroom each with its own large en-suite. The bed is firmly comfortable . The unit was immaculate and kitchen was well equipped. The view of the golf course was beautiful. I highly recommend for your stay in Kauai.

My wife and I had a great stay in this beautiful home right on the golf course. Great location, close to everything we wanted to explore on the South shore and also an easy day trip to the North side of the island. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well-stocked and we were happy to find a nice welcome gift upon arriving. Several beach chairs and a beach umbrella were also available for us to use. Loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Great stay overall. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay in this charming, modern home! My family of 5 had an incredible last-minute trip to Kauai before the end of summer and loved staying at this property. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is only a quick, 5-minute drive to Poipu Beach where we went almost every day of our trip. The property manager, Bryan, was super helpful in arranging our access to the Poipu Athletic Club (also a quick drive or longer walk from the house and included with our stay) for one day when we wanted a break from the beach. The kids loved the pool and waterslide and my husband and I loved ordering poolside drinks and nibbles. Super fun! The house itself was extremely clean, included all the amenities we needed, and was very comfortable for our family. Each of the three bedrooms has a king sized bed, private bathroom, and individually- controlled AC unit. One bathroom even has side-by-side shower heads, so we could shower 2 kids at once at the end of the day. The lanai is perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or lounging at night. The BBQ grill was immaculate and seemed to be brand new or hardly used. We enjoyed using it to cook at the house one night. If we make it back to Kauai, we will definitely book this property again.
