Your comfort and convenience are paramount to us. This air-conditioned unit features an open floor plan with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a reclining futon sofa, and a coffee table. Step out onto the lanai, complete with a table and 2 chairs, and soak in the atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a mini refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and essential cooking utensils. Stay connected with free wireless high-speed internet and enjoy a variety of entertainment options with cable TV.
For your beach days, we've got you covered with beach essentials, including beach towels, 2 comfortable beach chairs, and a convenient cooler bag.
The hotel amenities are designed to enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or enjoy a BBQ in the sundeck area. We also offer two snack machines (for a fee), two free ice machines, an ATM, a coin-operated laundromat, and a cozy lobby area where you can relax and unwind!

Parking:
Please be aware that our unit is privately owned, and parking is limited, with priority given to hotel guests. Upon your arrival between 8 AM and 4 PM, Aloha Surf offers 2 hours of free parking. After that, a fee of $20 will apply. You're welcome to park briefly in the driveway while you check with the front desk for availability. If a spot is open, simply register your vehicle (license plate, color, make, and model). Please also note that the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. After 4 PM, please return to the front desk to secure a nightly parking pass for $40. Remember that this fee covers only one night, and registration is required daily. We apologize beforehand for the uncertainty and thank you for your understanding.
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens, a pillow, and a blanket for the recliner sofa are inside the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry facilities are conveniently situated in the basement and operate using credit cards. You can access the laundry area using the keycard provided inside the unit. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash chutes are located on each floor.
3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses. I was in town to visit my son at college, this place was perfect for the trip - central location, clean, and all the basic essentials provided in the room. Very close to Waikiki Market to buy grocery, food and drink items.

The room was excellent, with everything that you need for a comfortable stay.
The only hiccup, is that since this is a privately owned unit in the hotel, parking can be problematic. You need to check daily at 4:00 pm if parking is available as a non-hotel guest for that night. This means that you either need to plan your day around being back at the property for 4:00 pm, where parking isn't even a guarantee, or you need to park off-site.
We found the Hyatt Centric parking structure to be the easiest to get in to, at a cost of $45 a night, and only about a 5 minute walk from the property.

The room is very small, but if all you need is a place to sleep ( like we did ) then it is fantastic. It has a beautiful view from the patio. 5 min walk to waikiki beach. Nice central location. Very nice for a traveler on a budget. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect, we were hesitant to stay in someone's condo but this was great. The location is great, the building is safe and clean. Easy to access, we had no problems. We are hoping this is available every time we want to go to Waikiki. It is walkable to everything.

This was the perfect spot for me on a solo trip to see family while also working remotely and having some quiet time. My priorities are safety, cleanliness, and comfort and this studio exceeded all my expectations. Loved the communication from property management (knew I could reach out about anything), the staffed lobby, and pleasant views (mauka & makai, lovely cross breeze). Lucky to have a rice cooker in addition to other appliances, helped me keep to my budget! I parked at the Island Colony with in/out discount over 7 days, a short walk. I would stay again, mahalo for the hospitality!

We had a great time. We could walk to just about anything, and enjoyed the location. The property was also clean. The only issue was parking. We had to park over a block away because there was no parking left at the hotel.

Me and my daughter had a convenient stay here. We walked everywhere - to Waikiki beach, Honolulu zoo, Honolulu aquarium, there was an ABC STORES right across the street. There was a little bit of noise because of construction in a nearby building. Everything was nearby. We arrived from the airport at 10 and we couldn’t have an early check-in so our host suggested a nearby storage place for our luggage. We got a discount because I mentioned we where we stayed. Everything else was fine. I would stay here again.

This property was great! It was clean and the entire process from booking to checkingbo was very simple. The location is ideal, within walking distance of Waikiki Beach and everything else that you may need! The little kitchenette was perfect for heating up leftovers and make tea/coffee! The room itself was really nice. Clean and tidy. The only complaint I have is there is major construction going on right outside the building and the windows are not dual pane making it rather noisy in the morning. But ear plugs solved most of that problem. Loved the location and king sized bed!
