HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it is just a 20-minute drive from your destination. Rent a car to explore or grab a taxi for around $45, depending on traffic. Look for signs on the way to the taxi area upon arrival. Enjoy your trip!

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.
The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
LINENS & TOWELS:
You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.
LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.
TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses. Beautiful view of ocean and downtown Waikiki. Clean, modern, roomy and safe. Kitchen well equipped. Beach chairs, towels and cooler provided for day trips or short walk to beach. Laundry at end of hall, can pay with app so no change needed! Great hotel amenities and small on site grocery and café are awesome. Walk to restaurants for some of the best food around. Affordable buses also easily accessed for luxury shopping or sightseeing. We rented a car and appreciated having parking included!! Security folks very friendly and garage is safe and secure. Thanks Midway Vacations for great communication and an enjoyable stay for the Oahu leg of our trip!

This was a few blocks off the water in Waikiki. Super close to shops, the ocean and tremendous street food. It was exceptionally clean and was perfectly outfitted. Sometimes the elevator shuffle was a bit taxing because it’s so high up, but these are first class problems. No complaints really. Would stay again in heartbeat.

This is a beautiful unit on the top floor of the Banyan Tower 2 facing the ocean. It is clean and well furnished. Bed is comfortable and it is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay - just a couple of blocks from the beach.

Only objections….very loud a/c that kept going on and off and having a list of what TV stations they get would be helpful. LOVE the unit but very disappointed pool area has changed. Overall very pleasant stay in Waikiki! It’s very walkable to restaurants and the beach, but as expected Waikiki is super busy. Nice view and very clean. Downside is the building elevators can be slow and crammed, parking sometimes tricky, water turns on and off and coffee wasn’t provided for the stay (only day 1 which always feels a bit cheap)

We stayed here for a week in March 2022. The location of the building is fantastic for access to Waikiki and the beach, and it was also accessible to nearby freeways so we could leave easily to explore the rest of the island.
Some areas that could use improvement:
- The unit was clean, but as other reviewers mentioned, some of the finishing and furnishings need to be replaced. The living room area carpet is badly stained and the couch desperately needs to be recovered or replaced - we couldn't even bring ourselves to sit on it.
- More bath and beach towels should be supplied for longer stays. I recognize there are laundry facilities available but who wants to spend their Hawaiian vacation washing towels? :)
- Birds seem to be really attracted to the patio area which leaves it covered with bird poop a lot of the time. We did our best to clean it but they kept coming back. Perhaps something could be done to deter the birds?
Overall we had a great stay here - having parking included in the cost was really nice, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook basic meals. It was also great to have beach chairs and a cooler bag available for use. There was no beach umbrella though so we purchased one and left it for future guests!

It's got to be one of the best units in the building. I was here for a week of working remotely before a long weekend and the large desk and reliable wi-fi made that conveniently possible. The home was very clean with nice linens and dishes, and being higher up more isolated from the street noise below.

Midway was excellent to work with. Easy check in and check out. The unit itself was fine, but the bed was ROCK hard. Left us stiff and sore. The shower needs a full enclosure. The only way not to flood the floor us to point the shower head at the wall.... not an easy way to take a shower.

The location is easy walking distance to the beach, the Honolulu zoo, and tons of restaurants, shops, and stores. We were very comfortable in this condo. Close to lots of restaurants, stores, and beach (5 minute walk). It was well supplied with towels dished and pots, the serviceman that came to check the dishwasher grabbed us a few extra tall glasses. Really no check in procedure, just go up to the room and the code for the door was sent the day before, simple. Plenty of drawers for clothes and hangers too. Quick response text/email when I had questions. It’s time to get rid of or change the carpet and cover on sofa. The view was amazing and I had hot tea on the balcony everyday. Uber’s were there within 10 minutes every time. The laundry was right down the hall and machines were simple to pay with the app. We would definitely would consider staying there again. It’s for 2 people only, no sofa bed. Pool was cleaned daily.
