The property was nice and clean. Newly renovated. The beds were all nice and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with amenities. There was also spices, tea, coffee etc. The management company was good. Great location nice pools. Condo also had great beach chairs, tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles. The only thing I would like to have seen are more wine glasses and champagne flutes. We did not use the glasses that were in the china .cabinet.

We have just returned from a week's vacation on the Big Island, and the property we rented through Knutson & Associates was fantastic. The location right on the golf course was awesome and gave us spectacular sunset views each evening. The 2 bedroom apartment had everything that we needed, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. If we are back in Kona we will definitely look at renting this property again!

We spent a month in this country club villas condo with our elderly parents and it couldn’t have been better! First, having Knutsen & Assoc as the property mgr is a definite plus! They ensure your check-in is flawless, reach out to you periodically to make sure everything is OK, and when the roller shade on the lanai wasn’t working, they sent someone the very next day and got it fixed!It has a beautiful view of the ocean, breakfast, lunch and sunset dinners! We prepare meals at home 95% of the time and the kitchen was so well equipped with everything we could possibly want for cooking and bbq. Lots and lots of beach and bath towels and bed linens. 3 beautiful pools, designated parking, comfy furniture and beds, and Grocery and Drugstore within walking distance. 10 out of 10 !

Great location - very close to Kona downtown. My family was coming without beach gear and fortunately for us this location provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. There is a hot tub at the property which is where we would spend our time in the evenings after a long day of fun. Area is quiet- no issues with neighbors or anyone on the property. Very convenient for families and the patio area was lovely for morning breakfasts.

Located on the 18th hole, looking west over the Pacific, we had incredible sunsets every night. Our unit was recently beautifully renovated, modern, very clean and comfortable. Close to golfing, beaches, restaurants and lovely walks. The property managers were very helpful and available if needed. We had a lovely vacation!

This was probably the most well equipped VRBO rental we have stayed in. There were lots of accessories for the beach; i.e., umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, toys for kids, blanket, etc. The unit was very clean and we enjoyed having a large sized washer/dryer unit. Spent all of our spare time on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean and golf course. Ate every meal outside. Enjoyed the pool areas especially the one at the end with the view of the golf course and ocean. Great new Weber barbecue which we put through its paces. Played 8 rounds of golf all over the Island.

This was my third stay in CCV 115. I LOVE this condo. It is homey with all needed amenities. The furniture is attractive and comfortable, with zero-gravity chairs. The lanai is wonderful with a beautiful view of the ocean, the boats going by, and every day a new totally awesome sunset. The location is totally convenient to my favorite snorkel beach, Kahalu'u Beach Park, and stores and restaurants. One of the best things about this condo is Knutson Property Rental company. I had a few minor challenges and they were all fixed the same day. Not only that, an agent met me at the property when I checked in with fruit, coffee, flowers, and help to make sure everything was working well.I hope to stay here again. It is perfect!

This is a lovely and spacious condo off the fairway of the 18th hole of the Kona Country club. The property is great, very quiet, access to 3 pools and a wonderful lanai with a view over the golf course down to Keauhou Bay and the ocean. It has 2 bedrooms as well as hide-a-beds in the living room and on the lanai. The private bbq is very convenient and the heat pump kept the unit nice and cool when the breeze wasn't enough. We were there for just over 3 weeks and loved every minute.

This rental was fine, biggest complaint is the noise from the unit above. They must not have carpeting, you can hear every thing they drop, dragging chairs...from the crack of dawn till midnight. Their privacy screen hits the metal railing and the sound reverberates into the unit! Second is the carpet-it is beyond it's life-stained horribly. It SHOULD be replaced or removed! The fan blades and glass globes could use a good cleaning.The beds and linens were excellent. The kitchen could use a few more items to make it nicer (popcorn popper, airfryer). Marathon toilet paper is the worse-spring for a better brand. Garage stations have better.The light above the outside door wasn't working when we arrived-it took a week to get fixed.

Even from before the time we arrived at the property the management company was very responsive and communicated very well with us! The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was even things we did not expect like laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This is my second time staying in this condo - and it is my all-time favorite place to stay in the 10+ yearly visits to the Big Island. The condo is very comfortable - it seems the owners have thought of everything, from re-usable shopping bags to storage containers in the kitchen, to a great hose on the lanai to wash off snorkel gear. I spent alot of time on the lanai, looking at the sunset, enjoying meals, rocking in the very comfortable lanai furniture. I also enjoyed the living room - with lovely recliner chairs perfect for reading.The property location is perfect, with an expansive ocean view, a very short drive to the wonderful Keauhou Shopping Center (KTA, Longs, and good Italian, Japanese, Thai, and other restaurants). It is also just a few minutes from my favorite snorkel beach, Kahalu'u Beach Park. The condo was very clean and well maintained, and the manager, Blake, was awesome in terms of customer service. I emailed him a couple of times after hours with non-urgent questions, and he got back to me within minutes!I totally recommend this property, and hope to return in 2023. Mahalo Blake & staff for a most wonderful place to stay.

We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a great stay. Great location, close to Kona which is where we wanted to be, and had a great view. Condo was very clean with lots of room. Our only negative was the issue with the master bathroom hot water, but Knutson & Associates sent someone out right away and kept us updated on the repairs. It wasn’t resolved while we were there but we figured out how to get hot water (no one could run any water at all while someone was in the master shower). Other than that it was a fantastic stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Although our stay was comfortable, I have to note a few problems. All the dishes needed to be washed prior to use because there were dead bugs and dust in them. The shower in master bedroom was low pressure and freezing cold. Finally, we were told that air conditioning was included in what we had paid at check in, yet we were charged an extra $206. When reaching out about the charge, no answer could be provided, nor could a refund of the $206 charge. For this reason, I dont recommend staying here due to hidden expenses that are charged without warning or consent.

Directions and access to condo was very good.Condo had plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Very comfortable place to stay. View from the patio is awesome and fun to watch the golfers shank their balls into the trees :) We needed to stay another night and we were accommodated for that - very grateful. Kids loved the pool. A couple of things that should be addressed though. Upon arrival the sink in the master bath still had beard clippings from the previous occupant. The master bath shower door is grimy and needs a good scrubbing. Grout in the shower needs to be cleaned. Starting to turn orange. Upon arrival the A/C remote was missing. Had to wait a few hours for someone to drop it off. The carpet in the living area is reaching the end of its life and should be replaced soon. Kind of shaggy, stained and a big fold by the bar. Overall a great experience. We would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I loved staying here during the months of January and February, 2022. Great location..right on the beautiful golf course. It was like having a huge front lawn. Sunsets and ocean views from the lanai. The condo itself was well equipped and easy to live in. Two sets of China and silverware, for example. The lanai had electrically controlled sunshades which we really appreciated since we spent so much time there. Comfy beds. Small harbor about 1/2 mile away, and walkable to a local shopping center with a good supermarket.

The condo is spacious and has a fantastic oceanview lanai right on the golf course. The fruit basket was a nice touch, and the private grill is an awesome amenity. However, there were some maintenance issues (broken outlets, etc.), and after several unhelpful calls to the mgmt company about missing items (like a bath mat for the dangerously slippery bathtub), it wasn’t worth giving up more vacation time to resolve anything else. We didn’t really need the additional charge for A/C to be comfortable, but I’d be concerned as an owner about the humidity’s long-term effects on the property by not running it.I’d recommend this condo if a 2 bed/bath is important to you and/or if you plan to spend a lot of time on the lanai, but this wasn’t my favorite in the Kona area, so I would likely choose to stay elsewhere for future trips.

We had a wonderful time at Country Club Villas. The experience was wonderful right from the start. Blake and his staff made sure we were comfortable and had all of questions answered throughout the booking process and upon arrival to our condo. Upon entering our condo we were instantly impressed. Both bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Both bathrooms were large and the kitchen was very big with new appliances. The washer and dryer were new and upscale. The living room was spacious with nice comfy furniture. The lanai was huge and the view across the golf course was calming. The property is located in Keahou making it very easy to access Kona but yet you have more quiet than if you are right in downtown Kona. Magic Sands Beach is a tremendous breach 5 minutes away. The only drawback is the keys. They sometimes worked for the pool and tennis courts and sometimes they didn’t. The house key would work but it wasn’t easy to use. Oh what a mess. Scrap all the keys completely and start over with a new system. Besides that it was very quiet and the condo contributed mightily to a memorable vacation.

We stayed in CCV 115 for 40 days. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. In case of need, the communication was excellent with the manager of the condo. Everything worked out very quickly.I was afraid to hear the noise from the Allii Drive, but this condo is quite far from this street and it was very quiet on the side of the master bedroom which has a wonderful view. The resort is very well run, very quiet and very clean.The benefits of this condo are the view, the comfort of the beds, the tranquility, the big kitchen, the 3 pools, the tennis courts and pickleball (we learned to play and it's great!), the tennis rackets and pickleball, 2 Tommy beach chairs, great cooler, Weber BBQ directly on the patio, flowers and fruit basket on arrival, full size washer and dryer, both bathrooms, parking very close, grocery store very near, proximity to Kona and communication with the property manager if needed.We chose not to take air conditioning because at $ 10 per night and for 40 days the cost was too high for us. It was very hot during the day of our stay (july, august) and there were no tradewinds, but the many fans did the trick.We will definitely return.

Upon enetering this condo, the first thing you see is the beautiful ocean view! Condo is very well maintained, well stocked with dishes and any seasonings you might need for cooking. Also everything for the beach- chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach toys. Condo is clean and everything as far as the appliances all worked. The lanai is really nice, like another room. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Located close to shopping and a few restaurants. Kahaluu beach park is close by which is a popular snorkle beach and Kona is a short drive down the road. We were there in May and it was very warm. Next time I would pay the extra for use of the air conditioner although there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. Management provide alot of communication if you ever need anything. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

I stayed at this wonderful condo (by myself) for almost 2 weeks in May. I come to Kona every year, and this is by far the best condo I have rented (out of at least 7 in the past). First, the management support was outstanding. I noticed the condo did not have a blender (for my morning smoothies), and by the first evening they brought me a new blender! The next day I noticed there was no tea kettle - that was also delivered the same day! When I called with questions, they answered the phone and took care of things.The condo was amazingly clean - no bugs, and no roach bait that I have seen in ALL the other places. I also totally appreciated that there were supplies for the bathrooms and laundry. Everything was there!The location was very quiet with a wonderful ocean view. The golf course was also quiet. I loved to sit on the lanai for breakfast and in the evenings. They supplied an excellent pair of binoculars to see the birds on the grass or the boats out on the ocean.The condo was so nice and quiet - even when there were people upstairs, I did not hear them. The beds seemed new. I found a wonderful memory foam topper on the second bed that I used in the master bedroom, and it made all the difference for my quality of sleep!I always stay in Keauhou - the location is wonderful. The shopping center is a few minute's drive, with Longs, KTA, and some good restaurants. The best snorkel beach (Kahalulu)is also less than 5 minute's drive. And, access to Highway 11 is just up the hill. This will definitely be my condo of choice for my future trips! It felt like home, and I was very sad to leave. Thank you Blake and staff for the great service, and to the owners for sharing the lovely space.

Stayed here with my family for 2 weeks in early March. Instructions to get here from the airport were clear, and check-in was smooth. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked for an extended stay. In the morning we were treated to a gorgeous view of the ocean from our Lanai. The condo is also ideally located in a quiet area, which is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and a short drive/walk form excellent snorkeling. Any concerns we had were eagerly and efficiently resolved by the staff at Knutson & Associates. Next visit to the big island I will be on the lookout to rent this same property again. Kitchen wasn't stocked as well as other VRBO's we have stayed at but it is primarily because of the humidity and to keep from attracting insects-which there were NONE. Very clean! Just be prepared to stock up on some things.
