This was probably the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at. Everything was easy… from check in to check out. The location is perfect as we needed shallow waters for our little swimmers which the beach lagoon provided. I truly appreciated this units decor, it added to the Hawaiian vibe. I even loved how this unit provided a broom to sweep up (sounds odd but with the littles I often find this key feature lacking from rentals). The owners are responsive. Shane checked us in at the property and I appreciated that he showed us how to operate things inside the unit. The property itself is very well kept and has an amazing pool. I look forward to returning!

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The communication with the manager was great and our arrival experience was outstanding as we were greeted personally and given a property tour. The unit itself was clean and spacious though could use a little paint refresh in some areas. We loved being right on the beach while still being able to use the pools and amenities. The property is about 25 minutes from Honolulu and less than an hour from most of the island This allowed us to get everywhere we wanted in no time at all whiles avoiding the congestion of the city. The only complaint I had was that the assigned parking spot for this unit is extremely tight between columns making it challenging to get situated. Just a minor thing. All in all, this is an excellent property highly recommended to all.

I live on Oahu and was looking for a good place to have a staycation while also hosting my in-laws who were visiting. Growing up, Ko’olina was always one of my favorite beaches so I was familiar with the area. Who knew these properties are so beautiful!
The unit was very clean! I gave wiped down all the counters and tables with sanitizing wires after checking in, and there was no dirt to be found on the wipes :)
The kitchen was beautiful and I enjoyed cooking in it everyday AND it was stocked with basically anything you need!
All beds were comfy, including the couch bed, and we appreciated how all the tvs had Netflix, on demand, etc. the unit was also furnished with beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, etc.
We did see a couple huge roaches during our stay, but not bad considering we were only on the second floor and I know this part of the island has lots of roaches. As I said before, this unit was very clean :)
Also, Shane was so nice and he was always responsive when we messaged him, thanks Shane!
As others have said, you need a car when staying here. No restaurants or stores on the property, but the pools/hot tubs/beach are perfect, and Costco, target, Walmart, lots of restaurants, etc is literally only a 5-10 minute drive. There is also a bar between the pool and beach which has delicious cocktails and live music everyday around sunset time (except Sunday)
We can’t wait to come back, and this may become our “home away from home” when we do staycations.

The villa was on the second floor and didn't hear anyone in the hallways. It was nice to have breakfast on the lanai or just to relax. The swimming was great both the pool and lagoon. We recently had a fantastic stay at the Beach Villas of Kapolei near Ko'Olina, Oahu, Hawaii. The check-in process was smooth and easy. Shane, from the owner's property management company, met us at check-in. He was very welcoming and escorted us to our unit, showing us around and ensuring we were comfortable with everything before leaving us.
Our unit was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a full kitchen and an in-unit washer and dryer. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the TVs were there if we wanted to watch anything, but the weather was so beautiful, we didn't need to!
The lanai offered a view of a small, quiet parking area and the road leading into the resort. While early morning garbage trucks were the only significant noise, it didn’t bother us much as we spent most of our time exploring the island or relaxing by the pool. Although we only used the beach towels, the unit provided other beach equipment like boogie boards, coolers, and more.
The location was perfect for our needs, providing easy access to various attractions around the island. Two of our most memorable visits were Duke's Diner in Waikiki, and Haleiwa Joe's (and its Haiku gardens) in Kaneohe. We truly appreciated the peaceful and serene environment of the Beach Villas. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would absolutely consider staying here again on our next visit to Oahu.

Stayed for two weeks with three generations (grandparents down to college age) and had one of the best vacations any of us have ever had. We went to the beach, walked the paths to the other lagoons, enjoyed both pools and the multiple hot tubs, and worked out in the gym nearly every day we were there.
The unit is everything you need or want. Of course the bedrooms are great, but even the futon sofa bed was plenty comfortable for two adults. High-end touches everywhere. Never ran out of towels or beach toys. AC was perfect. New smart TV in the main room came in handy on those rainy afternoons. Showers were fantastic. Plus, the unit's team and the resort's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Beach Villas at Ko Olina is a beautiful resort set right on the ocean away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. A pathway connects 3 other resorts that run along the coastline and is beautiful peaceful early morning walk. The resort has two pools, including a lap pool, and is well maintained. We would most definitely stay here again.

Overall we liked our 3 week stay at this vacation rental, but there are a few things that could have been better.
The Good:
The location is great. If you're staying in Ko Olina you really want to be on the lagoon. Every day we watched lines of people waiting for one of the few parking spots.
I loved the lagoons! This is a great area w lovely, safe uncrowded beaches, and great places to walk. The property managers are both lovely, helpful people. The pools and hot tubs were fabulous.
The Bad (that may be too strong of a word lol):
The photos don't really show the view, but you are on the second floor above the parking lot. Luckily the block across the street is empty field, so it still felt fairly private.
No screens on the patio or windows. The style is to open completely, but then we had flies and even a gecko in the apartment. There are also some very aggresive birds that I am sure would have come inside if we had given them a chance.
The AC works, but it was not very even. Ice cold for a while, then off completely (without us adjusting anything).
All the frying pans were losing teflon, so I bought a new GreenPan. We also had to buy plastic storage containers, bag clips, otherwise nothing for leftovers.
None of the TVs are Smart TVs. I think this has come up with other renters, as they had a 26in one to loan us, but we solved it by buying a Roku device at Walmart. I would expand on some things but running out of space! Bottom line: I would stay here again.

Amazing villa, amazing location…beautiful. The one bad thing I can say is holy cow they are strict on rules. Parking spots are tiny and they have people riding on carts all hours of the day and night to see if you are touching the white line and you will get a warning if you are barely touching. You will get a warning if anything is out on the balcony besides their furniture. A nuisance but not to take away from the beauty of this place. Beaches were fantastic and drinks were grossly overpriced. Would stay here again though, no question

The place was beautiful and clean when we arrived. The only issue we had was that the AC didn't work very well in the main area or the second bedroom and there weren't any ceiling fans in the bedrooms to help move air at night. We contacted the hosts and they quickly sent over maintenance, but they weren't able to get it fixed for a couple of days. The hosts were great though, and very responsive to inquiries. Would love to stay here again!

This condo was a great fit for our family of 4. The resort amenities were spectacular. Check in was easy and our room was ready on time. This condo included all the cooking supplies and beach items we needed during our stay. The included parking was also a plus since we had a rental car to visit the other parts of the island. If we make it back to Oahu we will definitely look at this location again.

Good good size and right beside Disney.(though Disney don't really let you even park there to use ev charging without being a guest). Villa has a lagoon not even sharing with other resort it really feel like a private beach. Highly recommended for family. And the in-suite laundry really helped us to pack light. Check-in process requires some improvement though, 6 hours prior to my arrival, and until we on-boarded the plane to HNL, still didn't received the check-in package information and made us nervous. But actual hotel unit has a 24 hrs front desk.

Wonderful property a short walk from the beach. This unit is well stocked with all kitchen needs, pool and beach toys for kids and linens. Very clean and spacious for our family of four. One note on this unit is that it overlooks the employee parking lot, which creates some noise when the lanai doors are open. But value for this unit and location is fantastic.

From the moment of booking this condo, everything went smooth. The owner responded to my questions quickly. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager and her assistant and they were both very friendly. We had an assigned parking spot, were met at the door of the unit and shown around. DJ even unloaded all of our luggage for us! The unit is just as pictured and everything we needed was here. Even beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, lots of beach sand toys…. Ect. The grounds were gorgeous and we enjoyed the 2 pools and 3 hot tubs.
This unit is on the 2 nd floor and we can barely see the ocean but don’t let that stop you from reserving!!! The location was perfect and the price is very good for this resort! I can’t wait to come back!
Tip- do not miss the gorgeous sunsets each night!!! Best seen right from the beach!!! We took family photos and they turned out beautiful!

The condo was beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pool are so close and not crowded. Wally has chairs, a cooler, pool toys and snorkel gear which made our time at the beach much easier. Restaurants, shops and groceries (limited - not full grocery store) are just a quick 1/2 mile walk. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This unit worked perfect for our family of 6 and was amazing. Amenities within the unit were perfect and the location next to the beach lagoon couldn't be beat. The sand toys and boogie boards available for our kids put it over the top. We couldn't get them out of the ocean each day. We highly recommend this unit.

Beautifully decorated condo in a great resort. I wish my home was this beautiful. Everything you need is there. There’s a bar at the pool with live Hawaiian music, a protected swimming lagoon which is great for the kids, lots of walkable dining. I didn’t want to leave.
Minor negatives: There isn’t really much of a sea view. Only if you look for it through the trees. And there is presently construction at the resort which does not affect the unit.

We celebrated our honeymoon in Oahu and the villa was the perfect place for it. The grounds were beautiful with access to several lagoons all within walking distance and other amenities (restaurants, ABC grocery store, Starbucks, etc.). Unit is exactly as described and seen in the photos. Great communication & responsiveness with owner and property manager. Stay here if you want no stress relaxation! We hope to return some day!!

The condo unit was great. Very quiet and well stocked with essentials. The property was amazing. The lagoon was never too crowded and the kids loved the swimming pool. The condo came with great accessories to play pool- and beach-side. I wish the property was a bit more centrally located for activities beyond swimming and golf, but there was plenty of shopping nearby.

The resort was wonderful. We were so impressed. Loved the pools even though we wished they stayed open a little longer. The cove was beautiful. The room was well furnished and clean. The lighting at night was a little too dim. I had to use my phone flashlight to read my book. Overall we would love to stay here again. It was not far from Waikiki but far enough to feel peaceful and relaxing without all the hustle and bustle of the city.

Oahu is a very busy island but Ko Olina offers a more relaxing feeling. The property offers a beautiful protected beach area and plenty of pool real estate for the kids. The two bedroom condo is very spacious and well equipped. Good restaurant and groceries options available within walking distance or within a short drive. A great snorkeling beach is within a 5 minute drive from the property. Definitely a property to consider in the future.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We were immediately greeted with care and kindness and that continued throughout our stay. We made excellent use of the kitchen, which has everything you need. Go to the Safeway just 8 minutes away, or Costco, and get local pineapple while there...there is a blender too ;-)
The grounds are beautiful and our 14 and 16 yr old kids loved every minute of the pools and the Koi ponds, and my wife and I decompressed at the bar and pool and beach... i really could go on forever about it!
Going just outside the gate you have immediate access to the least populated beach & lagoon in the area and some of the prettiest sunsets you can imagine.
This is a great home-base for driving the island, but if you want to go east thru town make sure you do it in off-hours for traffic....but even then, traffic is not that bad. We went surfing 10 miles north, drove to Dole, Waimea falls and the Banzai pipeline in one day which ended at an unreal food truck fest on north shore...just a sampling of every one of the days we were there - all amazing! We are all ready to go back, thank you so much for access to your property and all the memories!!!

If you are ready for a quiet, relaxing vacation with beautiful scenery look no further because this villa is just what you need. The description of this villa is very accurate and has every amenity you could want. Your within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants in KoOlina . Also you are a short walk to the ABC store which has almost anything you could want. The villa has some of the finest pools(even a quiet pool) and it does live up to its name. Very relaxing for sure. Your also on a beautiful lagoon which is yours to enjoy whenever it calls your name.
The owner and his staff are wonderful and very easy to work with and Lynn is always available to answer your questions and concerns.
If you need to unwind from the daily grind this is where you want to stay.

The Ko Olina Beach Villas is an exceptional beach side property at the Ko Olina lagoons located beside a number of high-end resorts on Oahu's west-shores near the town of Kapolei (about 30 mins drive from Waikiki). We have visited Beach Villas in the past but this is the first time I have stayed at this unit.
The property is located right beside lagoon 2, which has a spectacular beach setting. The waters are clam due to rock wall and the beach is typically crowd free. Next door Disney, Four Seasons and Marriott have separate lagoons which have a lot more visitors and the hustle and bustle of your typical beach resort. I viewed the other properties, the units available, and the amenities and I prefer the privacy and exclusiveness of Beach Villas. If you want peace and quiet, away from the crowds of Waikiki I would consider this area.
The condo is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a beautiful open floor plan living room and kitchen the walks out into a patio. It is one of the best accommodations in my humble opinion of any property I have seen in Oahu in terms of location / building amenities / proximity to the beach / and price.
The property has two swimming pools, one of which I really enjoyed with my daughter who is learning how to swim. Look at the property pictures and you will see the pools and proximity to the beach.
Couple of minor complaints (but just being real picky at this point):
1. Wish the unit had Apple TV - cheap addition does wonders
2. One of the two parking spots was a bit small, not the best spot for a larger SUV
In summary, this unit is a value unit at Beach Villas (compared to the units with a better view) and is definitely a place I would recommend or stay at again. The owner easy to work with and contact.

This Villa was the perfect home away home for my husband, mother and two young children, ages 3 and 9. We loved the separation of space the layout allowed, enabling my husband and I to have our own half of the villa, as well as generous lanai and views of swaying palm dreams, pacific ocean and neighboring Aulani resort. The furnishings and amenities were high-end, including commercial appliances and washer and dryer in the unit. We also appreciated all of the beach toys and gear that were made available during our stay.
This Villa is located in Ko Olina, adjacent to Disney's Aulani resort, Four Seasons and Marriot. The Villa is a short, 3 minute walk to Lagoon #2, which is much quieter than the lagoon used by Aulani and the Four Seasons. Over the course of our stay, we enjoyed visiting the lagoon, grilling by the pool and having breakfast on our lanai. The lagoons were perfect for our two young children, who swam with ease, without concern for large waves. Another perk was the Staff, who meticulously maintained the grounds, answered any questions we had. We also enjoyed a lei-making class and a ukulele class located at the Villa during our stay.
There are many other perks, including the ability to walk to the nearby ABC store or drive 10 minutes to Target, Costco and Safeway. Honolulu, Waikiki and Pearl Harbor are less than 30 minutes away, however, it was great to visit other parts of the island, but we greatly looked forward to returning to the quiet serenity that this Ko Olina Villa offered.
I was initially anxious, as this was our first time renting a vacation home, but the owners were wonderful to work with and answered my questions promptly (typically within a couple of hours). I greatly appreciate the owners sharing their beautiful home with us and I cannot wait to come back! Mahalo for everthing!
