We had a wonderful stay at this property! The views truly are spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as everything you could need for excursions ie. 4 beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach bag and even an ice chest. We hope to come back again. The only little glitch-- be aware that VRBO says 3:00 check in. It is actually 4:00. Amy, the property manager, was easy to communicate with.

This property was fantastic. The views from the lanai were amazing. We saw whales and turtles every day and the 180° ocean view was stunning. The condo itself was well stocked and very comfortable for 4 adults.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped for what we needed, including beach gear. We made dinner here a few times and everything worked out well.
The beach here has eroded more than we expected so we opted to use the public beach access points. They fixed the hot tub late in our stay but the pool and grills were in great shape.

Fabulous views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked. Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler to use on the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay was for 2 weeks. Communication with the unit manager was good. Check-in & check-out processes were easy. The actual condo unit was very nice. It was very clean & welcoming, has comfortable beds, (3) split A/C units plus ample fans & was well supplied with everything we needed. The ocean view was indeed spectacular. The pool & spa are nice with seating, tables & 2 gas BBQs. The complex does have elevators. We did enjoy our stay here very much.
The Paki Maui property complex itself in our opinion is a bit tired. What was once a beautiful showpiece waterfall in the center of the complex is not operating & is now just a fountain style water pump. The grass is dry & bare. The igniter is out in one of the two gas BBQs but guests can & do use their own lighter to ignite it. Both of the property's ocean access stairs are closed & fenced off due to the hand railing needing to be repaired; a process that requires a permit & is a very slow process. However, many people do disregard the fencing & with individual judgement & caution do still use the stairs to access the ocean.
During our stay the gas line in the pool area malfunctioned on June 28, 2023 which supplies the gas for the pool, the spa & the BBQs. As of our July 2, 2023 check-out date it had not yet been repaired. If BBQing is important to you verify that it has been repaired.
These complex details may or may not be issues to everyone when choosing a place to stay.

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, great location! Good snorkeling. Great food choices nearby especially the food trucks down the road a bit and Arepas across the street. Amy was wonderful always a quick answer to any questions.

They aren't kidding about the view, it's spectacular! The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need including beach towels, a little cooler and boogie boards. The ONLY drawback is easy beach access (daughter is 8 months pregnant). We had to walk to the public beach next door which wasn't that big of a deal after all. Wonderful property and Amy was very responsive when I had a question. Great condo, great vacation!

Paki Maui is my favorite place to stay on Maui. This unit has amazing views, it's nicely appointed, has everything you need, is located within walking distance to dining/shopping, and the property manager is absolutely fabulous. Such a great place!

Wish the beach in front of the condo was more of a swimming beach but you can’t have it all. Great snorkeling close by. Many different places to eat from basic fast food to fine dining. Definitely would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay and were amazed by the view of the beautiful ocean seeing turtles, monk seals and whales from the balcony! We snorkeled at several popular locations, but were surprised at the experience at our own reef! Hundreds of fish and and several turtles! This property was exactly as pictured and described. The view from the balconies is amazing. Nothing like waking up to see the ocean. Only drawback was having the stairs to the water closed but, it we took a very short walk on the park next door to access the beach. It wasn't an issue for us. Otherwise I can't say enough good things about this property. Amy was very quick to respond with any questions that I had. Would highly recommend!!

With this being our first time to Maui, I could not have been happier with this property. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is convenient in terms of grocery stores and access to 30. My family and I will definitely be going back to this property!!

We had the most delightful 12 days at Paki Maui! We celebrated 51 years of marriage and 53 years of friendship with our closest friends! Plenty of time was enjoyed on the lanai watching whales and turtles below. The snorkeling in front was great and felt safer with the reef creating a calmer protected area. Great for kids and adults that prefer calmer waves! The snorkel gear rental was across the street as well as the market store for açaí bowls. The walk to kaanapali beach was close and great for getting our steps in…An 8 miles round trip to the end. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return! Amy was friendly and super helpful for anything we needed. We highly recommend staying here!

From the moment we stepped into 321 we were taken aback by the sight of whales appearing in the waters between Maui and Molokai. We brought binoculars but Amy had an extra on hand just in case. The condo had all the creature comforts anyone could ask for. If we return to Maui, I am hoping this place is available.

We stayed here with our 2 adult sons over Christmas and New Year’s. The property was everything we were hoping it would be…Clean, comfortable, well stocked, perfect location and beautiful ocean view. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the whales and sea turtles every morning while enjoying coffee on the lanai. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

The view of the ocean is amazing - and you are right in the middle of where sea turtles live. Having a cup of maui grown coffee and watching the turtles in the morning was amazing. The grassy area near the beach was great for relaxing and watching shooting stars at night. Kitchen was well stocked and unit was clean. Beach supplies were also very appreciated!

This condo has an incredible view and space to spread out. We could easily see several sea turtles from the lanai everyday. Any was very easy to get ahold of and incredibly responsive when we needed to reach out. We were within a quick drive to groceries, shopping, restaurants, rentals, a food truck park and about 45 minutes from the airport. We were very glad to be able to do some laundry before heading out on the next leg of our island adventure.

this was, by far, the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. (and we've stayed in many) beyond beautiful, very well equipped (you need to bring nothing but your clothes and a toothbrush) extremely clean. The location was fantastic. This was a very nice location and unit with beautiful views of the ocean as described. We had quite a few issues though. We did not receive any check-in information until just before 3:00 day of check in -- only to find out check-in time was now going to be 4. I had been calling and reaching out for 2 hours trying to get ahold of someone about check-in as we had arrived on the island around 11 -- and were waiting to get in. That was frustrating. Then, finally get in the unit and the toilet in second bedroom is broken. Had to get that fixed. We then turned on the tv to watch the end of NBA championships basketball game and tv doesn't work!! Turns out the picture tube was out. That was a total bummer. Amy did eventually bring over a new tv but who wants to coordinate with a new tv installation over vacation? Plus, we already missed the one thing we actually wanted to watch. Then the entire electrical went out in both bathrooms. No lights, no fans, can't use hair dryer, in either of the bathrooms. No overhead fan or light working in second bedroom for over 2 days of our 4 day trip. Amy could not get an electrician out to fix anything so we just dealt with it. Anyway, nice place and Amy tried - but I was disappointed we were not offered anything for all the inconveniences we had. And no notice on check-in time change was very frustrating. One of our parties was waiting outside in the hot sun for a long time waiting to be able to get in. The check-in time still says 3:00 now, but we were not let in until 4. I would love to stay in this unit again for the views and the location but would have to consider given the issues we experienced. Otherwise, it probably would be a 5 star.

The view from the Lanai is the stuff of everyone's Hawaiian dreams. The main bedroom was spacious but the second bedroom was small and dark. Plenty of room for 4 of us in the common area and on the lanai. Great swimming beach with a reef protected shallow area which would be perfect for little ones.

We had a great time and loved the condo we were in (#321)! I was amazed that it was so well stocked. The location is wonderful with little shops & restaurants so close by. I wish the stairs leading to the beach wasn’t blocked off. There’s a park next door to the resort with access to the beach.

Great property, super clean, great property management, incredible views. Several great to-go places to eat from directly across the street. Much better than a skyrise condo by far. Perfect for a peaceful stay with minimal children in the low rise complex. Plenty of parking. Convenience/ABC store a 2 min walk. We will be back to this valued condo.

My husband and I had been to Maui previously a couple of times, however, this was the first visit for our daughters (ages 12 and 14) and we really wanted to make it special. A major factor in making our plans was the accommodations. We had been spoiled on our prior trips but our previous lodging wasn't available. I wanted something well-appointed, in a great location and most importantly: the ability to see and hear the water from the main living space, as well as from the primary bedroom. I made our reservations for this condo 9 months prior to our trip dates and obsessively watched for reviews throughout that time period to be sure that the listing was deemed as accurate as it stated.
Let me be clear: this condo DELIVERED!!! From the moment we walked through the front door we were transported to a paradise-at-home. Even after the most fun-filled days exploring all the island has to offer, going "home" was never a hardship because of those views; those sounds!
Everything you could need was available: fully stocked kitchen, beach towels/chairs, boogie boards, coolers, washer/dryer.... and the amount of space for 4 people was perfect.
The property grounds are well-kept with great amenities including the the patio/grills, pool, back lawn, etc.
Amy Richards, the property manager, was knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. The owners are lucky to have her taking care of things!
We are already talking about when our return trip will be, and I truly can't imagine staying anywhere else.

My wife and my brother and sister-in-law absolutely loved our stay here. The unit has a perfect view of the water and the balcony was a great place to watch whales while drinking our morning coffee. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you'd need to prepare and serve meals. All of the A/C units worked perfectly although we hardly used them. We were gone most of the day and just kept the sliding glass doors open at night to enjoy the ocean breeze and soothing sounds of the waves. Perfect location too, between Kapalua and Kaanapali, with shops, a convenience store and places to eat all within walking distance. A small washer and dryer in the unit was a nice touch, as were amenities like beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. It was perfect in so many ways!

This unit was fantastic. It overlooks the ocean, is conveniently located to activities and shopping and is well stocked. The owner thought of everything a guest might need and provided it.
Beds were comfortable and furnishings lovely. Our property manager, Amy, is a good communicator and responded quickly to questions throughout the process.
The only suggestion I have is to upgrade to a “smart TV!”

This property was just amazing. It is really better rhan the photos can reveal. The bed was comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice furniture, they even provided boogie boards and beach towels! My favorite thing was literally seeing whales in the distance, and turtles almost directly under the balcony. It was the best. We would stay there again and again.....

The view is spectacular and the place itself is very nice and clean. There are a variety of beaches and good snorkeling nearby. The only issues we had were super minor, the front door lock was a little loose, and we didn't really figure out how to use the AC but honestly just keeping the lanai doors open at night provided plenty of cool air.

Nice apartment in an older complex. Fantastic views! Amy was awesome and very responsive to some minor issues. She even went out of her way to bring us detergent, new boogie boards and a cooler! Although not all updates are recent, the apartment is nicely maintained and it was nice to have all the amenities available. A/C worked great!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious, beautiful view. As cold as you want it to be when sleeping, as close as you want to be to a variety of food choices. About a 10 minute drive to Old Lahina, where you'll find shopping and dining on the beachfront.
