Lovely home base for my family and our adventures around the island. There’s plenty of space, inside and out, with a fully equipped kitchen. And the beach and water toys provided made our stay even better. I wish we were staying longer; we’ll be back for sure!

I have to start with the No AC. I was nervous that we where going to melt to death, but the condo stayed cool. Even needed a blanket at bed time. Great view of the ocean and the breeze was amazing. The condo was comfortable and clean. Access to the beach was easy and the condo had beach chairs, snorkel gear and said toys. Condo was close to shopping and main highway.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was centrally located and a “short” drive away from major destinations, such as hikes and beaches.
We enjoyed relaxing on the deck while we are our meals or just enjoyed a beverage.

Great location, fantastic condo with everything needed for a great vacation. Really liked the louvred windows for a fresh and cooling breeze throughout the condo. To top it all off the swimming pool was fantastic too, especially at night when it was lit up.

We just loved this place; it was perfect for our 1st getaway to Kauai.In fact, our kids said that when we come back to Kauai we should stay here again!
We loved having the pool and beach equipment extras here so we didn’t have to rent them!
The unit was nicely stocked, had perfect positioning to get to different areas of the island, and had grocery shopping nearby. Thanks for a wonderful place!

It was our first time to the island. We decided on this condo because of it’s central location and it was a great decision. We had excursions to the north (turtle beach, kalalau trail), south (poipu beach, luau and boat tour), east (helicopter) and west (wameia canyon). The condo itself is nicely updated and the grounds are gorgeous. There is even a restaurant right on the beach facing the ocean just steps away. What a nice surprise. A little hidden gem. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Location! Location! Location! This place was the perfect home base for our family. It’s easily within walking distance of restaurants and shops, yet private enough away from that hustle and bustle. It’s set back from the water, but that’s no problem. You get a great view and the ocean is just steps away.
We stayed for a week and took a couple trips north to the north side, which is only about 30 minutes. We took a few trips to the south and west sides of the island and that wasn’t far either. There is a lot to do close by or you can just hang out.
Very well stocked and very comfortable for our family of four.

We loved having this condo as our home base for our stay on Kauai. The condo was wonderful. Even better then the pictures. Our flight time changed and we were able to check in early, which was fantastic. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

This trip was supposed to happen in January 2022 but due to covid numbers, we had to postpone to November. The host was accommodating and we finally made it. The property is as advertised, lots of dishes, pots, pans and towel, and everything worked well. The cross breeze and fans in the unit made a/c unnecessary.
The host was very responsive and that was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is accurately described, and is lovely. The property is beautifully decorated with lush gardens. The location is close to shopping and restaurants (walkable). You have access to a pool and ocean. Family friendly!

The view is spectacular! Waking up every morning to lush garden and beautiful beach was amazing. Being able to walk over to it to enjoy our coffee while our child played in the tide pools and beach was truly a wonderful experience. The condo provided everything we needed to make our own meals when we didn’t dine out. Only thing was that there wasn’t any bathroom mats. I’m not a big fan of stepping out and walking around wet. I swept the sand, but could use a new broom or swifter type to help with that. We had a bit of trouble with the car gate opening while using the correct code. We didn’t get a parking las till next day. Otherwise, our condo stay here was great. Definitely will recommend.

Great living/lanai area on beautiful grounds with a small, uncrowded beach that felt at times like a private beach. There was some road noise in the bedrooms but that was a minor inconvenience. Central location with easy access to explore the north and south parts of the island. Nicely furnished but beach chairs need an upgrade.

Very nice condo with ocean view on amazing property. However, dishwasher was not working and the bedrooms face the parking lot with no soundproofing (louvre windows). Hence, bring earplugs or expect night to be over around 6am.

This is a great property. Amazing view of the water and grounds. Coffee and groceries are a 5 minute walk. Well decorated and new. Beach equipment in the closet. You couldn't ask for much more. Except air conditioning. Granted the weather is amazing, and we never exactly got uncomfortable, but after a day at the beach a little cooling off is appreciated. Especially when you see that most of your neighbors have air conditioning. There is a good breeze and that helps, but people should know about it going in. Overall we loved our stay though and would recommend it.

Condo was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. At first was we were concerned that all of the windows and patio door had to be kept open due to no air conditioning but we never had a issue when we left the condo and was out and about enjoying the beautiful Island or while we slept, all was secured due to the gated community. I would highly recommend renting this condo. The grounds are well kept as well.

The rental was a nice apartment in a nice development - but when we arrived around 9PM, tried and looking to rest for the night - we found that the apartment had not been cleaned after the last guests. Piles of dirty towels and bedding, dirty bathrooms, and no access to clean bedding - because of a locked linen closet.
No response via our contact information until the next morning. We had to wash someone else's dirty sheets ourselves in the condo laundry room late at night - later than the allowed hours for the laundry room.
The apartment was finally cleaned by the middle of the following day, but overall a gross way to start, and something I've never experienced before.

The unit was great, on the second floor in the corner with ocean views from the balcony. The property and grounds are beautiful, lush and tropical with a sacred Hawaiian site located near the pool. The beach is great for morning swimming and floating, with a protected pool in 2 different close spots if you don’t feel like fighting the waves. We had a wonderful time and the space was perfect for our family of 4.

This unit was perfect for our family of four. King bed and two twins. The unit is spacious and immaculately clean. Had everything we needed. The deck has a great view of the ocean. The property is well kept and beautiful. Beach and pool are wonderful. Easy for kids to access both. Loved being able to walk to the Coconut Market and Imua Coffee nearby. There is noise from the road and parking lot but it was no big deal. We would stay here again.

PERFECT! Lae Nani's property is gorgeous, well-maintained, and perfectly located on the East Shore of Kauai. The condo is beautifully decorated; the furniture is lovely and comfortable and everything is spotless! The kitchen is so well equipped! It has everything you could possibly need to cook and entertain! To be honest, we mostly ate out or brought take-out back to the unit (we spoiled ourselves). The covered lanai with a great view of the ocean is wonderful for dining and relaxing any time of the day. There are lots of really good restaurants within walking distance as well as shops and markets. The bike path is accessible from the condo as well as a number of beaches. The pool is larger than we expected and there are plenty of lounge chairs available - a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Carol is a great hostess and has thought of your every need. We will definitely be back!

We stayed between Sept 7-15, 2021. This condo was the perfect place for our babymoon.
The location was amazing and is near many restaurants and beaches and a minute walk to the beach on the property. The beach is small but perfect for relaxation.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I do want to note there is no AC in this unit but the breeze from the balcony and leaving the ceiling fans on kept us cool. Depending on the whether some days/night may feel hot or humid but it usually passes.
The unit comes with towels, shampoo/conditioner which was very nice as well as beach toys, boogie boards, a cooler and some floaties.
There is no washer/dryer unit but downstairs near the main office has a laundry room. $1.25 per wash/dry
Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend to others!

Lae Nani was a very comfortable place to stay on Kauai. The property is well maintained and equipped. The lawn and gardens are exquisite - SO MANY BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS! The pool is large. The beach is small but fun and not very crowded. There are trees for shade on the lawn overlooking the beach. And plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing on the seaside. The rock formation on the shore creates a large and interesting tide pool. This geographic location on the island is excellent for launching trips to the other parts of the island. The access to shops and restaurants is very convenient.
It isn't perfect. But the imperfections pale in comparison with the beauty and magnificence of the environment. You definitely don't want to be coming back from anywhere north during the day. The southbound traffic is awful! There is no A/C in the condo. But there are lots of ceiling fans, and the breeze from the ocean is nice. The bedrooms face the parking lot. This can cause problems for light sleepers. And the kitchen is small. But it has everything we need.
I highly recommend this vacation rental for Kauai!

My 2 grown daughters just got back from Kauai. My daughters are grown so having a place we could “call our own” for 10 days was wonderful. The owner of the property, Carol Pepitone, was the kindest, most understanding Host! We loved our morning walks down the beach and the Sacred Place and the fact that Lava Lava, our favorite outdoor/beach Bar and Restaurant was just 5 minutes walking distance.
My ONLY issue is the noise from the people staying above. I feel like the Condo’s should put a sign up that says “Please be conscientious of the people who may be staying below you. Some people had obnoxious kids that sounded that a herd of wild horses and I think that people would be more mindful of the people below if there was a sign reminding them. Other than that, it wa the most perfect amazing vacation. The facility and Condos were great that the PEOPLE could not have been nicer. My daughters and I enjoyed making Breakfast and coffee together every morning. I would absolutely stay there again. I miss it so much right now!!!!

This location is pure paradise and PERFECT for families, especially if you have small children! If you are looking for a property that has it all, look no further because this is it! First of all, the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The condo itself is perfect and stocked with everything you need. You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into ensuring their guests are comfor right down to the amazingly soft bath towels (no joke, I have the brand name and will be buying my own!). The beach access is everything you need. If you go to the left of the property, past the sacred grounds, it will bring you to another beach area as well as easier access to the Lava Lava Beach Club. Safeway is maybe a 5 minute drive amd has everything you need. Staying here also allows you to drive to either the North or South shore with ease. To sum it up, it was an amazing experience for our family. We will be back and this is 100% where we will be staying. Did I mention how perfect this place is??
