We have updated our cleaning process to adapt to suggested Covid-19 protocols. Cleaning costs are actually more that I feel that I can charge for the service at this time. The owners have been spending a considerable amount of time in the unit. It is great. When we are there, we feel that we have very low stress. It is a great place to be in these times. We have been remote working using the cable internet - both of us running Zoom meetings at the same time.

The green view photo is the view from the Lanai. You can see lawns, gold, and the ocean. It is a great place for sunset cocktails. The grounds are well-kept and lush.

This condominium is a wonderful two-bedroom, two-bath escape on the Big Island of Hawaii.

This spacious one-story rental comes with a golf course, ocean, and coastal view. This complex is located on the 9th fairway of our very own 18-hole championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. Gorgeous sunsets and cool breezes will likely be regular features of your stay. 'Quiet and relaxing,' are the most common comments.

We are located just a few miles from some of the finest beaches on the island. Included is the award-winning Hapuna Beach. Turtles can be found frolicking in the water nearby.

One block away is the Waikoloa Community Center -- where we have taken Ukulele classes on Wednesdays. Check to see which classes are currently active. There is another large pool there, the restaurant and bar are also available. This center is walkable from our unit.

Whether you are looking for a super golf vacation (there are six more golf courses within 15 minutes), a romantic getaway, or a family-friendly, activity-filled celebration, we have what you need. Our home away from home offers comfort, convenience, and top quality at an affordable price.

For diving, snorkeling, or more active pursuits, don’t hesitate to ask for quality guidance in planning your stay. The owners are both Padi divemasters, snorkelers, hikers and kayakers. We chose this location due to its easy access to many great outdoor activities. Yes, you can wash your gear. In case you are wondering, we highly recommend taking a Manta Ray dive or snorkel experience.

Another once-in-a-lifetime experience is to visit the active volcano on the other side of the island. It may be a bit of a drive, but you will talk about the experience for years to come.

This deluxe condo sleeps four but it's also great for just one couple.

Our condo is a bottom-floor unit in the premier condominium complex in Waikoloa Village. You won't find a better complex in the Waikoloa Village. The master bedroom features dramatic vaulted ceilings with no upstairs neighbor. Although the lanai is not a keyed entry, it is possible to enter the unit without even using the few stairs that lead down to the front door. You can do this by crossing the lawn to the lanai. The two lanais have views of the golf course and the Pacific Ocean along the Kona coast. One of the complex's pools is located just a short walk down from our unit.

This unit is fully furnished, with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a phone, cable TV, streaming, DVD, stereo, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils washer & dryer, two complex hot tubs, two complex pools, gas grills, and outdoor BBQ. The Villas Association does not allow smoking on the lanais. There is No Smoking inside or at the unit. Smoking is only allowed in the parking lots and outside 20 feet of the lanais/buildings. Although we love our pets on the mainland, unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this complex.

There are many Activities and Attractions:
Golf, Snorkeling & Diving, Tennis, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Live Music, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Sun Tanning, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Hiking, and more. We take Free Ukulele Lessons at the nearby King's Shops!

Waikoloa Villas is centrally located and provides easy driving distances to many of the Big Island’s attractions. ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay and the Waikoloa Resort area, where you can enjoy snorkeling along coral reefs, walk along a mile-long white sand beach or secluded coves, among rows of coconut palms and along ancient Hawaiian fishponds, are just ten minutes away. Mountain and sea canyon hiking can also be found nearby. A recent journal note reads, 'We got up early today to go see and snorkel with the many turtles that visit nearby A-bay. It was great!'

At the Waikoloa Resort, you can take a daytime or sunset sailing cruise, a whale-watching expedition, a ride in a glass-bottom boat, or go on a snorkeling or diving adventure. The Waikoloa Resort also offers fine dining and great shopping at the Kings’ Shops open-air plaza. Swimming with dolphins and helicopter rides are also available.

The many other beaches along the Kohala Coast are all just a short drive away. Waimea, an old cattle ranching town, with its many fine restaurants, local diners, and shopping is just 25 minutes away. The old sugar plantation towns of Hawaii, Kapaau and Honokaa and the ocean side cliffs and valleys of Pololu and Waipio are easy drives from the Villas. If you’d like the hustle and bustle of the busy Kona area it’s just 35 minutes away. There you can find the larger discount stores like Costco for great wine prices and Walmart for less expensive beach gear. Nonetheless, you’ll appreciate the quiet of Waikoloa when you return.

Waikoloa Villas overlooks the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., where you’ll enjoy low greens fees. The championship golf courses at Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hapuna Prince, and the Waikoloa Beach and Waikoloa Kings Courses are just minutes away.

I typically spend a month each year escaping the Alaska winter to dive in Hawaii. Jon's condo was very nice and a convenient location for shopping, eating and diving. I loved being on the ground floor and the lanai was a great place to relax.

This unit in Waikoloa Village is in a great location. Walking distance to the golf course and Johnny's, the restaurant at the course. The master suite is spacious and has fans to circulate the air. The other bedroom could use updating - mattresses and linens are older. The towels provided are great, and of them. The living room furniture could also use updating. An older couch and chair show lots of wear. Four can sit at the round table, but it's tight. The kitchen had lots of equipment, but again, it's on the old side. The stove is nice and looks new. Fridge is nice sized. There is no ice maker in the freezer - just trays. The lanai is lovely and the turkeys do a nightly promenade on the lawn. The pool and BBQ are close by. The heat for the pool and hot tub doesn't turn on until 3pm. Make sure you get a parking permit from the office - we were almost towed and didn't know to get this. The place worked fine for our stay and would have been great with upgrades. Mahalo

Although this place could use some updating and needed a through cleaning, it was a great place to stay. Waikoloa is a small town with everything you need and a short distance to everything you want to see.

We stayed at John‘s place for the Ironman WC. We really liked that it was a super calm location. The view into the garden of the whole grounds was super beautiful every morning. Great kitchen with a lot auf tools. We would definitely come again!

Awesome property in the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation. The golf course and the views were spectacular. The pools and barbeque are very clean and just steps away. Really appreciated having all the beach equipment handy for use, as well as the beach towels and cooler. Felt like home for the week.

Spacious well furnished and equipped place. Within 15-20min drive from all the beaches. 15min drive from shopping mall. Place had three boogie boards and bunch of beach chairs and some snorkeling gear which was very handy.

Enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa Village. We appreciated the share bin, snorkel masks, beach chairs and cooler's left for guests to use. Kids enjoyed convenient access to the pool- which was rarely used by anyone but our family. Hapuna beach is just a short drive away, the KTA is within walking distance and jumping on Saddle road to drive over to Hilo was also convenient. We needed to extend our stay a day due to an unplanned flight change and John was very accommodating. Great experience overall. I recommend this location if you're looking for value and excellent beach access within 15 minutes.

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed to keep us comfortable for a week. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances plates cups etc. so we were able to cook meals every day. The kitchen also had basic supplies such as salt pepper spices etc. The condominium complex is beautiful, quiet and has two pools. Parking is easy. There is a great supermarket right around the corner that has everything you need for your stay. The only complaint we have is that the bedding was a bit dated, especially the pillows that should be replaced and the beach towels were threadbare. Otherwise our visit was great and we would come here again!

Great location to get to Volcano, Hilo, Kona, or North Kohala. Pretty centrally located. Nice big condo in a good neighborhood. Good selection of food close by, or 15 minutes away even more. Clean space and excellent communication from the host. I've stayed in dozens of rental spaces and this is a professional one. Mahalo!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was about 15min from the beach and an easy connection to Hilo. John was a great host and was a call away if we had any issues. We liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood. The condo was clean and a comfortable stay for our family of 5.
