Having three bedrooms and three baths for travelers aged between 14 and 78 was essential to family harmony and much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked so did not have to run out for condiments or a decent spatula so again much appreciated. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful; we enjoyed meeting them. Two nearby farmers' markets on two different days offered fresh fruit and other goodies: fantastic!

This condo was perfect for my family and parents. The property owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.
The condo has a community pool, its own bbq and everything you need to cook meals. 5 min drive to a grocery store, coffee shop and farmers market. Right up the hill from the Outrigger (walking distance). Would highly recommend this for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the Big Island.

We had a fantastic two week stay on the big island. We really enjoyed the VRBO that we stayed at. It was just as advertised with a great view and a great location to do all the things that we wanted to do on the island during our vacation.

Marilyn was an extremely responsive and accommodating host. The condo was well-kept and well-equipped, in an excellent location. The only two negatives I would point to:
1. It’s something of a tight fit for six people if they are not all from the same family, as the loft bedroom really affords little privacy.
2. The second main floor bedroom runs hot, even with the use of fans. This problem is exacerbated by the type of sheets/bedding that are used, as they are a t-shirt type of material which retains heat. This would be an easy fix.

This property had excellent views of the golf course and ocean. We are outside each meal we were there. The owners had everything we needed within this upscale condo. The rooms were all lovely, with 3 Bedrooms and 3 full baths. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the owner was excellent to work with. Highly recommend this property.

All was great. Only complain was the neighbours below complained because we got up early! Sorry came from Canada and she didn’t realize we are 4 hours later! Otherwise I suggest not to stay at this location with a child we tip toed as much as we could but unfortunately keeping a toddler from not moving until the lady below us was up was impossible. Otherwise everything was at the location that we needed to cook and stay.

Great condo for a family! It was equipped with everything. We miss those sunsets so much already! Comfortable beds and nicely appointed unit! The grounds were beautiful and the pool was great! There was someone selling the best fish ever just across the road too! Great proximity to Keauhou shopping centre and over to Captain Cook for pizza or tacos!

We loved our stay at the Ohana Place At Punahele, this was one of those times that the pictures didn't quite depict the wonderful condo. The space is well designed with more than adequate space for 4 adults and at times with two visitors. The lanai space was our go to spot for the magnificent sunsets, with every one being different in its own beauty. It was also a great place to have morning coffee, breakfast, and dinner, we never sat at the dining room table! The beds were very comfortable, I never slept so well anywhere else except in my own bed... If you book your stay here, you will not be disappointed. This condo and location is truly a special place in paradise!

Truly, this property is amazing! It was the perfect size for my parents, us and our 2 kids (6 & 13). We all had our own spaces. The location of the condo is perfect within the complexes - with the doors open and screens shut and the fans on, it stays very comfortable and pretty cool. The location in Keauhou was great too - 10 minutes to Captain Cook, 15 to Kailua-Kona, grocery and sundries and restaurants less than 5 minutes away, 2 Farmers Markets nearby, Keauhou Bay just a short walk away. The kitchen was well appointed and fit our needs perfectly. And the best part - watching sunsets from the living room. Or the dining area. Or the primary bedroom. No, from the lanai! Spectacular views every night!
Marilyn was a terrific host. She did everything she could to make sure our stay was perfect. We were very happy at A-303! We hope to be back on our next trip to the Big Island!

Ah, how did we love this condo? Let us count the ways:
1. Location. At the end of Ali'i Drive, Kona's main drag. Far enough away from the tourist madness so it's quiet, yet convenient to stores and restaurants, and a quick start to the island's South End activities.
2. Clean, spacious, comfortable and lovely. An excellent lanai with ocean views from its third-floor vantage. Inside amenities were great, bed very comfortable, A big plus -- the cleaning crew did a superb job. We wish our house was as neat.
3. Terrific owners. Marilyn was accessible, prompt in replying to queries, knowledgeable and a nice person.
4. Best thing we can say: We'll be back.

Marilyn is a great host and kept us well informed about the property before our arrival. She also provided very useful information about the area and the binder inside the house was extremely helpful! We used it every day to find the perfect beaches, places to eat and things to do. The house itself was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and lots of extra bedding was provided. We were also very excited about the beach towels, coolers, sand toys and fun stuff to take to the beach since we couldn’t bring those items with us. The location is perfect and close to everything. We would stay here again and we highly recommend it!

Nicely appointed condo with a lovely view from the lanai, especially at sunset. Convenient little beach walking distance from the condo down by the harbor. Overall location gives easy access to Kona and other areas of interest. Worked beautifully for our 1 year old granddaughter. Would return in a heart beat!

we loved this condo. It is well located for an active vacation in Kailua Kona. It is close to Kailua town, Captain Cook coffee country, snorkeling and access to highways to volcano and Hilo. The condo is large, comfortable and modern. We loved the sunset views and peaceful golf course location. We would highly recommend this condo to our friends.

Marilyn went above and beyond to make our stay in Hawaii enjoyable. The location of the unit is perfect for touring the island and is 5 minute walk to the harbor for all the best sea tours (night manta ray tour, snorkeling and snuba). The place is very clean and was perfect for our family to spread out and relax in. We highly recommend this unit and will return many times as afamily in the future. We enjoyed the condo the fans did great cooling the place. It was nice in the evening to open the screen doors to allow the air to flow through the condo without worrying about the AC. We like that it was the top floor and were able to see whales from the lanai.

The condo was perfect, great location, well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was very clean and quiet. Very relaxing atmosphere and appreciated the books on Hawaii as well as novels to read by the pool. Internet was fast and reliable. Whale watching from the lanai was an unexpected daily activity. Marilyn was a great host on standby for us but we didn't have any issues. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had more than enough room for our family of five, with 2 large bedrooms and full bed in loft area. Appreciated also having 3 full baths, although shower in loft had been off limits due to leaking issues. Marilyn was great in letting us know that right away.
Loved the vaulted ceilings with the remote ceiling fans in each room. Beds were all very comfortable; we all slept great after the long days on the go and at the beach. Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels and a cooler, which we used most days.
The Lanai is very large, with views of the ocean and golf course, plenty of seating for all.
The only unfortunate thing for us was that the pool and hot tub was closed for 4 days due to maintenance; we were able to use the second half of our stay.
Overall, this is an awesome place to stay and dealing with VRBO and Marilyn made the whole process a breeze! Thank you very much Marilyn!

We booked this property firstly because of the reviews and secondly we were a party of 3 couples which meant one bath and one bedroom per couple - privacy for everyone! This property did not disappoint! The view from the 3rd floor patio was fantastic and relaxing overlooking the golf course, having an ocean view and watching the amazing sunsets! Only a 5 minute walk to the water/marina and close and convenient to get to supermarket/ shopping! The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms and bedrooms had lots of room and storage. The kitchen was well equipped! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! It was a pleasant surprise to find beach towels in the closet as well as a cooler which we used for our day trips! Everything about this property was perfect for the 6 of us!
Marilyn is an absolute gem to converse with and just made things so easy! She even sent a new blender with an acquaintance to drop off since the current one was having issues! We were so thrilled our decision worked out so well and would not hesitate to recommend this property!

We loved the high ceilings and the fans, there is no AC but it was cool enough at night. Beautiful ocean views, great patio for outdoor dining, which we loved. The pool was close by for some swimming too. I did hear a lot of construction during the day, so if you have small children they need to nap in the master bedroom. Also the third bedroom is an open loft but that was okay for us, it works better for families. Upstairs bed is a little soft and could use refreshing, downstairs beds were fine. Marilyn was available by phone and email and helped us straighten out some minor issues. We had a great time, thanks Marilyn! We miss Hawaii!

Going on holidays involves planning and often it is blind planning, I booked the Condo at Kailua Kona for 3 married couples (3 beds/3 bath) and hoped for the best. Arriving at the address after 16 hours travel saw 6 tired people looking to relax. We found our home for the week, to be a beautiful clean Condo on a well manicured golf course, ocean views, swimming pool, friendly site manager, with every convenience we required, all located close to a Supermarket and in easy walking distance to the ocean for a swim or snorkel.
Played golf, went swimming, relaxed on the porch, drove around parts of the Big island and always had a great place to return to every night. Can't say enough about the helpful dialogue between myself and the owners, it was so easy and everyone loved the place.....we all agreed that we could easily retire there and see out our days.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The interior was lovely; everything was in excellent condition. Nice, comfortable furniture and beds! (The pictures in VRBO were accurate — the condo was just as nice as depicted.). The view from the lanai was lovely with plenty of lovely sunsets. Great location — close to snorkeling and within walking distance for boat trips and manta dives. Shopping and movies were just 3 minutes away. If we had any issue,, it would be a wish for a few more electrical outlets that we could easily access in order to plug in our phones and tablets. But overall, this was a great condo!
