We’ve stayed at this resort a few times before, and this unit was by far the quietest unit. Great location.

10/10 stay. Bed was comfortable, the place was tidy, and the location was ideal. The beach was within walking distance (uphill on the way back up) — and nearby to the shops and more upscale resorts (for an evening cocktail or fancy dinner). Would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our first trip to Maui! It’s a safe, low stress, family friendly resort with a large pavilion and a beautiful swimming pool right on the beach. The fridge and ice at the pavilion were so convenient. The beach was not crowded and felt more like a private due to the surrounding homes/ hotels. The condo kitchen was updated, clean and well stocked with utensils and everything one needs to prepare meals, stocked spices and olive oil were very nice! MBR bed was comfortable with nice update shower. Murphy beds comfortable. The view was Amazing and well worth the walk uphill from the pool. The resort location was exceptional as 5star restaurants , luxury shopping, Safeway and other local restaurants all just mins away.
I gave 4 star for check in only because condo door code, pool codes and gym codes were incorrect. However both owner and manager responded quickly. We have no complaints and will be refuting to this unit! Highly recommend!!

Our Wailea Ekahi unit was great. The second-floor lanai had a great view of the beautiful grounds, and we could see the ocean--whales and a daily sunset. The kitchen was nice, and it allowed us to enjoy a few meals in the unit. Everything we needed for a beach outing was available on the back lanai. We appreciated that. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Ekahi 51F! It was as good as advertised, and had everything that we needed and more! The owner and property manager were very responsive before, during and after our wonderful stay! The landscapes on the property are amazing, gorgeous, WOW! The flowers, butterflies, birds, cat (yes, there is a cat at the pool!) The beach disappeared during our stay, an unusual “swell” from the ocean. But it was enjoyable before that! The bed was very comfortable, and we were very pleased with our stay!

This is an amazing beautiful property on the best ever grounds. The property was spotless, spacious, and perfectly situated, close to a wonderful beach, with snorkeling, and with wonderful swimming pools right nearby. My husband and I enjoyed watching Venus in the night sky on the lanai after a perfect day exploring Maui.

Excellent property! Plenty of space for our family of four. Loved the twin murphy beds instead of a sleeper sofa for the boys. The resort is awesome with a great pool, pavillon, beach access and bbqs. Thanks also for having chairs, umbrellas, masks, etc. The only very minor suggestion I would make would be to provide some plastic plates/ dinnerware to be able to eat down in the common space without having to buy paper plates. But, that is so minor. This is a GREAT PLACE - mahalo for the lovely stay!

Decor of condo is probably more appropriate for older people, overall a nice stay

Our family of four had a wonderful week at this lovely condo. It is very large for a one bedroom and we loved having plenty of space for everybody. The condo was clean and everything was well stocked and in great condition.
Our kids loved the twin Murphy beds and they were really easy to fold up and put away in the morning. The kitchen window has a beautiful ocean veiw so even when I was doing dishes I felt like I was on vacation.
The condo complex is large with easy parking and beautiful tropical landscape. We swam in the pool most evenings after watching the sunset on the beach.
We would definitely go back and stay in this property again. It was the perfect home base for exploring Maui.

I love the layout and location of this unit. I’ve stayed in a few other units on this property and this one was great. Very roomy for a one bedroom, I spent most of my time on the lanai outside living area when I was inside. Beautiful views, quiet, lovely breeze and I had a fabulous view of the total lunar eclipse. Thank you for the beach chairs and umbrella for beach days.
My only issue was lack of AC when winds were not present; a unit in at least the bedroom would have made for better nights sleep. Looking forward to future visits to Wailea.

It did not clicked to me in property description that there is no AC. Was dissapointed at first but then condo stayed cool enough with open windows. However keeping windows open all the time you will hear all noises and smell all smells from outside. And road is very close, and at times very, very noisy.
There were brown stains on outside door of the fridge. Not pleasant. I am not sure how cleaning crew could miss that.
Overall good stay. I prefer to stay closer to pavilion. Less noise.

Look no further - this is the perfect place to stay in Maui. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would come back in a heartbeat and also will recommend to our family and friends! The tropical blooms off the oceanview lanei were just gorgeous. Plenty of space for the two of us. The condo and property were in a great location and very clean, quiet and well maintained. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Thank you for providing the beach chairs and cooler. The trade winds and fans made for very comfortable temperatures throughout the whole day. We definitely hit the jackpot finding this rental!

Cozy, island theme decor. Well- maintained property. The amenities on property with pools and pavilion and proximity to beach can’t be beat. Two lanais- awesome! I did not miss air conditioning. Plenty of good airflow and trade winds with fan. I also love that this is a quieter community without all the family resort noise and activity. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Was disappointed there was no air conditioning. The refrigerator and freezer had a bad smell, made food and drinks taste bad. There were ants the the bathroom and the iron leaks water and created a stain on my clothes.

Great well-appointed condo in a beautiful development. It has everything you need. Down to blow dryers, an ice cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a sun umbrella. What really sets this development apart, is it’s super cool “Paviliion”. It is an area to enjoy the “outdoors” with the comforts of your home. There are tables, chairs, wicker loveseats, beach chairs, a refrigerator, sink, stove, microwave, grills, ice machine, and more. There is a pool to the left, but the best part is the view of the beach. Especially at sunset. The condo did not have A/C, but the Tradewinds provided a cool breeze at night. This along with the fans provided, helped to keep the condo cool at night.. At times we were even cold and needed to use warm blankets, that were of course provided in the condo. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to return.

My husband and I stayed in this unit for six nights in October 2019. We really liked the location close to the Wailea shops and beaches. The pool house at the main pool is currently under construction, but that didn’t bother us too much. We used one of the three other pools or the beach when there was construction noise at the main pool. It also looks like the new pool house structure will be really nice for future visitors!
We also spent quite a bit of time on the lanai, which has a great ocean view—perfect for watching the sunset.
The unit was stocked with all the basics, including beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
