The apartment is very well located, near the international market place and a few steps from the beach. It has everything needed for the kitchen and for the beach. This is the 2 time we have stayed in this cosy home away and we really enjoyed it. We feel at home.!the parking space is also appréciable . The negative point is cleaning the towels before leaving the apartment. We need towels to dry ourselves before departure and do not necessarily have time to wash and dry them beforen11 AM, check out time.

My wife, toddler and I stayed here for 8 nights and it was very nice and clean. The unit served its purpose, kitchen was well equipped, and there were some bonus items that were nice to have (Coolers, Wagon, Boogie board, etc for going down to the beach). The rooftop area was nice, quiet, and had multiple gas griddles and seating areas. The pool was also nice, but be aware, there is no shade up there.
It was nice spending evenings on the balcony after the little one went to bed. It was a good size and the chairs/table were comfortable to sit at for awhile.
This place is in the middle of Waikiki so be prepared for noise and crowds, but that's just a function of the location.
If you're looking for a place to stay in Waikiki, this is an excellent option.

Spent a week here with our daughters, who slept on the pull out bed. It had everything we needed, including extras like shampoo and conditioner and detergent for the washer/dryer (which was in the room) and coffee filters. Bed is comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us cool, rarely needed the AC. Free parking space.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of Amenities, designated parking stall, secure, location, easy access to surrounding area. Apartment was cleaned and well stocked. Would highly recommend And will most likely stay here in the future. Thank you to our host for making it easy and stress-free.

We’re no strangers to Hawaii.. but it’s been awhile since we’ve been on O’ahu.
We totally LOVED our location. We were steps away from popular eateries, let alone the Intl Market Place. Sure there was the occasional sounds of HPD, ambulance, and garbage truck going down the street but it wasn’t a bother.
We had the doors to our lanai open every night and LOVED the sound of live music coming through from the neighboring hotel.We would sit on the lanai in the morning as well and would people watch. Views, views, views.
Communication with our Host was direct and to the point. Our Property Mgr was great because despite our lack of sleep & tiredness on arrival, she was so patient and I appreciate her. Thank You.
Our only suggestion is to please provide addl garbage bags (for longer stays such as ours) and to please change out the shower head. It can use an update.
THANK YOU for being a home away from home. We will return and will recommend your condo to family & friends.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. It has great location with easy access to Waikiki beach and many shopping centers. It also has a parking space inside the complex, allowing us to rent a car and drove to visit many interesting places, beaches and Botanical Gardens in Oahu. Thank you! We will be back!

lack of communication between vrbo n host lack of communication between host n property owner Security n property owner didn’t know i was coming or i was staying there. spent all money on relocation n haven’t received reimbursement now im stuck on an island with no money to get home n going yo lose my job cuz of this experience vrbo has given me.now im living on the street cuz i have non of the money i was promised n cang get home now.

The property was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We had a bit of trouble accessing the place in the beginning but that was probably because it was dark, late and raining. Luckily, one of the guests told us how to get the initial key set. The place is right in the middle of the shopping district and not far from malls and great dining! We would stay there again.

I almost didn’t rent this condo, as the security deposit is higher than any I’ve ever seen before. But I’m so glad I did; the deposit was returned in full on the day promised, and we absolutely loved the condo.
Check-in and out were very straightforward, and parking was easy too. The condo is exceptionally well furnished, with great decor and a full kitchen. We loved all the extra touches: beach towels, 4 snorkle sets, reading books, travel cooler, beach wagon, yoga mat, laundry pods, sunscreen and lotion from previous renters. We enjoyed meals on the spacious deck with a beautiful view. The rooftop deck with BBQ and fitness room is a plus. Loved the location near so many great restaurants and the shopping mall. If you like to run, it’s right next to the AliWai canal and about a half mile to the beach. With FOB required multiple times for access, the apartment was very secure too. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! There were 3 of us. Beds were comfortable(main and pullout bed). The unit had everything and more that you might need for comfort. Short walk to food, stores and beach! Loved that it has a designated parking spot. You can even see the ocean from the unit. We did not swim in the pool, but it is a nice option that was available. It was only a 10 minute drive to the University of Hawaii, so that worked out great for us. It can get a bit noisy in the area, but that wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed our stay for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing condo- it had absolutely everything you could need on a Hawaiian vacation. Check-in was super efficient and well communicated. The location was great - short walk to the International Marketplace and close to tons of restaurants, shops and the beach. The condo itself is in great shape - really great size kitchen and an outdoor eating area that can’t be beat. The bedroom had a large king size bed, the bathroom was clean and well appointed (even had an in-suite washer and dryer which was super convenient) and the living room was spacious and comfortable. The building felt super secure and having a reserved parking spot was awesome since we had a rental vehicle. We would definitely stay here again!!

My family of 4 stays in Waikiki every 2-3 years and this is by far our favorite. The building is safe/secure and the balcony and view are amazing, not to mention the dedicated parking spot, the rooftop pool and quality beach equipment! Lastly, the location is perfect - so close to the shops, restaurants and beach!

Condo was very clean and just as described. It had everything we needed. Great location and view. Love that they had a washer and dryer in the unit. Nicely decorated and the furniture, I wish I could take home. So bright and colorful. The hide a bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept on. Great stay! Highly recommend.

This condo is in the perfect location. We had a car but it isn’t necessary as you have easy access to Waikiki Beach, scenic walking along the beach/canal, restaurants & shopping. With that, however, brings a lot of noise - hotel parties below, car alarms, sirens, road noise & early morning garbage trucks. Condo itself is small but has what you need.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is close to international market place. Which has tons of shopping and restaurants. There is a nice view of ocean. Best part is having parking space. My family went all over island and it was nice to come back knowing we had a place to park.

We had a wonderful time for the two weeks we stayed at the condo. It had everything we needed, it was clean, and it was close to downtown Waikiki. It also had a parking spot for our Jeep rental. The property manager communicated everything well with us and was a pleasure to chat with.

Great location. Condo was clean & comfortable for the most part. We had issues that were communicated to the property manager right away, but were never addressed. Would have expected better. The main amenity roof top pool was CLOSED the whole week. Staff said it may be months or more due to major repairs urgently needed. This was a major issue as we would have not booked if only we had been told. The owner & pm were made aware (Why they would not have known & updated listing? ) we even suggested maybe some compensation back as this was not acceptable. The we got elevator notice that the water was to be shutdown OFF for a minimum of 1 day. No response from owner or PM. They never offered any compensation back, either. Would not recommend this unit or others in building if this condition continues. 🤔
Even now listing says nothing of the pool closure.

The condo is perfect for 2 people, very clean and in the perfect location in Waikiki. The city is loud but you do get use to it very fast. The unit was furnished with almost everything you need for a vacation stay, Very safe and secure bldg as well. Would definetly come back if the unit was available in the future.

We stayed 10 days Sept/Oct 2022. We were very happy with the condo and the property. The building had lots of security...a security desk at main entrance as well as a security office with cameras and security people on the second floor. All entrance doors to the building, their parking lot, elevators need the fob to be used, which you get upon arrival. There is a free parking spot...great asset for Waikiki. The building is located up the street from The International Marketplace and lots of stores and restaurants....and not far from the beach...just 2 streets over. We felt very safe and the security people were very helpful and kind if you had questions. The condo unit is perfect. Well taken care of, tropical decor, VERY comfy bed and pillows, granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioner in living room and bedroom as well as ceiling fan. Fully stocked kitchen...big fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc. Lots of spices, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, dish soap, laundry detergent (washer and dryer in bathroom), cleaning supplies, towels, extra pillows, sheets etc. All you need to buy is your food and there is a Walmart a short drive, or lots of ABC stores throughout Waikiki. Longs Drug store is aabout a 10 minute walk away. The communication was great with the owner as well as Leonore. Overall, a great unit to stay in. Oh yes, a big lanai with table and chairs to eat a meal on. Also pool and barbeque on roof...never used it but it looks quite nice.

A little pricey but great location, literally less than a five minute walk to Waikiki beach and Kalakahua Ave. Communication with the property manager and owner was great as both checked in quickly to address any issues. Very convenient with the in-suite washer and dryer and dishwasher. Look forward to returning next spring.

Very nice condo and well equipped. Loved sitting on the patio. Could have used a door or curtain for the kitchen to separate the living room for the sleepers in there. 10 min walk to the beach. Could walk to many restaurants. A noisy area but you are in the city. Garabage trucks at 6 am was surprising.

This was our first time in Wikiki. The condo was perfect for us with morning coffee on the large patio (for a condo) and multiple choices for seats. The kitchen is well appointed and the living room space is fine for relaxing if you choose/need to be inside. The king size bed was comfortable for my husband and a little hard for my taste but we slept well. The bathroom is nice with dual vanities, shower and washer/dryer which was nice to have. All of the linens were in newer condition. It felt like a home away from home. We were pleasantly surprised to have a small cooler, multiple beach chairs, beach umbrella and plush beach towels! We figured we would just purchase when we arrived and leave behind but we did not have to! Very appreciative! There are also snorkeling masks and boogie boards available but that is not our thing so we did not use those. If you are renting a car there is an assigned space so we always knew we could park. We would definitely stay again. Great place and great value.

This was a nice condo. We were expecting to use the pool, sauna and bbq grill. Due to construction the area was closed off and also wasn’t handicap accessible. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly. The dirty water stayed in the bottom. Noise early in the morning from garbage pick up and deliver to the stores and restaurants. Noise at night from the restaurant. Condo wasn’t clean when we arrived from a 9 hr flight.

Beautiful condo and great location. We walked everywhere. The parking spot is right next to the elevator so we didn’t have to carry groceries far. The added bonus of a washer and dryer allowed us to bring less clothes and return home with clean clothes. We would definitely book this property again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean, secure and nicely decorated it felt like a home away from home. The condo is beautiful that's fully equipped with cookware and utensils and the balcony provided a peekaboo sight of the ocean. The awesome balcony is the full length of the condo, with 4 high barstool chairs and table that provider us with warm breezes to enjoy our peaceful nightly dinners. We sat listening to the melodies of music in the distance from the downtown nightlife. The owner provided beach chairs, coolers, towels and sunscreen and more to take out on our beach adventures. The location was perfect! We would absolutely stay their again!
