This 2 bedroom unit was perfect for the 4 of us. Peaceful, relaxing, and comfortable. Unit has everything you need for a great vacation, including all the gear for your time at the beach - umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear. If you want to play some tennis, rackets and balls in the closet. Contact with the owners was quick and courteous. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great condo to stay in Kihei. Condo has two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. Lovely lanai to sit out and enjoy the sun. Condo comes with beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear and coolers. Condo was clean. Enjoyed the pool areas also. Located across the street from Kam 3 beach. Great location to travel to all of Maui's attractions.

This condo was great for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers). The unit was clean and very well stocked; e.g., the kitchen had everything we needed for a 2 week stay as a family that mostly ate our dinners in, lots of extra bedding, towels, etc.. Each of the sleeping areas had an AC unit and ceiling fan that easily keep us comfortable when we were there. The two bathrooms (one of which was quite large with a walk in tiled shower and double sink) kept us as efficient as possible with 5 of us getting ready each day. We loved the lanais but most especially the main/large one with a table & chairs, lounge chair and motorized awning for shade - we happily ate breakfast and most meals out there. The unit was also surprisingly well stocked with more than enough beach/activity gear for what we needed (e.g., beach towels, boogie boards, picnic coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, tennis racquets, pool noodles).
The location was great, nice quiet well kept complex with two pools that we made use of a number of times. Parking close to the unit couldn't have been better. Although we could walk to a beach within 5-10 min. we only ever drove since we had gear to carry. Being at the south end of Kihei we did have to drive to get to most shops, stores, etc.
The unit owners proactively checked in with us a couple of times by email during our stay to make sure everything was going well for us. They were very nice and responsive to our questions/comments.

This condo was wonderful for our family of 5 with plenty of space along with a beautiful view of the sunset and sunrise on the lanai. The condo was clean and fully equipped, and had all the amenities imaginable including beach gear, snorkeling equipment and 3 sizes of coolers for the beach or day trips. The condo was also one block away from Wailea so we enjoyed many of the beautiful beaches along Wailea. This condo was truly a gem, and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the deck. Furniture was comfortable for viewing the ocean and sharing a bottle or two of wine watching the sun go down. Pool was lovely as were the grounds. Nice to have washer and dryer.

This was a perfect base for our Maui adventures - close to the beach, shopping, etc. This condo was fully-equipped with everything we needed. Host was immediately responsive to a couple of small requests during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and grill. It is walking distance to the beach unless you have mobility issues (which a couple of people in our group did), in which case it is only a 2-minute drive. Condo was immaculate and as described. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here during our Maui vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and located within minutes to world class beaches. The view looking out towards the ocean off the 1st floor lanai was fantastic and we enjoyed many family meals out here. We were also very grateful for all of the beach supplies available, including towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, snorkel gear, and a bucket with beach toys for young children (by far the highlight of the trip for our 2yo daughter). Michele and Brian were lovely as well, and responded quickly to all questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was exactly as described and the view from the patio which was shared in their pictures was exactly what we saw, we even got some great sunset pictures there. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels and beach equipment. We made good use of the cooler as we explored the rest of the island, it was wonderful to have some of the extra items on hand. The parking was right outside the front door. The complex is very well maintained and the pools and hot tub were great. The communication with the owners was above par, they were very responsive. The directions to find the unit and parking as well as how to checkin were easy. There was plenty of dishes and cookware, although we didn't really cook much, we did eat in take out several times. The appliances all worked great and we loved the fact that the coffee make made 14 cups. We would definitely stay at this unit again in a future trip.

We had a great stay at this unit. The unit is equipped with everything that you could possibly think of in terms of beach and recreation supplies, kitchen supplies, linens, etc. Kihei is a nice central location to stay as well. We spent a lot of time in there upper pool and it was beautiful. The grounds of the resort are meticulously kept. I would highly recommend this unit. The only thing I would mention is that the carpet is starting to get a little worn, but that's just nitpicking. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in! Super clean, spacious and great location. The host were very accommodating and had everything you would need for a beach vacation…so detail oriented down to anti-fog spray for snorkeling. It was amazing!!
The only thing that I didn’t realize was this is an upstairs and downstairs condo so it was a bit challenging with my 1 years old and the stairs. So we had to get creative since we didn’t have a baby gate. But again, that was my fault for not
reading the description properly.
We enjoyed this home so much and would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Maui.

Original trip to Maui was cancelled 3 days before we weee set up leave courtesy of the entire state shutting down in 2020. Finally able to reschedule and found this beautiful condo to rent. We ALWAYS stay at Maui Kamaole and this unit proved once again why we do. Clean, spacious, well stocked with more than enough towels, kitchen necessities, beach gear etc…will definitely look for this unit for our next trip.

The condo was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay, including laundry, bath and kitchen essentials. Tons of beach supplies (snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods, etc) made for a wonderful beach experience. Beds were firm and comfortable and the private porches were nice to relax on in the evenings. Michelle and Brian were wonderful hosts! Mahalo for a perfect trip!

If you have any mobility issues the stairs up to the 2nd floor condo may be a challenge. Comfortable Accommodations. Beautiful sunset views from the large balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed including good quality pots and pans, utensils, & spices. King beds are extremely comfortable. Note: the larger room is a loft bedroom. Steep stairs to get up and down. Assigned parking right in front of the building. We walked to a beach (carrying chairs and umbrella several times. All 4 of us in our 60s). Owners are very responsive. Only complaint I have is the tile floors weren’t the cleanest and the hand rail on stairs to the loft was visibly dirty. Nothing I couldn’t get off with a sani-wipe.

We loved our stay on this condo in Kihei. Owner was so responsive; she helped us with rental car recommendations and answered any questions we had. It's directly across the street from Kihei beach, which is known for turtle sightings and great boogie boarding! The condo had a lot of space for our family. The extras like beach equipment, towels, toiletries, etc were very much appreciated. The condo is located near a lot of of restaurants within walking distance, including Kihei's food truck court.

Very quiet condo with everything you need. The vast selection of beach gear is what brought us to this condo and we took full advantage. Loved that is was out of the fray of Kihei center. The pool and hot tub were great. Lots of books and games. Loved the welcome snacks and coffee. It is slightly dated, but how much time are you really spending in your condo?! Thanks for the stay.

nice condo in kihei.
big master suite upstairs for parents or privacy. but with no doors.
also difficult if stairs are an obstacle, both from out side and inside. we are senior ladies who notice these things. the carpet a bit dark which made the living area dark. large,
well stocked kitchen though we only made toast and coffee. on vacation !
love the patio. beautiful view with palm trees, 3 bridges and then the ocean out there.
we ate breakfast and desserts there and oohed and aahed about the scenery.
very easy drive to shopping (foodland) and restaurants (cafe o'lei) as you recommended. and the beaches are close by.
all in all a very pleasant unit. convenient to all destinations. and quiet.

This is our second time staying at this condo and it is absolutely fantastic. It has all the toys you will need like snorkel sets and beach chairs. The condo was beautifully finished and appropriately outfitted and came with a lot of the extras you don't see in other VRBO rentals. The welcome basket that was left for our arrival was really appreciated after a long day traveling. More so, the service we got from Bryan and Condominium Rentals Hawaii during the build-up to Hurrican Lane was fantastic. We got clear direction on things to do from CRH and they didn't hesitate to help with things like flashlights and batteries, etc. When we need to book an extra day, Bryan was able to accommodate us thankfully, can CRH immediately took care of new door codes to make sure we still had a place to stay.
The owner could not have made it any easier to book a were great at answering any questions we had. Maui Kamaole is a great complex in a perfect location.
I am already looking forward to our next visit to Maui and staying here again.

Nice to pack light and have a washer and dryer in condo..The owner Brian has everything you need for the beach..chairs..toys..ice chests! Also beautiful view of ocean off lanai! Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was extremely clean, with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We had most of our meals at the condo. Beach gear (including boogie boards and sun shades) were provided. Great location in southern Kihei, opposite the Kamaole beaches (and lots of great beaches nearby). We would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend this condo.

We choose Brian's condo based upon previous reviews, as others have said he has done a great job of outfitting the condo to make life easy for his guests and it's completely updated. Brian was highly responsive and a pleasure to work with, we traveled as a family of 6 ranging from 5 years old to 65 and couldn't have wanted for anything more from the condo.
The photo's of the condo do not do it justice IMO, we liked what we saw online but we were very impressed when we walked in and looked around, the condo is very comfortable and clean, the kitchen is well stocked with what you need to get started, there's even beach gear, books and board games.
The closest beach is about a 10 minute walk for our blended family, we choose to drive most times and always found parking, we also found turtles and a variety of fish close to shore which was an added bonus. Kihei has a great selection of restaurants close by, our fav is the Paia Fish Market, we visited the original 9 years ago and this new location is just as good. We used the BBQ's close to the condo a couple of nights, finally know what cooking on a weber is like !
If we make it back to Maui in the near future (fingers crossed) we'll be looking to stay here again.
