This home is beautiful and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We loved that we had access to the beach club at The Mauna Kea. However, be aware that The Mauna Kea is undergoing a huge renovation and there is a lot of noise during the day. The kitchen is very large, we were able to have a chef come in and cook for us a few nights while there. The backyard is very nice with a beautiful pool. I highly recommend.

The views from the lanai are amazing and we were treated to stunning sunsets every evening.

This is a beautiful property inside and out! The views of the sunsets and golf course are lovely. Fun seeing the goats on the course. Pool and Jacuzzi were a plus and access to the 2 resorts kept us all busy and relaxing. All 9 of us loved this property!

The location was wonderful. There were a few repairs that were needed, but we could work around them easily and our agent (Adriana)was so helpful and responsive when we had questions about the unit. The home was well appointed and the kitchen is very well equipped. We would stay there again.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house was exactly as described and portrayed, if not better. The floorplan is open and perfect for families. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and bed extremely comfortable. The house is beautifully appointed with furniture and art that compliments the home and is fresh and updated. The kitchen is well stocked for those that enjoy cooking. We had everything we needed to cook delicious meals throughout our stay. It is clear the owners take pride in their home which says a lot. The property manager was great to work with - very professional yet warm and friendly. She provided us with great recommendations prior to our stay and met us at the property at check-in to fully acquaint us with the property which was very helpful. The view is impeccable and we watched numerous jaw dropping sunsets from the pool and patio. It is wonderful to have access to the hotel amenities as well but we found ourselves drawn to hanging out at the home. We will definitely be returning and look forward to enjoying this property again.

This home has everything a family needs for meal preparations, pool fun and beach toys with a wonderful beach just minutes away. The bathrooms are well stocked as well. It's in a great location and we truly enjoyed our early Christmas family gathering on this beautiful island. Adriana was very helpful and we highly recommend this vacation home.

This was the perfect home for our family's first visit to the island. All 8 members absolutely loved the sunsets and daily beautiful views from the lanai. A gorgeous, very clean, and well-stocked spacious home with spectacular sunset views over the 14th green and ocean. The large lanai area is well-equipped with a Wolf Barbeque, chaises, and sitting area, a nice large dining table for alfresco dining and a fairly shallow (approx. 4' deep)infinity pool, and a spa. There were sand and pool toys, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs available in the garage for our use. Adriana, the property manager, was professional, warm, and caring. She had left soft Hawaiian music playing and lights on for our late-night arrival. This was the perfect way to start our memorable Hawaiian family vacation. Thank you, Adriana. We hope to return soon.

Absolutely everything about this property is first class: the home itself; the view; the resort; and the property manager. Adriana was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. As difficult as it is to leave the amenities of the house, be sure to spend time at the resort too. The restaurants, beach and pool are amazing. This house was beyond beautiful and a magical retreat! We ended up cooking in for most of our evenings because it was so well stocked and too gorgeous to leave. The patio and pool area overlooking the golf course, Pacific Ocean, and sunsets was a wonderful living area for us. We tried but literally could not think of a single thing this house is missing in the kitchen - or anywhere else! Loved watching the wild goats wander by too. Adriana was so friendly and flexible with communications and giving us an orientation on the house. She is a gem and so is this house! Loved our visit and really hated to leave!!

Hale Keanu was the perfect fit for our family of 7. The view from this home is absolutely amazing! And after staying in the more crowded Waikoloa area on past trips - we really appreciated the quiet of being in our own home (especially during Covid). Perhaps the best perk of the home is the access to Mauna Kea Resort & Beach (+ Westin Hapuna). I believe we went to Mauna Kea beach every day of our trip! Hale Keanu - This home is very well situated with 2 master suites, queen bedroom & 3 twin beds in the Ohana (the Ohana has its own entrance from outside). The kitchen is very well stocked with anything a person could need - also a top notch bbq on the covered lanai outside. The pool takes advantage of the gorgeous view. There are beach toys and chairs in the garage for renters to use. It was an amazing stay and we just want to return - next time we do - we hope Hale Keanu is available. Not to be forgotten - Adrianna was very helpful every step of the way from renting the property and questions while we were there. Many Thanks :)

Our Family of 9 adults had the most amazing time laughing and spending quality time together at the beautiful Hale Keanu! The rooms and common areas are large and inviting, while still providing privacy. Hale Keanu was sparkling clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We stayed home and cooked about 50% of the time and enjoyed using the Sub Zero and Wolf appliances/BBQ. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The view was spectacular! We really enjoyed daybreak drinking Kona Coffee on the chaise lounges trying to figure out how we could stay forever. Adrianna is kind, professional and so easy to work with!! Nine days was not long enough. We made heartwarming family memories that will last forever. Thank you Adrianna!! I had the best Birthday ever! From inside to outside this property was stunning and beyond expectations. The interior is beautifully designed and furnished with quality pieces, kitchen very well appointed, beds so comfortable with lovely linens and overall home is very clean! The patio seating, dining and outdoor kitchen we great for our late afternoons and evenings, and pool and hot tub wonderful after a day of activity away from the house to toast the sunset and beautiful views!
We also had excellent communication and service from our property manager, Adriana and assistance from Yuki for our needs during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! We have been coming to the Mauna Kea on The Big Island For 40 years, but this is our first time renting a home, and it was magical. The property is exactly (if not better) than pictured: beautiful golf/ocean views, lovely neighborhood, and only a short distance from the Mauna Kea beach.
The interior of the house we decorated beautifully with excellent entertainment systems. The kitchen is perfectly stocked, the bedrooms are spacious, and the outdoor kitchen and pool were absolutely gorgeous. The house even comes with pool and beach toys which were perfect for my two year old granddaughter.
Additionally, Adriana was wonderful at addressing any and all of our questions and needs. We are already discussing our return to this rental property and absolutely cannot wait.
10/10 recommend!
