This luxury two-story townhome features four bedrooms (including two primary suites) and 4.5 baths, with its own private pool and spa, in an exclusive gated community. The floor plan of Kauna'oa 7B includes retractable pocket doors that create seamless indoor-outdoor living. The spacious living room has an open ceiling to the second floor, along with beautiful interior design and furnishings. A gourmet open-concept kitchen with top-quality appliances (including a Viking refrigerator, dishwasher, wine cooler, range and oven), granite countertops, and all the necessities makes it feel like a home away from home.

A ground-floor primary suite with a king bed opens onto a spacious covered lanai with views of the pool and spa. The ensuite primary bath is well-appointed with double sinks, a sunken tub, and a large walk-in closet. Also on the ground floor is another guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom.

A grand stairway made of beautiful cherry wood leads to another luxurious primary suite with a king bed and sweeping ocean and sunset views from the lanai. This bedroom is complete with a large walk-in closet, stunning en suite bathroom, and large television. There is a second guest bedroom upstairs with two queen beds and a private bathroom.

Central air conditioning with three zones and separate temperature controls plus island-style ceiling fans help keep you cool and comfortable. This is a no-smoking unit.

We had a great stay for a week at Kaunaoa 7B. It is a beautiful home, perfectly located between the Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotels, with an easy, short walk to each. The property manager did an excellent job of setting us up, and we were able to get resort access at both hotels. The home is impeccably furnished, inside and out. We enjoyed the views from the yard and relaxing in the pool. We definitely hope to return some day. Thank you!!!

Love everything about this house! 2 beautiful master suites overlooking the ocean. FYI other 2 bedrooms are smaller and face away from the ocean—just fine for young adults. Great location. Beautiful landscaping and lovely heated pool. Wonderful to have access (with additional fee) to the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince resorts. Had repeated problems with the air conditioning and Irene the property manager was extremely responsive! She personally came over twice to fix something with the sliding doors that fixed the AC. So friendly and kind to us! This was a splurge for our family and totally worth it! Highly recommend.

Really loved this home. Super easy / close access to Mauna Kea and Westin properties and the par 3 golf course basically in the backyard was a huge bonus. Just good fun. Highly recommend for families.
