No hand rails on front steps or anything to grab onto in bathroom. Curb on tile shower is unmarked and dangerous. On bedside tables tall lamps are a hazard. No apparent safety updates except night lights. Dated but charming Property is not listed as ADA compliant but could reviewed and updated.v Nightttime trip over shower curb resulted in ambulance

Great place and great stay! everything was awesome except the check-in process. Zero information past the address from initial booking email was provided. Arrived at a coded gate with no way in and had to wait on the pone for 6 minutes to get the required check-in information. The towels provided were also stinky but all was made up for with the fully stocked kitchen. The listing also said bring toilet paper but some was provided so that took up bag space.

As group of three mature women visiting a friend in Kona, this was perfect for us. We each had our own comfortable bedroom with AC, ceiling fans and lots of closet space. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of extra towels. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glasses, plates, utensils, etc. grocery store nearby to bring in food any meal. The pool area was lovely and the water a perfect temperature. The complex was quiet and the grounds well maintained with lush colorful plants. W would definitely stay again and request this unit.

Great location, beautiful grounds and amenities, but the actual house, meh! Paid a lot of money for our stay, not a hotel, but a Vacation Rental from an owner. Staying in someone’s house, we presumed would have some level of personality, friendliness some Aloha Spirit! Not here. 2 rolls of toilet paper, one in each bathroom, for 6 weary travelers barely got us through to the first morning. Salt and Pepper, a little coffee until you make it to a grocery store? Nope. Fresh fruit, anything resembling a remotely friendly way to show appreciation for the good sum of money spent, and a warm welcome to your home for the next week? Nope. I spent a large amount on a “cleaning fee”. Basically a week worth of wages. Anything less than immaculate at that price, you’re getting hosed. The place wasn’t gross, but there was hair on the mirror, sand on the floor and don’t look under the beds. Not “large cleaning fee” clean. The kitchen counters badly need replacing, the furniture needs updating and the whole place could use a thorough deep cleaning. The house served our needs and we really did enjoy our stay, but with even a little effort, this place could be so much better. It was evident from walking through the door that this rental is solely for making as much money as possible by putting in the least effort possible. No personality, no welcome to the Islands, zero Aloha Spirit! Capitalism at its worst. Might as well of stayed at a hotel. At least my sheets and towels would have been cleaned, and we wouldn’t run out of toilet paper.

Condo was fine until we woke up to our bananas had been eaten by something. Communication was a bit difficult/ confusing did not get codes until after 3pm which i had asked for early check in at 2pm. Miscommunication . Was lil concerned about bubbles in downstair walls.

My family had a wonderful time on this property! Short walk to the beach, great snorkeling within walking distance, a pool for the kids and beautiful views. There were even some pool toys, beach chairs and other miscellaneous gear in the closet! We spoke to multiple families who make this complex their regular destination when visiting the island.

We have stayed at 4 condos to date at this complex and by far this was our favorite. Everything was in working order and the upstairs beds were fantastic. The only negative was the bed downstairs it was horrible. It sunk on the sides and was so soft I felt like I was being swaddled by bed.

We had a great stay.. thank you. However, There is no reason to provide minimal toilet paper and paper towels. This should be provided for the entirety of stay when you are providing a rental unit.

Great location and neighborhood. Enough room for the 5 adults. Plenty of space for a sit down dinner. 3 queen size bedrooms. Didn't need the air conditioning, used the fans and open windows. Woke up to the birds singing every morning. Short walk to the beach, awesome sunsets. Didn't use the tennis courts or swimming pool. Pictures do not do the property justice.

Enjoyed the proximity to the pool and beach and the overall serenity of the community. The condo complex is planted with abundant and beautiful tropical foliage and the pool is great for kids as it has a shallow section. However, the condo was dark, needs updating and was listed as newly updated. It must have been updated quite a few years ago as the cabinets are old and the granite countertop was nothing like it appears in the listing, but rather a strange, orange faded stone, albeit, it was granite. If you are coming simply to enjoy the island and eat out a lot, this condo will probably be just fine for you. We felt it was over priced compared to some of the more updated condos we’ve stayed in on the island in previous trips. It was disappointing. Also, next to the main road of Alii Dr so you hear traffic noise. We noticed when we booked that it was one of the last available condos in the development.

This was a great condo, except for the beds!! One out of the three were new enough that you didn't role to the middle!! We also had to use pillows from the living room to sit on the patio furniture because the cushions are so worn out it was like sitting straight on the bamboo. Kitchen was set up with everything we needed to cook all meals. They don't list that they have some beach chairs and beach towels, but they do, so that was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a great stay here, and the location is pretty good if you have a rental. The place would just need a good upgrade!

Easy access to activities and the grocery store. There were tennis racquets for the court. BBQ grills came in handy for making quick dinners.
