We roasted. The loft was 91, and with the exception of the front bedroom, we sweated continuously. They provided room ac for bedrooms, but the vaulted ceilings were beyond the capacity by far. Nice unit but otherwise. We bought a fan for the living room and a set of fry pans, because of warping.

The location of this condo is perfect for going to Kona, the beaches, restaurants, airport and more. We loved our stay here. The place was exceptionally decorated and had everything we needed for a 9-night stay for six adults. The rooms were comfy and clean and having three full bathrooms was fantastic. The management was communicative and responsive - exceptional really. We felt welcomed and special upon arrival and our two milestone birthdays in our group were delightfully acknowledged with some thoughtful gifts upon our arrival. This was one of the BEST experiences that I have had with VRBO and I would recommend these folks to everybody. I honestly felt right at home in this charming place and I felt that management went out of their way to make us feel this way. After being awake for nearly 24 hours to get there, we could not have been more pleased. Thank you for an awesome time. I cannot wait to come back! Sincerely, Lori and crew.

Had a wonderful week stay at this oceanfront property. Easy check-in and check-out with accommodations and furnishings even better than expected. Location is convenient to Kailua-Kona, restaurants, grocery, and local beach park for snorkeling. A lovely property with amenities on site, have stayed at multiple units at Kona Surf and Racquet Club and will most certainly return.

This condo is beautifully situated, can't beat its view. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay--plenty of kitchen items, towels, household items, games and beach gear (including tons of beach towels). Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable, and it didn't bother us to have the TV room blocked off at night to create a 3rd bedroom; it worked beautifully. And we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom.---huge plus with adult kids. The upstairs loft room has a huge bathroom with 2 sinks and large walk-in shower which were very nice. Be aware that in the loft bedroom suite there is no door from the bedroom to the bathroom, but you still have a ton of privacy due to the room configuration. While it didn't bother us it's worth mentioning if you have a group that would need the extra privacy of a door in that suite.
The complex is located close to a shopping center which is super convenient but a bit of a drive to Kona itself. If you like being away from the busy town, this place is ideal.The management was very responsive to questions and we had everything we needed. It does help to know there is no elevator for those with any mobility issues. All in all, it was an awesome stay, and we would come back!

We loved out time at your condo. We felt like we had a huge screen tv to look at all of the time and spent a good amount of time with binocs looking for whales. One did a full breach not to far from shore. Spectacular!!!

Close enough to Kona to enjoy all the offerings but far enough out to be out of the crazy. We prefer the quiet side. Great spot to get to a canoe tour of Captain Cook and to night diving for manta rays. One note - we went out on the balcony to watch sunset and it’s hot out there, which no big deal, however when we closed the slider to keep the A/C in it locked behind us. Luckily another sunset viewing family was kind enough to come up and let us back in as we had no phones and where in our post beach attire. A core memory for the kids and something to laugh about but watch the door!

We have rented this condo before, and when our daughter was offered a trip as a graduation present she asked to come back here, without hesitation. The added in-unit beach and water sport equipment made excursions effortless. Now that we know our way around, we recognize the convenience of location, proximity to grocery, pharmacy, snorkeling, even cinema for and rainy days. Our best family vacation to date!

The condo was as beautiful as pictured. We so enjoyed sitting on deck and watching sunsets. Tastefully decorated and plenty of supplies - very welcoming and appreciated! The upstairs "loft" bedroom was amazing. Washer/Dryer was large and excellent. It is either a long walk or very short drive to snorkeling/swimming with great snorkeling opportunity there. As mentioned elsewhere the venting of the AC on deck is not ideal. However that is balanced by fact that the 5 AC units really did the job in cooling the house.

We had a great time. Location was perfect. The unit could have a few more kitchen utensils & silverware. Lots of plates. Carpet a little worn and a few glasses were put away unwashed. Bathroom showers were not as clean as I like (hair on shower walls. I cleaned showers and laundered the shower curtain). Otherwise great place.

Thank you so so much for an incredible time in Kona.
We arrived a few hours earlier than check in and called the property and asked if we could check in a little earlier due to having our 3 year old overly tired and would so appreciate having a bed for her. They were able to get us in 2 hours earlier. We did have some issues with the door code but they were very helpful - stayed on the phone with us - after different codes/numerous attempts we got in.
It was clean, spacious and the photos in the ad/reviews don't do it justice - the beach/view when you walk in and from the balcony is breath taking! Lovely little walk too if you wanted to do so.
Do note it is up 3 flights of stairs and there's no elevators so consider that when packing as we arrived with 6 lugguages haha - luckily my husband and father knocked it fairly quickly and quickly enjoyed the view and comfort of the apartment after that job.
I would definitely recommend for families - quick walk to the beach and a large supermarket and a short drive from many eateries.

This property was in a great location, very clean and had lots of amenities. I would definitely stay again. I do want to clarify that it is on the third floor without an elevator. That is a non-issue for most people, but we were unaware, and it was a challenge for someone in our party.

This was truly a fabulous property. Excellent views, lots of space for our family of 6 adults. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is very well-appointed with everything you would need for cooking just about anything and all appliances were in good working order. The deck was comfortable and we spent a lot of time on it having meals watching the AMAZING sunsets.
Check-in was easy and the complex is truly beautiful with lots of native plants and trees that are well taken care of. We had some really big surf while we were there but honestly, it didn't affect us at all. Being on the third floor and seemingly somewhat protected, our entire building was fine even though we were right on the water. It was more exciting and beautiful than anything else.
The location of the complex is ideal. Just minutes from downtown Kona and the local harbor where many excursions begin and also right on the water. The little "turtle beach" was a treasure and we saw turtles there every day we went! We truly couldn't ask for more!
We had no issues during our week so did not have to contact staff but everyone was very responsive to our questions prior to arriving so we were fully confident that we would be well-taken care of...and we were! There were even some nice little welcome gifts waiting for us when arrived and a sweet note congratulating our daughters on their graduations (which I had previously mentioned to them). All in all, this was a fantastic trip and I feel proud that I picked such a wonderful place!! Thank you for a providing such a great place for us to stay while we had our wonderful celebratory vacation!

The location was great. Had a nearby grocery, a close beach, lots of beach equipment to use, beautiful view of sunsets. 2 king bedrooms were comfortable but queen cabinet bed was not. Advertised as 3 bedroom but you lose living space and main floor tv if you use the media room bedroom. Also outside air conditioning unit is on the lanai. It is loud and blows hot air all the time. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

This a very nice condo and very well stocked with snorkels and masks, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels. The kitchen was also stocked with essentials which made eating in easy. The upstairs bed was broken and had to be jerry rigged. We reported it but no one came to fix it. The TVs would not connect to the internet so we used our iPads. The internet was very good. Sunsets were spectacular. The pool provided hours of enjoyment for our grandsons.

This property more than met our expectations for this visit to Hawaii. The location was perfect. Close enough to town but far enough away to have some seclusion. Accessibility to nearby beaches for snorkeling was a real bonus. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed going to a local fish market and grilling on the barbeques. There was lots of recreational equipment to enjoy the use of while we were there. We also added to this supply for your next guests. The living space was perfect for 3 couples. The 3rd floor had an amazing view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Listening to the crashing waves from the bedroom off the lanai was awesome. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit the Big Island.

Condo was a great location and had many extra items we needed for the trip on hand. Overall is is a great place to stay.
The kitchen is well stocked with numerous cooking supplies/tools! The knifes really need a good sharpening and having a couple of rubber spatulas would be great. The dishwasher needed repair during our vacation and was being fixed after we left. We could not get the freezer to be cold enough and our ice cream was 'very soft serve'. The rooms were great and grounds beautiful. The master bed is TOO HARD! But overall the area is quiet and our condo was very quiet! Truly the ocean view is superb - great place to vacation.

Washer did not work when we arrived. Kristi got a maintenace guy to vice grip the trigger.

Location was very nice. The property, and specifically in the Condo, was overpriced considering the lack of applicances not working. Come on Man!

We enjoyed watching the sunsets each evening on the lanai! We traveled as a family of 5, and we were very comfortable. I would update the listing to say two bedrooms plus a loft bedroom as the listing is a bit deceiving. Location great in the Kailua-Koma area. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery.

We enjoyed our visit and the condo very much. It is equipped with towels, boogie boards, and even an inner tube. Just watching the sunsets on the lanai made us happy.
There was one issue, which was the wifi did not work but it was on spectrum to fix (not sure they did while we were there). But overall it was excellent and we'd come back again.

Pretty well stocked- even had beach chairs and boogie boards! Gorgeous view. Nice complex. Property manager was very responsive when I called about sheets for sofa sleeper. Nice pool area. Grocery store close by.
Note - there is no door to upstairs bedroom or bathroom, so if you are going with a group, you just need to be aware of that lack of privacy.

The condo is in a great location. There are a/c's throughout so each bedroom was cool. The a/c vents out onto the lanai (too bad it doesn't vent toward railing). We put the clothes rack in front and dried our towels which helped a bit plus didn't have to use the dryer.

Location perfect- Lanai door lock locked us out on the lanai. Stove top was not clean. Mattresses are very firm. Takes a few hours for the AC to cool the condo down. Ice machine did not work in refrigerator however they got it fixed the next day.
The property the condo sets on is well kept. The amenities left in the condo was great, boogie boards, beach towels, blur tooth speakers
I would definitely recommend this condo. Being right on the water and listening to the surf was great.

Loved the space, the view was phenomenal, lovely decor, roomy enough for 3 couples to enjoy their privacy, and all the comforts of life were there to enjoy the nearby beaches and excursions.
Cleanliness could be improved upon, stored linens were soiled, so we washed them in house before making up the third, cabinet bed.
Kitchen and entry tile was not scrubbed, and we had an uninvited visitor which we sealed in the utility closet-we think. Nothing we’d consider a dear breaker, and we would be happy to rent again.
