BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

I recently stayed at this location. It was exactly as advertised. It was perfect. Walking distance to coffee and convenience store. Walking distance to the beach. A short drive to the grocery store. Near to Lahaina harbour - lots of shopping and restaurants. Had a couple of issues - the fridge, tv/wifi. They got back to me in a reasonable amount of time to assist with the issues. Loved the location. I would stay again

The room was beautiful and i loved the location. Close to beaches and shops. Quick drive to the shopping areas. Pool was nice. Property was not super impressive but who cares. Its vicinity to all the fun places was perfect. No real beach access on the property but a beach is 2 blocks down the road. I loved the full kitchen and free beach chairs and coolers left for us to use! My one critique was i wish the shower had a door. Its a walk in with a half glass panel so when my kids shower there is a large puddle on the floor after. Honestly though thats such a small critique i hesitate to mention it. But maybe it would save you from havint to replace moulding in the future. Your communication was great and i had a great time! Thankyou!!!

The location is great. The unit was nice and clean and enough for a small family. The kitchen has all the utensils needed. The towels were nice and clean. The unit also had beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board. Only one small inconvenience we experienced was that there was no hot water for the first 2 days of our stay. After contacting the property manager, it was fixed in 48hrs. All in all, the unit was great!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo! The bed is very comfortable and it had a good amount of space for my husband and I. You can easily walk or drive down the road to the coffee shop, Fish market, and grocery store. The location is not the best for ocean swimming, but we like to rent a car and explore different beaches around the island so it didn’t bother us too much. It was very clean and was an easy check in/check out.

Nice , clean , little condo ! Photos of the unit and property are dated . The beach wall has deteriorated to a point that there is no access to the water at this property and it is roped off where the photos show the barbecue’s ,so that is not accurate! We enjoyed our stay , no beach or water access in front of the condo complex was a disappointment but that would be our only complaint. Loved Maui , the whales ,and the beaches are not far away !

Your accommodation exceeded my expectations. The unit was comfortable, clean, and provided great value for a last minute holiday booking! Although the exterior building is older, the unit is remodeled very nicely and there are lots of extra amenities like beach chairs and beach towels. This is a cute little condo that is in a great location! It is close to shops, farmers market, and food. The back area is a cute little oasis on the ocean. There is not a bad view. If you don’t have ocean views you have the mountain views, simply breathtaking.

Had such a good stay here! The place is in the perfect location. Just down the street from great food, and a fantastic coffee spot. Also minutes drive from kapa lua bay and kanaapali. The property managers were also amazingly good to deal with. We had a couple of unexpected requests for them that they by no means had to accomodate, but they did, and were incredibly nice and helpful. I'm absolutely looking forward to booking here again the next time I'm in Maui!
