Perfect beachfront location at Napili Point with a fabulous view. Enjoy convenient access to Honokeana Bay for swimming, snorkeling, and paddling. Although there is no easy sandy beach access, you can enter and exit through a small rocky channel, so bring water shoes. The condo is cozy, making it ideal for a couple or a family of three (parents and one child). Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Only one set of sheets. Most of these properties in Hawaii need a regular steam clean of the floor. The a/c worked well.

The Property ID is not where we ended up due to some Plumbing Alterations. We ended up staying at Napili Point, A8 which had great views. Only issues were the sliding doors were difficult to open and close and the AC in the condo isn't big enough to condition the entire space adequately.

The location is right on the oceanfront. We snorkled with turtles right ouside our door. The unit is a little run down and the kitchen is not well equipped. The a/c was broken and there is no cross ventilation. The manager did compensate us for the inconvenience. We could walk to the beach around the corner and so many restaurants and things to do in this area. The pool is steps away and we watched sunsets every night from the patio. We would stay here again for the price.

We greatly enjoyed our time here listening to the waves day and night with cool ocean breezes.

You sit right on the water. You get to watch whales with your morning coffee and then dive in to snorkel with turtles before lunch. The property is dated but makes up for it in location and amenities.

The owner needs to put some money into this property. The entrance door/slider kept coming off its track every time you opened the door. You had to lift it to put it back on the track every time. Same for the screen door. And the old refrigerator stopped working on the third day of our stay. The property manager responded quickly and had an appliance repair person come in and fix it but food spoiled (we were reimbursed for that). Stayed at three other units in previous stays at Napili Point and they were in better shape. but the location of this unit is great.

Great location, views from the lanai, enjoyed whales and sunsets. Well furnished and comfortable. The trail to the beach was a bit disappointing (rocky and slippery), ended up using the roadway. Only concern with the unit was that the doors were difficult to use, did not slide well or latch easily, both door handles loose and needing a repair with a screwdriver. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen worked well for us.

The property has beautiful ocean front view and is the perfect spot to watch sunsets while sipping your favorite beverage. Besides sleeping, we spent almost all of our time on the lanai reading, relaxing, visiting with family, and eating. Communication with the property manager was clear and we had need need to contact them during our stay. The kitchen had the basic necessities including enough coffee filters, TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, sop, etc. for our entire stay though we did have to buy S&P-no big deal. Interior isn’t fancy and is a bit dated but comfy. We’ll come back!

Highlights: views, access to great snorkeling out the front door, grills on property, great AC in bedroom, walkable to other beaches/trails. Lowlights: fees, stingy on extras. We love this property/location and have stayed at other units in the past. We had always been envious of the "A" level units for their ocean-front lanais, so were excited when we booked this one. The view from the living areas and lanai are fantastic. The slight downside to this unit's particular location is that that the single entry point for getting down to the cove is a few feet from the lanai, so was heavily trafficked/occupied, especially at sunset. Still a fantastic location with better views than the other upper units we have stayed in. As to stinginess, we were surprised at: no spices or cooking supplements at all (not even salt/pepper), getting only a single small travel size shampoo for multiple people for a week's stay, a note mentioning we were allotted a starter set of toilet paper rolls that we would need to resupply as needed, only 2 beach chairs and a small cooler (other units commonly have other things such as a beach umbrella, beach mat, snorkel stuff, boogie boards, etc ... things people commonly leave behind anyway). Aside from that, the mattress is overdue for replacement, as mentioned in past reviews. These are minor but unnecessarily annoying as they are easy to fix with little cost/effort. Would rather pay a few $ more to not have to bother with rationing/buying basics

Overall, this property is in need of further repair and renovation. The shower is very good, newer than the rest of the bathroom and anything else in the unit. The entry sliding door needs a handle at least. Door rollers are shot as well, making it difficult to operate either the main or the lanai door. The bed is the worst ever experienced in our many years of worldwide travel. Torture. Nowhere on the website did we discover that there were flights of outside stairs to get into the unit, or a lengthy walk uphill, when unloading and loading our luggage. This was especially disappointing and difficult for us. We enjoyed the great views of the ocean, sea turtles, islands of Lanai and Molokai, and sunsets right from the lanai of unit A8. Birds and lizards were frequent and welcome visitors. The grounds are well kept. There are sufficient electrical outlets in the unit. The washer and dryer are a plus, too, if somewhat old and rusty. There is a cabinet in the kitchen labeled “Cleaning Supplies”. Inside, we found one can of bug killer spray. That was it. We didn’t have to use it, but we did find two dead roaches in the unit - normal for Hawaii. Hopefully, the owners will disclose the stairs issue, repair the doors, and update the furnishings soon. Mahalo!

The place was comfortable. Close to many bays going north. Snorkeling was awesome! Napili shopping center and restaurants were all excellent. Great walking trails. Perfect for my husband and me! Only thing I can think of is Coffee pot lid is broken. New coffee maker is in need.

The condo is in a wonderful location and that is the only positive thing I have to say. The furnishing are all very outdated and many things were broken; sliding door lock, lamp shades, bolts fell out of the bathroom fan, fridge door has trouble sealing. The bed is so worn or cheap that if one of you gets out of it, it all but springs the other person off too. All of that could have been forgiven but on upon arrival we discovered that the entire condo was covered in broken glass. My best guess is that glass shower door shattered during the previous stay or during cleaning prior to our visit. The frame was shoved under the bed and there was glass all over the place. We found glass all over the shower floor, in the toiletry shelf in the shower, all over the bathroom floor, glass on the toilet, glass on top of towels, there was also lot's of glass in the kitchen, bedroom and hallway. It was pretty unbelievable. I tired to contact the management company to have the issue addressed. The number provided was extremely hard to get someone to answer. It would just ring continuously with no voicemail. They sent a check-in text to tell us we should contact them if we needed anything. I instantly responded to that text and then no one responded to it. After several attempts we were finally able to get ahold of someone at 9:40am the day after we checked in. They told us they would send someone. Many hours later I tried calling since no one had shown up and had the same trouble with the phone line and no one would respond to the text. I finally emailed the booking/rental email and they informed me they passed along the request. I was finally texted at 3:45pm the day after I checked in, saying that someone could come in soon "if it was still a problem" Since we needed to use the condo we were living in, by that time we had already spent considerable time cleaning up the glass outselves with a crappy vacuum and a small dust pan. It was pretty crazy how much glass we found and how unresponsive they were to someone reporting that the condo was covered in broken glass. Even after our extensive clean up I still stepped on broken glass multiple times. Such a huge saftey issue and they completely ignored us. If you want to stay at Napili Point, I highly reccomend it. It's a magical location. All of the condos are indivdiually owned. When booking a place I reccomend that you not book a place managed by Maui Paradise Properties.

Right on ocean. But no privacy. Find strangers standing on your lanai. Very dated. Infested with lizards who got in everything. Refrigerator died for 2 days. Never heard again from rental agency. Pool freezing.

Incredible location, great amenities. It was older, but nicely kept and clean. Comfy bed (didn't use the pull-out sofa bed). And the walkout onto the lawn and down to the water was perfection. Looking out we could see turtles in the bay any minute of the day. And bring your snorkel gear--access is rocky, but once you are in...heavenly. Amazing snorkeling--fish, turtles, octopus! We will be back. The whole property was great (we used the community grill almost nightly, and it seems to get cleaned daily), but the location of this unit: amazing!

GREAT location! We would stay here again for sure. The furnishings are tired and the bed had an uncomfortable mattress but after snorkeling and hiking all day sleep came easily. A/C worked well as did opening the windows and listening to the surf. The kitchen has basic provisions and there are some damages needing attention. The place is clean, quiet, and in a wonderful part of Maui. The unit is so perfect for snorkeling right out the door and served our needs just fine.

Nice, small one bedroom near beautiful Napili Bay. Step out of your unit and down the path to snorkel in Honokeana Bay, which is filled with turtles. This unit has all the basic necessities to ensure you have a great time. It’s also an easy walk to the Kapalua Coastal Trail.

We loved our front row seat on Honokeana Cove at Napili Point. Great spot for watching sea turtles, surfers and a visiting seal. Sunsets between Lanai and Molokai were also a treat.

You are right on the water!!!! It’s a fantastic place to snorkel and see lots of turtles. A beautiful sand beach within walking distance. The condo is a little dated but has everything you could need, I would definitely stay again.

Clean and well equipped kitchen. (Make certain they replaced broken can opener) and the beach chairs and cooler were great to have for beach. Only one boogie board, would have been nice to have 2. Amazing sunsets every night, beautiful landscaping around well maintained grounds. Only negative is that directly in front of this condo is popular gathering spot for people to enter ocean for snorkeling and for hanging out to watch sunsets. Not very private.

Location location, both good and bad. Good right on the ocean with great views, but also right on the very public walking path and public path to the bay for snorkeling. Our nightly sunset cocktails had several others sitting right in front of our door less than 6 feet away, so no sunset photos from our place. My husband required internet access for work, and the internet did not work for more than 5 minutes at a time. We spent too much of our limited vacation time dealing with the spotty or non existant access. Over priced for the situation at best.

The view is stunning. Property super clean. Nice kitchen with everything you need. A five minute walk along a path will take you to a nice beach. Right out front the condo door is the best snorkeling to see Sea turtles and so many Humpback Whales out in the distance. We found our place! We will be back

December 2021
Never snorkeled before but with the perfect location steps away, we snorkeled several times a day like little kids. Wait and buy groceries from local market, cheaper than the Walmart by the airport and a variety of local fair. Several nearby places to eat, great little boutique. Perfection.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a one minute walk from from the door to a small bay where you can snorkle with lots of turtles. Every night is a beautiful sunset from the lanai. It's a short walk to Napili beach. And the condo is very comfortable to stay in. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're considering a trip to Maui.

November 2021
We will be back.

25’ to the best snorkeling on the island. My last day I saw 30 different type of fish, 10 turtles and a morey ell! Large schools of fish also. I want to go back NOW!

The unit is small but has an amazing ocean view. It’s steps from some of the best snorkeling we have ever done and a short walk to Napoli Beach. The kitchen had basic Ute to and cookware that met our needs. I think the only thing we wished for was an umbrella to use at the beach.

All equipment and fixtures are cheap, the bathroom shower area has a lot of mold. Sliding doors for entry are very hard to slide and are rusty, the air conditioner is very old and very rusty and the place was full of ants. Fan in bathroom very loud and old... Very overpriced for what you get..renter beware... won't stay here again for half the money....feel like a sucker!

The view from this unit is absolutely wonderful. The lanai points right at sunset--between Lanai'i and Molokai--at least in February. It also was a great place to watch whales frolic--at any given time we could see several without so much as swiveling--and see the occasional turtle. And, Napili Point is pleasant quiet and low key. There are relatively few people coming and going. I'd come back in a heartbeat based on that alone. The condo itself is fine, but showing in age. The screen door to the library fell off its track a couple times. We weren't able to get the dishwasher to work (we didn't try all that hard). The AC worked fine, but was pretty noisy (though in February that wasn't a big deal--the unit was plenty cool with the doors/windows open). But, otherwise, it was fine. The space was good, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. So, we'd gladly take the place as we found it any day of the week. A little TLC would earn it a fifth star.

We arrived to find an active sea that was perfect for surfer watching which was happening 50 yards from our patio. Our island "home" was right on the sea and perfect for sunsets. Our first impression of the unit was that it needed some updating, but it was clean and had everything that we needed. The beauty of the location definitely outweighed that issue. Our only negative was the inconvenience of the parking lot. Rolling the suitcases and then lifting them down two sets of stairs for us (75+ years) wasn't easy. Would we return?? Yes!!

We watched the whales from the couch and from the lanai. Best sunset view on Maui. Great snorkeling. We will return.

Wow. I just don't know that I have the words to describe our amazing stay at Napili Point. We hadn't ever come to Maui before, and had no idea what to expect for different areas of the island. We love where we ended up though! The views straight off the lanai were AMAZING, and you are literally steps from the ocean, just like it describes. My favorite part of the day was waking up and stepping outside to enjoy the morning air and sound of the waves. We saw turtles numerous times, which was a first for us, and enjoyed the amenities that the room offered. The management company was beyond helpful in making sure everything went smoothly, and the concierge service offered was super helpful in helping us discover more on the island. We will do our best to come back every year!

Note: Vacancy calendar is approximate. Visit the owner/manager's reservation site to verify your dates.
