My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary . Overall we think this place has an amazing view & great location to multiple island spots. Major downfall is the AC unit is in the front of the condo so the bedroom was SO HOT even with 2 fans going all day. My husband slept out in the living room just because of it.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed . The washer and dryer didn’t work well which caused us to have to re-use our towels daily instead of having clean ones. We tried to call the maintence line multiple times and no one would answer.
Parking is tight as well so plan for that.
I’d give this condo a 3.9/5.

This condo is exactly as pictured on the website. Its interior is recently updated and provided great kitchen appliances and fun beach decor. The bedroom and bed were quiet, spacious, and comfortable.
We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the condo. The most amazing perk was the lanai directly facing the ocean. We saw several whales, turtles, and a monk seal right in front of the unit. We definitely enjoyed the nightly sunsets from the quiet of our own space. We highly recommend this condo for couples wanting a peaceful place to stay.

Location is great, easy up to Napili and down to Kaanapali. The view is fantastic and enjoyed whale watching and sunsets! Bed and bedding are comfortable and enjoyed the updated unit.

My boyfriend and I were first time visitors to Maui and the places to find to stay were overwhelming… we chose to stay here for several reasons we liked above others and overall we’re overjoyed with our pick! We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others! It’s a beautiful place, reasonably priced, right next to some amazing beaches, food and activities, and everything was handled so smoothly.

Probably the best Maui place I’ve ever stayed. Great location, great view and great unit! Maui Paradise Properties (manages the unit) was great and very responsive.
The unit itself, just like the pictures…very modern decor and design and a fantastic ocean view (see attached pics)…plus all the amenities one would need. Danny (the resident manager) was also very friendly and informative.
I also loved the two gas grills right there by the beach. Also saw a ton on crabs by the shoreline, a few turtles and a couple of amazing eels!
Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for sure.

We loved staying here. The location is fabulous and the space was beautifully remodeled.
The only thing that would make it better would be a lounge chair on the lanai.

Loved this condo! Great location with beautiful view of the ocean. We watched whales every single morning it was amazing. Condo was completely redone and the kitchen was awesome. Check in was easy and management communicated with me promptly. I would definitely book here again!

If you want to do some whale-watching right from your lanai or fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves, then stay here! The unit was nicely updated. Great location, and the view is fabulous. A great ocean-front location. Would definitely stay here again.

Fully equipped starter samples, beach chairs , cooler, grills to use . Dishwasher. Washing machine and dryerRented a car loaded up at Costco close to airport ! 45 min drive to condo.7 miles to Lahaina .Hope to come back you won’t be disappointed beautiful!!

This is a perfect property to stay in during whale watching season. There is a set of binoculars in the unit, but I recommend taking your own as well, so you don’t have to share with your spouse. The unit looks to be recently updated. They have all of the cookware you might need to prepare meals. The bed is comfortable. We spent many hours on the lanai taking in the view, and watching the sunset nightly. The complex has a nice little pool area, which is on the parking lot side of the structure. It is enclosed with beautiful Hawaiian shrubs and flowers. On the ocean side, there is a large grassy area with plenty of lounge chairs. We enjoyed watching the turtles who frequented the water in front of the condo. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a newly renovated beautiful condo that had a drop dead gorgeous view. Spectacular sunsets and thundering waves. Saw lots of whales too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Our stay at this property was absolutely delightful! Walk in the front door and look straight ahead for A direct view of blue sky and ocean that you’d expect to pay much more for.
The layout and furniture were as shown on the Website. An open-Landscape living room and kitchen. Seating for 4 at a round glass-topped table, although we pulled in a chair from the balcony to seat 5 when we had dinner there for family.
The kitchen had enough dishes, pots, pans and utensils for all our needs. They even had a bottle of olive oil we used for one of our dinners. Thoughtful.
Inside, the bed and separate bedroom was outstanding - bed felt new and good quality. Lots of room to stash clothing and belongings while you stay — especially convenient when you stay for more than a few days. Everything felt fresh and new.
The laundry, near the bedroom, has full sized washer and dryer, well-maintained..
We had fEasy access to sit with the view from a perch at their rocky beach, or go down to the barbecue grills and look at the sunset over the sea wall while you grill.
The sparkling pool had only the occasional swimmer, very quiet. Sandy beaches are only a few minutes away on the highway.
It’s on the second floor with elevator access although we always used the stairs.
The location, in north Lahaina, is walking distance to a gym where you can get a week or a month of membership to use it.
Easy drive to Lahaina town. Golfing is nearby, as it’s between Kaanapali and Kapalua.
We were visiting in January, the rainy season, and we still loved our stay and saw plenty of sun!

We were informed about 3 to 4 weeks before we were due to take residency that building would be undergoing roof repairs. We were given the option of a full refund or to continue on and we would receive a thirty per cent rebate. We chose to continue on. I contacted the property manager via email after our stay and requested the rebate. I have since heard nothing from them.

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 10 days and would love to return. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The only downfall to the unit was there was no AC in the bedroom but there was a ceiling fan and a standing fan that helped keep the room at a temperature that neither of us had difficulty sleeping in. The view from the deck is wonderful as you can sit out on it and watch the sunset. There was access to the beach next door and lots of turtles swimming up to the coral. The kitchen cane fully equipped and the washer/dryer in the unit was great to have. We would highly recommend this unit.

Nice quiet location. The a/c worked well in the room it is located. The bedroom got much warmer as the air does not circulate the greatest. All amenities are available including beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Overall the kitchen and batch can use an update, but they are functional. After 2pm or so the sun starts hitting the balcony and gets very hot there

We really enjoyed our time here! We were sad to leave. The view of the ocean from the balcony cannot be beat! The kitchen has pretty much anything you could need, the washer and dryer were great to have, and lots of good storage space in the bedroom was appreciated. Thanks for providing snorkel gear, beach chairs, and a cooler, as well as boogie boards. Great plus! The pool at this complex is also excellent; very relaxing. Overall, a top notch stay! We want to come back for sure!

The view was amazing, beach had lots of turtles, the place is a little dated however comfortable with good amenities-kitchen well stocked, beach chairs, cooler. The unit could use a beach umbrella. There was NO working A/C & even thou previous reviews commented that no working air conditioning when we inquired about it upon arriving Jan the manager wasn't all that helpful until we continued to complain multiple times. She told there is a nice cross breeze if all the front doors and back windows open which is true . When we mentioned that it was too noisy to do that in the evening since back bedroom faces the stairwell and elevator where people are talking, walking carrying luggage.. Jan's response was most people enjoy the sound of the ocean-we also like the sound of the ocean but don't hear it over the noise of people and the bedroom is in the back not the front of the unit. Jan said the a/c must have just broken the day we arrived (yeah right) and she would send someone to look at it. We never saw anyone come so after a couple of days had past we inquired again and Jan said the A/C couldn't be fixed and needed replacing and it would take a long time since we are on an Island. My husband called Home Depot while we were there that said they had a unit and it could be delivered the next day-so she lied. She did offer to bring in a LARGE,loud portable A/D so 1/2 way thru the trip we got the A/C we needed. No compensation was ever offered because Jan told us in the contract if something breaks when you arrive the owner's are not responsible-hind of convenient since it hadn't been working for months!! Also we discovered the smoke alarms don't work so just pray there isn't a fire-one had no batteries and one had old batteries that even after replaced didn't work. Ironically there was a fire alarm that went off while we were there but luckily it was just a false alarm. The fire dept said these units don't have to legally have working fire alarms it is just morally responsible for the owners to do have them working. Well we know how morally responsible the office manager and owners of this unit are so we won't be staying at this unit again even with the most amazing view:(

First of all, the nice things about this unit. The view is excellent. The kitchen is very well supplied with all your needs. The king size bed is comfortable. The beach supplies are plenty but could use a bigger cooler. We needed wine glasses and the property manager had some delivered quickly. The outside grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.
I chose this unit because of the added plus of an ac unit and washer and dryer. The ac unit is in the living room corner floor area blocked by a dining room set. Luckily we did not need additional air as we had ample tradewinds. One afternoon we did turn it on but it was so loud and did not cool that we turned it off. It needs replacing or a shot of freon. Where the dining room furniture sets, there is a missing ceiling light. The furniture is showing its age. The discolored and frayed drapery is in need of replacing. There was no glass cleaner to keep the glass table tops and oven top clean. At the kitchen counter, the bar stools are mismatched, too high to sit at the counter. The bathroom shower has a lot of missing calk and black looking mold at the bottom calked areas. The towels are ok, but a little worn. The king bed is fine but has a definite squeak while getting in and out. The ceiling fans needed adjusting as they were loud and clicking. When we ran the dishwasher, it resulted in water on the floor as there is condensation from dishwasher next to refrigerator. The coffee maker's burner is rusted/old. The lanai screen doors could use a good cleaning. The lanai green artificial flooring is old and worn.
More visitor parking is needed. The one visitor spot had the same car parked there for two days.
Although not required, it's always nice to have a welcoming gift upon arrival. There was none. I'm sure the owners of this unit are very nice but just needed to express an honest review.

The view from the unit is great--did see a couple sea turtles and some whales. Unit itself is good except for the hide a bed--makes so much noise when rolling over even surf sound doesn't drown out. Also was provided twin size mattress cover for queen bed--after texting problem, was promised delivery of correct size but it never happened. Unit could use broom and dust bin--only saw sponge mop. Dishwasher seemed to leak so hope that's been fixed and the mesh basket in place of bathroom sink plug is GROSS!
The pool, and patio on property are nice.

The view from the condo was exceptional and the condo was comfortable. The building is ocean front but there is a rock wall at the ocean which was blocked off due to needed future repairs but there is a nice grassy area with lawn chairs to sit in the sun. There wasn't a beach to walk on right in front of the condo which we knew when we booked it and we had to walk a few blocks to get to a good beach. The condo was comfortable but is in need of some updating. Particularly in the bathroom which had some black on a corner wall, it looked like it could possibly have some water damage issues. The whole unit is in need of new paint but the bed was very comfortable and any kitchen supplies you could possibly want were there.

Loved the condo. The large balcony was wonderful for sitting on first thing in the morning and again in the evenings before heading off to bed. Beds were super comfortable and made falling asleep effortless. Quiet community. Short walk to the beach and quick drive to other beach options and dining. Would definitely stay here again.

This a cute and cozy little place just off the beach. Keep in mind it’s not a sandy beach but a rock beach. It’s quiet and a little out of the way from the main parts of Maui but very accessaable.

This unit is clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and has a comfortable king-size bed. Nominally 700 sq ft, it has 663 sq ft of living space and a fabulous ocean view across the channel to Lana'i and Molokai, not to mention green turtles that saunter by just yards away.
It is a peaceful spot with just the soothing sound of lapping waves. Parking is free and easy. Various shops and a supermarket are within walking distance.
Maui Paradise Properties, who manage the unit, provided prompt customer service. We would definitely rent this unit again.
Several nice northshore beaches are within easy reach and up-country Maui is less than an hour away by car.

We loved the condo, the location, and the staff of maui paradise properties is ALWAYS top shelf! We paddle boarded from the beach out front, snorkeled with turtles and enjoyed every aspect of the place. It's updated, and outfitted perfectly; we often cook for ourselves and love having good cookware. It's also a very mellow, quiet place which we appreciated. Loved it!
