This condo was exactly as advertised. Great central, quiet location on Maui. We loved watching the sunrise over Mt Haleakala from the patio every morning, and got to see a ton of sea turtles in the water directly behind the condo! The condo was well stocked with all the basics you need for a rental, and property management was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. My only minor criticism was the mini-splits in the bedrooms would only go to 70 degrees - a few degrees cooler would be nice - but not a big deal! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The location was very quiet & serene, but still close to activities & places we wanted to visit. We loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings & watching the incredible sunrises. Hearing the waves crashing on the seawall was so soothing & we all loved watching the sea turtles steps from the back door at all hours of the day! The facility was clean & comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Every thing about this stay was amazing. The customer service was absolutely incredible. They were so quick and helpful with every response and accommodating in every aspect. The condo was exactly like the pictures and everything we were expecting. It was easy, conveniently located and felt very safe. We can’t wait to come back again!

The view, the pool, being on 1st level,air and fans, waking up to the most beautiful view. Sea turtles every night, the moon, the patio was my favorite. We stayed 10 nights, this condo was everything plus more. It had everything needed.. thank you again. Have no second thoughts about staying here. We could walk to the habor for snorkeling and food

We had an amazing time! This property is well positioned with a beautiful view of the bay! Views of the bay and the mountains were breathtaking! It was incredibly special to wake up to this view each morning. We were able to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sunrise each morning from the lanai. We also enjoyed breakfast on the lanai. Hay-craft Beach is a short walk down the street which was very relaxing.
This property is the perfect setting inside and out for a family get away. The landscaping and pool on the grounds are extremely well maintained! We were able to watch turtles swim in the bay from the lanai and beautifully landscaped yard.
This was our first trip to Maui to celebrate our daughter’s Highschool graduation. My mother who is 81 years of age also joined us. She thoroughly enjoyed her visit as well. Definitely family friendly property. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again one day! 💕

Overall, a nice place, location-wise. But saying this has been updated is misleading. The kitchen was updated but the job was cheap. The whole unit could use a facelift. Pictures make it look a lot more updated that it really is. Maybe it’s because my husband is in construction and building materials. It was not impressive.

The location was everything! Ocean right out the back door, turtles in the evening…just breathtaking. And it was close to all our excursions.
I would recommend it to friends but if they want luxury this is not the place for them.
It would also be nice if we didn’t have to check out till 11 or 12. 10:00 checkout is not so good when you have a flight at 5:30 pm. But that was told up front, so we knew about it.
Nice furniture to sit on outside too. Just a lovely setting.

Very nice condo, great quiet location away from the resorts but not too far to drive to beaches. There is a nice beach at the end of the road. Loved being able to walk out the door and watch whales and turtles. Short walk along the seawall to the marina and aquarium. There is a great pizza place by the aquarium! Bring your own beach towels, the ones provided (and there were only 2) are pretty shabby, that would be our only complaint. We had a great time and would love to return!

We chose the perfect spot for our quiet family trip to Maui. The size and location of this property was perfect for our family of 5. We loved watching the turtles in front of the condo and walking up and down the beach. We found the location to be very convenient for getting to all locations on the island.

I thought the stay was great. Clean, great location, outdoor access to water/turtles. This was not a beachfront property, we knew that, and that was great. It was a gorgeous view every single day. The harbor was beautiful, sea turtles were there everyday and fun to watch. Shower and hot water was excellent, check in was great, and I am already looking to book this property again. For some, maybe this would be too far from this or that, you have to drive to get to most places you desire, however that allowed us to explore much of the island and not just stay in the spot of the property. Truly in the middle of Maui in our opinion. In our dream world, maybe the bedrooms be a bit bigger, and the living area a bit larger, but overall very pleased.

The first floor location was perfect for popping out to the pool or standing near the sea wall to view lots of turtles! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 6! We spent most of time in Kihei and time in Lahina. We were 20-30 minutes from destinations. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is so peaceful and quiet overall. So close to the Ocean to hear the waves day and night. We had a 4 year old grandson and the pool was nice. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the pool. We appreciated the BBQ that were available. We would love to come back and stay in the same room. We loved being on the ground floor. The best stay we have had in Maui.

This location is beautiful. Great view of the water, and the whales jumping right out in front of us. The condo was clean and in a very convenient location. This is for someone that wants to relax, not looking for the nightlife.

We absolutely loved our stay here! I booked this condo for my family of 5- (3 kids between 5-10) and we all loved it. Communication was quick and easy when we had a question and they checked in once or twice as well. Everything was nice and clean, the kitchen is well stocked. The view is so beautiful and we saw sea turtles and crabs every morning that swim right up to the rocks that are along the perimeter. We felt so relaxed and enjoyed coming back to a very chill area/home after busy days of exploring. The unit is directly next to the pool so it was nice to be able to just walk directly from the lanai to the pool in a few steps. The beach is a few minute walk and was nice and quiet and never overly crowded and the house is a nice central location for all the excursions you’ll want to do and is then a short walk to a market, Maui Ocean Center, harbor tours and some restaurants. I was nervous that the listing was too good to be true but it turned out to be perfect! Thank you for having us- we will be back again!

This condo was centrally located, which was great getting around the island. The condo itself was very clean and had beautiful upgrades. We loved that it was on the ground floor, so we can walk out on the grass to enjoy the ocean. Overall we loved stay, and will be back in the future.

The property was just as described. The sofa bed isn't super comfy but the a/c works well in all the rooms. The condo is a little older but it was clean and had everything we needed. The beautiful back yard backs up right to the ocean and it's fun to watch the surfers. This is a great central location on the island and we were able to get most places in under 30 minutes.

The view from this condo is defiantly amazing!! We loved whale watching every morning. Loved that it was right next to the pool for the kids. Downsides were the wifi was absolutely horrible and needed some better frying pans. Only had one big one and it was horrible.

Second bedroom was a box spring with a 3 inch foam pad (not what expected or appreciated or advertised) Grounds and location excellent. Whales and turtles all day every day just off shore. Clean unit. All appliances working order. Friendly condo complex.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lauloa #105. Having a ground floor condo with aging parents was easy. Access from parking lot to pools and BBQ was simple. Best part was whale watching from our patio!! Air conditioning has been upgraded and worked to well. We will be back. Location was great!!

This condo is within walking distance of a lovely beach that not many people know about. You can walk off the lanai onto the grass and down to the edge of the seawall where, sometimes, you will see turtles feeding! In January, we saw lots of whales out in the bay.
The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed, the wifi works :-).
We would happily come back to this place.

Great location central to all of Maui's attractions with sunrise view over Haleakala mountain. Close to Ma'alaena Beach that is walkable all the way to Kihei.
Only complaint is 2nd bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable, seemed more like a pull out couch mattress than what you'd expect on a king sized bed.

Great place to stay! The best part is the amazing view as you walk into the condo and from the master bedroom. So close to the ocean! Loved sitting in lawn chairs on the lawn that were provided .

We loved how cute the condo was and the location. Our group of 5 fit perfectly. On our second day, I messaged the property manager because one of the bathroom sinks was clogged and another bathroom had a burned out light bulb. They said someone would check, but we never had anyone come and never heard back from them again. On the fourth day, my dad pulled out the drain and cleaned the disgusting guck himself. He wanted to buy a lightbulb, but I assured him it would get fixed. It never did during our 5 day stay. We also had no body soap for the showers.
