Aston Kaanapali Shores is a AAA rated "triple diamond" 10-acre oceanfront resort that is located on the famous North Kaanapali Beach. BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

Was hoping to have a relaxing quiet vacation and this place is as just the opposite. There are parties every night, people yelling and screaming at all hours, on our last night at 2am someone was just blaring their car horn for 10 min. Couldn’t get a good nights rest my entire stay. This place is a glorified frat house. Pick somewhere else if you are looking to get any rest or enjoy the short time you are in the room.

The property was perfect for an older couple who needed a small yet functional apartment for a week. The resort is well located among businesses and restaurants that are walkable and has easy access to major roads to other destinations! It’s definitely a must stay when we visit Maui again!

This cute little condo was perfect for a week long honey moon for 2! Gorgeous views, great food in every direction, everything including grocery is walking distance, pool and beach are accessible and gorgeous, cool snorkeling at the resort beach, property management group reached out multiple times to check and make sure we were taken care of. All around wonderful!

Upgraded condo that had a beautiful view. Carpet was very dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed for awhile. Door has only one lock and doesn’t close easily. Would recommend installing a chain lock too.

No surprises here. Everything was as stated and well equipped kitchen for meals. Proximity to Times supermarket, ABC store and food trucks make the resort a desirable location. Restaurant is excellent.

I wasn't ready for paying to park, and a pool was under construction, but they stay was nice. Apartment was clean plenty of household supplies. Front desk won't help as they do not manage the apartment. But it was easy to come and go. The big pool was beautiful, along with the grounds.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We are both golfers so we use our time in Hawaii to golf every day. The evenings were reserved for beach activities. There are two pools for the building one for children and one for adults. Sunsets are breathtaking. And there are other beaches near by. The golf is amazing and the plantation course is a must see. The kitchen is well equipped. Lots of towels. Thank you for the hosts

This was our 4th time staying at this property, everything about it is absolutely perfect! The only thing that would've been better with this unit is if they left us more bath towels.. 3 bath towels for 2 people for 8 nights... other units have left more towels. We had a couple of questions/concerns, and the property management company was always quick to respond, thank you for that 😊 definitely looking forward to our next return!!

The property and experience were fantastic! I definitely recommend this space for two people or a couple traveling together. Although there is a pull out couch if you have a guest.
We were very close to everything we wanted to see. There’s great snorkeling right in front of the resort and saw plenty of honu swimming around

The property listing says it sleeps 4, but didn’t explain how small the room is. When you open the hide-a-bed it runs into the queen bed. If you want to get to the bathroom or the lanai, you have to climb over the beds. Not very convenient with 4 people in the room, and people sleeping. Also, the door is almost impossible to open and close. You have to throw your shoulder into it to do either. It’s very noisy and would be impossible for someone older or not in good shape to do. Also, we were informed 3 days into our stay that we were required to wash any linens (towels, wash cloths, etc.), but there is no washer/dryer in the unit. We had to use the coin-operated washer/dryers in the hotel. It added a lot of hassle and extra work to our vacation. All of this information would be helpful in the listing when we were trying to decide where to stay.
