BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

Updated and clean condo 2 bedrooms sleeps 6. great location on Maui south coast in Kihei. Great laid back town with beautiful beaches and restaurants (including many food trucks). great for snorkeling and swimming and as a base location. 30 minutes from airport and north shore, 30 minutes to west Maui. quiet condo location with two pools and two hot tube locations. wuold be the first choice for rebooking on Maui.

This was a lovely unit that had plenty of room for our family of four. Great location - close to Kamaole beaches. Kitchen had everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrella available for use. We would stay there again for sure.

This unit would greatly benefit by having some manuals. All 3 TVs operated differently and the instructions left did not work. We had a very difficult time figuring that out. The washer and dryer had the Start button worn off. Eventually, we figured that out…luckily Brian, the nearby service mgr was helpful in assisting us, however, manuals would be nice. He replaced the coffee pot that didn’t fit the maker.

This was our first time in Maui and we didn't really know what to expect. We were there with our 3 kids, ages 6-13, and our stay far exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing! We ventured out and tried quite a few beaches, but the beach across the street (about a 5 min walk) was by far our favorite and we went every day! The snorkling and body boarding at the beach was awesome. We also loved that the kitchen was fully stocked. We went to Costco the day we got there and cooked most of our meals. Huge money saver and cooking in the kitchen was so easy. We had all the pans and utensils we needed. We'd definitely stay here again if we come back!

Location was great, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The unit we rented was nice. Only issues were the dryer did not work that well, took forever to dry clothes and the floors were not very clean, found some garbage under the bed. Would definitely rent from you again.

Our family was so excited when we opened the doors to this condo. Everything was clean and first day items that we may need were provided. I felt like the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Overall experience was amazing. Will definitely request to stay at this exact condo again. The grounds and location were great as well. 🤗

So close to the beach, the pool and short walks to shopping and restaurants. Kehei is so pleasant and safe even in the evening and central to many attractions. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience 😀

When arriving at the condo we noticed a bad smell of swage coming from one of the bathrooms. I called the maintenance number and left a message. After a few days of the smell consuming the entire condo, I texted Maui Paradise Properties. Let’s just say after many excuses and attempts to fix the problem a plumber was finally called in after 10 days. He looked at it and stated that this happens to older units like these. Sewer gas is leaking from the toilet. He said he would be right back and didn’t show up for two days. 12 days and nights of sewage smell in our Maui family vacation! My daughter became sick. When asking for some compensation from Maui Paradis Properties all they would offer is a 15% discount! I can only wonder if they were living and sleep with this disgusting smell if they’d feel the same sense of urgency or feel like they could do better than a 15% refund? Besides the smell, the condo had everything we needed but if you’re looking for good, fast dependable maintenance service, I’d rent from another property.

We loved our stay in this property. It was a great location. The property was clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was almost perfect. A great place for our family . I would have given it 5 stars overall but we arrived late at night and had multiple problems "checking in" even following the arrival email exactly. The property managers said they would update the arrival information if you arrive after 9 pm. If it was a smooth check in, getting to our room and figuring out parking (you do not have a reserved spot and all the open spots were taken by that time at night. During the day there was plenty of parking) it would have been wonderful from start to finish.

We found a set of keys inside the sheets of one of the beds. Also upon inspection of the sheets , they appeared unclean. It made us very nervous about the cleanliness of the rest of the beds and condo. And although my concerns were acknowledged , no one came to see me , change the sheets , or offer any sort of compensation for being stressed after paying so much money to have stayed there. Will not recommend or visit the property again.

Property was well-maintained, well-located, and the managers were responsive. Nice tennis courts and pools as well. However, there was a slight smell in the toilet - either mold or something wrong with the plumbing. This is a minor complaint, though - great stay overall!

This property is overall clean, and the furnishings are up to date. The grounds were well maintained and close to everything. The beach gear was very much appreciated, we made good use of it with the beach directly across from this unit. My biggest issue was with the lack of functioning air conditioning. We stayed for 5 nights in August, and specifically selected this unit as it states there are units in each bedroom and the living room. Unfortunately, there is not a a/c unit in the master bedroom and the units in the other rooms were inadequate. Both never got cold and the vents were stuck facing down. Someone had previously shoved old tissue in between the vents to attempt to keep them open which I removed and secured the vents with a zip tie to point them off the floor. The management company was very responsive at first and then just stopped answering my calls and messages. They said they would correct the issue, and I never heard from them again. There was also a foul odor in the master bathroom, which seemed to be strongest at night. Unfortunately our second couple could not make the trip, so we ended up sleeping in the guest room with 2 beds and the a/c. That bathroom did not have the sewage smell but it was unfortunate that we couldn't sleep in the other room. All in all, this unit could be great if properly maintained. I would recommend this unit if you don't care about air conditioning, but it was very warm in the heat of the summer. There was little breeze and I was disappointed.

We stayed 4 days here. Excellent unit with such calming and beautiful views. Some units are facing the driveway, but this unit is facing the back side so it is more quiet and has more privacy when you are sitting at the patio to enjoy the beautiful view. Every morning we had breakfast at the patio watching sunrise! We even enjoyed the spectacular sunset right at the patio too! Great location. There are 3 good sizes and safe beaches (Kamaole Beach I, II and III) right across from the condo. Restaurants are also in walking distance. Foodland and other grocery stores are only few mins drive away. Kitchen is fully equipped. They are so thoughtful and provide everything that you will need: Laundry detergents, dishwashing detergents, bath towels,, beach towels,, kitchen towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas...you name it! The unit is located at the 3rd floor (but technically is on 2nd floor because ground floor is considered as 1st). There are stairs and elevators so it is very accessible. Overall this is a great unit! We will definitely come back again in the near future!

What an incredible family vacation we had! The home space, amenities and location were just PERFECT! We super appreciate the responsiveness of MPP and all its partners and all the hospitality we received. Our family had so many unforgettable memories and it’s largely thanks to having accommodations that for our family style! A few super minor things we think would be helpful for our personal experience: 1. Adding AC unit for bedroom closest to washer/dryer 2. Functioning digital door code 3. Lockable bathroom doors 4. Location: This VRBO is centrally located to restaurants and walking distance to a few of them within a 1-2 mile radius (i.e., Cinnamon Roll Shop, Coconuts Fish Cafe, 808 Deli). It's about 10 minutes to Wailea and 50 minutes to Lahaina. Beaches: Located directly across the street from Kamaole II and walking distance to Kam 1 & 3. The unit is good for a family of four. We were able to have our own space and our adult kids had their own space as well plus their own bathroom. Kitchen has a lot of amenities if you want to cook or take food and eat it back at the apartment. The property management leaves a binder in the room with very detailed instructions from how to operate the TV remove, to what dryer/washer settings to use. The use of a washing machine was a life saver, but I found it was better (and cost efficient) to hang hang dry our clothes. This unit has elevator access but we found it was closer to the stairs. There are two pools on site as well as a tennis court (complete with rackets/balls in the closet). The unit has beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. You also receive a parking pass upon check in and parking is in the garage across from our building. Note: You are on your own for cleaning towels, there is no towel service.

This property located in Kihei had everything needed for our stay and more. We made use of the beach chairs and cooler at the property and was able to visit many beaches nearby. We cooked a few days that we stayed and the property had all the kitchen necessities available. As a party of 8, we were able to fit comfortably on the four beds (including the sofa bed). The pool was also a fun activity we were able to do along with using the grills at the pool. Overall this is a great property and would stay again!

This property is in a great spot in South Maui (Kihei) across the street from several beaches and within a short walking distance to numerous restaurants and stores. The adjacent lot is vacant making for a nice view of local Hawaiian trees, plants, shrubs, bushes, etc., and not just some other condo complex. The lanai (balcony) had access from the main living area and each of the bedrooms with views of the mountain sides and a bit of the ocean, it was great! We'd stay here again without any hesitation.
