Loved everything about this condo. Everything was so clean and beautiful. All the necessities we needed to borrow at hand. Best part it was a quick drive to best beaches.

My son and I went on a guys trip only to Hawaii. My wife found us this property and it could not have been better. It was clean, plush, and had a ton of things you would not find in a VRBO and more likely to have in your own home (like a Vitamixer). We had a great time and would encourage you to check this property out.

Loved this place! It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids (4,8). Attached garage was great, tons of space, kitchen had everything you'd need. Great Lanai. Pool area is awesome! Definitely a quiet place as well! The list goes on and on...

We really liked this condo complex in Princeville. The grounds are very nice and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the bikes and snorkel gear.

The home was excellent, and easy to travel to and from. The area is beautiful with many beaches nearby. The property management company were all fun to work with, and easy to reach when needed. We would definitely stay with them again.

Loved our stay at Villas of Kamalii. We initially booked a two bedroom unit but was notified that the ac was out. We were upgraded to a three bedroom unit. Slight glitch with check-in but response was prompt. The unit was very spacious with beautiful view of mountains. Very quiet and relaxing. Look forward to returning to Kawuai. Great hosts!

We loved the lanai for morning coffee and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and each room had a TV. The house had all the supplies you could want or need - bikes, chairs for the beach, towels for the pool. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!!

Nice comfortable house in a great location. Unfortunately the unit above was rented to a very noisy group. There is no sound proofing between levels.

Very clean, newer, modern home - perfect for a family of four.
Garage was convenient, they had thought of everything that one might need and all utensils clean and brand new. We used the washer dryer many times. The lanai is private and inviting, spent a lot of time there. Check in/out clearly explained and no issues. We did not need to contact the hosts at any time.
Having said that, a few inconveniences. Not much of a breeze, may be due to ground floor location, but there is AC. We found the mattress to be a little uncomfortable, especially the smaller bedroom, may be it is meant for children, the bed also creaks. We found the kitchen exhaust not vented outside, in fact I think it vents into the apartment after the filter, we are big into cooking and this meant we had to be careful with the onions and spices, and open all the windows to clear the air.

We have stayed in Nihilani every year we come to Kauai. This year however, the condo we usually stay at was not available and we were pretty bummed. We found this condo and booked but didn't expect to love it as much as we did! All the furnishings were so comfortable we the condo was stocked with everything you would ever need. We loved our stay and would definitely book here again over the condo we have stayed at for so many years. The management company was awesome to work with also. An amazing experience all around!

Such a beautiful perfect little spot! We spent our last weeks of medical school here and had plenty of space and great wifi to work with. Very clean with great amenities (washer, full kitchen, TV, sound system, lanai, pool, beach gear). Great location too between Hanalei and the rest of the island, and near the great little North Side beaches. Definitely would recommend walking to the Queen's Bath, Hideaway and Anini beach.

Top notch place here on north shore.
Clean, spacious, felt like we were in a dream home or something. Luxurious place, even had a garage to put our car rental in. They also had everything you need for the beach. Please note however many of the beaches in winter on north shore are not safe to swim in or not that easy to snorkel in. South shore beaches are better for snorkeling but I did love to watch the big surf of north shore.
